随着城市车辆的增加,随之而来的停车难问题亟待解决。现代城市大多采用立体停车库以缓解停车难问题。这种立体停车库通常设有上停车板和下停车板,用于分别停放车辆。虽然立体停车库可以更好的利用空间,在同样的占地面积提供更多的停车位,但是利用上停车板存取车辆时,即使下停车板上没有停车,也必须移开以避让上停车板,操作非常不方便。如果下停车板不避让上停车板,让其直接叠放在上面,则两者叠放后的高度会较高,导致汽车行驶向上较为困难,需要较大的动力,有可能造成操作失误导致车加油门过大而使车撞击到车库门柱等。
专利申请号201220573640.8公开了一种前驱型双层立体车库。包括设置有立柱的支架、安装在支架上的载车盘,所述立柱上设置有导轨,导轨中安装有滑轮,滑轮的轮轴插装在挂板上,所述挂板固定连接在载车盘的侧面;立柱的下端设有传动连杆,所述传动连杆的后端铰接在立柱上,传动连杆的前端设置有传动轴管,所述传动轴管位于在载车盘的下面;在传动连杆的中段设置有油缸挂耳,所述油缸挂耳与立柱的上端之间设置有油缸。该前驱型双层立体车库虽然设置在地面上的载车盘在没有车的时候不需要移开可以直接让上方的载车盘放下,但是上方的载车盘放下后跟地面上的载车盘叠放一起后的高度过高,即使有引导板,但是汽车行驶上去需要较大动力,操作控制不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种扣板式停车设备,它能够在存取上层车辆时,不必移开空置的下停车板,可以直接将上停车板下降叠置扣合在下停车板上,而且叠置扣合后两者的高度较低,形成的坡度较小,便于汽车行驶上去,整体减少了存取上层车辆的步骤,操作方便,优化了车库的管理和使用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种扣板式停车设备,可控制停车设备运动的控制系统,所述框架上安装有 升降机构和上停车板,且所述升降机构与上停车板连接,用于驱动上停车板沿框架上下移动;所述上停车板下方还设有放置于地面停车位上的下停车板,所述下停车板具有自动前行至通道后旋转一定角度再继续前行的功能,当所述上停车板需要下降时,若控制系统检测到下停车板上有停放车辆时,则下停车板通过自动前行至通道后再旋转一定角度,之后再次前行,让出上停车板下降位置地面空间和前端进出通道,然后所述上停车板通过升降机构下移至地面;若控制系统检测到下停车板上没有停放车辆时,则下停车板不启动,所述上停车板通过升降机构下移至下停车板上,并与所述下停车板呈叠置扣合状态。
本发明中,上停车板通过升降机构下移至与下停车板呈叠置扣合状态时,它们整体的高度会相对比较低,差不多是一个停车板的厚度,这是因为采用上停车板与下停车板形成扣合结构,而不是简单的直接将上停车板放上下停车板表面而不做其它技术改进就可以。当下停车板有汽车停放在上面时,下停车板通过自动前行至通道后再旋转一定角度,之后再次前行,让出上停车板下降位置地面空间和前端进出通道,然后所述上停车板通过升降机构下移至地面;当下停车板上没有车停放的时候,这时通过本发明的技术将上停车板下降到与下停车板形成叠置扣合状态时,即可实现较低高度的停车高度,便于汽车通过倾斜引导板驶上上停车板。
进一步地,本发明上停车板与下停车板的叠置扣合状态是这样实现的:所述下停车板包括可叠扣容纳上停车板的区域,所述上停车板底部可叠置扣合在所述下停车板设定区域内或直接下降到地面停车位上。
本发明通过在下停车板设置一个可叠扣容纳上停车板的区域,该区域既可以用于停放汽车,也可以用来容纳上停车板,上停车板下降后就可以直接扣合在下停车板上,使整体高度差不多只有一个停车板厚度。
进一步地,无论下停车板是否有车,在上停车板扣合在下停车板或地面停车位上时,它们扣合二者之间都会存有一点空心区域,这一方面是上停车板底部一般会设有加强筋结构,在上停车板叠置扣合后整体的抗弯抗变形能力会更加增强提升,另一方面留有空心区域也是为了避免上停车板下降过程中与下停车板之间的碰撞冲击过大,不需要上停车板底部全部表面都接触,能够减轻磨损。
本发明中,由于之前的扣合技术存在,本发明的倾斜引导板就不需要像现有 技术中“一种前驱型双层立体车库”那样设置过长来降低停车板的坡度。
进一步地,所述上停车板前端设有用于引导车辆驶上上停车板的倾斜引导板,所述倾斜引导板包括与上停车板前端连接的顶端、沿顶端倾斜向下设置的本体和引导车辆驶上本体的底端,所述倾斜引导板的顶端到底端的垂直距离小于或者等于所述上停车板与所述下停车板叠置时所述倾斜引导板顶端到地面的垂直距离。优选地,本发明中可以设置上停车板与下停车板叠置时倾斜引导板底端与地面距离小于等于50mm。
本发明中,所述上停车板倾斜引导板在上停车板无论叠扣在下停车板上或者是直接下降到地面停车位,倾斜引导板均可实现顶端、底端在地面与上停车板板面形成缓坡,以使车辆通过此缓坡驶入驶出上停车板。
进一步地,所述上停车板设有用于限定车辆停放位置的前后挡轮杆及挡轮板。
进一步地,所述下停车板包括用于停放车辆的下停车板本体、若干个安装于下停车板本体底部的自动举升行车轮装置和转向轮,所述自动举升行车轮装置用于实现下停车板本体直线前行功能,所述转向轮用于实现下停车板本体旋转移出功能。本发明中所述下停车板本体底部通过安装若干个自动举升行车轮装置实现直线前行功能,通过安装若干个转向轮实现弧形旋转移出功能。其中选用行车轮实现停车板直线前行是因为现有停车设备的停车板安装转向轮只是用于实现转向功能,但是转向轮承重能力比较弱,不适宜长时间承载汽车。因此在直线移动载有汽车的停车板时一般选用承重能力较强的行走轮,而为了实现停车板的直线前行和弧形旋转则需要行走轮能够实现自动举升功能。
进一步地,所述自动举升行车轮装置包括安装于下停车板底侧的箱体、内设于箱体内的提升机构和设置在箱体外部且与提升机构连接的电机;所述箱体顶部连接了对提升机构进行导向限位的导向座,底部连接了行车轮,所述提升机构用于提升箱体从而带动行车轮离开地面,所述提升机构的动力驱动由电机提供。
进一步地,所述提升机构为蜗轮蜗杆机构,包括内设于箱体内的蜗轮、与蜗轮啮合且水平方向设置的第一蜗杆、和垂直于第一蜗杆且与蜗轮啮合的第二蜗杆,所述第一蜗杆一端与所述电机连接,由电机通过第一蜗杆驱动蜗轮旋转;所述第二蜗杆一端部设有限位块,所述导向座设有与所述限位块可相对移动配合的 导轨槽,用于限制第二蜗杆转动使箱体与第二蜗杆两者发生相对上下运动,从而驱使行车轮升降。
本发明涉及的蜗轮蜗杆机构工作工作原理:由动力装置电机提供旋转动力,使得第一蜗杆获得动力,然后它将动力传递至蜗轮,蜗轮啮合了第二蜗杆,而由于第二蜗杆在导向座的限位下不能转动,因此只是与箱体发送相对的向上或向下运动,从而实现行车轮的自动升降控制。当下停车板进行转向时,电机驱动行走轮向上提升离开地面,使转向轮接触地面,完成行走轮与转向轮的切换。
本发明中,所述下停车板实现直线前行、旋转、再次直线前行运动是采用现有的前移旋转避让技术,通过相关的驱动机构、导向机构和定位机构控制下停车板运动轨迹。
进一步地,所述下停车板设有用于检测下停车板上是否有停放车辆的检测感应装置,所述检测感应装置连接了控制系统,且控制系统根据检测结果自动判断在上停车板运行时下停车板是否需要启动避让上停车板。
现有技术中,由于立体停车车库中实际的可供停车的空置停车位主要由空置的停车板的数量决定,而在用户在没有其他设备辅助的情况下用肉眼观察在停车库是否有空置的停车板以供停车非常困难。由于难以判断每个停车板上是否有车,导致了停车库中停车设备可供停车的空位数量不明,这不利于停车库管理人员管理,还可能出现空置停车板剩余却有用户没法找到停车板停车的现象,停车板停车利用率低,极大浪费车库的使用资源。因此本发明进一步提供了一种设置在上下停车板上的检测感应装置,所述检测感应装置包括设于上下停车板内的安装板,所述安装板一端设有第一凸台,另一端设有第二凸台,所述第一凸台铰接了位于安装板上方的承重板的一端,使所述第一凸台和承重板能盖在上下停车板表面;所述承重板与安装板之间通过复位弹簧和行程开关连接,且所述行程开关连接了控制系统,当承重板受外力挤压时行程开关被触发,控制系统接收到触发信号;所述第二凸台上设有与承重板另一端对应且用于保护行程开关的缓冲胶块。
本发明在检测是否有停车空位方面采用的技术是汽车轮胎施压相应的行程开关从而触发信号,采用这种方式比起现有的红外线激光感应的好处在于:一是红外线激光感应设置的位置需要考虑的因素较多,要综合考虑多种车型的高度长 度才能确定比较合理的设置位置,二是这种光线感应装置损坏率高,同时容易出现行人穿过触发信号导致误报信息,三是采用轮胎施加直接接触开关能够让驾驶员感觉到起伏感便于停车过程中对车位置的调控,准确停车。
进一步地,所述检测感应装置还包括挡轮板,所述挡轮板呈三角形,且所述挡轮板坡度较大的一侧靠近承重板以便限位轮胎使其准确停在承重板上。
本发明中,当汽车停在上停车板或下停车板上时,所述承重板悬空的一端向第二凸台偏移而使承重板的板体触发行程开关以便检测,而行程开关通过发送触发信号给控制系统,便于后台通过该信号信息进行车位管理安排。当汽车轮胎压在承重板上,承重板悬空的一端向第二凸台偏移,最终抵靠于第二凸台,由于第二凸台的设置可支撑承重板因此避免处于承重板下方的行程开关等器件被压坏,而第二凸台上设有缓冲胶有利于减缓承重板悬空的一端受压时偏移的速度,使其缓慢下落抵靠第二凸台,以免承重板在偏移过程中触碰行程开关时冲力过大而损坏行程开关。另外设置缓冲胶和复位弹簧有利于汽车平稳停车,避免汽车轮胎由于承重板一端偏移而下陷时产生震动过大。
进一步地,还包括分别与框架与上停车板连接且用于驱动上停车板倾斜设置的倾斜导向装置;所述倾斜导向装置包括第一斜杆和第二斜杆,所述第一斜杆一端与所述框架底部铰接,另一端与上停车板底部滑动连接,所述第二斜杆一端与上停车板底部铰接,另一端与第一斜杆中部铰接。
进一步地,所述上停车板底部侧面设有导轨,所述第一斜杆一端通过设置滑块在导轨上滑动,从而实现滑动连接。
本发明中,由于在上停车板提升过程中,第一斜杆绕框架底部转动的同时对上停车板提供支撑,由于上停车板的提升受力点和第一斜杆支撑点不在同一水平线上,上停车板随着高度上升慢慢倾斜。至于其倾斜方向及可倾斜的最大角度,可通过第一斜杆、第二斜杆以及导轨的长短进行设置。
进一步地,所述升降机构包括与上停车板连接的链条和链轮,且链轮与驱动电机连接,由其提供动力。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:
1.上停车板下降与下停车板叠置扣合时整体高度较低,便于汽车驶入,且对停车板的磨损较小;
2.下停车板设有自动举升行走轮能够较平稳实现停车板移动,安全可靠;
3.设有检测感应装置能够实时检测到停车板是否有停车空位,便于管理,提高停车设备的利用率;
4.上停车板倾斜式停车能够最大空间的利用有空的停车空间,降低停车设备对空间高度的要求。

实施例1:
如图1至图3所示,一种扣板式停车设备,包括设置有立柱的框架1和可控制停车设备运动的控制系统,所述框架1上安装有升降机构2和上停车板3,且所述升降机构2与上停车板3连接,用于驱动上停车板3在框架1上下移动;所述上停车板3下方还设有放置于地面停车位上的下停车板4,且所述下停车板具有自动前行至通道后旋转一定角度再继续前行的功能。当所述上停车板3需要下降时,若控制系统检测到下停车板4上有停放车辆时,则下停车板4通过自动前行至通道后再旋转一定角度,之后再次前行,让出上停车板3下降位置地面空间 和前端进出通道,然后所述上停车板3通过升降机构下移至地面;若控制系统检测到下停车板4上没有停放车辆时,则下停车板4不启动,所述上停车板3通过升降机构下移至下停车板4上,并与所述下停车板4呈叠置扣合状态。
所述下停车板4包括可叠扣容纳上停车板的区域(未标注),所述上停车板底部可叠置扣合在所述下停车板设定区域内或直接下降到地面停车位上。从图2可以看到叠置扣合后的停车板高度跟上停车板高度差不多,略高一点,整体的坡度较低,便于汽车驶入。
本实施例中,所述上停车板3前端设有用于引导车辆驶上上停车板的倾斜引导板5,所述倾斜引导板5包括与上停车板前端连接的顶端、沿顶端倾斜向下设置的本体和引导车辆驶上本体的底端,所述倾斜引导板5的顶端到底端的垂直距离小于或者等于所述上停车板3与所述下停车板4叠置时所述倾斜引导板顶端到地面的垂直距离。
所述上停车板设有用于限定车辆停放位置的前后挡轮杆及挡轮板6。
本发明上停车板与下停车板叠置扣合的工作过程:当所述上停车板3需要下降时,若控制系统检测到下停车板4上有停放车辆时,则下停车板4通过自动前行至通道后再旋转一定角度,之后再次前行,让出上停车板3下降位置地面空间和前端进出通道(也即采用了现有的前移旋转避让技术),然后所述上停车板3通过升降机构下移至地面;若控制系统检测到下停车板4上没有停放车辆时,则下停车板4不启动,所述上停车板3通过升降机构下移至下停车板4上,并与所述下停车板4呈叠置扣合状态,即可实现较低高度的停车高度,便于汽车通过倾斜引导板5驶上上停车板3。
如图2所示,本实施例中下停车板4包括用于停放车辆的下停车板本体、若干个安装于下停车板本体底部的自动举升行车轮装置7和转向轮,所述自动举升行车轮装置7用于实现下停车板本体直线前行功能,所述转向轮用于实现下停车板本体弧形旋转移出功能。
如图4和图9所示,所述自动举升行车轮装置7包括安装于下停车板4底侧的箱体8、内设于箱体8内的提升机构9和设置在箱体8外部且与提升机构连接的电机10;所述箱体8顶部连接了对提升机构进行导向限位的导向座11,底部连接了行车轮12,所述提升机构用于提升箱体8从而带动行车轮12离开地面, 所述提升机构的动力驱动由电机10提供。
如图5所示,所述提升机构9为蜗轮蜗杆机构,包括内设于箱体8内的蜗轮13、与蜗轮13啮合且水平方向设置的第一蜗杆14、和垂直于第一蜗杆14且与蜗轮啮合的第二蜗杆15,所述第一蜗杆一端与所述电机10连接,由电机10通过第一蜗杆14驱动蜗轮13旋转。
如图4所示,所述第二蜗杆15一端部设有限位块16,所述导向座11设有与所述限位块16可相对移动配合的导轨槽,用于限制第二蜗杆15转动使箱体8与第二蜗杆15两者发生相对上下运动,从而驱使行车轮12升降。
本发明自动举升行车轮装置的工作过程:由动力装置电机10提供旋转动力,使得第一蜗杆14获得动力,然后它将动力传递至蜗轮13,蜗轮啮合了第二蜗杆15,而由于第二蜗杆15在导向座11的限位下不能转动,因此只是与箱体8发送相对的向上或向下运动,从而实现行车轮12的自动升降控制。当下停车板4进行转向时,电机10驱动行走轮12向上提升离开地面,使转向轮接触地面,完成行走轮12与转向轮的切换。
如图6、图7和图8所示,所述下停车板设有用于检测下停车板上是否有停放车辆的检测感应装置,所述检测感应装置连接了控制系统,且控制系统根据检测结果自动判断在上停车板运行时下停车板是否需要启动避让上停车板。
所述检测感应装置包括设于上停车板或下停车板内的安装板17,本实施例图6是显示安装在下停车板4上,所述安装板17一端设有第一凸台18,另一端设有第二凸台19,所述第一凸台18通过铰接连接件25铰接了位于安装板17上方的承重板20的一端,使所述第一凸台18和承重板20能盖在上下停车板表面;所述承重板20与安装板17之间通过复位弹簧21和行程开关22连接,且所述行程开关22连接了控制系统,当承重板受外力挤压时行程开关被触发,发送触发信号到控制系统;所述第二凸台19上设有与承重板20另一端对应且用于保护行程开关22的缓冲胶块23。
所述检测感应装置还包括挡轮板24,所述挡轮板24呈三角形,且所述挡轮板坡度较大的一侧靠近承重板以便限位轮胎使其准确停在承重板上。
本发明检测感应装置的工作过程:本发明上停车板倾斜设置的工作过程:当汽车停在上停车板3或下停车板4上时,所述承重板20悬空的一端向第二凸台 19偏移而使承重板20的板体触发行程开关22,而行程开关22通过发送触发信号给控制系统,便于后台通过该信号信息进行车位管理安排,实时了解是否存在停车空位。
实施例2:
如图9所示,本实施例与实施例1基本一致,唯一区别在于,本实施例还包括分别与框架与上停车板连接且用于驱动上停车板倾斜设置的倾斜导向装置;所述倾斜导向装置包括第一斜杆26和第二斜杆27,所述第一斜杆26一端与所述框架1底部铰接,另一端与上停车板3底部滑动连接,所述第二斜杆27一端与上停车板3底部铰接,另一端与第一斜杆26中部铰接。
所述上停车板3底部侧面设有导轨28,所述第一斜杆26一端通过设置滑块29在导轨28上滑动,从而实现滑动连接。
所述升降机构2包括与上停车板连接的链条30和链轮31,且链轮31与驱动电机32连接,由其提供动力。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施1基本一致,唯一区别在于:所述上停车板与下停车板或地面停车位叠置扣合时,两者之间留有空心区域。
无论下停车板是否有车,在上停车板扣合在下停车板或地面停车位上时,它们扣合二者之间都会存有一点空心区域,这一方面是上停车板底部一般会设有加强筋结构,在上停车板叠置扣合后整体的抗弯抗变形能力会更加增强提升,另一方面留有空心区域也是为了避免上停车板下降过程中与下停车板之间的碰撞冲击过大,不需要上停车板底部全部表面都接触,能够减轻磨损。

  1. 一种扣板式停车设备,包括设置有立柱的框架和可控制停车设备运动的控制系统,所述框架上安装有升降机构和上停车板,且所述升降机构与上停车板连接,用于驱动上停车板沿框架上下移动;所述上停车板下方还设有放置于地面停车位上的下停车板,所述下停车板具有自动前行至通道后旋转一定角度再继续前行的功能,其特征在于,当所述上停车板需要下降时,若控制系统检测到下停车板上有停放车辆时,则下停车板通过自动前行至通道后再旋转一定角度,之后再次前行,让出上停车板下降位置地面空间和前端进出通道,然后所述上停车板通过升降机构下移至地面;若控制系统检测到下停车板上没有停放车辆时,则下停车板不启动,所述上停车板通过升降机构下移至下停车板上,并与所述下停车板呈叠置扣合状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述下停车板包括可叠扣容纳上停车板的区域,所述上停车板底部可叠置扣合在所述下停车板设定区域内或直接下降到地面停车位上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述上停车板与下停车板或地面停车位叠置扣合时,两者之间留有空心区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述上停车板前端设有用于引导车辆驶上上停车板的倾斜引导板,所述倾斜引导板包括与上停车板前端连接的顶端、沿顶端倾斜向下设置的本体和引导车辆驶上本体的底端,所述倾斜引导板的顶端到底端的垂直距离小于或者等于所述上停车板与所述下停车板叠置时所述倾斜引导板顶端到地面的垂直距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述上停车板设有用于限定车辆停放位置的前后挡轮杆及挡轮板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述下停车板包括用于停放车辆的下停车板本体、若干个安装于下停车板本体底部的自动举升行车轮装置和转向轮,所述自动举升行车轮装置用于实现下停车板本体直线前行功能,所述转向轮用于实现下停车板本体旋转移出功能。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述自动举升行车轮装置包括安装于下停车板底侧的箱体、内设于箱体内的提升机构和设置在箱体外部且与 提升机构连接的电机;所述箱体顶部连接了对提升机构进行导向限位的导向座,底部连接了行车轮,所述提升机构用于提升箱体从而带动行车轮离开地面,所述提升机构的动力驱动由电机提供。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述提升机构为蜗轮蜗杆机构,包括内设于箱体内的蜗轮、与蜗轮啮合且水平方向设置的第一蜗杆、和垂直于第一蜗杆且与蜗轮啮合的第二蜗杆,所述第一蜗杆一端与所述电机连接,由电机通过第一蜗杆驱动蜗轮旋转;所述第二蜗杆一端部设有限位块,所述导向座设有与所述限位块可相对移动配合的导轨槽,用于限制第二蜗杆转动使箱体与第二蜗杆两者发生相对上下运动,从而驱使行车轮升降。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述下停车板设有用于检测下停车板上是否有停放车辆的检测感应装置,所述检测感应装置连接了控制系统,且控制系统根据检测结果自动判断在上停车板运行时下停车板是否需要启动避让上停车板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述检测感应装置包括设于上下停车板内的安装板,所述安装板一端设有第一凸台,另一端设有第二凸台,所述第一凸台铰接了位于安装板上方的承重板的一端,使所述第一凸台和承重板能盖在上下停车板表面;所述承重板与安装板之间通过复位弹簧和行程开关连接,且所述行程开关连接了控制系统,当承重板受外力挤压时行程开关被触发,控制系统接收到触发信号;所述第二凸台上设有与承重板另一端对应且用于保护行程开关的缓冲胶块。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述检测感应装置还包括挡轮板,所述挡轮板呈三角形,且所述挡轮板坡度较大的一侧靠近承重板以便限位轮胎使其准确停在承重板上。
  12. 12根据权利要求1至11任意一项所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,还包括分别与框架与上停车板连接且用于驱动上停车板倾斜设置的倾斜导向装置;所述倾斜导向装置包括第一斜杆和第二斜杆,所述第一斜杆一端与所述框架底部铰接,另一端与上停车板底部滑动连接,所述第二斜杆一端与上停车板底部铰接,另一端与 第一斜杆中部铰接,所述上停车板底部侧面设有导轨,所述第一斜杆一端通过设置滑块在导轨上滑动,从而实现滑动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的扣板式停车设备,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与上停车板连接的链条和链轮,且链轮与驱动电机连接,由其提供动力。
