Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を用いて説明する。本件の実施形態としては、水道管に設置された振動センサと圧力センサを用いて、水道管の配管状態を検知するシステムを例に説明を実施する。尚、本発明は、水道に限られず、ガスや空気などを運ぶ配管に適用可能である。ここで、ここで、本実施形態における「配管状態」とは、例えば、配管が摩耗し、配管が薄くなっている状態を示す。「配管状態」は、左記状態だけでなく、配管の内壁に堆積物が堆積し、配管の内径が狭くなっている状態や配管の外壁が腐食などにより摩耗している状態や配管の外壁に堆積物が付着し、配管が厚くなっている状態や、それらが複合的に発生している状態等であっても良い。
センサユニット1100のデータ取得方法について、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、センサユニット1100のデータの取得フローを示すフロー図である。
配管状態検知装置1200の配管状態検知方法について、図4を用いて説明する。図4は、配管状態検知装置1200の配管状態検知方法のフローを示すフロー図である。

図7を用いて上記第1の実施形態を適用した実施例の説明を実施する。図7は、配管状態検知装置で検知される配管状態を例示する図である。まず、図7の縦軸は、配管の管壁パラメータであり、横軸は、配管の内径を示す。図の中央に位置する点は、初期値を示す。図7中の点線は、正常範囲を例示する。正常範囲は、特に限定されず、ユーザによって、適宜設定されても良い。制御部203は、算出された配管の内径と配管の管壁パラメータが正常範囲内である場合に、配管状態は正常であると判定する。以下、具体的な判定結果を例示する。
表示部204は、制御部203の判定結果に基づき、配管の内部が異常であることを表示する。
さらに、初期値に対して配管の内径が変わらず、管壁パラメータが増加しているため、制御部203は、配管の成分が変化し、配管の剛性が高くなったことをメッセージとして表示部204に表示させる。合わせて、制御部203は、配管の内部及び配管の外部は正常であると判定する。
さらに、初期値に対して配管の内径が増加し、管壁パラメータが増加しているため、制御部203は、配管の摩耗により管厚が低下し、配管の成分が変化した結果配管の剛性が高くなったことをメッセージとして表示部204に表示させる。合わせて、制御部203は、配管の内部及び配管の外部は正常であると判定する。ここで、本実施例では、制御部203は、正常の場合には、表示部204に正常であることを表示しない構成としたが、正常状態であっても表示させる構成としても良い。
本発明では、配管の内径と配管の管壁パラメータを算出し、それらを組み合わせて配管の状態を判定する構成としたため、配管の劣化の状態をより詳細に知ることができる。
第2の実施形態の構成について図8を用いて説明する。図8は、第2の実施形態の配管状態検知システム2000の構成を示した図である。
センサユニット2100のデータ取得方法について、図9を用いて説明する。図9は、センサユニット2100のデータの取得フローを示すフロー図である。
図10を用いて、第2の実施形態における配管状態検知方法を説明する。図10は、第2実施形態における劣化検知方法のフローを示したフロー図である。
本発明では、第1の実施形態に比べて、配管材料の温度データを取得する構成としている。そのため、流体音速cf、流体の体積弾性率Bf、配管材料ヤング率Eを正確に算出することができる。よって、配管の内径aや配管の管壁パラメータの算出精度が高まり、より正確な配管状態の診断を実現することができる。
当業者には、係る実施の形態に対して多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることは明らかである。そのような場合、係る変更または改良を加えた新たな実施の形態も、本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得る。そしてこのことは、請求の範囲に記載した事項から明らかである。

Claims (13)
- 配管または前記配管内流体から振動データと圧力データを検出するセンサユニットと、
前記センサユニットで取得した前記振動データと前記圧力データに基づいて、前記配管の剛性を示す管壁パラメータを算出する管壁パラメータ算出手段と、
前記管壁パラメータに基づいて、配管の劣化状態を判定する判定手段と、
を備える配管状態検知システム。 - 前記センサユニットで取得した前記振動データと前記圧力データに基づき、前記配管の内径を算出する内径算出手段を備え、
前記判定手段は、前記内径と、前記管壁パラメータに基づいて、前記配管の劣化状態を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管状態検知システム。 - 前記判定手段は、前記内径に基づいて、前記配管の内部の劣化状態を判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- 前記判定手段は、前記配管の内径の初期値と算出した前記内径との差が第1の所定値以上となった場合に、前記配管の内部の状態が異常であると判定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- 前記判定手段は、前記配管の管壁パラメータの初期値と算出した前記管壁パラメータとの差が第2の所定値以上となった場合に、前記配管の外部の劣化状態が異常であると判定することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- 前記管壁パラメータは、前記配管の厚さ、前記配管の厚さと配管材料のヤング率との積、または前記配管の厚さと配管材料の密度の積のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- 前記センサユニットは、さらに、温度データを検出し、
前記内径算出手段は、前記振動データと、前記圧力データと、前記温度データと、に基づいて、前記配管の内径を算出することを特徴とする請求項2乃至6に記載の配管状態検知システム。 - 前記管壁パラメータ算出手段は、前記振動データと、前記圧力データと、前記温度データと、算出した前記内径に基づいて、前記管壁パラメータを算出することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- 前記振動データと、前記圧力データと、に基づいて、前記配管を伝わる波の音速である配管音速を算出する配管音速算出手段と、
前記振動データと、前記圧力データとに基づいて、前記配管を流れる流体に伝わる波の音速である流体音速を算出する流体音速算出手段と、を備え、
前記内径算出手段は、前記振動データと、前記圧力データと、前記配管音速と、前記流体音速と、に基づいて、前記配管の内径を算出することを特徴とする請求項2乃至6に記載の配管状態検知システム。 - 前記管壁パラメータ算出手段は、前記振動データと、前記圧力データと、前記配管音速と、前記流体音速と、算出した前記内径に基づいて、前記管壁パラメータを算出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の配管状態検知システム。
- センサユニットで取得した振動データと圧力データに基づいて、管壁パラメータを算出する管壁パラメータ算出手段と、
前記管壁パラメータに基づいて、配管外部の劣化状態を判定する判定手段と、
を備える配管状態検知システム。 - センサユニットで取得した振動データと圧力データに基づいて、配管の剛性を示す管壁パラメータを算出し、前記管壁パラメータに基づいて、前記配管の内部及び外部の劣化状態を判定する配管状態検知方法。
- コンピュータに、
センサユニットで取得した振動データと圧力データに基づいて、配管の剛性を示す管壁パラメータを算出する処理と、
前記管壁パラメータに基づいて、前記配管の内部及び外部の状態を判定する処理を実行させる劣化検出プログラムを格納したコンピュータ読み取り可能記録媒体。
