Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが一方向に積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収容して、内部面および外部面を有するモジュールフレームおよび
前記モジュールフレームと結合して、前記電池セル積層体の前面または後面を覆うエンドプレートを含み、
前記モジュールフレームには前記内部面に形成された流入口および前記外部面に形成された排出口を定義するホール形態のベント部が少なくとも一つ形成され、
前記流入口または前記排出口を含む前記ベント部の末端領域は逆テーパー形状を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記ベント部の軸上断面を基準として、前記流入口と前記排出口の間で延びる前記ベント部の側面はラウンド形状を有して、
前記流入口を介して流入した流出物は前記ラウンド形状に沿って前記排出口に移動する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ベント部には前記ベント部のホールを開閉するためのカバーが提供される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーは前記ベント部の流入口と対応する部分に位置する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーは対で提供される、請求項3または4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーは板状であり、前記カバーの一エッジは前記モジュールフレームに固定された、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベント部の軸上断面を基準として、前記流入口と前記排出口の間で延びる前記ベント部の側面はラウンド形状を有して、
前記電池モジュールの内部圧力に応じて、前記カバーはラウンド形状を有する前記ベント部の側面に沿って湾曲する、請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記カバーはアルミニウムを含む、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルが積層される方向を積層方向と定義するとき、
前記ベント部は前記積層方向に沿って延びる前記モジュールフレームの一面上に形成される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体の前面から後面に向かう方向を長手方向と定義するとき、
前記ベント部の前記長手方向上の位置は前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面と同じ長手方向上の距離を有する前記電池セル積層体の中心部より前記電池セル積層体の前面または後面とさらに近い、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは前記電池セルの一端部から突出した電極リードを含み、前記電極リードは前記電池セル積層体の前面または後面に位置する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
