背景技术
随着洗衣机行业的不断发展,洗衣机的功能越来越多,为满足用户的使用需求,洗衣机正朝着智能化的方向发展。
现有技术中,智能洗衣机配置的洗涤程序可以包括多种,例如快速洗、混合洗或标准洗。不同的洗涤程序对应的洗涤参数不同,可以满足用户的个性化需求。
然而,针对不同的洗涤程序如果选用的洗涤剂不合适,可能会出现衣物损伤、污渍无法彻底清除,或者漂洗不净洗涤剂残留等各种问题,因此如何为用户准确推荐合适的洗涤剂成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种洗涤剂推荐方法及设备,通过获取用户使用各类型洗涤程序的次数确定使用次数最多的几种类型洗涤程序以及对应的洗涤剂,并向用户推送洗涤剂提示信息,可以解决用户使用不适合的洗涤剂造成损伤衣物、危害人体健康等各种不良影响的问题。
第一方面,本申请公开了一种洗涤剂推荐方法,包括:
获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;
根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户;N为大于等于1的正整数。
基于上述技术内容,获取用户使用不同类型洗涤程序的次数,根据使用次数选取使用次数最多的几种洗涤程序,并将使用次数最多的几种洗涤程序对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户,实现了根据用户使用不同类型洗涤程序的频率向用户推送洗涤剂的提示信息。

本申请实施例描述的应用场景是为了更加清楚的说明本申请实施例的技术方案,并不构成对于本申请实施例提供的技术方案的限定,本领域普通技术人员可知,随着新应用场景的出现,本申请实施例提供的技术方案对于类似的技术问题,同样适用。
随着洗衣机行业的不断发展,洗衣机的功能越来越多,作为家庭必不可少的家电,用户对洗衣机的功能、洗衣质量、智能化等方面的要求也越来越高。智能洗衣机配置多种洗涤程序。每个用户都有自己的洗衣习惯,有人习惯用快速洗,有人习惯用混合洗,有人习惯用标准洗。但是,不同的洗涤程序的洗涤参数不同,如果使用的洗衣液不当,可能会导致污渍洗涤不净,或者泡沫较多漂洗不干净的情况存在,比如快速洗,其只有一次洗涤、一次漂洗,比较适合于脏污程度较低的衣物,且适用于采用低泡洗衣液进行洗涤,如果采用了高泡洗衣液,则会产生很多泡沫而导致漂洗不干净,洗衣液残留多;再比如,混合洗,用户经常将棉质的、化纤的、毛的、麻材质的衣物混合在一起进行洗涤,而不同材质的衣物适合不同的洗涤剂,如果使用的洗涤剂不当,可能会对衣物造成损害。因此,本实施例提供了一种洗涤剂推荐方法及设备。
图1为本申请一个实施例提供的应用场景示意图。如图1所示,终端设备101与洗衣机102可以进行数据通信,终端设备101可以展示洗衣机102的运行状态信息,例如当前运行的洗涤程序,还可以对每次洗涤程序的选择进行记录,形成洗衣记录。可以理解,该洗衣记录可以在终端设备101本地存储,为了节省终端设备101的硬件资源,还可以存储于服务器103内。可选地,终端设备101可以为手机、平板、个人电脑等能够安装并运行程序的设备。洗衣机102可以为各种类型的洗衣机,该洗衣机可以包括多种洗涤程序。
在具体实现过程中,终端设备101可以获取洗衣机102支持的洗涤程序的信息,终端设备101可以针对用户的每次洗涤形成洗衣记录。终端设备可以根据该洗衣记录或者是直接从洗衣机102获取洗涤程序的运行信息,获得洗衣机102的各洗涤程序的使用次数。进而根据该使用次数进行洗涤剂的推荐。
在本实施例中,通过统计每个用户使用的洗涤程序,根据用户使用最多的洗涤程 序,向用户介绍该程序,展示使用了不合适的洗衣液会带来的问题,并推荐适合该洗涤程序的洗衣液,使用户使用正确或合适的洗衣液,避免洗衣液使用不当,损害衣物的问题发生。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图2为本申请一个实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法包括:
201、获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂。
本实施例的执行主体可以为服务器或图1所示的终端设备。
实际应用中,洗衣机设置有多个洗涤程序供用户选用。例如,如果待洗涤物只有轻微污渍,用户为了节省时间可以选用快速洗进行洗涤,如果待洗涤物是婴儿用品,需要特别呵护则可以选用婴儿洗。
人与洗衣机的对应关系可以有多种,同一台洗衣机可以被多人使用,同一个人可以使用多台洗衣机。不同型号的洗衣机针对一种功能的洗涤程序可能名称不一致,例如洗衣机设置的大物洗和床单洗,其实是同一种功能的洗涤程序。不同用户的家庭结构不同,洗涤习惯不同,因此所选用的洗涤程序会有不同,使用次数的情况也会不同。
面对众多的洗涤程序,为了合理推荐洗涤剂,可以根据洗涤程序所适用的洗涤剂种类划分为多个类型。具体的,可以将适用于同一类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序归为一种类型。例如,将适用于低泡易漂类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序归类为低泡易漂类型洗涤程序,将适用于天然无刺激类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序归类为爱婴洗类型洗涤程序。
基于划分好的针对不同种类洗涤剂的各类型的洗涤程序进行使用次数的统计。可选地,可以将洗涤程序划分为以下几个类型:普通洗类型、低泡易漂洗类型、商务洗类型、爱婴洗类型、除菌洗类型。
本实施例中,洗涤程序的使用次数的获取方式有多种,可以根据用户的账号,统计该账号下使用的洗涤程序的次数。还可以通过终端设备从关联的洗衣机中获取该洗衣机的运行记录,从该运行记录中统计不同洗涤程序的使用次数。本实施例对此不作限定。在获取到各洗涤程序的使用次数后,可以再统计不同类型洗涤程序对应的各洗涤程序的使用次数之和作为该类型洗涤程序的使用次数。可选地,洗涤程序的使用次数的统计可以是统计预设时段内的使用次数,例如可以为最近一个月,最近三个月,或者最近半年的使用次数。
结合以下表1,根据用户最近一个月的洗衣记录,可以统计得到表1中的结果。

如表1所示,普通洗类型中加强洗为3次,标准洗为2次,混合洗为7次,大物洗为2次。该类型的总使用次数为14次,爱婴洗类型中婴幼洗为8次,大童洗为4次,该类型的总使用次数为12次,除菌洗类型中防过敏洗为3次,户外服洗为2次,巴氏杀菌洗为0次,该类型的总使用次数为5次,商务洗类型中衬衣洗为4次,西服洗为1次,该类型的总使用次数为5次,低泡易漂洗类型中快速洗为16次,该类型的总使用次数为16次。
202、根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户;N为大于等于1的正整数。
在将不同类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数统计完成后,则可以将各类型洗涤程序按照使用次数进行从高到低的排序。选取第一名或者前几名对应的洗涤程序类型对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户。
可选地,洗涤剂的提示信息可以包括洗涤剂的名称,还可以包括洗涤剂的使用说明。为了方便用户进行洗涤剂的购买,该提示信息还可以包括该洗涤剂的购买链接。
可选地,由于洗涤程序类型是根据洗涤程序概括出来的,用户的熟悉度不够,于是可以将用户比较熟悉的自己在该类型下使用次数较多的具体的洗涤程序和对应的洗涤剂提示信息共同展示。每种类型洗涤程序包括至少一个洗涤程序,所述将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户之后,还包括:
针对所述N种类型洗涤程序中每种类型洗涤程序,从该类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的洗涤程序,将该洗涤程序与该类型洗涤程序对应的洗涤剂的提示信息同时推送给用户。
在展示过程中,可以选定展示的数量,例如可以为展示使用次数排名前三多的洗涤程序类型分别对应的使用次数最多的洗涤程序及洗涤剂提示信息。
在具体实现过程中,以筛选3个洗涤程序为例,洗涤剂推荐过程可以包括以下几个步骤:
步骤1、统计每种洗涤类型下各洗涤程序的总使用次数,并进行排序;
步骤2、判断是否含有特殊洗涤类型(除普通洗类型之外的其他洗涤类型);
步骤3、如果有特殊洗涤类型,需要根据步骤1得到的排序,筛选占比排名前二的特殊洗涤类型,如果有多个类型占比相同,则随机;
步骤4、每种特殊洗涤类型下选出1个使用次数最多的洗涤程序,如果有多个程序次数相同,则随机;
步骤5、如果筛选出2个特殊类型洗涤程序,则从常规洗衣程序中筛选使用次数占比最高的1个洗衣程序,凑齐3个。
步骤6、如果特殊洗涤类型只有1个,则从普通洗类型洗涤程序中按照使用次数占比中筛选前2个,凑齐3个洗涤程序。
步骤7、如果没有特殊类型洗涤程序,则从普通洗类型洗涤程序中按照使用次数占比筛选前2个,凑齐3个;
步骤8、如果根据上述规则统计的洗涤程序少于3个,则将筛选出来的洗涤程序全部推出;
步骤9、如果没有任何洗涤程序,则返回空数组。
步骤10、如果有用户的洗涤程序不在分类列表中,则舍弃。(例如,单脱水程序)。
实际应用中,如表1所示,可以统计最近一个月内该用户使用的次数最多的洗涤程序,将使用次数排名前三的程序显示在APP界面中,显示标题可以是:主人,您常用的洗涤程序类型有:低泡易漂洗类型、普通洗类型、爱婴洗类型。当然,在确定了使用频次较多的洗涤类型后,可以选取各类型中使用次数最多的洗涤程序作为代表。例如低泡易漂洗类型中快速洗作为代表,普通洗类型中使用次数最高的混合洗可以作为该类型的代表,爱婴洗类型中婴儿洗可以作为该类型的代表。
在APP界面中可以显示作为代表的各洗涤程序,例如可以显示快速洗、混合洗和婴儿洗。具体的,图3为本申请一个实施例提供的一种APP界面示意图,如图3所示,在界面的上方区域显示“扫描识别”按钮,在接收到用户的点击后,可以对用户的洗涤剂产品进行识别码扫描,例如进行二维码或者条形码扫描。以向用户展示该洗涤剂的说明信息、购买链接等提示信息。还可以结合用户的洗衣记录为用户提供洗涤程序推荐名单。在界面的下方区域,可以显示“主人,您常用的洗衣程序为快速洗、混合洗、婴儿洗”。并且将各程序适用的洗涤剂的提示信息进行展示。展示方式可以是轮播的形式,也可以是同时展示。本实施例对此不作限定。
可选地,还可以在界面中同时可以在该界面上显示与使用次数最多的快速洗相关的以下两种内容:
一:快速洗的相关的图片、文字,比如,显示快速洗可能会出现的问题:洗衣液泡沫多,漂洗不干净,以及适合快速洗的洗衣液的优点,低泡设计、易漂洗,可配合图片显示;
二:适合快速洗程序的洗衣液链接,用户点击链接后,即可跳转至购买界面,购买该洗衣液,该链接上标明所推的洗衣液的优点,比如:低泡、易漂洗。
或者,在APP端轮流播放快速洗、混合洗、婴儿洗这三张洗涤程序相关的内容及推荐的洗衣液链接。
本实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐方法,通过获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;根据所述使用次数, 从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户,能够根据该用户对于不同洗涤程序的使用次数,优先向用户推荐使用频率较高的洗涤程序适用的洗涤剂,使得用户能够使用合适的洗涤剂进行洗涤,避免用户因为选用的洗涤剂不当而造成的各种不良影响。
可选地,如果用户为新注册的用户,洗衣记录中的洗涤程序的使用次数很少,不足以形成推荐依据,那么可以将大数据统计的结果推送给用户,因此,在步骤202之后,还可以包括:
若预设时间段内用户的洗涤程序的使用次数小于预设阈值,则向用户推送由大数据统计获得的常用洗涤程序以及该常用洗涤程序对应的洗涤剂的提示信息。
具体的,如果用户最近一个月内没有使用洗衣机,则可以在APP界面中显示80%的用户都喜欢使用的洗涤程序,即80%的用户最常使用的洗涤程序。
图4为本申请另一个实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐方法的流程示意图。如图4所示,该方法包括:
401、接收用户输入的账号信息。
实际应用中,账号信息可以有多种形式,例如可以是用户名和密码,还可以是采集的用户的声纹、头像、指纹,本实施例对此不作限定。
402、在所述账号信息验证成功后,获取所述账号信息下各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数。
举例来说,针对一台智能洗衣机供一个家庭或一套房子中的所有住户(比如合租者)使用的情况,每个用户均可以通过安装在终端设备(例如,手机)上的APP应用选择洗涤程序控制洗衣机,当用户在APP端输入账号信息且验证成功后,用户可以通过APP的操作对洗衣机进行控制,例如可以选择洗涤程序,手机APP可以记录该次选择内容,形成该用户的一次洗衣记录。
账号信息验证成功后,终端设备可以获取该账号信息下的洗衣记录,获取各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数。
可选地,所述获取所述账号信息下各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数之前,可以包括:
4021、获取该账号信息对应的所有洗涤程序。
4022、根据洗涤程序适用的洗涤剂,将适用于同一类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序划分为同一类型,得到各类型洗涤程序。
具体的,在账号验证成功后,可以获取该账号对应的使用过的所有洗涤程序,可选地,可以获取预定时间内,例如一个月内所有使用过的洗涤程序。将该所有洗涤程序,根据适用的洗涤剂类型,将适用于同一类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序划分为一组,作为一种类型洗涤程序,例如可以将衬衣洗和西服洗洗涤程序划分为商务洗类型。
本实施例中同一类型洗涤剂并不限于一种产品,可以是具有相同特性的多种产品,例如爱婴洗类型洗涤程序对应的爱婴洗类型的洗涤剂可以包括A品牌的天然洗婴儿专用洗涤剂,还可以包括B品牌的宝宝专用洗涤剂等,本实施例对此不做限定。
403、在所述账号信息验证成功后,则接收用户输入的当前使用的洗涤剂的标识信息。
可选地,该标识信息可以为洗涤剂名称或者洗涤剂的识别码,例如二维码或条形码。
具体的,终端设备可以接收用户输入的洗涤剂名称,还可以对洗涤剂的识别码进行扫描。
404、根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂的购买链接。
实际应用中,终端设备还可以在用户的账号信息验证成功后,接收用户输入的当前使用的洗涤剂信息。以帮助用户方便的购买到该洗涤剂。
405、根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂适用的洗涤程序名单;
为了能够便于用户进行洗涤程序的正确选择,终端设备可以根据洗涤剂的标识信息,确定该洗涤剂的基本信息,该基本信息可以包括洗涤剂的成分信息以及用法用量信息等,根据该洗涤剂的基本信息确定该洗涤剂适用的洗涤程序名单,并将该洗涤程序名单推送给用户,以使用户了解该洗涤剂对应的洗涤程序,以在后续洗涤过程中选用合适的洗涤程序。
可选地,所述洗涤程序名单可以是根据用户使用的各洗涤程序筛选获得的。
具体的,在终端设备根据用户提供的洗涤剂的标识信息后,根据该标识信息确定该洗涤剂的基本信息,该基本信息可以包括洗涤剂的成分信息以及用法用量信息等,根据该洗涤剂的基本信息确定该洗涤剂适用的洗涤程序类型,例如该洗涤剂适用于商务系类型洗涤程序,可以从该类型洗涤程序对应的多个洗涤程序中选定用户使用次数最多的一种或者几种洗涤程序形成洗涤程序名单推送给用户,以使用户通过该名单了解,自己当前使用的洗涤剂所能适用的洗涤程序,并以正确的洗涤程序使用洗涤剂。
406、根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户。
本实施例中步骤406与上述实施例中步骤202相类似,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐方法,通过对用户的账号信息下各类型洗涤程序的使用次数进行统计,并根据该统计结果准确的向用户进行洗涤剂的推荐,并且通过对用户输入的洗涤剂的标识信息进行识别,能够向用户推送相关购买链接和使用该洗涤剂的洗涤程序名单,方便用户进行洗涤程序的合理选择。从而避免了用户因为选用的洗涤剂不当或者选用的洗涤程序不适合而造成的各种不良影响。
图5为本申请一个实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,该洗涤剂推荐装置50包括:获取模块501以及第一推送模块502。
获取模块501,用于获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;
第一推送模块502,用于根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户。
本发明实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐设备,通过获取模块501获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;第一推送模块502根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户,能 够根据该用户对于不同洗涤程序的使用次数,优先向用户推荐使用频率较高的洗涤程序适用的洗涤剂,使得用户能够使用合适的洗涤剂进行洗涤,避免用户因为选用的洗涤剂不当而造成的各种不良影响。
图6为本申请另一个实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐装置的结构示意图。如图6所示,该洗涤剂推荐装置50还包括:选取模块503、。
可选地,每种类型洗涤程序包括至少一个洗涤程序,该装置50还包括:
选取模块503,用于针对所述N种类型洗涤程序中每种类型洗涤程序,从该类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的洗涤程序,将该洗涤程序与该类型洗涤程序对应的洗涤剂的提示信息同时推送给用户。
可选地,该装置50还包括:
第一接收模块504,用于接收用户输入的账号信息;
所述第一推送模块502,具体用于:
在所述账号信息验证成功后,获取所述账号信息下各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数。
可选地,所述第一推送模块502,具体用于:
获取该账号信息对应的所有洗涤程序;
根据洗涤程序适用的洗涤剂,将适用于同一类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序划分为同一类型,得到各类型洗涤程序。
可选地,该装置50还包括:
第二接收模块505,用于在所述账号信息验证成功后,则接收用户输入的当前使用的洗涤剂的标识信息;
第二推送模块506,用于根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂的购买链接。
可选地,该装置50还包括:
第三推送模块507,用于根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂适用的洗涤程序名单;所述洗涤程序名单是根据用户使用的各洗涤程序筛选获得的。
可选地,所述各类型洗涤程序至少包括以下中两种:普通洗类型、低泡易漂洗类型、商务洗类型、爱婴洗类型、除菌洗类型。
本发明实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐设备,可用于执行上述的方法实施例,其实现原理和技术效果类似,本实施例此处不再赘述。
图7为本申请一个实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐设备的硬件结构示意图。如图7所示,本实施例提供的洗涤剂推荐设备70包括:至少一个处理器701和存储器702。该洗涤剂推荐设备70还包括通信部件703。其中,处理器701、存储器702以及通信部件703通过总线704连接。
在具体实现过程中,至少一个处理器701执行所述存储器702存储的计算机执行指令,使得至少一个处理器701执行如上洗涤剂推荐设备70所执行的洗涤剂推荐方法。
当本实施例的使用次数统计与洗涤剂推送由服务器执行时,该通信部件703可以将各洗涤程序的使用次数发送给服务器。
处理器701的具体实现过程可参见上述方法实施例,其实现原理和技术效果类似,本实施例此处不再赘述。
在上述的图7所示的实施例中,应理解,处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合发明所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
存储器可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储NVM,例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
总线可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,本申请附图中的总线并不限定仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,实现如上洗涤剂推荐设备执行的洗涤剂推荐方法。
上述的计算机可读存储介质,上述可读存储介质可以是由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。可读存储介质可以是通用或专用计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。
一种示例性的可读存储介质耦合至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该可读存储介质读取信息,且可向该可读存储介质写入信息。当然,可读存储介质也可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和可读存储介质可以位于专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,简称:ASIC)中。当然,处理器和可读存储介质也可以作为分立组件存在于设备中。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本申请还提供一种计算机程序,包括程序代码,当计算机运行所述计算机程序时,所述程序代码执行如上的洗涤剂推荐方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种洗涤剂推荐方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;
    根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户;所述N为大于等于1的正整数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每种类型洗涤程序包括至少一个洗涤程序,所述将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给用户之后,还包括:
    针对所述N种类型洗涤程序中每种类型洗涤程序,从该类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的洗涤程序,将该洗涤程序与该类型洗涤程序对应的洗涤剂的提示信息同时推送给用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数之前,还包括:
    接收用户输入的账号信息;
    所述获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数,包括
    在所述账号信息验证成功后,获取所述账号信息下各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述账号信息下各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数之前,还包括:
    获取该账号信息对应的所有洗涤程序;
    根据洗涤程序适用的洗涤剂,将适用于同一类型洗涤剂的洗涤程序划分为同一类型,得到各类型洗涤程序。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的账号信息之后,还包括:
    在所述账号信息验证成功后,则接收用户输入的当前使用的洗涤剂的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂的购买链接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的当前使用的洗涤剂的标识信息之后,还包括:
    根据所述标识信息,向用户推送该洗涤剂适用的洗涤程序名单。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述各类型洗涤程序至少包括以下中两种:普通洗类型、低泡易漂洗类型、商务洗类型、爱婴洗类型、除菌洗类型。
  8. 一种洗涤剂推荐装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户使用的各类型洗涤程序分别对应的使用次数;所述各类型洗涤程序分别对应不同种类的洗涤剂;
    第一推送模块,用于根据所述使用次数,从各类型洗涤程序中选取使用次数最多的N种类型洗涤程序,并将该N种类型洗涤程序分别对应的洗涤剂的提示信息推送给 用户。
  9. 一种洗涤剂推荐设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序代码;
    所述处理器,用于调用所述存储器中所存储的程序代码,执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当该指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
  11. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序代码,当计算机运行所述计算机程序时,所述程序代码执行如权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
