洗涤程序的生成方法、装置及洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及洗涤设备相关技术领域,例如涉及一种洗涤程序的生成方法、装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
在相关技术中用户进行衣物洗涤时,通常是将所有衣物粗略分类后进行洗涤,但是衣物构成成分越来越复杂,而用户选择的程序不能兼顾所有需洗涤衣物的情况,不能达到较好的洗涤效果(即不能实现较好的混洗效果)。
在相关技术中有通过对待洗衣物进行分类来给出较好的混洗方案,通常采用以下两种方式:
申请号为200910136690.2的中国专利要求保护一种用扫描条码的方式进行识别衣服材质的方法,通过在洗衣机上安装内嵌或外接衣物信息识别器的方式进行衣物识别,通过衣物信息识别器可以准确的读出记载在衣物标签上所包含的衣物材料、建议洗涤的方式以及洗涤水温等相关信息,读出的信息可以传入到主控板,主控板根据接收到的衣物信息,可以自动选择较佳的洗衣程序,用户启动洗衣机后,就可以按照较佳的洗衣程序进行洗涤、漂洗以及脱水等过程,但是这种方式操作较繁琐,并且需要制衣厂家的配合,将待洗衣物上添加条码,才可以使用,限制过多。
申请号为201110401182.X的中国专利要求保护一种自动识别衣物材质信息选择洗涤程序的洗衣方法,通过在洗衣机上设置的图像处理装置获取待洗衣物的信息并传入电脑程控器,经控制系统逻辑判断是否适合混合洗涤,并为适合 混合洗涤的衣物自动选择较佳的洗涤程序。这种方式不需要制衣厂家的配合,但是对图像识别的要求较高,并且受外界环境的影响会导致衣物信息的获取不够准确,而且成本较高。
因此需要提供一种待洗衣物信息获取准确,成本低且便于用户操作的洗涤程序的生成方法以及装置。
发明内容
本公开提供一种洗涤程序的生成方法、装置及洗衣机,已解决待洗物信息获取不准确以及相关技术的方法操作不便的问题。
本公开实施例提供了一种洗涤程序的生成方法,包括:
获取语音信息;
根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议;
发出所述洗涤建议。
可选的,所述根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议包括:
提取所述语音信息的关键词,根据所述关键词确定待洗物信息,所述待洗物信息包括待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度以及污渍种类中的一个或多个;
根据所述待洗物信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。
可选的,所述关键词包括至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息;

所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行上述任一洗涤程序的生成方法。
本公开实施例提供的一种洗涤程序的生成方法、装置及洗衣机,通过获取语音信息,根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议,向用户发出所述洗涤建议。可以实现对待洗物的待洗物信息的准确获取,可以生成较好的洗涤建议。而且采用本公开实施例,用户操作起来方便快捷,提升了用户体验。

下面结合附图并通过可选实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。在不冲突的 情况下,实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例一:
图1为本实施例一提供的洗涤程序的生成方法的流程图,本实施例用于对每类洗涤物进行洗涤程序的生成,可以获取较好的洗涤方案,该方法可以由洗涤程序的生成装置来执行,该装置可由软件/硬件方式实现,并可集成于洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器中。本实施例中,将以衣物作为待洗物对本实施例的洗涤程序的生成方法加以说明。
参见图1,本实施例提供的洗涤程序的生成方法,包括:
在S110中,获取语音信息。
在进行衣物洗涤之前,获取用户发出的语音信息。本实施例中,本方法的执行主体可以为洗涤设备或者洗涤设备服务器,也就是说通过洗涤设备或者洗涤设备服务器实现对用户发出的语音信息进行获取。
其中,用户可以直接向洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器发出语音信息,由洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器接收该语音信息。也可以是用户通过移动终端例如手机或电脑等设备远程输入语音信息,例如用户可以向移动终端发出语音信息,由移动终端向洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器转送该语音信息,由该洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器接收获取该语音信息;也可以是用户通过移动终端上的与该洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器相关的APP应用向洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器发送语音信息,由该洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器接收获取该语音信息。
本实施例中,用户发出的语音信息可以分类为待洗物的数量、人群(即不同洗涤习惯所对应的人群)、类型、数量、材质、颜色、脏污程度以及污渍种类等。例如可以是红色内衣1件,丝光棉材质,脏污程度为2级(可根据不同的脏污程度设置等级,例如按脏污程度由小到大设置为1-6级),污渍种类为油 渍;蓝色牛仔裤2件,脏污程度5级,污渍种类为奶渍等。需要指出的是,由于用户的习惯不同,不一定会将上述的每个分类均通过语音说出来,此时可能输入的分类为一种或者多种。而且,用户在进行洗涤时,通常会一次洗涤多件衣物,此时用户发出的语音信息为多条。
在S120中,根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。
可选的,上述根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议包括:
提取所述语音信息的关键词,根据所述关键词确定待洗物信息,所述待洗物信息包括待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度以及污渍种类中的一个或多个。也就是说,通过洗涤设备或者洗涤设备服务器将获取的语音信息的关键词提取出来,例如对于红色内衣1件,丝光棉材质,脏污程度为2级,污渍种类为油渍的语音信息而言,上述关键词为内衣、红色、丝光棉、2级以及油渍。考虑到用户的语言习惯以及语言的非标准化,可能获取的语音信息并不能够被洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器解读,因此将上述关键词提取出来后,需要根据上述的关键词确定待洗物信息,即转化成通用的待洗物信息。随后根据上述转换确定的待洗物信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表来生成洗涤建议。本实施例中,可选的,上述关键词包括至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息,也就是在进行洗涤时,会有多个待洗的衣物,而每个衣物均会产生关键词,因此需要将每个衣物的关键词转换成待洗物信息,并根据多个衣物的待洗物信息来生成洗涤建议。例如当用户发出的语音输入包括内衣、牛仔裤以及羽绒服等多件衣物的信息时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会抓取上述多件衣物的语音信息的关键词,并将上述关键词转换成待洗物信息,之后根据多件衣物的待洗物信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。
需要指出的是,在生成洗涤建议过程中,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据上述确定的不同的待洗物信息以及洗涤程序的对应关系表进行洗涤建议的生成,例如,待洗物信息为数量时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据数量进行重量预估,比对洗涤程序的对应关系表后得出洗涤时需要的进水量、补水量以及初始洗涤剂的投放量;当待洗物信息为人群时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据洗涤程序的对应关系表中记录的洗涤习惯进行洗涤建议的生成;当待洗物信息为材质时,在生成洗涤建议时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据洗涤程序的对应关系表设置洗涤转速、转停比以及洗涤温度;当待洗物信息为颜色时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据洗涤程序的对应关系表判定是否加热或者是否可以混合洗涤,以生成相应的洗涤建议;当待洗物信息为类型时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会根据洗涤程序的对应关系表进行是否混合洗涤的判断,并生成相应的洗涤建议;当待洗物信息为脏污程度时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器在生成洗涤建议时会根据洗涤程序的对应关系表设置洗涤时间及加热温度,以及洗涤剂的投放量。本实施例中,上述根据多件衣物的待洗物信息来生成洗涤建议包括:根据至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息按照预设的规则判断是否适合混洗的洗涤程序;
所述按照预设的规则判断是否适合混洗的洗涤程序包括:根据至少两个所述待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度和/或污渍种类判断是否适合混洗的洗涤程序;
生成至少两个待洗物适合混洗或者不适合混洗的洗涤建议。
可选的,上述预设的规则为:将多件衣物的类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度、以及污渍种类进行比对,例如将内衣和牛仔裤的类型进行比对,针对类型这一分类,内衣和牛仔裤不是同一类型,因此洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会生成不 适合混洗的洗涤建议;当语音输入的待洗衣物中为多件内衣或者类型相近的衣物时,如果确定的待洗物信息只有类型这一分类,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会生成上述多件衣物适合混洗的洗涤建议,如果确定的待洗物信息还包含其他分类例如材质或者污渍种类时,当多件内衣的材质或者污渍种类等不同或者不相近时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会在比对类型之后继续比对材质或污渍种类,并在材质或污渍种类不同时,生成上述多件内衣不适合混洗的洗涤建议。需要说明的是,上述提及的相近以及不相近是人们在日常生活中普遍形成的概念,因此可以根据上述概念进行相近以及不相近的设置。
本实施例中,对上述待洗物信息的优先级加以设定,即上述待洗物信息进行比对时,比对的优先次序依次为类型、材质、污渍种类、颜色、脏污程度以及人群,通过该优先级的设定,能够生成较好的洗涤建议。
需要说明的是,上述洗涤建议除了是多件待洗衣物是否适合混洗的洗涤建议,也可以是语音输入的多件待洗衣物中的哪些适合同时洗涤,哪些应该在其余衣物洗涤完毕后再进行洗涤等。
需要指出的是,本实施例中的洗涤建议除了包括上述至少两个待洗衣物是否适合混洗外,在生成洗涤建议时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会结合上述的每个待洗物信息所对应的洗涤建议,综合形成一个较好的洗涤建议,例如根据自称重的重量以及待洗物的材质和数量的待洗物信息,确定洗涤程序中的进水量、补水量以及初始洗涤剂的投放量,并体现在洗涤建议中。
可选的,当洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器确定的待洗物信息并没有相对应的洗涤程序的对应关系表时,可以将该类衣物设置为常见待洗物类型,即直接生成基础的洗涤建议。
本实施例的洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器还具有自学习功能,例如当其他洗 涤设备或洗涤设备服务器上传了之前未存在的待洗物信息后,可以传递给当前的洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器,进而在当前洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器获取到该种洗涤物信息后,能够直接进行洗涤建议的生成。在涉及到移动终端的使用时,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器也可以向移动终端客户端传递相应的待洗物信息,以实现移动终端客户端的自更新。
在S130中,向用户发出洗涤建议。
在生成上述洗涤建议后,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会向用户发出该洗涤建议,可选的,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器可以通过语音播报或者向移动终端推送通知的方式向用户发出上述洗涤建议,也可以是通过屏幕显示结合报警的方式发出洗涤建议。
上述是以待洗衣物作为待洗物来说明本实施例的,但是本实施例的待洗物并不仅限于待洗衣物,也可以是其他的需要混洗的待洗物品。
实施例二:
图2为本实施例提供的洗涤程序的生成方法的流程图,本实施例在实施例一的基础上增加了用户对生成建议的指令,即当洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器发出洗涤建议后,用户会根据洗涤建议发出指令,以进行下一步的洗涤程序。
参见图2,本实施例提供的洗涤程序的生成方法,包括:
在S210中,获取语音信息。
在S220中,根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。
在S230中,向用户发出洗涤建议。
在S240中,接收用户对洗涤建议的指令,所述指令为开始或取消混洗的洗涤程序;
执行所述指令。
在洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器发出洗涤建议后,用户会针对该洗涤建议发出指令,控制洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器进行下一步操作,可选的,当用户接收到的洗涤建议是多件待洗衣物不适合混洗时,用户会发出取消混洗的洗涤程序的指令,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器执行该指令,取消待洗衣物的混洗,在用户进行处理之后,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器进行下一次的洗涤建议的生成;当用户接收到的洗涤建议是多件待洗衣物适合混洗时,用户会发出开始混洗的洗涤程序的指令,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器执行该指令,开始进行待洗衣物的混洗。
本实施例中,可选的,在洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器执行开始混洗的洗涤程序的指令后,洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器会获取多件所述待洗衣物的实际重量,并根据多件所述待洗衣物的待洗物信息设置进水量和洗涤剂投放量,随后进行混洗操作。
本实施例通过上述方法,能够实现多件待洗衣物混洗的较好的洗涤效果,同时用户对上述方法的操作也简单快捷。
实施例三:
图3为本实施例提供的洗涤程序的生成装置的结构示意图,该装置用于实现上述实施例一以及实施例二的方法,以便实现多件衣物进行洗涤时,能够生成较好的洗涤建议。
参照图3,本实施例提供一种洗涤程序的生成装置,包括:
语音获取模块310,设置为获取用户发出的语音信息,可选的,上述语音获取模块通过所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器获取所述语音信息;或者,通过 移动终端远程获取所述语音信息,并传递给所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器。
洗涤建议生成模块320,设置为根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议;

实施例四:
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括实施例三所述的洗涤程序的生成装置,通过该洗涤程序的生成装置能够使得洗衣机能够实现对待洗衣物的待洗物信息的准确获取,可以生成较好的洗涤建议,且用户操作起来方便快捷。
本实施例还提供了一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行上述任一实施例中洗涤程序的生成方法。
本实施例还提供一种洗涤设备的硬件结构示意图,其中所述洗涤设备也可以是洗涤设备服务器,如图4所示,包括:
一个或多个处理器410以及存储器420,图4中以一个处理器410为例。
洗涤设备还可以包括:输入装置430和输出装置440。
处理器410、存储器420、输入装置430和输出装置440可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器420作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的洗涤程序的生成方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器410通过运行存储在存储器420中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的洗涤程序的生成方法。
存储器420可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储 操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据应用程序交互的终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器420可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器420可选包括相对于处理器410远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至应用程序交互的终端。

    获取语音信息;
    根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议;
    发出所述洗涤建议。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生成方法,其中,所述根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议包括:
    提取所述语音信息的关键词,根据所述关键词确定待洗物信息,所述待洗物信息包括待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度以及污渍种类中的一个或多个;
    根据所述待洗物信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。

    生成至少两个待洗物适合混洗或者不适合混洗的洗涤建议;
    其中,所述洗涤建议还包括:
    根据自称重的重量以及待洗物的材质和数量的待洗物信息,确定洗涤程序中的进水量、补水量以及初始洗涤剂的投放量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的生成方法,还包括:
    接收对所述洗涤建议的指令,所述指令为开始或取消混洗的洗涤程序;
    执行所述指令。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的生成方法,其中,所述方法的执行主体为:洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的生成方法,其中,所述获取语音信息包括:
    通过所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器获取所述语音信息;
    或者,通过移动终端远程获取所述语音信息,并传递给所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器。
  8. 一种洗涤程序的生成装置,包括:
    语音获取模块,设置为获取语音信息;
    洗涤建议生成模块,设置为根据预设的语音信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议;
    洗涤建议输出模块,设置为发出所述洗涤建议。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的生成装置,其中,所述洗涤建议生成模块包括:
    待洗物信息确定单元,设置为提取所述语音信息的关键词,并根据所述关键词确定待洗物信息,所述待洗物信息包括待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度以及污渍种类中的一个或多个;
    洗涤建议生成单元,设置为根据所述待洗物信息与洗涤程序的对应关系表生成洗涤建议。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的生成装置,其中,所述关键词包括至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息,所述洗涤建议生成单元设置为:
    根据至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息生成对应的洗涤建议。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的生成装置,其中,所述洗涤建议生成单元设置为:
    根据至少两个待洗物的待洗物信息按照预设的规则判断是否适合混洗的洗涤程序;
    所述按照预设的规则判断是否适合混洗的洗涤程序包括:根据至少两个所述待洗物的数量、人群、类型、材质、颜色、脏污程度和/或污渍种类判断是否 适合混洗的洗涤程序;
    生成至少两个待洗物适合混洗或者不适合混洗的洗涤建议。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的生成装置,还包括:
    指令接收模块,设置为接收对所述洗涤建议的指令,所述指令为开始或取消混洗的洗涤程序;
    指令执行模块,设置为执行所述指令。
  13. 根据权利要求8-12任一所述的生成装置,其中,所述装置配置于:
    洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的生成装置,其中,所述语音获取模块通过所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器获取所述语音信息;或者,通过移动终端远程获取所述语音信息,并传递给所述洗涤设备或洗涤设备服务器。
  15. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求8-13任一所述的洗涤程序的生成装置。
  16. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行权利要求1-7中任一项的方法。
