(実施の形態1)
まず、本発明の実施の形態1における室外機の構成について説明する。本実施の形態では、室外機の一例として空気調和装置の室外機について説明する。なお、本実施の形態の室外機は、例えば給湯器用の室外機であってもよく、空気調和機の室外機と同様の構成とすることができる。
本実施の形態の送風機3によれば、第1羽根部材31の回転により第2端30bから第1端30aに向かう方向Bに気流が発生する。第2羽根部材32の回転により第2羽根部材32が回転する領域は負圧になるため、第2羽根部材32が回転する領域に気流が流入する。これにより、ボス30に向かって気流が引き付けられる。したがって、第1羽根部材31の回転により発生した気流はボス30に向かって引き付けられながら第2端30bから第1端30aに向かう方向へ流れる。このようにして、第1羽根部材31の回転により発生した第2端30bから第1端30aに向かう方向の気流を第2羽根部材32により整流することができる。これにより、傾斜面30cに沿ってボス30の下流側に流れる気流が増加する。したがって、傾斜面30cに沿って気流を十分に流すことができる。そのため、ボス30の下流側に発生する剥離域20を十分に小さくすることができる。このため、ボス30の下流側において渦の発生を抑制することができる。これにより、渦の発生による圧力流量特性の損失を低減させることができる。また、渦の発生による騒音を低減させることができる。

図34は、本発明の実施の形態7の送風機3を側面側から見た図である。図34を参照して、本発明の実施の形態7の送風機3では、ボス30の下流側の端部がボス30と第1羽根部材31との接続部分CPよりも下流側に位置している。つまり、第2端30bから第1端30aに向かう方向Bにおいて、ボス30と第1羽根部材31との接続部分CPよりもボス30の第1端30aの近くに傾斜面30cが配置されている。
図35は、本発明の実施の形態8の送風機3を側面側から見た図である。図35を参照して、本発明の実施の形態8の送風機3では、ボス30の下流側の端部が、ボス30と第1羽根部材31との接続部分CPよりも下流側に位置しており、かつボス30の下流側の端部が第1羽根部材31の最も下流側にある縁部と同じ位置に配置されている。つまり、第2端30bから第1端30aに向かう方向Bにおいて、第1羽根部材31の縁部は、ボス30の第1端30aと同じ位置に配置されている。なお、図35では、第1羽根部材31の最も下流側にある縁部の位置を線Lで示している。
図37は本発明の実施の形態9に係る空気調和装置の構成図である。図37を参照して、本発明の実施の形態9では、上述した送風機3等を備える室外機100を有する冷凍サイクル装置について説明する。本発明の実施の形態9では冷凍サイクル装置の一例として、空気調和装置について説明する。
Claims (9)
- 軸方向の第1端および第2端と、前記第2端から前記第1端に向かう方向に前記軸方向に延びる軸心に近づくように傾斜する傾斜面と、前記傾斜面と前記第2端との間に配置された外周面とを有し、かつ前記軸心まわりに回転可能なボスと、
前記ボスの前記外周面に接続された第1羽根部材と、
前記傾斜面、および、前記傾斜面と前記第1羽根部材が前記外周面に接続された接続部分との間に配置された前記外周面の少なくともいずれかに接続された第2羽根部材とを備えた、送風機。 - 前記第2羽根部材は、遠心翼形状を有している、請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記第2羽根部材は、前記傾斜面に配置されたプロペラ翼形状を有している、請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記第2羽根部材は、前記傾斜面および前記外周面と連続的につながっている、請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記第2羽根部材は、前記外周面と連続的につながっている、請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記ボスは、
中央部と、
前記ボスの前記軸方向に交差する径方向において前記中央部の外側に隙間をあけて配置された外周部と、
前記隙間に配置され、かつ前記径方向に前記中央部と前記外周部とをつなぐリブとを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の送風機。 - 前記第2端から前記第1端に向かう方向において、前記第1羽根部材の縁部は、前記ボスの前記第1端の位置よりも前記第2端側の位置に配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の送風機。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の送風機と、
前記送風機により導かれた空気と熱交換を行う熱交換器とを備えた、室外機。 - 吸入した冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機と、前記圧縮機から吐出された前記冷媒と熱交換を行うことにより前記冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器と、前記凝縮器で凝縮された前記冷媒を減圧させる絞り装置と、前記絞り装置で減圧された前記冷媒と熱交換を行うことにより前記冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器とを互いに配管で接続した冷媒回路を構成する冷凍サイクル装置であって、
請求項8の室外機が前記凝縮器および前記蒸発器のいずれかである、冷凍サイクル装置。
