前記実装装置へ部品を供給する供給部と、
前記実装装置と電気的に接続する接続部と
作業者による前記供給部に対する操作入力と前記実装装置に対する操作入力とを行うユニット操作パネルと、
前記供給部に対する操作入力に応じて前記供給部を制御する一方、前記実装装置に対する操作入力に基づいて前記実装装置へ信号を出力する制御部と、
を備えたものである。
Claims (7)
- 部品を基板に実装処理する実装装置に装着される部品供給ユニットであって、
前記実装装置へ部品を供給する供給部と、
前記実装装置と電気的に接続する接続部と
作業者による前記供給部に対する操作入力と前記実装装置に対する操作入力とを行うユニット操作パネルと、
前記供給部に対する操作入力に応じて前記供給部を制御する一方、前記実装装置に対する操作入力に基づいて前記実装装置へ信号を出力する制御部と、
を備えた部品供給ユニット。 - 前記ユニット操作パネルは、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの緊急停止後、前記部品供給ユニットの部品切れ後、前記供給部での段取り替え後、のいずれか1以上のあと前記実装装置の生産開始を入力する開始入力キーを有する、請求項1に記載の部品供給ユニット。
- 前記ユニット操作パネルは、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの緊急停止を入力する緊急停止キーと、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの一時停止を入力する一時停止キーと、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの動力電源を入れ準備状態とする準備入力キーと、のうち1以上を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の部品供給ユニット。
- 前記実装装置は、該実装装置に対する操作入力を行う本体操作パネルを備えており、2以上が配列されて生産ラインを構成可能であり、
前記部品供給ユニットは、前記実装装置の装着部に配設されると作業者の前記本体操作パネルへのアクセスを妨げうる高さ、奥行き及び幅のある筐体を備え、
前記筐体は、前記供給部を収容している、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の部品供給ユニット。 - 前記実装装置は、該実装装置に対する操作入力を行う本体操作パネルを備えており、
前記本体操作パネルは、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの緊急停止後、前記部品供給ユニットの部品切れ後、前記供給部での段取り替え後、のいずれか1以上のあと前記実装装置の生産開始を入力する開始入力キーと、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの緊急停止を入力する緊急停止キーと、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの一時停止を入力する一時停止キーと、前記実装装置及び前記部品供給ユニットの動力電源を入れ生産開始状態とする準備入力キーと、のうち1以上を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の部品供給ユニット。 - 前記ユニット操作パネルは、前記供給部の動力電源を入れ部品供給可能状態とする準備入力キーと 前記供給部の部品供給を開始する開始入力キーと、前記供給部の部品扉のロックを解除するロック解除キーと、のうち1以上を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の部品供給ユニット。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の部品供給ユニットと、
前記部品供給ユニットと電気的に接続する接続部と、
前記部品供給ユニットから採取した部品を基板に実装処理する実装ユニットと、
前記部品供給ユニットからの信号を入力し、前記実装ユニットを制御する制御部と、
を備えた実装装置。
