Claims (3)
- 일정 스트로크를 가지는 피스톤이 포함된 구동실린더(100);상기 구동실린더(100)의 피스톤에 결합되는 지그 위치고정부(200);상기 구동실린더(100)의 피스톤의 스트로크로 인해 동작되는 지그 위치고정부(200)를 고정시키고 보조하는 가이드 블록(300); 및상기 지그 위치고정부(200)에 의해 위치 조절이 가능한 지그(B)가 고정되도록 해당 위치 조절이 가능한 지그(B)에 결합되는 위치고정 브라켓(400);으로 구성되는 위치 조절용 지그에 대한 고정장치(1)에 있어서,지그 위치고정부(200)는,상기 위치고정 브라켓(400)의 일부면에 접촉되는 제 1스토퍼(210);와 제 2스토퍼(220);상기 제 1스토퍼(210)와 결합되는 제 1스프링(230);상기 제 2스토퍼(220)와 결합되는 제 2스프링(240); 및상기 제 1, 2스토퍼(210, 220)가 각각 삽입되고 상기 구동실린더(100)의 피스톤과 결합되어 구동실린더(100)의 동력을 제 1, 2스토퍼(210, 220)에 전달하는 동력전달부재(250);를 더 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 구동실린더(100)의 피스톤의 스트로크로 인해 제 1, 2스토퍼(210, 220)가 동작하여 위치고정 브라켓(400)의 외주면에 접촉되게 함으로서 위치고정 브라켓(400)이 결합된 위치 조절이 가능한 지그(B)가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 조절용 지그에 대한 고정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,가이드 블록(300)은,상기 제 1스토퍼(210)가 삽입되는 제 1스토퍼 구(310);상기 제 2스토퍼(220)가 삽입되는 제 2스토퍼 구(320); 및가이드 블록(300)을 고정하는 고정부(330);를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 조절용 지그에 대한 고정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,위치고정 브라켓(400)은 상기 제 1, 2스토퍼(210, 220)가 바깥면에 접촉할 수 있도록 하는 사다리꼴 형상 또는 안쪽면에 접촉할 수 있도록 하는 요철형상을 가지는 형태로 이루어지되,위치 조절이 가능한 지그(B)와 고정될 수 있도록 결합부(410);가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 위치 조절용 지그에 대한 고정장치.
