Definitions
- the present invention relates to a garment in which a plurality of fabric pieces are joined with an adhesive.
- clothing is configured to have a three-dimensional structure along the body by joining together a plurality of fabric pieces cut along a predetermined reference pattern.
- a sewing process using a sewing machine is employed to join such fabric pieces.
- edge processing and joining processing of the fabric pieces adopting the sewing processing have caused a bad touch such as sluggishness because the sewing site becomes thick. Further, there has been a demand for a joining process that is simpler than the time-consuming sewing process and that can reduce the manufacturing cost.
- Patent Document 1 the end of the front body and the end of the back body are overlapped for the purpose of providing a short that can be manufactured easily by finishing the joint part thinly and eliminating the sewing part.
- Shorts have been proposed in which the portion is bonded with a thermoplastic resin film, and a backing cloth is bonded to the crotch portion with a thermoplastic resin film.
- a hot-melt adhesive having elasticity such as thermoplastic polyurethane is used.
- Patent Document 2 has good stretch recovery after wearing for a long time, the adhesion site is difficult to peel off even after washing, and the edge portion and bonding portion that are adhesive portions are not hard even in a low temperature environment
- the bonding portion is an edge portion of the garment and / or a component bonding portion for forming a garment by bonding a plurality of fabric components, the bonding portion being a fabric It has a resin infiltrated part in which a thermoplastic polyurethane resin permeates, and a resin layer formed by a thermoplastic polyurethane resin on the surface of the fabric in contact with the resin infiltrated part.
- a garment having a ratio to the part thickness of 0.1 to 1.5 has been proposed.
- a garment having a resin infiltrating part and an adhesive part in which a resin layer is formed on the surface of the fabric as described in Patent Document 2 has sufficient adhesive strength, and has a certain degree of stretch recovery characteristics. Although it is obtained, there is a clear difference in stretchability between the bonded portion and the surrounding fabric piece, which has a problem that it greatly affects the comfort such as the touch.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a garment that keeps the stretchability of the fabric at and near the joint and has good comfort such as touch.
- the first characteristic configuration of the garment according to the present invention is that, as described in claim 1 of the claims, a joint portion in which a plurality of fabric pieces are joined with an adhesive is provided.
- an adhesive layer in which an osmotic layer in which an adhesive permeates into each fabric piece is in close contact is formed without forming an adhesive single layer at the joint.
- an adhesive layer in which the adhesive penetrates into each piece of fabric forms an adhesive layer that is intimately joined at the joint.
- the stretchability of the fabric is not governed by the stretch properties of the adhesive, but is mainly governed by the stitches and weave properties of each fabric.
- the second feature configuration is the ratio of the maximum thickness of the adhesive layer to the fabric average thickness of the two fabric pieces of the joint, in addition to the first feature configuration described above, as described in claim 2. Is 0.3 to 0.8.
- the thickness ratio is in the above-mentioned range, while maintaining the original good touch of the fabric piece, substantially the same stretch performance can be obtained at the joint and its peripheral region, and a good touch garment can be realized, It becomes possible to provide a garment with sufficient adhesive strength.
- the thickness ratio is smaller than 0.3, the adhesive strength is weak, and it is not desirable because it is impossible to realize clothing that can secure sufficient adhesive strength. If the thickness ratio is greater than 0.8, the fabric piece cannot maintain its original feel, and the stretchability of the joint is inferior to the stretchability of the surrounding area, making it impossible to realize clothing with a good feel. Not desirable.
- the third feature configuration is a joint portion with respect to the area of the overlapping portion of each fabric piece that envelops the outer edge of the joint portion.
- the area ratio is 0.4 to 0.8.
- the area ratio is in the above range, substantially the same stretch performance and stretch recovery characteristics can be obtained at the joint and its peripheral region, and a garment with a good touch can be realized.
- the area ratio is smaller than 0.4, the adhesive strength is weak, and it is not desirable because clothing that can secure sufficient adhesive strength cannot be realized. If the area ratio is greater than 0.8, the stretchability and stretch recovery characteristics of the joint are inferior to the stretchability and stretch recovery characteristics of the surrounding area, and it is not desirable because a garment with a good touch cannot be realized.

If the 120 ° C melt viscosity of the adhesive is greater than 22000 mPa ⁇ s, the adhesive cannot be infiltrated between the fibers constituting the fabric unless a large pressure is applied during heat treatment. Etc. are not desirable.

After the cross-linking reaction proceeds after adhesion, heat resistance appears, so that it will melt in the subsequent heat treatment. There is nothing, and a good adhesion state is maintained.
- melted reactive hot melt resin is applied to the bonding part of the fabric, and before the crosslinking reaction proceeds, the fabric to be bonded is positioned, superimposed, and lightly pressed to shift to a temporary fixing state, and then heated When treated, the reactive hot melt resin melts and infiltrates between the fibers constituting the dough, and the dough is bonded.

- each sample piece is gripped and attached to a dematcher tester at an interval of 5 cm, and the test piece is repeated 5000 times in the weft direction at an elongation rate of 2.5 times (150%). After expanding and contracting, the periphery of the adhesion site was observed, and urethane degradation was evaluated in two stages according to the following indicators.
