Abstract
Description
1)水と、ポリオール又はポリオール誘導体とを混合するステップと、
2)シリコーンオイル、エステル系オイル及び炭化水素系オイルからなる群から選択される一つ以上のオイルと、ポリグリセリル系乳化剤又はステアリン酸PEG系乳化剤とを混合するステップと、
3)前記ステップ1)の混合液と前記ステップ2)の混合物を混合し、混合物を高圧乳化するステップと、
を含む半透明の水中油型(O/W)ナノエマルジョン化粧料組成物の製造方法を提供する。
1)水と、ポリオール又はポリオール誘導体とを混合するステップと、
2)シリコーンオイル、エステル系オイル及び炭化水素系オイルからなる群から選択される一つ以上のオイルと、ポリグリセリル系乳化剤又はステアリン酸PEG系乳化剤とを混合するステップと、
3)前記ステップ1)の混合液と前記ステップ2)の混合物とを混合し、混合物を高圧乳化するステップと、
を含む半透明の水中油型(O/W)ナノエマルジョン化粧料組成物を含んでいてもよい。
以下、本発明の理解を助けるために実施例を挙げて詳細に説明する。しかし、本発明による実施例は多様な他の形態に変形することができ、本発明の範囲が下記実施例によって限定されるものと解釈されるべきではない。本発明の実施例は、当業界で平均的な知識を有した者に本発明をより完全に説明するために提供するものである。
実施例1及び比較例1〜3では、下記表1に記載した各成分及び含量により、以下の方法で化粧料組成物を製造した。
添付図面の図1は、ホモミキサーにかけた(Homo−Mixした)後に高圧乳化機を2回通過させた実施例1のナノエマルジョンの粒径を示した図である。平均粒径が100nm程度であることを示す結果である。通常的に200nm以下の粒径を示す場合、外観が半透明であると共に青っぽい特徴を有し、それのため、ナノエマルジョンがよく製造されたか否かを肉眼でも容易に判断することができる。また、組成物の安定性評価においても製造直後と同一に半透明した外観が持続する場合、安定性が維持されると判断することができる。ここで、粒子のサイズは、Particle size analyzer(Submicron Particle Sizer NICOMP 380)を用いて測定した。
実施例1のエマルジョンを製造し、40℃で30日保管した後の透明度を肉眼で観察した。その結果を、図2に示す。
製品の粘度は、Brookfield DV−E viscometerで測定し、cps(centi poise)単位で表示される。本実験で測定されたサンプルの粘度は、下記表2に示した。
実施例1及び比較例1〜3のエマルジョン組成物のそれぞれ1回の使用量(約0.5ml)を手の甲に塗布して外観、延展性、水分感、油分感、べたつき感、密着感、吸収力、使用後の感じ、持続力などの様々な感性品質を確認し、これを通じて全体的な製品満足度を評価することができる。実施例と比較例の使用感/特徴を、下記表2に示す。
Claims (15)
- 水と、
ポリグリセリル系乳化剤又はステアリン酸PEG系乳化剤と、
シリコーンオイル、エステル系オイル及び炭化水素系オイルからなる群から選択される一つ以上の高含量オイルと、
ポリオール又はポリオール誘導体と、
を含むことを特徴とする、半透明の水中油型(O/W)ナノエマルジョンの化粧料組成物。 - 前記ポリグリセリル系乳化剤は、ステアリン酸ポリグリセリル−10、カプリル酸ポリグリセリル−3、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル−3及びジステアリン酸ポリグリセリル−3メチルグルコースからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記ステアリン酸PEG系乳化剤は、重合度3〜90のPEG−n−ステアレートからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記乳化剤は、化粧料組成物の全体重量に対して1〜10重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記シリコーンオイルは、ジメチコン、シクロメチコン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、メチルシクロポリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン、テトラデカメチルヘキサシロキサン及びオクタメチルトリシロキサンからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記エステル系オイルは、トリエチルヘキサノイン、セチルエチルヘキサノエート、セチルオクタノエート、セチルイソオクタノエート、オクチルドデシルミリステート、ペンタエリスリチルテトラエチルヘキサノエート、イソプロピルパルミテート、イソプロピルミリステート、カプリル/カプリン酸トリグリセライド、ブチレングリコールジカプリレート/ジカプレート、トコフェロールアセテート及びジカプリリックカーボネートからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記炭化水素系オイルは、パラフィン、セレシン及びマイクロクリスタリンワックスからなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記オイルは、組成物の総重量を基準として5〜30重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記ポリオール又はその誘導体は、グリセリン、1価又2価のアルコール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記ポリオール又はその誘導体は、組成物の総重量を基準として1〜30重量%の量で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 前記エマルジョンは、0〜5000cpsの粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- ナノエマルジョンは、平均粒径が10〜250nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧料組成物。
- 1)水と、ポリオール又はポリオール誘導体とを混合するステップと、
2)シリコーンオイル、エステル系オイル及び炭化水素系オイルからなる群から選択される一つ以上の高含量オイルと、ポリグリセリル系乳化剤又はステアリン酸PEG系乳化剤とを混合するステップと、
3)前記ステップ1)の混合液と、前記ステップ2)の混合物とを混合し、混合物を高圧乳化するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、半透明の水中油型(O/W)ナノエマルジョン化粧料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記高圧乳化を500〜2500barの圧力下で行うことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のナノエマルジョン化粧料組成物の製造方法。
- 前記高圧乳化を2回以上行うことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のナノエマルジョン化粧料組成物の製造方法。
