Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置1の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。図1に示されるように、空気調和装置1は、室外機10と室内機11とを備える。
実施の形態1においては、減圧器として、開度を調節することができないキャピラリ141,142を用いる場合について説明した。実施の形態2においては、減圧器として、たとえばLEVのように開度が調整可能な膨張弁を用いる場合について説明する。
実施の形態1においては、冷媒が圧縮機110、第1熱交換器120、膨張弁140および第3熱交換器150の順に循環することによって、冷房運転が行なわれる場合について説明した。実施の形態2においては、冷房運転と暖房運転とを切り替えることができる場合について説明する。

Claims (10)
- 第1冷媒と前記第1冷媒よりも沸点が高い第2冷媒とを含む非共沸混合冷媒を、圧縮機、第1熱交換器、第2熱交換器、第1膨張弁、および第3熱交換器の順番の第1循環方向に循環させるように構成される空気調和装置であって、
前記第2熱交換器と前記第1膨張弁とを接続する第1流路から分岐して、第1減圧器および前記第2熱交換器の順に経由して、前記圧縮機の吸入口に接続される第2流路に接続される第1バイパス流路と、
前記第1熱交換器と前記第2熱交換器とを接続する第3流路から分岐して、第2減圧器を経由して、前記第1減圧器と前記第2熱交換器との間の前記第1バイパス流路上の第1接続点に接続される第2バイパス流路と、
第1温度と第2温度との第1の差および第3温度と第4温度との第2の差から定まる前記第1冷媒の比率が適正値と異なる場合に、ユーザに警告を報知するように構成される報知部とを備え、
前記第1温度は、前記第1熱交換器と前記第2熱交換器との間の前記非共沸混合冷媒の温度であり、前記第2温度は、前記第2熱交換器と前記第1膨張弁との間の前記非共沸混合冷媒の温度であり、前記第3温度は、前記第1減圧器と前記第1接続点との間の前記非共沸混合冷媒の温度であり、前記第4温度は、前記第2減圧器と前記第1接続点との間の前記非共沸混合冷媒の温度である、空気調和装置。 - 前記非共沸混合冷媒が循環する方向を、前記第1循環方向または前記第1循環方向とは逆回りの第2循環方向に切り替えるように構成される流路切替装置と、
前記第3流路上において、前記第1熱交換器と、前記第3流路および前記第2バイパス流路の第2接続点の間に設けられる第2膨張弁とをさらに備え、
前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第2循環方向に循環する場合、前記第1膨張弁の開度は、第1基準開度よりも大きく、前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第1循環方向に循環する場合、前記第2膨張弁の開度は、第2基準開度よりも大きく、
前記報知部は、前記第1の差の絶対値および前記第2の差の絶対値から定まる前記比率が適正値と異なる場合にユーザに警告を報知する、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第1循環方向に循環する場合、前記第1膨張弁の開度は、前記第3熱交換器からの前記非共沸混合冷媒の過熱度が目標過熱度に近づくように調節され、
前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第2循環方向に循環する場合、前記第2膨張弁の開度は、前記第1熱交換器からの前記非共沸混合冷媒の過熱度が前記目標過熱度に近づくように調節され、
前記目標過熱度は、気液二相状態における前記非共沸混合冷媒の温度勾配から定まる、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記適正値は、ユーザによって変更可能である、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記報知部は、所定の期間後の前記比率が下限値よりも小さい場合に、メンテナンスが必要であることをユーザに報知し、
前記所定の期間後の前記比率は、時系列順に記録した前記比率の履歴から算出された減少傾向に関する指標値を用いて定められる値である、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記圧縮機の容量が基準値よりも大きい場合、前記第1減圧器は前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第1バイパス流路を通過可能とするとともに前記第2減圧器を制御して前記非共沸混合冷媒が前記第2バイパス流路を通過可能とし、
前記容量が前記基準値よりも小さい場合、前記第1減圧器を制御して前記第1バイパス流路を遮断するとともに前記第2減圧器を制御して前記第2バイパス流路を遮断する、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記第2熱交換器は、前記第1熱交換器からの前記非共沸混合冷媒が流れる第1内部流路と、前記第1接続点からの前記非共沸混合冷媒が第2内部流路とを含み、
前記第1内部流路を流れる前記非共沸混合冷媒の方向と前記第2内部流路を流れる前記非共沸混合冷媒の方向とは逆である、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記比率は、前記第2の差が最大となる基準比率より小さい、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記非共沸混合冷媒は、R32、R1123、R1234yf、およびR1234zeのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記第1冷媒は、R32である、請求項9に記載の空気調和装置。
