Description
- The present invention relates to the field of vehicle parking devices, particularly to a fastening plate type parking device
- With urban vehicles increasing, the consequent problem of parking difficulty needs to be solved urgently. Most of modern cities set up three-dimensional parking garages to relieve the parking difficulty. Such three-dimensional parking garages are generally provided with upper parking plates and lower parking plates for parking vehicles respectively. Although the three-dimensional parking garage can make better use of space and provide more parking places on the same floor area, when an upper parking plate is used for parking or fetching a vehicle, the lower parking plate has to be moved aside to keep away from the upper parking plate even if there is no vehicle on the lower parking plate, which results in very inconvenient operation. If the lower parking plate does not keep away from the upper parking plate but keeping the upper parking plate stacked above the lower parking plate directly, the height of the two stacked parking plates will be greater, causing that a vehicle maybe difficult to drive onto the upper parking plate and thus need more power to drive up, and the vehicle may bump the garage post as accelerated too much by the driver's improper operation.
-
WO 01/79627 A1 CN 204225542 U discloses a front drive double-layer three-dimensional parking device with at least two parking locations, at least one of which is displaceable in vertical direction along guide means between a drive-on level and a storage level, wherein at least one side of the parking locations is free of guide means. In such a parking device the parking location at the drive-on level can be displaced in lateral direetion. The guide means can comprise at least one upright which can be conneeted to a base. The parking device can be provided with drive means for displacing the at least one parking loeation in vertical direction, formed by at least one hydraulic piston-cylinder unit, as well as a flexible pull element trained over a roller connected to the unit. -
CN 2012 20573640.8 - In order to overcome the defects existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a fastening plate type parking device. With the fastening plate type parking device, it is not necessary to remove the unoccupied lower parking plate when a vehicle is parked on and fetched from the upper layer, and the upper parking plate can be directly lowered to be stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate. After that, the height of two plates is lower, and a lower slope is also formed, which is convenient for a vehicle to drive on. As a result, he overall steps for accessing to the vehicle on the upper layer are reduced, convenient to operate, and the garage management and usage are optimized.
- The present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A fastening plate type parking device comprises a framework and a control system able to control the movement of the parking device, wherein a lifting and lowering mechanism and an upper parking plate are mounted on the framework, and the lifting and lowering mechanism is connected to the upper parking plate and is used for driving the upper parking plate to move up and down along the framework; and a lower parking plate placed on a ground parking space is also arranged below the upper parking plate. The lower parking plate has the function of rotating by a certain angle after automatically moving forward to a passage, and then continuing to move forward. When the upper parking plate needs to be lowered, if the control system detects that a vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate, the lower parking plate rotates by a certain angle after automatically moving forward to a passage, and then continues to move forward to make ground space for the lowering position of the upper parking plate and an access passage for the front end, and then, the upper parking plate moves downward to the ground via the lifting and lowering mechanism. If the control system detects that no vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate, then the lower parking plate is not started, the upper parking plate moves downward to the lower parking plate via the lifting and lowering mechanism and is stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate. - According to present invention, when the upper parking plate moves downward via the lifting and lowering mechanism to be stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate, the entire height is relatively lower and is almost the thickness of one parking plate. This is because the upper parking plate and the lower parking plate form a fastened structure, not just directly putting the upper parking plate on the surface of the lower parking plate without making any technical improvements. When a vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate, the lower parking plate automatically moves forward to a passage, rotates by a certain angle and then continues to move forward to make ground space for the lowering position of the upper parking plate and an access passage for the front end, then, the upper parking plate moves downward to the ground via the lifting and lowering mechanism. When no vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate, via the technology according to the present invention, the upper parking plate moves downward to the lower parking plate to be stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate, resulting in a lower parking height, which is convenient for the vehicle to drive on the upper parking plate by an inclined guide plate.
- Furthermore, in order to realize the stacking and fastening state of the upper parking plate and the lower parking plate, the lower parking plate comprises an area for accommodating the upper parking plate through stacking and fastening, and the bottom of the upper parking plate can be stacked and fastened on the set area of the lower parking plate or is directly lowered to the ground parking space.
- According to the present invention, an area able to accommodate the upper parking plate through stacking and fastening is arranged on the lower parking plate. The area can not only be used for parking a vehicle, but also be used for accommodating the upper parking plate. The upper parking plate can be directly fastened on the lower parking plate after being lowered, so that the entire height is almost the thickness of only one parking plate.
- Furthermore, no matter whether a vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate, when the upper parking plate is fastened on the lower parking plate or the ground parking space, a hollow area will exist between them. On one hand, a reinforced rib structure is usually arranged at the bottom of the upper parking plate, and the entire resistance to bending and deformation may be enhanced after the upper parking plate is stacked and fastened; on the other hand, the hollow area is reserved in order to avoid too large collision impact between the upper parking plate and the lower parking plate during lowering, the entire bottom surface of the upper parking plate is not in contact with the lower parking plate, causing lower abrasion.
- According to present invention, with the prior fastening technology, it is not necessary to set the inclined guide plate so long like that in "a front-drive double-layer three-dimensional parking garage" in the prior art to reduce the slope of the parking plate.
- Furthermore, the front end of the upper parking plate is provided with an inclined guide plate for guiding a vehicle to drive onto the upper parking plate, the inclined guide plate comprises a top end connected to the front end of the upper parking plate, a main body inclined downwards along the top end and a bottom end for guiding the vehicle to drive onto the main body, and the vertical distance from the top end to the bottom end of the inclined guide plate is smaller than or equal to the vertical distance from the top end of the inclined guide plate to the ground when the upper parking plate and the lower parking plate are stacked. Preferably, the distance from the bottom end of the inclined guide plate to the ground when the upper parking plate and the lower parking plate are stacked can be set to be smaller than or equal to 50 mm according to the present invention.
- According to the present invention, no matter the upper parking plate is stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate or is directly lowered to the ground parking space, the top end and the bottom end of the inclined guide plate can form a gentle slope with the surface of the upper parking plate on the ground so that the vehicle can drive onto and away from the upper parking plate via such gentle slope.
- Furthermore, the upper parking plate is provided with front and rear wheel baffle rods and wheel baffle plates.
- Furthermore, the lower parking plate comprises a lower parking plate main body for parking a vehicle and a plurality of automatic-lifting moving wheel devices and steering wheels installed under the lower parking plate main body, wherein the automatic-lifting moving wheel devices are configured so that the lower parking plate can move straight forward, and the steering wheels are configured so that the lower parking plate main body can rotate in an arc and move out. According to the present invention, in order to make the lower parking plate move straight forward, a plurality of automatic-lifting moving wheel devices are mounted under the lower parking plate main body, and in order to make the lower plate rotate in an arc and move out, a plurality of steering wheels are mounted. The moving wheels are selected to realize the straight forward moving of the parking plate because the steering wheels mounted on the parking plate of the existing parking device are only used for realizing the steering function, but the steering wheels have weak bearing capacity and are not suitable for bearing a vehicle for long time. Therefore, moving wheels with strong bearing capacity are usually selected in order to move a parking plate carrying a vehicle straight. The traveling wheels are also needed to realize automatic lifting function in order to make the parking plate move straight forward and rotate in an arc.
- Furthermore, each of the automatic-lifting moving wheel devices comprises a box body mounted at the bottom side of the lower parking plate, a lifting mechanism arranged inside the box body and a motor arranged outside the box body and connected to the lifting mechanism, wherein the top of the box body is connected to a guide holder for guiding and limiting the lifting mechanism, and the bottom is connected to the moving wheels; and the lifting mechanism is used for lifting the box body so as to drive the moving wheels to lift off the ground, and the power of the lifting mechanism is provided by the motor.
- Furthermore, the lifting mechanism is a worm and gear mechanism, comprising a gear arranged inside the box body, a first worm engaged with the gear and arranged in horizontal direction and a second worm perpendicular to the first worm and engaged with the gear, wherein one end of the first worm is connected to the motor, and the motor drives the gear to rotate via the first worm; and one end of the second worm is provided with a limiting block, the guide holder is provided with a guide rail groove in relative movement fit with the limiting block, and the guide rail groove is used for limiting the rotation of the second worm so that the box body and the second worm move up and down relatively to lift and lower the moving wheels.
- The working principle of the worm and gear mechanism according to the present invention is as follows: the first worm gets power from the motor as a power device for rotation power and then transmits the power to the gear engaged with the second worm; and because the second worm cannot rotate due to limiting by the guide holder, the second worm may only move up or down relative to the box body, resulting in automatic lifting and lowering control of the moving wheels. When the lower parking plate needs to steer, the motor drives the moving wheels to move up and lift off the ground so that the steering wheels are in contact with the ground, and switchover between the traveling wheels and the steering wheels is completed.
- In the present invention, the existing avoiding technology of forward moving and rotation is adopted to make the lower parking plate move straight forward, rotate and further move straight forward, and the movement trail of the lower parking plate is controlled via relevant driving mechanism, guide mechanism and positioning mechanism.
- Furthermore, the lower parking plate is provided with a detection and induction device for detecting whether a vehicle is parked on the lower parking plate. The detection and induction device is connected to the control system, and the control system automatically judges whether the lower parking plate needs to be started to avoid the upper parking plate when the upper parking plate is moving based on the detection result.
- In the prior art, because the actual empty parking spaces available for parking in the three-dimensional parking garage is mainly decided by the quantity of empty parking plates, it is very difficult for a user to observe whether there is an empty parking plate for parking in the garage with eyes and without any other auxiliary devices. Because it is difficult to judge whether a vehicle is parked on each parking plate, the quantity of empty parking spaces of the parking device for parking in the garage is unknown, which is unfavorable for garage management personnel to manage and may occur the phenomenon that empty parking plates exist but cannot be found by the users, causing lower parking utilization rate of parking plates, and heavy waste for the use resource of the garage. Therefore, the present invention further provides a detection and induction device arranged on the upper or lower parking plate. The detection and induction device comprises a mounting plate arranged in the upper or lower parking plate, one end of the mounting plate is provided with a first convex plate, the other end is provided with a second convex plate, and the first convex plate is in hinge joint with one end of a bearing plate located above the mounting plate so that the first convex plate and the bearing plate can cover the surface of the upper or lower parking plate; the bearing plate and the mounting plate are connected via a reset spring and a limit switch connected to the control system, and when the bearing plate is extruded under external force, the limit switch is triggered, and the control system receives a trigger signal; and a rubber buffer block is arranged on the second convex plate, corresponding to the other end of the bearing plate and used for protecting the limit switch.
- The technology for detecting empty parking spaces in the present invention is that vehicle tires apply pressure on the corresponding limit switch to trigger a signal. Compared with the existing infrared laser induction, such method has the advantages that: firstly, many factors need to be considered to determine the location of infrared laser induction, and a reasonable setting location can be determined only by comprehensively considering the height and length of various vehicle models; secondly, such light induction device has high damage rate, and meanwhile, a signal is easy to be triggered by a pedestrian passing across to cause false information; and thirdly, a driver can feel ups and downs when tires directly touch the switch, which is convenient for controlling vehicle position in parking and accurately parking the vehicle.
- Furthermore, the detection induction device further comprises a wheel baffle plate in the form of triangular, and the larger-slope side of the wheel baffle plate is close to the bearing plate so as to limit the tires and accurately park the tires on the bearing plate.
- According to the present invention, when a vehicle is parked on the upper parking plate or lower parking plate, the suspended end of the bearing plate shifts toward the second convex plate so that the plate body of the bearing plate triggers the limit switch to detect, the limit switch then sends the trigger signal to the control system, and thus, the backstage can manage and arrange parking spaces through the information of the signal. When vehicle tires press upon the bearing plate, the suspended end of the bearing plate shifts toward the second convex plate and is finally abutted on the second convex plate. Because the second convex plate can support the bearing plate, devices such as the limit switch located under the bearing plate can be prevented from being crushed. A buffer rubber arranged on the second convex plate is good for reducing the shifting speed of the suspended end of the bearing plate under pressure, so that the suspended end slowly drops down and is abutted on the second convex plate, which avoids damaging the limit switch due to large thrust when the limit switch is collided by the bearing plate in shifting. In addition, the arrangement of the buffer rubber and the reset spring is favorable for smooth vehicle parking and prevents vehicle tires from too large vibration due to sink caused by the shifting of one end of the bearing plate.
- Furthermore, the parking device further comprises an inclined guide device connected to the framework and the upper parking plate respectively and used for driving the upper parking plate to be arranged in an inclined way; and the inclined guide device comprises a first inclined rod and a second inclined rod, one end of the first inclined rod is in hinge joint with the bottom of the framework, the other end is in sliding connection to the bottom of the upper parking plate, one end of the second inclined rod is in hinge joint with the bottom of the upper parking plate, and the other end is in hinge joint with the middle part of the first inclined rod.
- Furthermore, the side face of the bottom of the upper parking plate is provided with a guide rail, and one end of the first inclined rod slides on the guide rail via a sliding block so as to realize sliding connection.
- According to the present invention, because the first inclined rod supports the upper parking plate while rotating around the bottom of the framework during the lifting process of the upper parking plate and the force bearing point for lifting of the upper parking plate and the supporting point of the first inclined rod are not on the same horizontal line, the upper parking plate slowly inclines with height rising. The inclination direction and the maximum inclinable angle of the upper parking plate can be set according to the length of the first inclined rod, the second inclined rod and the guide rail.
- Furthermore, the lifting and lowering mechanism comprises a chain and a chain wheel connected to the upper parking plate, and the chain wheel is connected to and powered by a drive motor.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following desired advantages: - 1. The entire height is lower when the upper parking plate is lowered to be stacked and fastened on the lower parking plate, so that a vehicle can easily drive onto the parking plate, and the wear on the parking plate is small;
- 2. The lower parking plate is provided with automatic-lifting moving wheels to move the parking plate smoothly, which is safer and more reliable;
- 3. The detection and induction device can detect whether the parking plate is unoccupied in real time, which is convenient for management and the utilization rate of the parking device is increased;
- 4. The empty parking space can be maximized through inclined parking on the upper parking plate, reducing the requirement for the space height of the parking device.
- Further advantages, features and potential applications of the present invention may be gathered from the description which follows, in conjunction with the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.
