本发明人前期曾通过使用多层微型瓦楞纸板,提高了文件封自身的硬度和挺度,通过涂布防水层保证了文件封具备防潮防水性能,通过使用初 粘性好、持粘性强和剥离强度高的双面胶进行封合,并利用撕拉条进行拆分,在提高包封牢固度的同时,方便了拆分操作,并实现了对文件封的二次回收使用,通过添加具有撕毁性、不可恢复的防盗刀口,保证了文件封所装物品的投递安全性。
但是其仍存在需要改进之处,比如在运输快递过程中,由于纸张硬度和挺度较差,极容易导致文件封里装的物品被折叠或压坏变形。防水涂料难免会使用有机溶剂,不属于真正意义上的绝对环保。同时防盗性能也需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够有效防拆开、防止文件被窃取、防水、节能环保及防止被伪造的防拆文件封及其生产工艺。
首先,本发明提供一种具有全新结构的文件封,改进本发明人在先使用的多层微型瓦楞纸板,选择多层普通瓦楞,包括A楞、B楞、C楞、E楞、F楞、G楞和O楞的一种以上,极大地提高了文件封自身的硬度和挺度,保证了文件封中所装物品的完整性,降低了所装物品被折叠或压坏变形的风险性,所得文件封具有更好的折叠和防压变形性能。
进一步地,在瓦楞纸板的表面使用淀粉溶液和硅溶胶形成的复配体系进行表面施胶,在保证纸张防水性能的同时进一步改进了瓦楞纸的环压强度,提升文件封的挺度。
本发明涉及到文件封使用防水剂或者塑料薄膜,保证文件封的防水防潮性能。对于防水剂,使用丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,其不仅使得纸张的防水性增强,同时也增强了纸张的耐折度。但是上述防水剂的使用不可避免在生产工艺中需要使用有机溶剂。为了避免有机溶剂的使用,提供工艺的环保性,本发明同时提供使用塑料薄膜代替防水剂,包括聚氯乙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜等,特别优选聚酯薄膜。一方面,塑料薄膜的轻盈透明、气密性好、防水性好、表面光滑,使文件封具有更好的质感、防水性能。另一方面,使用塑料薄膜可以不再使用防水涂料,从而在生产过程中避免使用有机溶剂以及其他挥发性有机化合物,实现生产过程的环 保。同时,优选使用可降解薄膜,也能够改善文件封使用后所引起的环境保护问题,再者相比与使用防水涂料,塑料薄膜更容易回收利用,大大降低生产成本并避免环境污染的产生。
文件封的安全性能是影响其使用和推广的最重要的性能之一,虽然本发明人之前的专利技术中使用具有防潮的粘胶剂并添加具有撕毁性、不可恢复的防盗刀口,来达到防盗性,此防盗刀口是里纸和面纸均用刀版切透,但还是可以抠开,而且不被破坏,另外,在没有双面胶粘合的时候,装箱运输的时候很容易碰掉,本发明为了解决此问题,一方面使用了强力的双面胶,在剥离的时候,里纸能被双面胶粘结掉至少70%,另一方面,刀口的设计重新更改,只在里纸上做切口,面纸不切透,而且里纸所切的位置和面积应该和被粘上双面胶的位置和面积一致,或者接近,这样在被粘上之后,剥离后,被切的里纸很容易被双面胶粘离下来,而且无法复原,防盗性更优。
因此本发明所提供的全新结构的文件封整体改变了传统文件封的所有物理指标、使用性能和安全性能,具有较强的市场推广使用价值。
本发明首先提供一种文件封,包括:正面板11、背面板12、封口板110,所述正面板11的顶侧连接于所述封口板110,所述正面板11的底侧连接于所述背面板12,所述封口板110上形成有撕拉条111和防盗线113,所述正面板11和背面板12均为多层结构的瓦楞纸板,选自A楞、B楞、C楞、E楞、F楞、G楞和O楞中的一种以上,所述微型瓦楞纸板的表面涂有防水剂或者敷有塑料薄膜,所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,所述塑料薄膜选自包括聚氯乙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜等组成的组。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,防盗线形成闭合的区域,该闭合区域与密封粘合时封口板上的双面胶区域相同,并且防盗线刀口深度等于封口板里纸的厚度。从而一旦密封后再剥离,被切的里纸便被双面胶粘里下来,无法复原,防盗性能更优。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,包括:左侧板13和右侧板14,所述正面板11的左侧连接于所述左侧板13,所述正面板11的右侧连接于所述右侧板14,在所述正面板11和背面板12对折后,所述左侧板13和右侧板14粘贴于所述背面板12的外表面。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述左侧板13和右侧板14上均设置有防盗线131、141,所述正面板11和背面板12通过压折线一体连接,且在所述压折线两侧的正面板11和背面板12上设置有以压折线为对称线的压痕线116、121。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述正面板11通过压折线114一体连接于所述封口板110,所述撕拉条111横贯封口板110的整个长度设置,且在所述撕拉条111上设置有加强筋112。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述撕拉条111通过沿封口板110长度方向的两条平行线相互间隔的开设若干短线切孔、弯折切孔或者贯穿圆孔形成,所述加强筋112通过在撕拉条111内侧中央沿撕拉条延伸方向设置一根或多根线绳或塑料条形成。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述胶粘区设置于所述撕拉条111上部的封口板的内表面,其与封口板上的防盗线113形成的闭合区域形状相同一致。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述封口板110的长度略小于所述正面板11的长度,使得所述封口板110能够直接插入文件封内形成收纳结构。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述正面板11、背面板12和封口板110具有矩形结构,所述左侧板13和右侧板14具有梯形结构。
进一步的根据本发明所述的文件封,其中所述正面板11、背面板12、左侧板13、右侧板14和封口板110的所有拐角均具有圆角结构。
本发明进一步提供所述文件封的生产工艺,
生产工艺X包括面纸分切、胶印印刷、涂防水剂或者涂覆塑料薄膜、裱面纸、模切、贴背袋,具体步骤:先将一卷面纸分切成所需大小,然后上胶印机印刷,使用K-式涂布法、喷涂法或者刮涂法进行表面涂覆防水剂,或者是胶印机印刷后上覆膜机,在面纸上覆一层塑料薄膜,接着上裱纸机,而裱面纸之前,要将芯纸和里纸通过纸板线贴合先形成一体,然后再将面纸通过裱纸机将面纸裱在芯纸上面,这样便制作出多层纸板,后续再在模切机模切,贴背带机贴背袋,成型机上折合、贴双面胶和撕拉胶条。所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,所述塑料薄膜选自包括聚氯乙烯 薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜等组成的组。
生产工艺Y包括面纸预印、涂防水剂或者涂覆塑料薄膜、制作纸板、模切、贴背袋,具体步骤:将一卷纸上预印机印刷,使用水性油墨印刷,印好的面纸使用K-式涂布法、喷涂法或者刮涂法进行表面涂覆防水剂,或者是胶印机印刷后上覆膜机,在面纸上覆一层塑料薄膜,然后上纸板线,将已印好的面纸、芯纸和里纸三卷纸通过纸板生产线,制作出纸板,可以制作出两层、三层或更多层,然后再模切,贴背带等后续工作。所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,所述塑料薄膜选自包括聚氯乙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜等组成的组。
进一步地,本发明使用的防水剂的制备如下:在干燥并装有温度计、回流冷凝管、搅拌器的反应器中加入三乙胺,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇和催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡,于80℃反应2h。之后降温至75℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,反应,加入咪唑继续反应1h。随后,将丙烯酸丁酯乳液慢慢加入反应器中,高速搅拌下反相乳化,即得丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液。
在本发明中使用的丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液,一方面,封闭聚氨酯高温解封所生成的-NCO能与纸张纤维的羟基化学结合,提高纤维的结合强度及其致密性;另一方面,丙烯酸丁酯的使用使得防水性能提高,使得纸张耐水性增加;同时,能与纸纤维羟基形成氢键,提高纤维间结合力,使得强度增加,耐折度能提高。
进一步地,本发明使用的塑料薄膜为聚酯薄膜,较优的使用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,其具有优异的透明、柔软、防水性能。塑料薄膜的使用使得文件封具有光滑的外封,客户体验好。
进一步地,本发明的纸板均是多层结构的瓦楞纸板,选自A楞、B楞、C楞、E楞、F楞、G楞和O楞中的两种以上,即采用双瓦楞或多瓦楞,可以为AB楞、BC楞、ACE楞、AEC楞、BCE楞、EOF楞、FGO楞等,通过对不同瓦楞的组合选择得到具有耐破强度不低于2000kPa的纸板,使本发明的文件封具有更加的耐破性能。
使用总克重相同的纸,本发明生产工艺制作出的文件封的所有性能指标都会要远远高于传统生产工艺制作出的文件封(例如普通的传统文件封 使用300g/㎡的单片灰底白纸,而本专利生产三层纸板的文件封,面纸100g/㎡+芯纸100g/㎡+里纸100g/㎡,总克重也是300g/㎡,但本专利生产制作出的文件封的性能远远高于单片普通的传统文件封)。
通过本发明所述的技术方案至少能够达到以下技术效果:
1)、更优的防折叠、防压坏变形:本发明所述文件封的构成板材通过使用多层微型瓦楞纸板,可以为AB楞、BC楞、ACE楞、AEC楞、BCE楞、EOF楞、FGO楞等,通过对不同瓦楞的组合选择得到具有耐破强度不低于2000kPa的纸板,使本发明的文件封具有更加的耐破性能,极大地提高了文件封自身的硬度和挺度,保证了文件封中所装物品的完整性,降低了所装物品被折叠或压坏变形的风险性,所得文件封具有更好的折叠和防压变形性能。
2)、完全防潮防水:本发明所述文件封在纸板的内、外表面涂布丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液或者直接敷有塑料薄膜。丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液提高纤维结合强度和致密性,塑料薄膜的轻盈透明、气密性好、防水性好、表面光滑,使文件封具有更好的质感、防水性能。
3)、更佳的防盗安全性:通过在文件封的每一个粘结处均设计使用具有闭合形状的防盗刀口,刀口深度与里纸厚度一致,密封后一旦开封,里纸将被剥离无法复原,保证了文件封所装物品的投递安全性。
4)、安全环保性:使用薄膜代替防水涂料,避免了有机溶剂以及其他挥发性有机化合物的使用,避免有机溶剂的使用带来的环境污染,同时薄膜的使用更易回收利用,降低环境污染。
5)、容纳空间大:通过在文件封的正面板和背面板各设计一个对称的压痕线,可以有效撑开文件封,装纳更多物品或具有一定厚度的物品。
6)、本发明所述文件封整体抗压强度大,防潮防水防折叠等物理性能指标优越,使用方便且可回收利用,安全性能好,具有广阔的市场推广应用前景。
7)本发明的文件封制备工艺简单,产品性能更优。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述,以使本领域技术人员能够更加清楚的理解本发明的方案,但并不因此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明所提供的文件封整体包括:包括:正面板11、背面板12、封口板110,所述正面板11的顶侧连接于所述封口板110,所述正面板11的底侧连接于所述背面板12,所述封口板110上形成有撕拉条111和防盗线113,所述正面板11和背面板12均为三层结构ACE瓦楞纸板,表面涂有防水剂丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系。
所述正面板11具有矩形结构,且所述正面板11通过压折线114连接于所述封口板110,从而所述封口板110能够沿着压折线114折叠覆盖于正面板11的表面。在所述封口板110的内表面上进一步设有胶粘区,所述胶粘区优选的设置于所述撕拉条111上部的封口板内表面,沿封口板长度方向形成为狭长条形状,优选的横贯整个封口板110的长度布置,并采用初粘性好、持粘性强和剥离强度高的不可逆双面胶。
在所述封口板110上设置有防盗线113形成闭合的区域,该闭合区域与密封粘合时封口板上的双面胶区域相同,并且防盗线刀口深度等于封口板 里纸的厚度。从而一旦密封后再剥离,被切的里纸便被双面胶粘里下来,无法复原,防盗性能更优。
所述左侧板13和右侧板14分别通过压折线一体连接于所述正面板的左右两侧边,优选的所述左侧板13和右侧板14具有相同的梯形结构,并在所述左侧板13和右侧板14上分别设置有防盗线131和防盗线141。
制备工艺X:先将一卷面纸分切成所需大小,然后上胶印机印刷,使用喷涂法或者刮涂法进行表面涂覆防水剂,接着上裱纸机,而裱面纸之前,要将芯纸和里纸通过纸板线贴合先形成一体,然后再将面纸通过裱纸机将面纸裱在芯纸上面,这样便制作出三层纸板,后续再在模切机模切,贴背带机贴背袋,成型机上折合、贴双面胶和撕拉胶条。所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系。
在干燥并装有温度计、回流冷凝管、搅拌器的反应器中加入50ml三乙胺,10g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、5g聚己内酯二醇和催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡(占异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯质量的0.02%),于80℃反应2h。之后降温至75℃,加入0.8g二羟甲基丙酸,反应2h,加入10g咪唑继续反应1h。随后,将20g丙烯酸丁酯乳液慢慢加入反应器中,高速搅拌下反相乳化,即得丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液。
实施例二、
本实施例中的文件封结构与实施例一的文件封结构相比,仅在于使用聚酯薄膜代替三层结构ACE瓦楞纸板表面涂覆的防水剂丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,其余均相同。
制备工艺X:先将一卷面纸分切成所需大小,然后上胶印机印刷,胶印机印刷后上覆膜机,在面纸上覆一层塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,接着上裱纸机,而裱面纸之前,要将芯纸和里纸通过纸板线贴合先形成一体,然后再将面纸通过裱纸机将面纸裱在芯纸上面,这样便制作出三层结构ACE瓦楞纸板,后续再在模切机模切,贴背带机贴背袋,成型机上折合、贴双面胶和撕拉胶条。
实施例三:
本实施例中文件封结构与实施例一文件封结构相同,其通过以下工艺制备:
制备工艺Y:
面纸预印、涂防水剂、制作纸板、模切、贴背袋,具体步骤:将一卷纸上预印机印刷,使用水性油墨印刷,印好的面纸使用喷涂法或者刮涂法进行表面涂覆防水剂,然后上纸板线,将已印好的面纸、芯纸和里纸三卷纸通过纸板生产线,制作出纸板,可以制作出三层结构纸板,然后再模切,贴背带等后续工作。所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,其制备同实施例一。
实施例四:
本实施例中文件封结构与实施例二文件封结构相同,其通过以下工艺制备:
制备工艺Y:
面纸预印、涂覆塑料薄膜、制作纸板、模切、贴背袋,具体步骤:将一卷纸上预印机印刷,使用水性油墨印刷,胶印机印刷后上覆膜机,在面纸上覆一层塑料薄膜,然后上纸板线,将已印好的面纸、芯纸和里纸三卷纸通过纸板生产线,制作出纸板,可以制作出三层纸板,然后再模切,贴背带等后续工作。
最后说明本发明所述文件封的具体使用过程为:首先将正面板11和背面板12沿压折线122对折,然后将左侧板13和右侧板14通过具有防潮性能的粘胶剂粘贴于所述背面板的外表面,形成文件封主体结构;接着将信件物品装入文件封内部,并利用所述背面板12与正面板11上压痕线121、116的共同作用,可进一步撑开文件封以装纳更厚的物品。然后将封口板110沿压折线114向内折叠覆盖于背面板的外表面,剥去封口板胶粘区上的保护膜后,将封口板110的内表面粘贴于背面板12的外表面,实现文件封的包封。在文件封拆分时,仅需将撕拉条111撕下即可方便快捷地打开文件封,同时在撕拉条被撕拉后可通过将撕拉条下方的封口板部分沿压折线114对折后直接插入文件封内,实现文件封在一般包封要求下的重复利用。
本发明所述文件封通过使用多层微型瓦楞纸板,提高了文件封自身的 硬度和挺度,保证了文件封中所装物品的完整性;通过在文件封的纸板表面直接敷有塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜的轻盈透明、气密性好、防水性好、表面光滑,使文件封具有更好的质感、防水性能;通过使用具有初粘性好、持粘性强和剥离强度高的不可逆双面胶进行文件封的封合,并通过设计撕拉条进行文件封的拆分,在提高文件封包封牢固度的同时,方便了拆分操作,同时实现了对文件封的二次回收使用;:通过在文件封的每一个粘结处均设计使用具有闭合形状的防盗刀口,刀口深度与里纸厚度一致,密封后一旦开封,里纸将被剥离无法复原,保证了文件封所装物品的投递安全性。本发明所提供的全新结构的文件封整体改变了传统文件封的所有物理指标、使用性能和安全性能,具有较强的市场推广使用价值。

  1. 一种文件封的制备工艺,文件封包括:正面板(11)、背面板(12)、封口板(110),所述正面板11的顶侧连接于所述封口板(110),所述正面板11的底侧连接于所述背面板(12),所述封口板(110)上形成有撕拉条(111)和防盗线(113),所述正面板(11)和背面板(12)均为多层结构的瓦楞纸板,所述微型瓦楞纸板的表面涂有防水剂或者涂覆塑料薄膜,具体步骤包括:
    生产工艺X包括面纸分切、胶印印刷、涂防水剂或者涂覆塑料薄膜、裱面纸、模切、贴背袋,具体步骤:先将一卷面纸分切成所需大小,然后上胶印机印刷,使用K-式涂布法、喷涂法或者刮涂法进行表面涂覆防水剂,或者是胶印机印刷后上覆膜机,在面纸上覆一层塑料薄膜,接着上裱纸机,而裱面纸之前,要将芯纸和里纸通过纸板线贴合先形成一体,然后再将面纸通过裱纸机将面纸裱在芯纸上面,这样便制作出多层纸板,后续再在模切机模切,贴背带机贴背袋,成型机上折合、贴双面胶和撕拉胶条。所述防水剂为丙烯酸酯/封闭聚氨酯乳液体系,所述塑料薄膜选自包括聚氯乙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜等组成的组。

  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,防水剂的制备如下:在干燥并装有温度计、回流冷凝管、搅拌器的反应器中加入三乙胺,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇和催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡,于80℃反应2h。之后降温至75℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,反应,加入咪唑继续反应1h。随后,将丙烯酸丁酯乳液慢慢加入反应器中,高速搅拌下反相乳化,即得丙烯酸丁酯/封闭聚氨酯复合乳液。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜为聚酯薄膜,较优的使用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述纸板均是多层结构的瓦楞纸板,选自A楞、B楞、C楞、E楞、F楞、G楞和O楞中的一种以上,优选两种、三种、四种,即采用双瓦楞或多瓦楞,可以为AB楞、BC楞、ACE楞、AEC楞、BCE楞等。
