Abstract
Description
上記パックケースの内部空間と外部空間とを連通するように上記パックケースの壁に開口形成された開口部と、
この開口部を覆うように上記パックケースの壁の外側面もしくは内側面に沿って配置され、かつ、上記開口部を挟んで互いに対向する2箇所の固定部において上記壁に局部的に固定された板状部材と、
を備えて構成されている。
Claims (9)
- 実質的に密閉されたパックケース内に複数のバッテリが収容されてなるバッテリパックにおいて、
上記パックケースの内部空間と外部空間とを連通するように上記パックケースの壁に開口形成された開口部と、
この開口部を覆うように上記パックケースの壁の外側面もしくは内側面に沿って配置され、かつ、上記開口部を挟んで互いに対向する2箇所の固定部において上記壁に局部的に固定された板状部材と、
を備えてなるバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。 - 上記板状部材は、上記壁の外側面に沿って配置されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記板状部材は、上記壁の内側面に沿って配置されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記の2箇所の固定部を結ぶ直線に直交した方向に沿った曲げ剛性として、上記板状部材の曲げ剛性が上記壁の曲げ剛性よりも高い、請求項2に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記の2箇所の固定部を結ぶ方向に沿った曲げ剛性として、上記板状部材の曲げ剛性が上記壁の曲げ剛性よりも高い、請求項3に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記の2箇所の固定部を結ぶ方向に沿った上記壁の曲げ剛性に比較して、これと直交する方向に沿った上記壁の曲げ剛性が相対的に低い、請求項2または4に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記の2箇所の固定部を結ぶ方向に沿った上記壁の曲げ剛性が、これと直交する方向に沿った上記壁の曲げ剛性に比較して相対的に低い、請求項3または5に記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 互いに隣接した上記板状部材と上記壁との間に、所定の初期隙間が設けられている、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
- 上記開口部を閉塞するように該開口部に重ねて配置され、所定の圧力によって破断するシート状もしくは薄板状の破裂部材をさらに備える、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のバッテリパックの圧力開放機構。
