Abstract

空調システムは、ヒートポンプ(12)と、第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路(14)と、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路(16)と、熱源(22、58)と、接続切替装置(19、68)と、制御装置(20)とを備える。第2液媒体回路は、第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられている。接続切替装置は、熱源を第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かを切り替える。ヒートポンプの冷媒放熱部(26)は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで冷媒の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させる液加熱器(27)を含む。また、ヒートポンプの液冷却器(35)は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体の熱を冷媒へ移動させる。制御装置は、第1液媒体回路と第2液媒体回路と熱源とヒートポンプとの何れかの熱に関連する熱関連物理量に基づいて、熱源を第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かの切替えを接続切替装置に行わせる。

Description

空調システム 関連出願への相互参照
 本出願は、2015年8月28日に出願された日本特許出願番号2015-169395号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容が参照により組み入れられる。
 本開示は、暖房運転を行う空調システムに関するものである。
 この種の熱交換システムとして、例えば特許文献1に記載された車両用熱管理システムが従来から知られている。この特許文献1に記載された車両用熱管理システムは、極低外気温時にヒートポンプサイクルを用いて暖機もしくは暖房をしようとしても圧縮機に吸入される冷媒の密度が低く十分な性能が発揮されないということを解決するものである。このことを解決するために、特許文献1の車両用熱管理システムは、水吸熱かつ水加熱式のヒートポンプサイクルを有している。そして、その車両用熱管理システムは、ヒートポンプサイクルの高圧側で昇温した冷却水をヒートポンプサイクルの低圧側にも流し、圧縮機に吸入される冷媒の密度を上げることで、その圧縮機の仕事を大きくし、必要な性能を確保する。

 特許文献1の車両用熱管理システムは、冷却水の流れの切替えにより暖房性能を向上させることが可能である。しかし、例えば車両には、バッテリやエンジンのようにそれ自体が冷却対象または加熱対象となり得る冷熱体が存在する。そして、特許文献1の車両用熱管理システムは、冷媒、熱媒体、または空気など互いに異なる流体同士を熱交換させる熱交換器を有してはいるものの、上記冷熱体に対する熱の授受により性能の向上たとえば暖房性能の向上を図るものではなかった。すなわち、特許文献1の車両用熱管理システムには、外部に設けられた冷熱体を利用して暖房性能の向上を図る余地が残されていた。
 本開示は上記点に鑑みて、上記冷熱体に相当する熱源との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能な空調システムを提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するため、本開示の1つの観点によれば、本開示の空調システムは、
 空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
 液冷却器、その液冷却器から流出する冷媒を吸入しその吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機、その圧縮機から冷媒が流入しその流入した冷媒の熱のうちの少なくとも一部を空調対象空間へ吹き出される空調空気へ放散させる冷媒放熱部、および、その冷媒放熱部から流出する冷媒を減圧してから液冷却器へ流す減圧部を含んで構成されたヒートポンプと、
 第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路と、
 その第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路と、
 熱を発する熱源と、
 その熱源を第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かを切り替える接続切替装置と、
 その接続切替装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
 冷媒放熱部は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで冷媒の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させる液加熱器を含み、
 液冷却器は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体の熱を冷媒へ移動させ、
 制御装置は、第1液媒体回路と第2液媒体回路と熱源とヒートポンプとの何れかの熱に関連する熱関連物理量に基づいて、熱源を第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かの切替えを接続切替装置に行わせる。
 このようにすれば、第2液媒体回路を循環する第2液媒体へ熱源の熱を適宜供給することが可能である。そして、その第2液媒体の熱は、ヒートポンプを介して最終的には空調空気へと供給される。従って、その熱源と第2液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 また、本開示の別の観点によれば、本開示の空調システムは、
 空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
 液冷却器、その液冷却器から流出する冷媒を吸入しその吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機、その圧縮機から冷媒が流入しその流入した冷媒の熱のうちの少なくとも一部を空調対象空間へ吹き出される空調空気へ放散させる冷媒放熱部、および、その冷媒放熱部から流出する冷媒を減圧してから液冷却器へ流す減圧部を含んで構成されたヒートポンプと、
 第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路と、
 その第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路と、
 熱を発する熱源と、
 その熱源を第1液媒体回路と第2液媒体回路との何れかに接続する接続切替装置と、
 その接続切替装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
 第2液媒体回路は、外気と第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器を有し、
 冷媒放熱部は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで冷媒の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させる液加熱器を含み、
 液冷却器は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体の熱を冷媒へ移動させ、
 制御装置は、暖房運転の開始時から予め定められた所定時間が経過するまでは、接続切替装置に熱源を第1液媒体回路へ接続させ、所定時間が経過してから、接続切替装置に熱源を第2液媒体回路へ接続させる。
 このようにすれば、熱源と第1液媒体または第2液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。そして、暖房運転の開始当初においては、空調空気の加熱に対して影響が大きい第1液媒体の温度上昇を早めると共に、暖房運転の開始時から所定時間の経過後には、外気吸熱器の着霜に起因した暖房性能の低下を防止することを優先することが可能である。
 また、本開示の別の観点によれば、本開示の空調システムは、
 空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
 液冷却器、その液冷却器から流出する冷媒を吸入しその吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機、その圧縮機から冷媒が流入する液加熱器、および、その液加熱器から流出する冷媒を減圧してから液冷却器へ流す減圧部を含んで構成されたヒートポンプと、
 第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路と、
 その第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路と、
 熱を発する熱源と、
 制御装置とを備え、
 第1液媒体回路は、第1液媒体と空調空気とを熱交換させることで第1液媒体の熱を空調空気へ移動させる放熱器と、その放熱器に対して並列に接続され第1液媒体を熱源へ流す熱源流路と、その熱源流路を開閉する熱源用開閉弁とを有し、
 液加熱器は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで冷媒の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させ、
 液冷却器は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体の熱を冷媒へ移動させ、
 制御装置は、第1液媒体の温度が熱源の温度よりも低い場合に、熱源用開閉弁を開く。
 このようにすれば、液加熱器で加熱された第1液媒体の温度を下げることなく熱源の熱を暖房に利用することが可能である。従って、熱源と第1液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 また、本開示の別の観点によれば、本開示の空調システムは、
 空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
 液冷却器、その液冷却器から流出する冷媒を吸入しその吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機、その圧縮機から冷媒が流入する液加熱器、および、その液加熱器から流出する冷媒を減圧してから液冷却器へ流す減圧部を含んで構成されたヒートポンプと、

 以下、本開示の実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。なお、以下の各実施形態相互において、互いに同一もしくは均等である部分には、図中、同一符号を付してある。
 (第1実施形態)
 図1は、本実施形態の空調システム10の全体構成を示した回路図である。本実施形態の空調システム10は、図1に示すように、ヒートポンプ12の高圧側熱交換器と低圧側熱交換器との何れにも水冷媒熱交換器を用いたものである。特に、空調システム10は、暖房運転時において暖房性能の確保のために別熱源(例えば電気ヒータ、インバータ排熱、エンジンなど)としての冷熱体22を利用する構成を備えている。例えば、空調システム10が使用される使用条件には、低圧側熱交換器で冷媒と熱交換される液媒体が凝固点付近にある場合、要するに極低温時や着霜時が含まれている。本実施形態では、そのような極低温時や着霜時において冷熱体22の熱を何れへ導入するかという熱の導入法を提案する。
 空調システム10は、例えばハイブリッド車両または電気自動車に搭載され、空調される対象になる空調対象空間としての車室内へ吹き出される空調空気AR1を加熱することで車室内を暖める暖房運転を行う。そのために、空調システム10は、図1に示すように、ヒートポンプ12と、第1液媒体回路14と、第2液媒体回路16と、冷熱体接続流路18と、回路切替装置19と、空調システム10の制御部としての電子制御装置20とを備えている。そのヒートポンプ12は、冷媒が循環する冷凍サイクルで構成されている。また、第1液媒体回路14は、その冷媒により加熱される第1液媒体が循環する液媒体回路である。また、第2液媒体回路16は、その冷媒により冷却される第2液媒体が循環する液媒体回路である。
 空調システム10は、第2液媒体から吸熱し且つ第1液媒体を加熱する水吸熱水加熱式ヒートポンプサイクルと、第1液媒体または第2液媒体を冷熱体22へ流通させる熱源回路としての冷熱体接続流路18とが組み合わされた構成となっている。その水吸熱水加熱式ヒートポンプサイクルとは、第1および第2液媒体回路14、16とヒートポンプ12とから成り、外気からヒートポンプを行うサイクルである。
 なお、第1液媒体および第2液媒体は、相互に異なる種類の液体であっても良いが、本実施形態では同一種類の液体であって例えば不凍液である。また、図1において第1液媒体回路14、第2液媒体回路16、および冷熱体接続流路18のそれぞれに付された矢印は、第1液媒体または第2液媒体が流れる向きを表している。また、第1液媒体は第2液媒体よりも高温になるので、第1液媒体を高温側冷却水と呼び、第2液媒体を低温側冷却水と呼んでも良い。そして、第1液媒体回路14を高温回路と呼び、第2液媒体回路16を低温回路と呼んでも良い。
 ヒートポンプ12は、高圧側冷媒圧力が冷媒の臨界圧力を超えない蒸気圧縮式の亜臨界冷凍サイクルを構成している。ヒートポンプ12は、圧縮機24、冷媒から放熱させる冷媒放熱部26、減圧部32、および、冷媒に吸熱させる冷媒吸熱部34等から構成されている。
 圧縮機24は、冷媒を吸入する吸入口24aと、冷媒を吐出する吐出口24bとを有している。圧縮機24は、ヒートポンプ12において冷媒吸熱部34から流出する冷媒を吸入口24aから吸入し、その吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出するものである。その圧縮機24の吐出口24bには、液加熱器27の冷媒入口271aが接続されている。
 圧縮機24は電動圧縮機であり、圧縮機24の圧縮機構としては、具体的に、スクロール型圧縮機構、ベーン型圧縮機構等の各種圧縮機構を採用することができる。
 圧縮機24の電動モータは、電子制御装置20から出力される制御信号によって、その作動(具体的には、回転数)が制御されるもので、その電動モータとしては、交流モータ、直流モータのいずれの形式が採用されもよい。そして、この電動モータの回転数制御によって、圧縮機24の冷媒吐出能力が変更される。
 冷媒放熱部26は、第1液媒体回路14を循環する第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることでその冷媒の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させる熱交換器としての液加熱器27で構成されている。この液加熱器27は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第1液媒体を加熱すると共に冷媒を凝縮させる所謂水冷コンデンサである。
 また、液加熱器27は、第1液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させるために、冷媒入口271aと冷媒出口271bとを有する冷媒流通部271と、液媒体入口272aと液媒体出口272bとを有する第1液媒体流通部272とを有している。その冷媒流通部271および第1液媒体流通部272は一体に構成されている。
 液加熱器27の冷媒入口271aには、圧縮機24から流出した高温高圧の冷媒が流入し、液加熱器27は、その圧縮機24から冷媒流通部271へ流入した冷媒と第1液媒体流通部272を流れる第1液媒体とを熱交換させる。要するに、液加熱器27は、冷媒流通部271を流れる冷媒から第1液媒体へ放熱させ、それにより冷媒を凝縮させる。そして、その放熱後の冷媒を冷媒出口271bから流出させる。その液加熱器27の冷媒出口271bは減圧部32へ接続されている。
 減圧部32は、車両用空調装置に汎用的に使用され機械的機構によって冷媒を減圧膨張させる温度感応型機械式膨張弁である。具体的に、減圧部32は、液加熱器27の冷媒出口271bから流出する冷媒を減圧してから液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aへ流す。そして、減圧部32は、液冷却器35の冷媒出口351bの冷媒温度および冷媒圧力に基づき、冷媒を減圧膨張させるための絞り度合いを調節する。減圧部32は、液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aへ接続されており、減圧後の冷媒をその冷媒入口351aへ流出させる。
 冷媒吸熱部34は、第2液媒体回路16を循環する第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体の熱を冷媒へ移動させる液冷却器35で構成されている。この液冷却器35は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させることで第2液媒体を冷却すると共に冷媒を蒸発気化させる所謂チラーである。
 また、液冷却器35は、第2液媒体と冷媒とを熱交換させるために、冷媒入口351aと冷媒出口351bとを有する冷媒流通部351と、液媒体入口352aと液媒体出口352bとを有する第2液媒体流通部352とを有している。その冷媒流通部351および第2液媒体流通部352は一体に構成されている。
 液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aには、減圧部32から流出した低圧の冷媒が流入し、液冷却器35は、その減圧部32から冷媒流通部351へ流入した冷媒と第2液媒体流通部352を流れる第2液媒体とを熱交換させる。要するに、液冷却器35は、第2液媒体から冷媒に吸熱させ、それにより冷媒を蒸発させる。そして、その吸熱後の冷媒を冷媒出口351bから流出させる。液冷却器35の冷媒出口351bは圧縮機24の吸入口24aへ接続されており、圧縮機24は、その冷媒出口351bから流出した冷媒を吸入口24aから吸い込む。
 以上のように構成されたヒートポンプ12では、圧縮機24から吐出される冷媒は「圧縮機24の吐出口24b→液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271→減圧部32→液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351→圧縮機24の吸入口24a」の順に流れる。
 第1液媒体回路14は、回路切替装置19の作動に応じて冷熱体22へ接続される液媒体回路である。例えば第1液媒体回路14が冷熱体22へ接続されれば、その冷熱体22は、第1液媒体に対し熱の授受を行う。その冷熱体22は、加熱対象または冷却対象になり且つ車両に搭載された車載機器である。
 例えば本実施形態の冷熱体22は、熱を発する熱源である。従って、エンジン、走行用モータ、インバータ、または電気ヒータ等が本実施形態の冷熱体22に該当する。
 図1に示すように、第1液媒体回路14は、第1ウォータポンプ38およびヒータコア40等から構成されている。
 第1ウォータポンプ38は、電子制御装置20によって回転数が制御される電動ポンプであり、第1液媒体回路14において第1液媒体を循環させる。例えば、第1ウォータポンプ38の回転数が高くなるほど、第1液媒体回路14において循環する第1液媒体の流量が増加する。すなわち、第1ウォータポンプ38は、第1液媒体回路14で第1液媒体の流量を増減する第1流量増減装置として機能する。
 具体的に、第1ウォータポンプ38は吸入口38aと吐出口38bとを有し、吸入口38aから第1ウォータポンプ38内に第1液媒体を吸い込むと共に、その吸い込んだ第1液媒体を吐出口38bから吐出する。その第1ウォータポンプ38の吐出口38bには、ヒータコア40の液媒体入口40aが接続されている。
 ヒータコア40は、例えば車室内に設置され車室内の空調を行う空調ユニット内に設けられており、その空調ユニットから吹き出される空調空気AR1を加熱する加熱用熱交換器である。すなわち、ヒータコア40は、第1液媒体と空調空気AR1とを熱交換させることで第1液媒体の熱を空調空気AR1へ移動させる放熱器である。
 具体的に、ヒータコア40は液媒体入口40aと液媒体出口40bとを有している。その液媒体入口40aには、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出された第1液媒体が流入し、ヒータコア40は、その第1ウォータポンプ38から流入した第1液媒体と空調ユニット内を流れる空調空気AR1とを熱交換させる。この熱交換により、ヒータコア40は、空調空気AR1を加熱すると共に第1液媒体を冷却する。そして、その熱交換後の第1液媒体を液媒体出口40bから流出させる。そのヒータコア40の液媒体出口40bは液加熱器27の液媒体入口272aへ接続されている。
 その液加熱器27のうち第1液媒体流通部272は第1液媒体回路14に設けられており、液加熱器27の液媒体入口272aには、ヒータコア40の液媒体出口40bから流出した第1液媒体が流入する。
 そして、液加熱器27は、冷媒と熱交換した後の第1液媒体を液媒体出口272bから流出させる。その液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bは、回路切替装置19に含まれる第1開閉弁191を介して第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ接続されている。
 このように構成された第1液媒体回路14では、第1液媒体がヒータコア40と液加熱器27との間で循環するので、液加熱器27は、冷媒流通部271を流れる冷媒の熱を、第1液媒体およびヒータコア40を介して間接的に空調空気AR1へ放散させる。
 第2液媒体回路16は、回路切替装置19の作動に応じて冷熱体22へ接続される液媒体回路であって、上述した第1液媒体回路14とは別の液媒体回路である。例えば第2液媒体回路16が冷熱体22へ接続されれば、その冷熱体22は、第2液媒体に対し熱の授受を行う。
 図1に示すように、第2液媒体回路16は、第2ウォータポンプ42および外気吸熱器44等から構成されている。そして、第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16は互いに別々に設けられているので、第2液媒体回路16は、第1液媒体回路14に対して常に独立して設けられている。
 第2ウォータポンプ42は、電子制御装置20によって回転数が制御される電動ポンプであり、第2液媒体回路16において第2液媒体を循環させる。例えば、第2ウォータポンプ42の回転数が高くなるほど、第2液媒体回路16において循環する第2液媒体の流量が増加する。すなわち、第2ウォータポンプ42は、第2液媒体回路16で第2液媒体の流量を増減する第2流量増減装置として機能する。
 具体的に、第2ウォータポンプ42は吸入口42aと吐出口42bとを有し、吸入口42aから第2ウォータポンプ42内に第2液媒体を吸い込むと共に、その吸い込んだ第2液媒体を吐出口42bから吐出する。その第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42bには、液冷却器35の液媒体入口352aが接続されている。
 その液冷却器35のうち第2液媒体流通部352は第2液媒体回路16に設けられており、液冷却器35の液媒体入口352aには、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出された第2液媒体が流入する。
 そして、液冷却器35は、冷媒と熱交換した後の第2液媒体を液媒体出口352bから流出させる。その液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bは、外気吸熱器44の液媒体入口44aへ接続されている。
 外気吸熱器44は、車室外に設置された室外熱交換器であり、車室外の空気である外気AR2と第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気AR2の熱を第2液媒体へ移動させる。
 また、空調システム10は室外送風機46を備えており、その室外送風機46は外気吸熱器44へ外気AR2を送風する。その室外送風機46は、電子制御装置20によって回転数が制御される電動の送風装置であり、例えば、室外送風機46の回転数が高くなるほど、外気吸熱器44へ供給される外気AR2の流量が増加する。すなわち、室外送風機46は、外気吸熱器44へ供給される外気AR2の流量を増減する風量増減装置として機能する。
 具体的に、外気吸熱器44は液媒体入口44aと液媒体出口44bとを有している。その液媒体入口44aには、液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bから流出した第2液媒体が流入し、外気吸熱器44は、その液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352から流入した第2液媒体と室外送風機46に送風される外気AR2とを熱交換させる。この熱交換により、外気吸熱器44は、外気AR2を冷却すると共に第2液媒体を加熱する。そして、その熱交換後の第2液媒体を液媒体出口44bから流出させる。その外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bは、回路切替装置19に含まれる第2開閉弁192を介して第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ接続されている。
 冷熱体接続流路18は、第1液媒体と第2液媒体とをそれぞれ冷熱体22へ導く液媒体流路であり、第1上流側流路181と第1下流側流路182と第2上流側流路183と第2下流側流路184とを含んで構成されている。
 また、回路切替装置19は、冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16とに択一的に接続する接続切替装置である。すなわち、回路切替装置19は、冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続するか否かを切替え可能となっており、それと共に、その冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かも切替え可能となっている。そして、回路切替装置19は、第2液媒体回路16への冷熱体22の接続を遮断する場合には、冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続する。逆に、回路切替装置19は、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続する場合には、第1液媒体回路14への冷熱体22の接続を遮断する。
 ここで、冷熱体22を液媒体回路14、16へ接続することとは、熱源の接続であるので、冷熱体22内の流路を液媒体回路14、16へ単に連通させるだけでなく、冷熱体22で加熱された液媒体が液媒体回路14、16に循環するように接続することである。従って、液媒体回路14、16への冷熱体22の接続を遮断することとは、冷熱体22内の流路が液媒体回路14、16へ連通しているか否かに拘わらず、冷熱体22で加熱された液媒体が液媒体回路14、16に循環することを実質的に止めることである。例えば、上記冷熱体22の接続の遮断中に、冷熱体22の温度検出のために少量の液媒体が冷熱体22内の流路に流されても、冷熱体22の接続が遮断されていることに変わりはない。
 回路切替装置19は、第1開閉弁191と第2開閉弁192と第1三方弁193と第2三方弁194とを含んで構成されている。
 この回路切替装置19は電子制御装置20によって制御される。すなわち、回路切替装置19を構成する4つの流路切替弁191~194は何れも、電子制御装置20によって制御される電動の弁機構で構成されている。
 回路切替装置19に含まれる第1開閉弁191は、第1液媒体回路14において液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bから第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ至る液媒体通路に設けられている。そして、第1開閉弁191は、その液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bと第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aとの間を断接する。
 第2開閉弁192は、第2液媒体回路16において外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bから第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ至る液媒体通路に設けられている。そして、第2開閉弁192は、その外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bと第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aとの間を断接する。
 第1三方弁193は、第1ポート193aと第2ポート193bと第3ポート193cとを有している。その第1ポート193aは第1上流側流路181を介して液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bへ接続され、第2ポート193bは第2上流側流路183を介して外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bへ接続され、第3ポート193cは冷熱体22の液媒体入口22aへ接続されている。そして、第1三方弁193は、第1ポート193aを第3ポート193cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート193bを閉塞する第1切替状態と、第1ポート193aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート193bを第3ポート193cへ連通させる第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 第2三方弁194は、第1ポート194aと第2ポート194bと第3ポート194cとを有している。その第1ポート194aは第1下流側流路182を介して第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ接続され、第2ポート194bは第2下流側流路184を介して第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ接続され、第3ポート193cは冷熱体22の液媒体出口22bへ接続されている。そして、第2三方弁194は、第1ポート194aを第3ポート194cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート194bを閉塞する第1切替状態と、第1ポート194aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート194bを第3ポート194cへ連通させる第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 冷熱体22は、液媒体入口22aと液媒体出口22bとを有している。冷熱体22は、液媒体入口22aから流入した第1または第2液媒体と冷熱体22自体が熱の授受を行う冷熱源である。冷熱体22は、液媒体入口22aから流入した第1または第2液媒体と熱の授受を行った後、その液媒体を液媒体出口22bから流出させる。
 また、図1に示すように、空調システム10は、第1液媒体温度センサ48、第2液媒体温度センサ50、冷熱体温度センサ52、第2液媒体流量センサ54、低圧側冷媒圧力センサ56、および、外気温度センサ57を備えている。その外気温度センサ57は、外気AR2の温度Taすなわち外気温度Taを検出する。
 電子制御装置20には、それらのセンサ48、50、52、54、56、57から検出値を示す信号が逐次入力される。また、電子制御装置20は、例えば圧縮機24、第1ウォータポンプ38、および第2ウォータポンプ42のそれぞれに対しそれらを制御するための制御信号を逐次出力する。
 第1液媒体温度センサ48は、第1液媒体回路14を循環する第1液媒体の温度THすなわち第1液媒体温度THを検出する。その第1液媒体温度THはそれの検出場所が定まっていれば第1液媒体回路14の何れの箇所で検出されても良いが、本実施形態では、第1液媒体温度センサ48は、液加熱器27の液媒体入口272aにてその第1液媒体温度THを検出する。
 また、第2液媒体温度センサ50は、第2液媒体回路16を循環する第2液媒体の温度TLすなわち第2液媒体温度TLを検出する。その第2液媒体温度TLはそれの検出場所が定まっていれば第2液媒体回路16の何れの箇所で検出されても良いが、本実施形態では、第2液媒体温度センサ50は、液冷却器35の液媒体入口352aにてその第2液媒体温度TLを検出する。
 また、冷熱体温度センサ52は、冷熱体22の温度Tsすなわち冷熱体温度Tsを検出する。その冷熱体温度Tsは冷熱体22の何れの箇所で測定されてもよいが、本実施形態では、冷熱体接続流路18を流れる第1液媒体または第2液媒体の温度が冷熱体温度Tsとして検出される。例えば図1に示すように、冷熱体温度センサ52は、液媒体出口22bでの第1液媒体または第2液媒体の温度を冷熱体温度Tsとして検出する。
 また、第2液媒体流量センサ54は、第2液媒体回路16を流れる第2液媒体の流量Vwlすなわち第2液媒体流量Vwlを検出する。その第2液媒体流量Vwlはそれの検出場所が定まっていれば第2液媒体回路16の何れの箇所で検出されても良いが、本実施形態では、第2液媒体流量センサ54は、第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42bにてその第2液媒体流量Vwlを検出する。
 また、低圧側冷媒圧力センサ56は、ヒートポンプ12の冷凍サイクルにおいて減圧部32で減圧された後の低圧側冷媒圧力Psを検出する。その低圧側冷媒圧力Psは、減圧部32から圧縮機24の吸入口24aに至るまでの冷媒経路の何れの箇所で検出されても良いが、本実施形態では、低圧側冷媒圧力センサ56は、減圧部32から液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aまでの間にて低圧側冷媒圧力Psを検出する。
 図1に示す電子制御装置20は、不図示のCPU、ROM、RAM等からなるマイクロコンピータで構成されている。電子制御装置20に接続されたセンサ等からの信号は、不図示の入力回路によってA/D変換された後にマイクロコンピュータに入力されるように構成されている。そして、電子制御装置20は、種々の空調制御を実行する空調制御装置として機能し、その空調制御の1つとして、回路切替装置19を作動させることにより冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16とへ択一的に接続する冷熱体切替制御を実行する。
 図2は、その冷熱体切替制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートである。電子制御装置20は、例えば車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンにされると図2の制御処理を開始し、その図2の制御処理を周期的に繰り返し実行する。なお、図2の制御処理の実行中には特に断りが無い限り、例えば、圧縮機24が作動し空調空気AR1が空調ユニットから吹き出される空調運転が行われており、第1ウォータポンプ38、第2ウォータポンプ42、および室外送風機46は作動している。このことは後述の実施形態で実行される制御処理でも同様である。
 図2に示すように、電子制御装置20は、まず、ステップS101にて、冷熱体温度Tsおよび第1液媒体温度THを取得する。そして、その冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であるか否かを判定する。
 ステップS101において、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS102へ進む。その一方で、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度THよりも高いと判定した場合には、ステップS104へ進む。
 ステップS102では、外気吸熱器44に霜が付着しているか否か、すなわち外気吸熱器44が着霜しているか否かを、所定の物理量に基づいて推定する。その所定の物理量とは、外気吸熱器44における熱に関連する物理量であり、例えば第2液媒体温度TLと低圧側冷媒圧力Psと第2液媒体流量Vwlとのうちの何れかである。
 本実施形態では、第2液媒体温度TLが予め定められた温度閾値Ti以下である場合、低圧側冷媒圧力Psが予め定められた冷媒圧力閾値Pi以下である場合、または、第2液媒体流量Vwlが予め定められた液媒体流量閾値Vi以下である場合に、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定する。上記の各閾値Ti、Pi、Viは、外気吸熱器44の着霜の有無を判定できるように予め実験的に定められている。
 このステップS102では、第2液媒体温度TL、低圧側冷媒圧力Ps、および第2液媒体流量Vwlを取得した上で、外気吸熱器44が着霜しているか否かを推定する。
 ステップS102において、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定された場合には、ステップS103へ進む。その一方で、外気吸熱器44が着霜してはいないと推定された場合には、ステップS104へ進む。
 ステップS103では、回路切替装置19を作動させることにより、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続する。既に冷熱体22が第2液媒体回路16へ接続されている場合にはそれを継続する。具体的には、図1に示す第1開閉弁191を開弁させる一方で第2開閉弁192を閉弁させる。そして、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第2切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第1液媒体は冷熱体22へ流れず、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出される第1液媒体は「第1ウォータポンプ38の吐出口38b→ヒータコア40→液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272→第1開閉弁191→第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38a」の順に流れる。
 その一方で、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出される第2液媒体は「第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42b→液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352→外気吸熱器44→第1三方弁193→冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42a」の順に流れる。従って、冷熱体22の熱は第2液媒体へ移動させられる。間接的には、その冷熱体22の熱は、その第2液媒体および液冷却器35を介して、ヒートポンプ12を循環する冷媒へと移動させられる。また、第2ウォータポンプ42によって第2液媒体の流量が大きくされるほど、冷熱体22と第2液媒体との間の熱移動量は大きくなる。
 図2のステップS104では、回路切替装置19を作動させることにより、冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続する。既に冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14へ接続されている場合にはそれを継続する。具体的には、図1に示す第1開閉弁191を閉弁させる一方で第2開閉弁192を開弁させる。そして、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第1切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第2液媒体は冷熱体22へ流れず、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出される第2液媒体は「第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42b→液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352→外気吸熱器44→第2開閉弁192→第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42a」の順に流れる。
 その一方で、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出される第1液媒体は「第1ウォータポンプ38の吐出口38b→ヒータコア40→液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272→第1三方弁193→冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38a」の順に流れる。従って、冷熱体22へ流入する第1液媒体の温度よりも冷熱体温度Tsの方が高ければ、冷熱体22の熱は第1液媒体へ移動させられる。間接的には、その冷熱体22の熱は、その第1液媒体およびヒータコア40を介して、ヒータコア40を通過する空調空気AR1へと移動させられる。また、第1ウォータポンプ38によって第1液媒体の流量が大きくされるほど、冷熱体22と第1液媒体との間の熱移動量は大きくなる。
 また、図2のステップS103またはS104の次はステップS101へ戻り、図2の制御処理は、再びステップS101から開始する。
 なお、上述した図2の各ステップでの処理は、それぞれの機能を実現する機能部を構成している。後述する図5、図6、図8、図9、図11、図12、図14~16、図26、および図27のフローチャートでも同様である。また、図2のステップS102は推定部に対応し、ステップS103およびS104は切替制御部に対応する。
 上述したように本実施形態によれば、第1液媒体回路14には冷媒放熱部26で冷媒と熱交換させられる第1液媒体が循環し、第2液媒体回路16には冷媒吸熱部34で冷媒と熱交換させられる第2液媒体が循環する。そして、その第1液媒体回路14および第2液媒体回路16は各々、回路切替装置19の切替作動に応じて冷熱体22へ接続される。従って、その冷熱体22と第1または第2液媒体との熱の授受により、空調システム10の暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 また、本実施形態によれば図2に示すように、電子制御装置20は、外気吸熱器44における熱に関連する所定の物理量に基づいて、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かの切替えを回路切替装置19に行わせる。詳細には、電子制御装置20は、その所定の物理量に基づき、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定された場合には、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させる。従って、冷熱体22の熱を適宜利用して、外気吸熱器44の着霜を解消し又はその着霜を予防することが可能である。
 なお、外気吸熱器44の着霜を未然防止する観点から、上記所定の物理量に基づき、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定される前に、電子制御装置20が、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させことも想定される。
 ところで、空調システム10の暖房運転において、ヒートポンプ運転のみでの暖房では使用電力の低減は図れるが、そもそもの性能不足が深刻である。一方、電気ヒータ等の別熱源を利用した暖房のみでは使用電力が大きく、電気自動車やプラグインハイブリッド車両等の走行可能距離が小さくなるなどの事態を生じ得る。従って、別熱源とヒートポンプ12との最適な組み合わせを見出すことが必要とされる。
 例えば本実施形態において、図3に示すような試算結果が得られている。図3は、通常域(具体的には、外気温度が0℃~-20℃で且つ外気吸熱器44の非着霜時)と、外気吸熱器44の着霜時または外気温度が極低温(例えば-30℃以下)になる極低温時とのそれぞれにおける暖房熱量の試算結果を示した図表である。この図3において暖房熱量は、冷熱体22からの熱量を第1液媒体回路14へ導入した場合と第2液媒体回路16へ導入した場合とでそれぞれ試算されている。なお、簡潔な試算を行うために、空調システム10外への熱の漏れは無いものして図3の暖房熱量は試算されている。暖房熱量とは、ヒータコア40で空調空気AR1へ与えられる熱量である。
 この図3から判るように、通常域においては、高温水回路側すなわち第1液媒体回路14側に冷熱体22の熱を導入した場合の方が、低温水回路側すなわち第2液媒体回路16側にその熱を導入した場合よりも、暖房熱量を高める効果は大きい。しかし、極低温時または着霜時つまり第2液媒体が凝固点付近にある場合においては、第2液媒体回路16側に冷熱体22の熱を導入した場合の方が、第1液媒体回路14側にその熱を導入した場合よりも、暖房熱量を高める効果は大きい。
 このような図3に示される試算結果を踏まえ、本実施形態によれば、電子制御装置20は、外気吸熱器44が着霜してはいないと推定した場合には、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続させ、それにより、その冷熱体22の熱を第1液媒体へ移動させる。逆に、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定した場合には、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させ、それにより、冷熱体22の熱を第2液媒体へ移動させる。
 そのため、例えば回路切替装置19が無く冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14へ常に接続されている構成と比較して、暖房熱量(図3参照)を高める効果を大きく得ることが可能である。また、図3から判るように、外気吸熱器44の着霜時または極低温時にヒートポンプ12の停止すなわち圧縮機24の停止を回避することができるので、暖房熱量として最低限の熱量を得ることが可能である。
 なお、上記のように冷熱体22の熱は回路切替装置19の切替作動に応じて第1液媒体または第2液媒体へ移動させられる。しかしながら、これは一例であり、その冷熱体22が第1液媒体および第2液媒体へ放散する熱のうちの少なくとも一部の移動先が回路切替装置19の切替作動に応じて第1液媒体と第2液媒体とへ択一的に切り替わるだけでもよい。
 (第2実施形態)
 次に、第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。また、前述の実施形態と同一または均等な部分については省略または簡略化して説明する。このことは後述の実施形態でも同様である。
 図4は、本実施形態の空調システム10の全体構成を示した回路図であって、第1実施形態の図1に相当する図である。図4に示すように、本実施形態では、冷熱体22、58が2つ設けられており、この点が第1実施形態と異なる。また、回路切替装置19および冷媒吸熱部34も第1実施形態と異なる。
 また、本実施形態でも第1実施形態と同様に、第2液媒体回路16は、第1液媒体回路14に対して独立して設けられており、このことは後述の実施形態でも同様である。
 なお、2つの冷熱体22、58のうちの一方を第1冷熱体22と呼び、他方を第2冷熱体58と呼ぶものとする。その第1熱源としての第1冷熱体22および第2熱源としての第2冷熱体58は何れも、第1実施形態の冷熱体22(図1参照)と同様に、熱を発する熱源であって、車両に搭載されている。
 また、本実施形態では第1実施形態と同様に空調システム10は電子制御装置20およびセンサ類を備えているが、図4では、電子制御装置20およびセンサ類の図示が省略されている。このことは、後述の図7、図10、および図13でも同様である。
 具体的には図4に示すように、ヒートポンプ12の冷媒吸熱部34は、液冷却器35に加え、その液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351に対し直列に接続された冷媒蒸発器36を含んで構成されている。この冷媒蒸発器36は、車室内に設置されることもあり得るが、本実施形態では、第1実施形態の外気吸熱器44(図1参照)と同様に車室外に設置されている。すなわち、冷媒蒸発器36は、冷媒に外気AR2から吸熱させる室外吸熱器である。冷媒蒸発器36は、液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351に対し冷媒流れ上流側に設けられており、冷媒入口36aと冷媒出口36bとを有している。
 冷媒蒸発器36の冷媒入口36aは減圧部32に接続され、冷媒蒸発器36の冷媒出口36bは液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aに接続されている。冷媒蒸発器36は、冷媒蒸発器36内の冷媒と冷媒蒸発器36を通過する外気AR2とを熱交換させることでその外気AR2の熱を冷媒へ移動させる。すなわち、冷媒蒸発器36は、冷媒と外気AR2とを熱交換させることで外気AR2を冷却すると共に冷媒を蒸発させる。その熱交換後の冷媒は、冷媒蒸発器36の冷媒出口36bから液冷却器35の冷媒入口351aへ流れる。
 従って、本実施形態のヒートポンプ12では、圧縮機24から吐出される冷媒は「圧縮機24の吐出口24b→液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271→減圧部32→冷媒蒸発器36→液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351→圧縮機24の吸入口24a」の順に流れる。
 また、第1液媒体回路14では、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出される第1液媒体は「第1ウォータポンプ38の吐出口38b→ヒータコア40→液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272→第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38a」の順に流れる。そして、回路切替装置19の切替に応じて、第1冷熱体22および第2冷熱体58の一方または両方が液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272と並列に接続される。
 第1冷熱体22は、第1液媒体または第2液媒体が流入する液媒体入口22aと、第1液媒体または第2液媒体が流出する液媒体出口22bとを有している。また、第2冷熱体58は、第1液媒体または第2液媒体が流入する液媒体入口58aと、第1液媒体または第2液媒体が流出する液媒体出口58bとを有している。
 回路切替装置19は、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194に加え、第3三方弁195と第4三方弁196とを備えている。但し、図4に示すように回路切替装置19は、第1実施形態とは異なり、第1開閉弁191および第2開閉弁192(図1参照)を備えていない。
 第3三方弁195および第4三方弁196は、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194と同様の流路切替弁であり、電子制御装置20によって制御される電動の弁機構で構成されている。そして、第3三方弁195も第1ポート195aと第2ポート195bと第3ポート195cとを有し、第4三方弁196も第1ポート196aと第2ポート196bと第3ポート196cとを有している。
 本実施形態では第1三方弁193の第1ポート193aは、第1液媒体回路14のうちヒータコア40の液媒体出口40bから液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第1三方弁193の第2ポート193bは液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bへ接続されている。第1三方弁193の第3ポート193cは第1冷熱体22の液媒体入口22aへ接続されている。そして、第1三方弁193は、上述した第1切替状態と第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 また、第2三方弁194の第1ポート194aは、第1液媒体回路14のうち液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bから第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第2三方弁194の第2ポート194bは第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ接続されている。第2三方弁194の第3ポート194cは第1冷熱体22の液媒体出口22bへ接続されている。そして、第2三方弁194は、上述した第1切替状態と第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 また、第3三方弁195の第1ポート195aは、第1液媒体回路14のうちヒータコア40の液媒体出口40bから液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第3三方弁195の第2ポート195bは液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bへ接続されている。第3三方弁195の第3ポート195cは第2冷熱体58の液媒体入口58aへ接続されている。そして、第3三方弁195は、第1ポート195aを第3ポート195cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート195bを閉塞する第1切替状態と、第1ポート195aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート195bを第3ポート195cへ連通させる第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 また、第4三方弁196の第1ポート196aは、第1液媒体回路14のうち液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bから第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第4三方弁196の第2ポート196bは第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ接続されている。第4三方弁196の第3ポート196cは第2冷熱体58の液媒体出口58bへ接続されている。そして、第4三方弁196は、第1ポート196aを第3ポート196cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート196bを閉塞する第1切替状態と、第1ポート196aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート196bを第3ポート196cへ連通させる第2切替状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、第1実施形態と同様に冷熱体切替制御を実行する。但し、本実施形態では冷熱体22、58が2つ設けられているので、図5の制御処理と図6の制御処理とが並列して周期的に繰り返し実行される。
 図5は、第1冷熱体22について冷熱体切替制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。また、図6は、第2冷熱体58について冷熱体切替制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。
 また、図5および図6のフローチャートは図2のフローチャートと同様の構成となっている。具体的には、図5のステップS201および図6のステップS301は図2のステップS101に対応し、図5のステップS202および図6のステップS302は図2のステップS102に対応し、図5のステップS203および図6のステップS303は図2のステップS103に対応し、図5のステップS204および図6のステップS304は図2のステップS104に対応する。先ず、図5の制御処理から説明する。
 図5のステップS201では、図2のステップS101で用いられる冷熱体温度Tsが第1冷熱体温度Ts1に置き換わっており、それ以外は図2のステップS101と同じである。その第1冷熱体温度Ts1は、本実施形態の第1冷熱体22の温度であり、例えば第1実施形態の冷熱体温度Tsと同様にして検出される。
 図5のステップS201において、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第1液媒体温度TH以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS202へ進む。その一方で、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第1液媒体温度THよりも高いと判定した場合には、ステップS204へ進む。
 図5のステップS202は図2のステップS102と同様である。すなわち、ステップS202では、冷媒蒸発器36に霜が付着しているか否か、すなわち冷媒蒸発器36が着霜しているか否かを、所定の物理量に基づいて推定する。その所定の物理量とは、第2液媒体温度TLと低圧側冷媒圧力Psと第2液媒体流量Vwlとのうちの何れかである。本実施形態では、第2液媒体温度TLが予め定められた温度閾値Ti以下である場合、低圧側冷媒圧力Psが予め定められた冷媒圧力閾値Pi以下である場合、または、第2液媒体流量Vwlが予め定められた液媒体流量閾値Vi以下である場合に、冷媒蒸発器36が着霜していると推定する。本実施形態の各閾値Ti、Pi、Viは、冷媒蒸発器36の着霜の有無を判定できるように予め実験的に定められている。なお、本実施形態では第2ウォータポンプ42が停止されている場合もあり、その場合には第2液媒体流量Vwlについての判定はなされない。
 ステップS202において、冷媒蒸発器36が着霜していると推定された場合には、ステップS203へ進む。その一方で、冷媒蒸発器36が着霜してはいないと推定された場合には、ステップS204へ進む。
 ステップS203では、回路切替装置19を作動させることにより、第1冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続する。既に第1冷熱体22が第2液媒体回路16へ接続されている場合にはそれを継続する。具体的には、図4に示す第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第2切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第1液媒体は第1冷熱体22へ流れない。その一方で、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出される第2液媒体は「第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42b→液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352→第1三方弁193→第1冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42a」の順に流れる。従って、第1冷熱体22の熱は第2液媒体へ移動させられる。
 図5のステップS204では、回路切替装置19を作動させることにより、第1冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続する。既に第1冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14へ接続されている場合にはそれを継続する。具体的には、図4に示す第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第1切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第2液媒体は第1冷熱体22へ流れない。その一方で、第1冷熱体22は液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272と並列になるように第1液媒体回路14へ接続される。そして、ヒータコア40から流出する第1液媒体の一部が「ヒータコア40の液媒体出口40b→第1三方弁193→第1冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38a」の順に流れる。従って、第1冷熱体22へ流入する第1液媒体の温度よりも第1冷熱体温度Ts1の方が高ければ、第1冷熱体22の熱は第1液媒体へ移動させられる。
 また、ステップS203またはS204の次はステップS201へ戻り、図5の制御処理は、再びステップS201から開始する。
 次に、図6の制御処理を説明する。図6の制御処理は上記の図5の制御処理と基本的に同様である。すなわち、図6のステップS301、S302、S303、S304は図5のステップS201、S202、S203、S204とそれぞれ同様である。
 但し、図6の制御処理では、図5の制御処理における第1冷熱体22が第2冷熱体58へ置き換わり、第1三方弁193が第3三方弁195へ置き換わり、第2三方弁194が第4三方弁196へ置き換わり、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第2冷熱体温度Ts2に置き換わる。その第2冷熱体温度Ts2は、本実施形態の第2冷熱体58の温度であり、例えば第1実施形態の冷熱体温度Tsと同様にして検出される。
 なお、図4に示す第1~4三方弁193、194、195、196の全部が第1切替状態に切り替えられた場合には、第2液媒体は2つの冷熱体22、58の何れにも流通できなくなるので、第2ウォータポンプ42は停止させられる。また、図5のステップS203、S204および図6のステップS303、S304は切替制御部に対応する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 (第3実施形態)
 次に、第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第2実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 図7は、本実施形態の空調システム10の全体構成を示した回路図であって、第2実施形態の図4に相当する図である。図7に示すように、本実施形態では、ヒートポンプ12の冷媒放熱部26および冷媒吸熱部34が第2実施形態と異なる。また、各三方弁193、194、195、196の接続先も第2実施形態とは異なる。
 具体的には図7に示すように、本実施形態のヒートポンプ12に含まれる冷媒放熱部26は、液加熱器27に加え、その液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し直列に接続されたコンデンサ28を含んで構成されている。このコンデンサ28は、第1実施形態のヒータコア40(図1参照)と同様に上述の空調ユニット内に設けられている。コンデンサ28は、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し冷媒流れ上流側に設けられており、冷媒入口28aと冷媒出口28bとを有している。
 コンデンサ28の冷媒入口28aは圧縮機24の吐出口24bに接続され、コンデンサ28の冷媒出口28bは液加熱器27の冷媒入口271aに接続されている。コンデンサ28は、コンデンサ28内の冷媒とコンデンサ28を通過する空調空気AR1とを熱交換させることでその冷媒の熱を空調空気AR1へ移動させる室内放熱器である。すなわち、コンデンサ28は、冷媒と空調空気AR1とを熱交換させることで空調空気AR1を加熱すると共に冷媒を凝縮させる。その熱交換後の冷媒は、コンデンサ28の冷媒出口28bから液加熱器27の冷媒入口271aへ流れる。
 また、図7の第1液媒体回路14はヒータコア40を有しておらず、第1ウォータポンプ38が吐出した第1液媒体は液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272へ流入する。
 また、本実施形態のヒートポンプ12に含まれる冷媒吸熱部34は、図1に示す第1実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34と同様に、液冷却器35を有する一方で冷媒蒸発器36(図4参照)を有していない。従って、図7の第2液媒体回路16は、第1実施形態の第2液媒体回路16と同様に外気吸熱器44を有している。
 以上より、本実施形態のヒートポンプ12では、圧縮機24から吐出される冷媒は「圧縮機24の吐出口24b→コンデンサ28→液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271→減圧部32→液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351→圧縮機24の吸入口24a」の順に流れる。
 また、第2液媒体回路16では、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出される第2液媒体は「第2ウォータポンプ42の吐出口42b→液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352→外気吸熱器44→第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42a」の順に流れる。そして、回路切替装置19の切替に応じて、第1冷熱体22および第2冷熱体58の一方または両方が外気吸熱器44と並列に接続される。
 本実施形態では第1三方弁193の第1ポート193aは液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bへ接続されている。第1三方弁193の第2ポート193bは、第2液媒体回路16のうち液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bから外気吸熱器44の液媒体入口44aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第1三方弁193の第3ポート193cは第1冷熱体22の液媒体入口22aへ接続されている。
 また、第2三方弁194の第1ポート194aは、第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ接続されている。第2三方弁194の第2ポート194bは、外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bから第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第2三方弁194の第3ポート194cは第1冷熱体22の液媒体出口22bへ接続されている。
 また、第3三方弁195の第1ポート195aは液加熱器27の液媒体出口272bへ接続されている。第3三方弁195の第2ポート195bは、第2液媒体回路16のうち液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bから外気吸熱器44の液媒体入口44aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第3三方弁195の第3ポート195cは第2冷熱体58の液媒体入口58aへ接続されている。
 また、第4三方弁196の第1ポート196aは、第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ接続されている。第4三方弁196の第2ポート196bは、外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bから第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ至る液媒体通路へ接続されている。第4三方弁196の第3ポート196cは第2冷熱体58の液媒体出口58bへ接続されている。
 また、本実施形態の第1三方弁193は、第1切替状態と第2切替状態とに加え、全ポート193a、193b、193cを閉塞すると共に互いの接続を遮断する遮断状態にも切り替えられる。このことは、第2~4三方弁194、195、196についても同様である。
 本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、図8および図9の制御処理によって、前述の第2実施形態と同様に冷熱体切替制御を実行する。図8は、第1冷熱体22について冷熱体切替制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートであって、第2実施形態の図5に相当する図である。また、図9は、第2冷熱体58について冷熱体切替制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートであって、第2実施形態の図6に相当する図である。
 図8のステップS201、S202、S203、S204はそれぞれ図5のステップS201、S202、S203、S204と同じである。また、図9のステップS301、S302、S303、S304はそれぞれ図6のステップS301、S302、S303、S304と同じである。図8のフローチャートは、ステップS401、S402を含んでおり、この点が図5と異なる。また、図9のフローチャートは、ステップS501、S502を含んでおり、この点が図6と異なる。図8、9については、図5、6と異なる点を説明する。なお、本実施形態では、冷媒蒸発器36(図4参照)に替えて外気吸熱器44(図7参照)が設けられているので、図8のステップS202および図9のステップS302では、外気吸熱器44が着霜しているか否かが推定される。
 先ず、図8について説明する。図8のステップS201にて第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第1液媒体温度THよりも高いと判定された場合、または、ステップS202にて外気吸熱器44が着霜してはいないと推定された場合には、ステップS401へ進む。
 ステップS401では、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第2液媒体温度TL以上であり且つ第1液媒体温度TH以下であるか否かを判定する。
 ステップS401において、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第2液媒体温度TL以上であり且つ第1液媒体温度TH以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS204へ進む。その一方で、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第2液媒体温度TL未満であると判定した場合または第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第1液媒体温度THよりも高いと判定した場合には、ステップS402へ進む。
 図8のステップS203では、第2実施形態と同様に、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第2切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第1液媒体は第1冷熱体22へ流れない。その一方で、第1冷熱体22は外気吸熱器44と並列になるように第2液媒体回路16へ接続される。そして、液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352から流出する第2液媒体の一部が「液冷却器35の液媒体出口352b→第1三方弁193→第1冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42a」の順に流れる。従って、第1冷熱体22の熱は第2液媒体へ移動させられる。
 ステップS204では、第2実施形態と同様に、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ第1切替状態に切り替える。
 これにより、第2液媒体は第1冷熱体22へ流れない。その一方で、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出される第1液媒体は「第1ウォータポンプ38の吐出口38b→液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272→第1三方弁193→第1冷熱体22→第2三方弁194→第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38a」の順に流れる。従って、第1液媒体の熱は第1冷熱体22へ移動させられる。
 ステップS402では、第1冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16との何れにも接続しない。具体的には、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ遮断状態に切り替える。
 また、ステップS203、S204、またはS402の次はステップS201へ戻り、図8の制御処理は、再びステップS201から開始する。
 次に、図9の制御処理を説明する。図9の制御処理は上記の図8の制御処理と基本的に同様である。すなわち、図9のステップS301、S302、S303、S304、S501、S502は図8のステップS201、S202、S203、S204、S401、S402とそれぞれ同様である。
 但し、図9の制御処理では、図8の制御処理における第1冷熱体22が第2冷熱体58へ置き換わり、第1三方弁193が第3三方弁195へ置き換わり、第2三方弁194が第4三方弁196へ置き換わり、第1冷熱体温度Ts1が第2冷熱体温度Ts2に置き換わる。
 なお、第1~4三方弁193、194、195、196の全部が第2切替状態または遮断状態に切り替えられた場合には、第1液媒体は2つの冷熱体22、58の何れにも流通できなくなるので、第1ウォータポンプ38は停止させられる。また、図8のステップS202および図9のステップS302は推定部に対応し、図8のステップS203、S204および図9のステップS303、S304は切替制御部に対応する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 (第4実施形態)
 次に、第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 図10は、本実施形態の空調システム10の全体構成を示した回路図であって、第1実施形態の図1に相当する図である。図10に示すように、本実施形態の空調システム10は、2つの冷熱体22、58すなわち第1冷熱体22と第2冷熱体58とを備えている。また、冷熱体接続流路18および回路切替装置19は設けられていない。本実施形態はこれらの点が第1実施形態と異なる。
 具体的には図10に示すように、本実施形態の第1液媒体回路14は、第1ウォータポンプ38およびヒータコア40に加え、第1液媒体を第1冷熱体22へ流す第1熱源流路141と、第1熱源用開閉弁142とを有している。
 その第1熱源流路141はヒータコア40に対して並列に接続され、第1熱源流路141には第1冷熱体22が設けられている。すなわち、第1冷熱体22は、第1液媒体回路14においてヒータコア40と並列に接続されている。
 第1液媒体回路14の第1熱源用開閉弁142は、例えば電子制御装置20によって制御される開閉弁である。第1熱源用開閉弁142は第1熱源流路141に設けられており、電子制御装置20の制御に従って第1熱源流路141を開閉する。
 このように構成された第1液媒体回路14において第1熱源用開閉弁142が開弁されている場合には、第1ウォータポンプ38から吐出される第1液媒体は、ヒータコア40と第1冷熱体22との両方へ流れる。そして、ヒータコア40と第1冷熱体22との各々から流出する第1液媒体は、液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272を経て第1ウォータポンプ38の吸入口38aへ流れる。このように循環する第1液媒体は第1冷熱体22と液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272とにおいて加熱され、空調空気AR1はヒータコア40において第1液媒体によって加熱される。
 その一方で、第1熱源用開閉弁142が閉弁されている場合には、第1液媒体は、第1ウォータポンプ38によってヒータコア40と液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272との間で循環させられる。
 本実施形態の第2液媒体回路16は、第2ウォータポンプ42および外気吸熱器44に加え、第2液媒体を第2冷熱体58へ流す第2熱源流路161と、第2熱源用開閉弁162とを有している。
 その第2熱源流路161は外気吸熱器44に対して並列に接続され、第2熱源流路161には第2冷熱体58が設けられている。すなわち、第2冷熱体58は、第2液媒体回路16において外気吸熱器44と並列に接続されている。
 第2液媒体回路16の第2熱源用開閉弁162は、例えば電子制御装置20によって制御される開閉弁である。第2熱源用開閉弁162は第2熱源流路161に設けられており、電子制御装置20の制御に従って第2熱源流路161を開閉する。
 このように構成された第2液媒体回路16において第2熱源用開閉弁162が開弁されている場合には、第2ウォータポンプ42から吐出される第2液媒体は、液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352へ流れる。そして、その第2液媒体流通部352から流出する第2液媒体は、外気吸熱器44と第2冷熱体58との両方へ流れ、その外気吸熱器44と第2冷熱体58とのそれぞれから第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aへ流れる。このように循環する第2液媒体は第2冷熱体58と外気吸熱器44とにおいて加熱されてから液冷却器35へと流れる。従って、第2冷熱体58の熱量は液冷却器35によって冷媒へ吸熱され、ヒートポンプ12および第1ウォータポンプ38の運転により最終的には暖房に利用される。
 その一方で、第2熱源用開閉弁162が閉弁されている場合には、第2液媒体は、第2ウォータポンプ42によって外気吸熱器44と液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352との間で循環させられる。
 図11は、第1熱源用開閉弁142を作動させるための制御処理を示したフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。また、図12は、第2熱源用開閉弁162を作動させるための制御処理を示すフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、その図11の制御処理と図12の制御処理とを並列に周期的に繰り返し実行する。この図11の制御処理と図12の制御処理は互いに独立して実行される。
 図11に示すように、電子制御装置20は、まず、ステップS711にて、第1液媒体温度THが第1冷熱体温度Ts1よりも低いか否かを判定する。その第1液媒体温度THは、それの検出場所が定まっていれば、第1液媒体回路14のうち第1熱源流路141を除く何れの箇所で検出されても良い。本実施形態では、液加熱器27の第1液媒体流通部272またはヒータコア40に流れる第1液媒体の温度が、このステップS711の判定に用いられる第1液媒体温度THとして検出される。また、例えば第1冷熱体22を通る第1液媒体の温度が、このステップS711の判定に用いられる第1冷熱体温度Ts1として検出される。
 ステップS711において、第1液媒体温度THが第1冷熱体温度Ts1よりも低いと判定した場合には、ステップS712へ進む。その一方で、第1液媒体温度THが第1冷熱体温度Ts1以上であると判定した場合には、ステップS713へ進む。
 ステップS712では、電子制御装置20は、第1熱源用開閉弁142を開弁する。すなわち、第1熱源用開閉弁142を開いて第1冷熱体22へ第1液媒体を流通させる。
 ステップS713では、電子制御装置20は、第1熱源用開閉弁142を閉弁する。すなわち、第1熱源用開閉弁142を閉じて、第1冷熱体22への第1液媒体の流通を止める。
 また、図11のステップS712またはS713の次はステップS711へ戻り、図11の制御処理は、再びステップS711から開始する。
 次に、図12の制御処理を説明する。図12に示すように、電子制御装置20は、まず、ステップS721にて、第2液媒体温度TLが第2冷熱体温度Ts2よりも低いか否かを判定する。その第2液媒体温度TLは、それの検出場所が定まっていれば、第2液媒体回路16のうち第2熱源流路161を除く何れの箇所で検出されても良い。本実施形態では、液冷却器35の第2液媒体流通部352または外気吸熱器44に流れる第2液媒体の温度が、このステップS721の判定に用いられる第2液媒体温度TLとして検出される。また、例えば第2冷熱体58を通る第2液媒体の温度が、このステップS721の判定に用いられる第2冷熱体温度Ts2として検出される。
 ステップS721において、第2液媒体温度TLが第2冷熱体温度Ts2よりも低いと判定した場合には、ステップS722へ進む。その一方で、第2液媒体温度TLが第2冷熱体温度Ts2以上であると判定した場合には、ステップS723へ進む。
 ステップS722では、電子制御装置20は、第2熱源用開閉弁162を開弁する。すなわち、第2熱源用開閉弁162を開いて第2冷熱体58へ第2液媒体を流通させる。
 ステップS723では、電子制御装置20は、第2熱源用開閉弁162を閉弁する。すなわち、第2熱源用開閉弁162を閉じて、第2冷熱体58への第2液媒体の流通を止める。
 また、図12のステップS722またはS723の次はステップS721へ戻り、図12の制御処理は、再びステップS721から開始する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。また、本実施形態によれば図11に示すように、電子制御装置20は、第1液媒体温度THが第1冷熱体温度Ts1よりも低い場合には、第1熱源用開閉弁142を開く。従って、液加熱器27で加熱された第1液媒体の温度THを下げることなく第1冷熱体22の熱を暖房に利用することが可能である。要するに、第1冷熱体22と第1液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 また、本実施形態によれば図12に示すように、電子制御装置20は、第2液媒体温度TLが第2冷熱体温度Ts2よりも低い場合には、第2熱源用開閉弁162を開く。従って、液冷却器35で冷却された第2液媒体の温度TLを下げることなく第2冷熱体58の熱を暖房に利用することが可能である。要するに、第2冷熱体58と第2液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 (第5実施形態)
 次に、第5実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第4実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 図13は、本実施形態の空調システム10の全体構成を示した回路図であって、第4実施形態の図10に相当する図である。図13に示すように、本実施形態では、第4実施形態とは異なり、第1熱源用開閉弁142、第2熱源流路161、および第2熱源用開閉弁162が設けられていない。また、本実施形態の第2冷熱体58の配置が第4実施形態と異なっている。
 具体的には図13に示すように、本実施形態の第2液媒体回路16は、第4実施形態の第2液媒体回路16と比較して更に、吸熱器バイパス通路62と冷熱体バイパス通路64と第1切替弁66と第2切替弁68とを有している。
 吸熱器バイパス通路62は、第2液媒体回路16において外気吸熱器44と並列に設けられている。また、冷熱体バイパス通路64は、第2冷熱体58と並列に設けられている。
 また、第1切替弁66は、電子制御装置20によって制御される電動の三方弁であり、第1ポート66aと第2ポート66bと第3ポート66cとを有している。その第1ポート66aは吸熱器バイパス通路62の上流端へ接続され、第2ポート66bは外気吸熱器44の液媒体入口44aへ接続され、第3ポート66cは液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bへ接続されている。そして、第1切替弁66は、第1ポート66aを第3ポート66cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート66bを閉塞するバイパス状態と、第1ポート66aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート66bを第3ポート66cへ連通させる流通可能状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。
 例えば、第1切替弁66がバイパス状態になると、第1切替弁66の第3ポート66cへ流入した第2液媒体は吸熱器バイパス通路62を通るので外気吸熱器44を迂回して流れ、外気吸熱器44への第2液媒体の流れが遮断される。その一方で、第1切替弁66が流通可能状態になると、第2液媒体は吸熱器バイパス通路62へは流れずに、外気吸熱器44へ流れる。このように、流通制限装置としての第1切替弁66は、その切替状態に応じて、外気吸熱器44への第2液媒体の流通を制限する。
 また、第2切替弁68も、第1切替弁66と同様、電子制御装置20によって制御される電動の三方弁である。そして、第2切替弁68は、第1ポート68aと第2ポート68bと第3ポート68cとを有している。その第1ポート68aは冷熱体バイパス通路64の上流端へ接続され、第2ポート68bは第2冷熱体58の液媒体入口58aへ接続され、第3ポート68cは吸熱器バイパス通路62の下流端と外気吸熱器44の液媒体出口44bとの両方へ接続されている。そして、第2切替弁68は、第1ポート68aを第3ポート68cへ連通させる一方で第2ポート68bを閉塞するバイパス状態と、第1ポート68aを閉塞する一方で第2ポート68bを第3ポート68cへ連通させる流通可能状態とに択一的に切り替えられる。このような切替えにより、第2切替弁68は、第2冷熱体58を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かを切り替える接続切替装置として機能する。
 例えば、第2切替弁68がバイパス状態になると、第2切替弁68の第3ポート68cへ流入した第2液媒体は冷熱体バイパス通路64を通るので第2冷熱体58を迂回して流れ、第2冷熱体58への第2液媒体の流れが遮断される。すなわち、第2液媒体回路16への第2冷熱体58の接続が遮断される。
 その一方で、第2切替弁68が流通可能状態になると、第2液媒体は冷熱体バイパス通路64へは流れずに、第2冷熱体58へ流れる。すなわち、第2冷熱体58が第2液媒体回路16へ接続される。
 また、第2ウォータポンプ42の吸入口42aは、冷熱体バイパス通路64の下流端と第2冷熱体58の液媒体出口58bとの両方へ接続されている。
 本実施形態でも前述の第1実施形態と同様に複数のセンサが設けられている。例えば、本実施形態の液媒体温度センサ50は、第1切替弁66の第2ポート66bと外気吸熱器44の液媒体入口44aとの間の液媒体通路にて第2液媒体温度TLを検出する。また、冷熱体温度センサ52は、第2冷熱体58内に形成された第2液媒体の流通路にて第2冷熱体温度Ts2を検出する。また、低圧側冷媒圧力センサ56は、液冷却器35の冷媒出口351bから圧縮機24の吸入口24aまでの間にて低圧側冷媒圧力Psを検出する。なお、本実施形態でも第1実施形態と同様に、各センサの検出場所は上記の場所に限定されるものではない。
 本実施形態の電子制御装置20(図1参照)も第1実施形態と同様に種々の空調制御を実行し、その空調制御の1つとして、第1切替弁66および第2切替弁68の切替作動を行う切替弁制御を実行する。
 図14は、その切替弁制御を実行するための制御処理を示すフローチャートである。電子制御装置20は、例えば車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンにされると図14の制御処理を開始し、その図14の制御処理を周期的に繰り返し実行する。
 図14に示すように、電子制御装置20は、まず、ステップS601にて、第2冷熱体58への第2液媒体の流れを第2切替弁68によって遮断すると共に、第2液媒体を冷熱体バイパス通路64へと流す。具体的には、図13に示す第2切替弁68をバイパス状態に切り替える。既に第2切替弁68がバイパス状態になっていれば、その状態を継続する。図14のステップS601の次はステップS602へ進む。
 ステップS602では、第1切替弁66によって、液冷却器35の液媒体出口352bを外気吸熱器44へ連通させると共に、吸熱器バイパス通路62を遮断する。具体的には、図13に示す第1切替弁66を流通可能状態に切り替える。既に第1切替弁66が流通可能状態になっていれば、その状態を継続する。図14のステップS602の次はステップS603へ進む。
 ステップS603では、外気吸熱器44が着霜しているか否かを推定する。本実施形態では、第2液媒体温度TLが外気温度Taよりも高く且つ第2液媒体温度TLと外気温度Taとの温度差ΔTLaが予め定められた温度差閾値Tix以上であるという外気温度条件が成立する場合すなわち「TL-Ta≧Tix」という関係式が成立する場合、または、低圧側冷媒圧力Psが冷媒圧力閾値Pi以下である場合に、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定する。その温度差閾値Tixは例えば0以上の値であり、外気吸熱器44の着霜の有無を判定できるように予め実験的に定められている。
 このステップS603では、第2液媒体温度TL、外気温度Ta、および低圧側冷媒圧力Psを取得した上で、外気吸熱器44が着霜しているか否かを推定する。
 ステップS603において、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定された場合には、ステップS605へ進む。その一方で、外気吸熱器44が着霜してはいないと推定された場合には、ステップS604へ進む。
 ステップS604では、第2冷熱体温度Ts2を取得し、第2冷熱体温度Ts2が第2液媒体温度TL以下であるか否かを判定する。
 ステップS604において、第2冷熱体温度Ts2が第2液媒体温度TL以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS601へ進む。その一方で、第2冷熱体温度Ts2が第2液媒体温度TLよりも高いと判定した場合には、ステップS606へ進む。
 ステップS605では、第1切替弁66によって、第2液媒体を吸熱器バイパス通路62へと流すと共に、外気吸熱器44への第2液媒体の流れを遮断する。これにより、第2液媒体回路16を循環する第2液媒体は外気AR2から吸熱しなくなる。ここで、外気吸熱器44への第2液媒体の流れを完全に遮断する必要はなく、例えばステップS602で実現される第2液媒体の流れと比較して、外気吸熱器44へ流通する第2液媒体の流量を減少させればよい。
 具体的には、図13に示す第1切替弁66をバイパス状態に切り替える。既に第1切替弁66がバイパス状態になっていれば、その状態を継続する。図14のステップS605の次はステップS606へ進む。
 ステップS606では、第2切替弁68によって、第2液媒体を第2冷熱体58へ流通させると共に、冷熱体バイパス通路64を遮断する。具体的には、図13に示す第2切替弁68を流通可能状態に切り替える。既に第2切替弁68が流通可能状態になっていれば、その状態を継続する。これにより、第2冷熱体58からの吸熱を行い、ヒートポンプ暖房運転を行うことができる。図14のステップS606の次はステップS603へ進む。
 このように図14の制御処理を行うことによって、電子制御装置20は、第2液媒体温度TLが外気温度Taよりも高く且つ第2液媒体温度TLと外気温度Taとの温度差ΔTLaが温度差閾値Tix以上であるという外気温度条件が成立する場合には、その外気温度条件が不成立である場合と比較して、外気吸熱器44へ流通する第2液媒体の流量を第1切替弁66により減少させる。これにより、外気吸熱器44にて第2液媒体から外気AR2(図13参照)へ放熱されてしまうという事態を抑制することが可能である。そして、外気吸熱器44が着霜した場合にその着霜の進行を防止することが可能である。
 また、電子制御装置20は、第2冷熱体温度Ts2が第2液媒体温度TL以下である場合には、第2冷熱体58への第2液媒体の流れを第2切替弁68によって遮断する。これにより、第2液媒体から第2冷熱体58へ放熱されてしまうという事態を抑制することが可能である。
 なお、図14のステップS602、S605は制御部に対応する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第4実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第4実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 (第6実施形態)
 次に、第6実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態では電子制御装置20が実行する制御処理のみが第1実施形態と異なる。従って、本実施形態の空調システム10の回路構成は第1実施形態と同様であり、図1に示す通りである。
 具体的に本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、図15の制御処理を周期的に繰り返し実行する。その図15は、本実施形態の電子制御装置20が実行する制御処理を示したフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。
 図15に示すように、電子制御装置20は、まず、ステップS801にて、空調システム10による暖房がオンにされているか否かを判定する。例えば、その判定は、乗員によって操作される暖房スイッチの操作位置に基づいて行われる。その暖房スイッチがオンにされると、空調システム10による暖房は実施される。すなわちその暖房はオンになる。一方で、暖房スイッチがオフにされると、空調システム10による暖房は止まる。すなわちその暖房はオフになる。従って、その暖房スイッチがオンにされていれば、その暖房はオンであると判定される。逆に、暖房スイッチがオフにされていれば、その暖房はオフであると判定される。
 ステップS801において、暖房がオンにされていると判定した場合には、ステップS802へ進む。その一方で、暖房がオフにされていると判定した場合には、図15のフローチャートは再び、このステップS801から開始する。
 ステップS802では、累積時間txが累積される。既に、その累積時間txの累積が開始されている場合には、その累積時間txの累積は継続される。
 また、この累積時間txの初期値は0であり、累積時間txは、例えば空調システム10による暖房がオフになる毎に初期値に戻る。従って、この累積時間txは、空調システム10による暖房運転の開始時点からの経過時間を表す。ステップS802の次はステップS803へ進む。
 ステップS803では、累積時間txが所定時間t1よりも大きくなったか否かを判定する。その所定時間t1は、空調システム10による暖房の立上り性向上と外気吸熱器44の着霜防止との両立が図られるように予め実験的に定められている。
 ステップS803において、累積時間txが所定時間t1よりも大きくなったと判定した場合には、ステップS103へ進む。その一方で、累積時間txが所定時間t1よりも大きくなってはいないと判定した場合には、ステップS104へ進む。
 図15のステップS103は図2のステップS103と同じであり、図15のステップS104は図2のステップS104と同じである。
 この図15の制御処理によれば、本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、暖房運転の開始時から所定時間t1が経過するまでは、回路切替装置19により冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続させる。そして、電子制御装置20は、その所定時間t1が経過してから、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させる。
 従って、冷熱体22と第1液媒体または第2液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。そして、暖房運転の開始当初においては、空調空気AR1の加熱に対して影響が大きい第1液媒体の温度上昇を早めることが可能である。それと共に、暖房運転の開始時から所定時間t1の経過後には、外気吸熱器44の着霜に起因した暖房性能の低下を防止することを優先することが可能である。
 また、本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態では、上述のように図15の制御処理が実行されるが、例えば本実施形態の一変形例として、その図15の制御処理と共に図2の制御処理が実行されてもよい。そのようにした場合には、例えば、図15のステップS103で冷熱体22が第2液媒体回路16へ接続された時から所定の時間間隔を空けた後に、図15の制御処理に替えて図2の制御処理が実行される。
 (第7実施形態)
 次に、第7実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態では電子制御装置20が実行する制御処理のみが第1実施形態と異なる。従って、本実施形態の空調システム10の回路構成は第1実施形態と同様であり、図1に示す通りである。
 具体的に本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、図16の制御処理を周期的に繰り返し実行する。その図16は、本実施形態の電子制御装置20が実行する制御処理を示したフローチャートであって、第1実施形態の図2に相当する図である。
 図16のフローチャートは、図2と同じステップS101、S102、S103、S104を有し、それらに加えて、ステップS105、S106を有する。そこで、ステップS101、S102、S103、S104の説明は省略し、ステップS105、S106について以下に説明する。
 図16のフローチャートでは、ステップS102において、外気吸熱器44が着霜していると推定された場合には、ステップS105へ進む。なお、ステップS101とステップS105との実行順序から判るように、ステップS105は、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であるとステップS101にて判定された場合に実行される。
 図16に示すように、電子制御装置20は、ステップS105にて、冷熱体温度Tsが第2液媒体温度TLよりも高いか否かを判定する。
 ステップS105において、冷熱体温度Tsが第2液媒体温度TLよりも高いと判定した場合には、ステップS103へ進む。その一方で、冷熱体温度Tsが第2液媒体温度TL以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS106へ進む。
 ステップS106では、電子制御装置20は、図1に示す冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16との何れにも接続しない。すなわち、第1液媒体回路14では冷熱体22を経由させずに第1液媒体を循環させる。それと共に、第2液媒体回路16では冷熱体22を経由させずに第2液媒体を循環させる。
 具体的には、電子制御装置20は、第1三方弁193および第2三方弁194をそれぞれ遮断状態に切り替える。それと共に、電子制御装置20は、第1開閉弁191と第2開閉弁192とのそれぞれを開弁させる。なお、本実施形態の第1三方弁193の遮断状態および第2三方弁194の遮断状態は何れも、第3実施形態で説明された三方弁193~196の遮断状態と同様である。
 また、ステップS103、S104、またはS106の次はステップS101へ戻り、図16の制御処理は、再びステップS101から開始する。
 この図16の制御処理によれば、本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度THよりも高い場合には、回路切替装置19により冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続させる。これにより、冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14へ接続された際に、冷熱体22が第1液媒体から吸熱するという事態を回避することが可能である。
 また、本実施形態の電子制御装置20は、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であり、且つ、冷熱体温度Tsが第2液媒体温度TLよりも高い場合には、回路切替装置19に冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させる。これにより、冷熱体22が第2液媒体回路16へ接続された際に、冷熱体22が第2液媒体から吸熱するという事態を回避することが可能である。
 また、本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 (第8実施形態)
 次に、第8実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第2実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第2実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第2実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第2実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図17のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図17に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、図1に示す第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12と同じである。
 本実施形態では、前述の第2実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第2実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 (第9実施形態)

 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図19のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図19に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、上述の図18のヒートポンプ12に対し、液加熱器27とコンデンサ28との接続関係が異なっている。
 具体的には図19に示すように、本実施形態の冷媒放熱部26は、液加熱器27に加えコンデンサ28を含んで構成されている。そして、そのコンデンサ28は、その液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し並列に接続されている。従って、圧縮機24の吐出口24bから吐出された冷媒は、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271とコンデンサ28とのそれぞれへ流入する。そして、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271とコンデンサ28とのそれぞれから冷媒は減圧部32へ流入する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態は第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12を図19のヒートポンプ12に置き換えたものであるが、前述の第2~7実施形態のヒートポンプ12をそれぞれこの図19のヒートポンプ12に置き換えることも可能である。
 (第11実施形態)
 次に、第11実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図20のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図20に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、図1のヒートポンプ12に対し、室外放熱器72が付け加えられている。
 具体的には図20に示すように、本実施形態の冷媒放熱部26は、液加熱器27に加え室外放熱器72を含んで構成されている。
 その室外放熱器72は冷媒入口72aと冷媒出口72bとを有している。そして、室外放熱器72は、冷媒入口72aから流入した冷媒と室外放熱器72を通過する外気AR2とを熱交換させることでその冷媒の熱を外気AR2へ移動させる。すなわち、冷媒から外気AR2へ放熱させる。
 また、室外放熱器72は、その液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し直列に接続されている。詳細には、その室外放熱器72は、その冷媒流通部271に対し冷媒流れ下流側に設けられている。
 従って、液加熱器27の冷媒出口271bから流出した冷媒は室外放熱器72の冷媒入口72aへ流入する。そして、その冷媒は室外放熱器72内で熱交換された後、室外放熱器72の冷媒出口72bから減圧部32へ流れる。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態は第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12を図20のヒートポンプ12に置き換えたものであるが、前述の第2、4~7実施形態のヒートポンプ12をそれぞれこの図20のヒートポンプ12に置き換えることも可能である。
 (第12実施形態)
 次に、第12実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図21のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図21に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、上述の図20のヒートポンプ12に対し、液加熱器27と室外放熱器72との接続関係が異なっている。
 具体的には図20に示すように、本実施形態の冷媒放熱部26は、液加熱器27に加え室外放熱器72を含んで構成されている。そして、その室外放熱器72は、その液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し並列に接続されている。従って、圧縮機24の吐出口24bから吐出された冷媒は、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271と室外放熱器72とのそれぞれへ流入する。そして、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271と室外放熱器72とのそれぞれから冷媒は減圧部32へ流入する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態は第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12を図21のヒートポンプ12に置き換えたものであるが、前述の第2、4~7実施形態のヒートポンプ12をそれぞれこの図21のヒートポンプ12に置き換えることも可能である。
 (第13実施形態)
 次に、第13実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図22のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図22に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、図4に示す第2実施形態のヒートポンプ12と同じである。

 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図23のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図23に示す本実施形態のヒートポンプ12は、上述の図22のヒートポンプ12に対し、液冷却器35と冷媒蒸発器36との接続関係が異なっている。
 具体的には図23に示すように、本実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34は、液冷却器35に加え冷媒蒸発器36を含んで構成されている。そして、その冷媒蒸発器36は、その液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351に対し並列に接続されている。従って、減圧部32から流出した冷媒は、液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351と冷媒蒸発器36とのそれぞれへ流入する。そして、液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351と冷媒蒸発器36とのそれぞれから冷媒は圧縮機24の吸入口24aへ流入する。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態は第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12を図23のヒートポンプ12に置き換えたものであるが、前述の第2、4~7実施形態のヒートポンプ12をそれぞれこの図23のヒートポンプ12に置き換えることも可能である。
 (第15実施形態)
 次に、第15実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図24のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図24に示す本実施形態の冷媒放熱部26は、図18に示す第9実施形態の冷媒放熱部26と同じである。また、本実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34は、図22に示す第13実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34と同じである。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。

 (第16実施形態)
 次に、第16実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
 本実施形態ではヒートポンプ12が第1実施形態と異なっており、それ以外は第1実施形態と同じである。すなわち、本実施形態の空調システム10は、第1実施形態の空調システム10においてヒートポンプ12が図25のヒートポンプ12に置き換わったものである。この図25に示す本実施形態の冷媒放熱部26は、図19に示す第10実施形態の冷媒放熱部26と同じである。また、本実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34は、図23に示す第14実施形態の冷媒吸熱部34と同じである。
 本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と共通の構成から奏される効果を第1実施形態と同様に得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態は第1実施形態のヒートポンプ12を図25のヒートポンプ12に置き換えたものであるが、前述の第2~7実施形態のヒートポンプ12をそれぞれこの図25のヒートポンプ12に置き換えることも可能である。
 (他の実施形態)
 (1)上述の第2実施形態において、冷熱体22、58は2つ設けられているが、その2つの冷熱体22、58の一方が設けられていない構成も考え得る。要するに、冷熱体22、58は少なくとも1つ設けられていればよい。このことは、第3実施形態以降の実施形態でも同様である。
 (2)上述の第3実施形態において、コンデンサ28は、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し冷媒流れ上流側に設けられているが、逆に、液加熱器27の冷媒流通部271に対し冷媒流れ下流側に設けられていても差し支えない。
 また、上述の第2実施形態において、冷媒蒸発器36は、液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351に対し冷媒流れ上流側に設けられているが、逆に、液冷却器35の冷媒流通部351に対し冷媒流れ下流側に設けられていても差し支えない。
 (3)上述の第1実施形態において、図2のフローチャートにはステップS101が含まれているが、そのステップS101が無いフローチャートも考え得る。例えば、冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16との何れに接続されても冷熱体22がその接続された液媒体回路14、16を流通する液媒体を加熱できる程度に発熱する場合には、ステップS101は不要である。このことは、第2実施形態に関しても同様である。
 (4)上述の第1実施形態において、図2のフローチャートにはステップS102が含まれているが、そのステップS102が無いフローチャートも考え得る。そのように図2のフローチャートが構成された場合、ステップS101において、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であると判定した場合には、ステップS103へ進む。
 すなわち、電子制御装置20は、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度THよりも高いと判定した場合には、回路切替装置19に、冷熱体22を第1液媒体回路14へ接続させる。逆に、電子制御装置20は、冷熱体温度Tsが第1液媒体温度TH以下であると判定した場合には、回路切替装置19に、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続させる。このようにすれば、冷熱体22が第1液媒体回路14へ接続された際に、冷熱体22が第1液媒体から吸熱するという状況を回避することが可能である。このことは、第2、3実施形態に関しても同様である。
 (5)上述の第1実施形態において、図2のフローチャートに含まれるステップS102では、第2液媒体温度TLと低圧側冷媒圧力Psと第2液媒体流量Vwlとのそれぞれに関する判定が為されるが、これは一例である。すなわち、そのステップS102では、それらの物理量TL、Ps、Vwl全部について判定される必要はない。例えば、それらの物理量TL、Ps、Vwlのうちの何れかについて判定されるだけであっても差し支えない。このことは、図5、図6、図8、図9、図14、および図16のフローチャートに関しても同様である。
 (6)上述の第5実施形態において、外気吸熱器44における外気AR2と第2液媒体との間の熱交換量は、外気吸熱器44へ流通する第2液媒体の流量の増減によって調節されるが、これは一例である。例えば、外気吸熱器44における外気AR2と第2液媒体との間の熱交換量は、外気吸熱器44へ供給される外気AR2の流量すなわち室外送風機46の送風量を増減させることによって調節されても差し支えない。
 そのようにした場合の図14の制御処理では、電子制御装置20は、第2液媒体温度TLが外気温度Taよりも高く且つ第2液媒体温度TLと外気温度Taとの温度差ΔTLaが温度差閾値Tix以上であるという外気温度条件が成立する場合には、その外気温度条件が不成立である場合と比較して、外気吸熱器44へ供給される外気AR2の流量を室外送風機46に減少させる。
 具体的には、第1切替弁66および吸熱器バイパス通路62が不要になる。それと共に、図14のステップS602は図26のステップS602-1に置き換わり、そのステップS602-1では、第1切替弁66の制御に替えて室外送風機46の制御を行い、室外送風機46に外気AR2を送風させる。これにより、外気吸熱器44では第2液媒体と外気AR2との間で熱交換が行われる。そして、図14のステップS605は図27のステップS605-1に置き換わり、そのステップS605-1では、第1切替弁66の制御に替えて室外送風機46の制御を行い、室外送風機46を停止させる。これにより、外気吸熱器44では第2液媒体と外気AR2との間で熱交換が止められる。
 このように第1切替弁66の制御に替えて室外送風機46の制御を行っても、外気吸熱器44にて第2液媒体から外気AR2(図13参照)へ放熱されてしまうという事態を抑制することが可能である。なお、図26のステップS602-1および図27のS605-1は制御部に対応する。
 (7)上述の各実施形態において、外気吸熱器44は、車室外に設置された室外熱交換器であるが、車室内に設置される空調ユニット内に設けられ第2液媒体で空調空気AR1を冷却するクーラコアとしての室内熱交換器であっても差し支えない。
 (8)上述の各実施形態において、減圧部32は温度感応型機械式膨張弁であるが、冷媒流れを絞る絞り開度が電動で調節される電動式の膨張弁であっても差し支えない。
 (9)上述の各実施形態において、図2、図5、図6、図8、図9、図11、図12、図14~16、図26、および図27のフローチャートに示す各ステップの処理はコンピュータプログラムによって実現されるものであるが、これは一例である。例えば、それらのフローチャートに示す各ステップの処理は、ハードロジックで構成されるものであっても差し支えない。
 (10)上述の第1実施形態では、電子制御装置20は、外気吸熱器44における熱に関連する所定の物理量に基づいて、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かの切替えを回路切替装置19に行わせるが、これは一例である。例えば電子制御装置20は、外気吸熱器44の着霜防止を目的に回路切替装置19を作動させてもよいし、着霜防止以外のことを目的に回路切替装置19を作動させてもよい。
 具体的には、電子制御装置20は、熱関連物理量に基づいて、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かの切替えを回路切替装置19に行わせるということが想定される。その熱関連物理量とは、第1液媒体回路14と第2液媒体回路16と冷熱体22、58とヒートポンプ12との何れかの熱に関連する物理量であり、その熱関連物理量には上記所定の物理量も含まれる。例えば、その熱関連物理量としては、外気温度Ta、第1液媒体回路14の第1液媒体の温度TH、その第1液媒体の流量、第2液媒体回路16の第2液媒体の温度TL、その第2液媒体の流量Vwl、各冷熱体温度Ts、Ts1、Ts2、冷熱体接続流路18の液温、ヒートポンプ12の冷媒の温度、および、その冷媒の圧力などが例示される。
 例えば上述の第5実施形態では図14に示すように、電子制御装置20は、熱関連物理量のうちの第2液媒体温度TLと外気温度Taとに基づいて、第2冷熱体58を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かの切替えを、回路切替装置としての第2切替弁68に行わせる。
 上記のように電子制御装置20が、熱関連物理量に基づいて、冷熱体22を第2液媒体回路16へ接続するか否かの切替えを回路切替装置19に行わせても、第2液媒体へ冷熱体22の熱を適宜供給することが可能である。そして、その第2液媒体の熱は、ヒートポンプ12を介して最終的には空調空気AR1へと供給される。従って、その冷熱体22と第2液媒体との熱の授受により暖房性能の向上を図ることが可能である。
 (11)上述の第4実施形態では図10に示すように、冷熱体22、58が2つ設けられているが、その2つの冷熱体22、58のうちの一方が無い構成も考え得る。例えば第1冷熱体22が無い場合には、第1熱源流路141および第1熱源用開閉弁142も設けられない。逆に、第2冷熱体58が無い場合には、第2熱源流路161および第2熱源用開閉弁162も設けられない。
 (12)上述の第7実施形態において、図16のフローチャートにはステップS101、S102、S104が含まれているが、そのステップS101、S102、S104が無いフローチャートも考え得る。

Claims (17)

  1.  空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
     液冷却器(35)、該液冷却器から流出する冷媒を吸入し該吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機(24)、該圧縮機から前記冷媒が流入し該流入した冷媒の熱のうちの少なくとも一部を前記空調対象空間へ吹き出される空調空気(AR1)へ放散させる冷媒放熱部(26)、および、該冷媒放熱部から流出する前記冷媒を減圧してから前記液冷却器へ流す減圧部(32)を含んで構成されたヒートポンプ(12)と、
     第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路(14)と、
     該第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路(16)と、
     熱を発する熱源(22、58)と、
     該熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かを切り替える接続切替装置(19、68)と、
     該接続切替装置を制御する制御装置(20)とを備え、
     前記冷媒放熱部は、前記第1液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記第1液媒体へ移動させる液加熱器(27)を含み、
     前記液冷却器は、前記第2液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記第2液媒体の熱を前記冷媒へ移動させ、
     前記制御装置は、前記第1液媒体回路と前記第2液媒体回路と前記熱源と前記ヒートポンプとの何れかの熱に関連する熱関連物理量に基づいて、前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かの切替えを前記接続切替装置に行わせる空調システム。
  2.  前記接続切替装置(19)は、
     前記熱源を前記第1液媒体回路へ接続するか否かも切替え可能となっており、
     前記第2液媒体回路への前記熱源の接続を遮断する場合には、前記熱源を前記第1液媒体回路へ接続し、
     前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続する場合には、前記第1液媒体回路への前記熱源の接続を遮断する請求項1に記載の空調システム。
  3.  前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)を有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記熱関連物理量のうち前記外気吸熱器における熱に関連する所定の物理量(TL、Ps、Vwl)に基づいて、前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続するか否かの切替えを前記接続切替装置に行わせる請求項1または2に記載の空調システム。
  4.  前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)を有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記熱関連物理量のうちの所定の物理量(TL、Ps、Vwl)に基づき、前記外気吸熱器が着霜していると推定された場合には、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続させる請求項1または2に記載の空調システム。
  5.  前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)と、前記外気吸熱器への前記第2液媒体の流通を制限する流通制限装置(66)とを有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)が外気の温度(Ta)よりも高く且つ該第2液媒体の温度と該外気の温度との温度差が予め定められた温度差閾値(Tix)以上であるという外気温度条件が成立する場合には、該外気温度条件が不成立である場合と比較して、前記外気吸熱器へ流通する前記第2液媒体の流量を前記流通制限装置により減少させる請求項1または2に記載の空調システム。
  6.  前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)と、前記外気吸熱器へ供給される外気の流量を増減する風量増減装置(46)とを有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)が外気の温度(Ta)よりも高く且つ該第2液媒体の温度と該外気の温度との温度差が予め定められた温度差閾値(Tix)以上であるという外気温度条件が成立する場合には、該外気温度条件が不成立である場合と比較して、前記外気吸熱器へ供給される外気の流量を前記風量増減装置により減少させる請求項1または2に記載の空調システム。
  7.  前記制御装置は、前記熱関連物理量に含まれる前記熱源の温度(Ts、Ts1、Ts2)が、前記熱関連物理量に含まれる前記第1液媒体の温度(TH)よりも高い場合には、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第1液媒体回路へ接続させる請求項2に記載の空調システム。
  8.  前記制御装置は、前記熱源の温度が前記第1液媒体の温度以下であり、且つ、前記熱源の温度が、前記熱関連物理量に含まれる前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)よりも高い場合には、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続させる請求項7に記載の空調システム。
  9.  前記制御装置は、前記熱関連物理量に含まれる前記熱源の温度(Ts、Ts1、Ts2)が、前記熱関連物理量に含まれる前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)よりも高い場合には、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続させる請求項1または2に記載の空調システム。
  10.  前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)を有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記暖房運転の開始時から予め定められた所定時間(t1)が経過するまでは、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第1液媒体回路へ接続させ、前記所定時間が経過してから、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続させる請求項2に記載の空調システム。
  11.  空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
     液冷却器(35)、該液冷却器から流出する前記冷媒を吸入し該吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機(24)、該圧縮機から前記冷媒が流入し該流入した冷媒の熱のうちの少なくとも一部を前記空調対象空間へ吹き出される空調空気(AR1)へ放散させる冷媒放熱部(26)、および、該冷媒放熱部から流出する前記冷媒を減圧してから前記液冷却器へ流す減圧部(32)を含んで構成されたヒートポンプ(12)と、
     第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路(14)と、
     該第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路(16)と、
     熱を発する熱源(22、58)と、
     該熱源を前記第1液媒体回路と前記第2液媒体回路との何れかに接続する接続切替装置(19)と、
     該接続切替装置を制御する制御装置(20)とを備え、
     前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)を有し、
     前記冷媒放熱部は、前記第1液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記第1液媒体へ移動させる液加熱器(27)を含み、
     前記液冷却器は、前記第2液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記第2液媒体の熱を前記冷媒へ移動させ、
     前記制御装置は、前記暖房運転の開始時から予め定められた所定時間(t1)が経過するまでは、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第1液媒体回路へ接続させ、前記所定時間が経過してから、前記接続切替装置に前記熱源を前記第2液媒体回路へ接続させる空調システム。
  12.  前記冷媒放熱部は、前記液加熱器に対し直列または並列に接続された室内放熱器(28)を含み、
     該室内放熱器は、前記冷媒と前記空調空気とを熱交換させることで該冷媒の熱を該空調空気へ移動させる請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の空調システム。
  13.  前記冷媒放熱部は、前記液加熱器に対し直列または並列に接続された室外放熱器(72)を含み、
     該室外放熱器は、前記冷媒と外気とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を外気へ移動させる請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の空調システム。
  14.  前記ヒートポンプは、前記液冷却器に対し直列または並列に接続された冷媒蒸発器(36)を含み、
     該冷媒蒸発器は、前記冷媒と外気とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記冷媒へ移動させる請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の空調システム。
  15.  空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
     液冷却器(35)、該液冷却器から流出する前記冷媒を吸入し該吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機(24)、該圧縮機から前記冷媒が流入する液加熱器(27)、および、該液加熱器から流出する前記冷媒を減圧してから前記液冷却器へ流す減圧部(32)を含んで構成されたヒートポンプ(12)と、
     第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路(14)と、
     該第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路(16)と、
     熱を発する熱源(22)と、
     制御装置(20)とを備え、
     前記第1液媒体回路は、前記第1液媒体と前記空調空気とを熱交換させることで前記第1液媒体の熱を前記空調空気へ移動させる放熱器(40)と、該放熱器に対して並列に接続され前記第1液媒体を前記熱源へ流す熱源流路(141)と、該熱源流路を開閉する熱源用開閉弁(142)とを有し、
     前記液加熱器は、前記第1液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記第1液媒体へ移動させ、
     前記液冷却器は、前記第2液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記第2液媒体の熱を前記冷媒へ移動させ、
     前記制御装置は、前記第1液媒体の温度(TH)が前記熱源の温度(Ts1)よりも低い場合に、熱源用開閉弁を開く空調システム。
  16.  第1熱源としての前記熱源のほかに、熱を発する第2熱源(58)を備え、
     前記熱源流路は第1熱源流路であり、
     前記熱源用開閉弁は第1熱源用開閉弁であり、
     前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)と、該外気吸熱器に対して並列に接続され前記第2液媒体を前記第2熱源へ流す第2熱源流路(161)と、該第2熱源流路を開閉する第2熱源用開閉弁(162)とを有し、
     前記制御装置は、前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)が前記第2熱源の温度(Ts2)よりも低い場合に、第2熱源用開閉弁を開く請求項15に記載の空調システム。
  17.  空調対象空間を暖める暖房運転を行う空調システムであって、
     液冷却器(35)、該液冷却器から流出する前記冷媒を吸入し該吸入した冷媒を圧縮してから吐出する圧縮機(24)、該圧縮機から前記冷媒が流入する液加熱器(27)、および、該液加熱器から流出する前記冷媒を減圧してから前記液冷却器へ流す減圧部(32)を含んで構成されたヒートポンプ(12)と、
     第1液媒体が循環する第1液媒体回路(14)と、
     該第1液媒体回路に対して独立して設けられ、第2液媒体が循環する第2液媒体回路(16)と、
     熱を発する熱源(58)と、
     制御装置(20)とを備え、
     前記第1液媒体回路は、前記第1液媒体と前記空調空気とを熱交換させることで前記第1液媒体の熱を前記空調空気へ移動させる放熱器(40)を有し、
     前記第2液媒体回路は、外気と前記第2液媒体とを熱交換させることで外気の熱を前記第2液媒体へ移動させる外気吸熱器(44)と、該外気吸熱器に対して並列に接続され前記第2液媒体を前記熱源へ流す熱源流路(161)と、該熱源流路を開閉する熱源用開閉弁(162)とを有し、
     前記液加熱器は、前記第1液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記冷媒の熱を前記第1液媒体へ移動させ、
     前記液冷却器は、前記第2液媒体と前記冷媒とを熱交換させることで前記第2液媒体の熱を前記冷媒へ移動させ、
     前記制御装置は、前記第2液媒体の温度(TL)が前記熱源の温度(Ts2)よりも低い場合に、熱源用開閉弁を開く空調システム。
