前記受面(85)には、前記第1空間(62)の空気を流動可能な孔部(84b)が形成されている

前記第1空間(62)に連通する第1流路(92c)と、前記第2空間(64)に連通する第2流路(92g)と、前記第1及び第2流路(92c、92g)を合流した合流路(92h)とを有する気体流動回路(126)と、
前記合流路(92h)に接続され、前記気体流動回路(126)から気体を吸引する吸引機構(128)と、
前記第1空間(62)の空間圧を測定する第1測定手段(130)と、
前記第2空間(64)の空間圧を測定する第2測定手段(132)と、
前記第2流路(92g)に設けられ、測定された前記第1空間(62)の空間圧及び前記第2空間(64)の空間圧に基づき、前記第2流路(92g)の前記気体の流量を調整する流量調整手段(90j)と、を備える
ことを特徴とする貼り付け装置(10)。 - 請求項5記載の貼り付け装置(10)において、
当該貼り付け装置(10)は、前記容器(56)を有する貼付ステーション(12、14)を複数備え、

ことを特徴とする貼り付け装置(10)。 - 装飾体を対象物に貼り付ける貼り付け装置(10)であって、
貼付膜(28)を有する貼付具(26)を配置して、前記装飾体の貼付面を露出させた状態で前記貼付膜(28)に前記装飾体を貼り付ける第1貼付手段(18、22)と、
前記第1貼付手段(18、22)と異なる位置に設けられ、前記対象物を収容可能な容器(56)と、前記第1貼付手段(18、22)にて前記装飾体が貼り付けられた前記貼付膜(28)を挟んで前記容器(56)に着脱自在に装着される蓋体(58)とを有し、前記容器(56)及び前記貼付膜(28)により形成されている第1空間(62)と、前記蓋体(58)及び前記貼付膜(28)により形成されている第2空間(64)との空間圧を変動することで、前記貼付膜(28)を弾性変形させ、前記装飾体を前記対象物に貼り付ける第2貼付手段(20、24)と、を備える
ことを特徴とする貼り付け装置(10)。 - 請求項8記載の貼り付け装置(10)において、
当該貼り付け装置(10)は、前記第1貼付手段(18、22)、及び前記蓋体(58)を除く前記第2貼付手段(20、24)を含む貼付ステーション(12、14)を複数備え、
前記蓋体(58)は、前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)の間で共用されている
ことを特徴とする貼り付け装置(10)。 - 請求項9記載の貼り付け装置(10)において、
当該貼り付け装置(10)は、前記第1空間(62)及び前記第2空間(64)に吸引力を付与する吸引機構(128)を有し、
前記吸引機構(128)は、前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)の間で共用されている

前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)のうち2つの貼付ステーション(12、14)は、前記第2貼付手段(20、24)を互いに隣接させており、
前記蓋体(58)は、蓋体駆動手段(100)により前記2つの貼付ステーション(12、14)の前記第2貼付手段(20、24)の間で移動する

前記容器(56)の内部に設けられた治具(72)に前記対象物を位置決めし、前記対象物に近接又は接触する位置に配置された制限部(84)の受面(85)から前記貼付膜(28)側に、前記対象物の少なくとも一部を露出させる第1ステップと、
前記第1ステップ後、前記第1及び前記第2空間(62、64)をそれぞれ減圧し、この際に前記受面(85)に形成された孔部(84b)を介して前記第1空間(62)の空気を流動させる第2ステップと、

前記第1空間(62)に連通する第1流路(92c)と、前記第2空間(64)に連通する第2流路(92g)と、前記第1及び第2流路(92c、92g)を合流した合流路(92h)とを有する気体流動回路(126)のうち、前記合流路(92h)に接続される吸引機構(128)により、前記気体流動回路(126)の気体を吸引する工程と、
第1測定手段(130)により前記第1空間(62)の空間圧を測定する工程と、
第2測定手段(132)により前記第2空間(64)の空間圧を測定する工程と、
測定された前記第1空間(62)の空間圧及び前記第2空間(64)の空間圧に基づき、前記第2流路(92g)に設けられた流量調整手段(90j)により前記気体の流量を調整する工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする貼り付け方法。 - 装飾体を対象物に貼り付ける貼り付け装置(10)の貼り付け方法であって、
貼付膜(28)を有する貼付具(26)を第1貼付手段(18、22)に配置して、前記装飾体の貼付面を露出させた状態で前記貼付膜(28)に前記装飾体を貼り付ける第1貼付工程と、
前記第1貼付手段(18、22)と異なる位置に設けられ、前記対象物を収容可能な容器(56)と、前記第1貼付工程にて前記装飾体が貼り付けられた前記貼付膜(28)を挟んで前記容器(56)に着脱自在に装着される蓋体(58)とを有する第2貼付手段(20、24)において、前記容器(56)及び前記貼付膜(28)により形成されている第1空間(62)と、前記蓋体(58)及び前記貼付膜(28)により形成されている第2空間(64)との空間圧を変動することで、前記貼付膜(28)を弾性変形させ、前記装飾体を前記対象物に貼り付ける第2貼付工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする貼り付け方法。 - 請求項15記載の貼り付け方法において、
当該貼り付け装置(10)は、前記第1貼付工程、及び前記第2貼付工程を実施可能な貼付ステーション(12、14)を複数備え、
前記第2貼付工程では、前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)の間で前記蓋体(58)を共用して使用する
ことを特徴とする貼り付け方法。 - 請求項16記載の貼り付け方法において、
当該貼り付け装置(10)は、前記第1空間(62)及び前記第2空間(64)に吸引力を付与する吸引機構(128)を有し、
前記第2貼付工程では、前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)の間で前記吸引機構(128)を共用して使用する
ことを特徴とする貼り付け方法。 - 請求項16記載の貼り付け方法において、
前記複数の貼付ステーション(12、14)のうち2つの貼付ステーション(12、14)は、前記第2貼付手段(20、24)を互いに隣接させており、
前記第2貼付工程の実施前には、蓋体駆動手段(100)により前記2つの貼付ステーション(12、14)の前記第2貼付手段(20、24)の間で前記蓋体(58)を移動させる移動工程を実施する
