技术领域
本发明是有关于一种飞接胶带结构,尤指一种可利用于前后纸卷筒的快速连接操作,使具有极佳制造便利性、经济效率性及环保性的飞接胶带结构。
背景技术
现有印刷产业中常以成卷纸筒进行印刷,在纸卷筒纸张用完时,为顾及不中断的连续性印刷程序,需将一新纸卷筒的纸张材前缘连接到一将用罄纸卷筒的纸片材的尾缘上,进行纸张的快速连接或飞接(flyingsplices)。在进行动态操作模式中的快速连接(飞接)需以一种可连接前后二纸张及完成分裂的飞接胶带为媒介,现有此类飞接胶带技术如图1所示(同中国台湾第I241953号专利案),该飞接胶带90包括有一第一胶带部份91、第二胶带部份92及黏着其间的第三黏着剂层96,该第一胶带部分91包括有由上往下叠设的第一黏着剂层93、纸质衬背94及第一隔离层95,第二胶带部分92包括有由下往上叠设的第二黏着剂层85、纸质衬背97及第二隔离层98,该第一黏着剂层93可连接一双面的剥离衬垫99。当该第一胶带部分91、第二胶带部分92于快速连接(飞接)时通过分别连接于新、旧纸张及适当的拉力,使该第三黏着剂层96与第一隔离层95、第二隔离层98中的任一者之间产生脱开而分离,以完成纸张快速连接(飞接)的操作。
前述该现有飞接胶带90构成虽能达到纸张快速连接(飞接)的操作,但仍有其缺失存在,例如,该现有飞接胶带90的组合层较多,相对其材料构件及制程将使得制造成本增加,难符合制造经济效率,且由于该现有飞接胶带90受拉力而使该第三黏着剂层96相对与第一隔离层95或第二隔离层98分离,故该第三黏着剂层96相对与第一隔离层95、第二隔离层98的黏着力与各层的内聚力、各层间的黏着力必须设计精密确实,不能有误差,否则将无法达到预期的操作目的,而因飞接胶带需面临使用区域或库存等因素,各层间受外界环境、时间影响所产生的变化亦需在掌控范围内,而更显得其构成设计的复杂性,显非理想的设计;再者,该现有飞接胶带90的第三黏着剂层96为聚乙烯醇(PVA)或合成树脂,乃为高分子聚合物,无法兼顾材料使用的环保要求,亦有一并加以改良的必要。因此,如何解决现有飞接胶带所述缺失问题,诚是业者应加以研发、突破的重点方向。
缘此,本发明人有鉴于现有飞接胶带制造使用上的缺失问题及结构设计上未臻理想的事实,本案发明人即着手研发构思其解决方案,希望能开发出一种更具制造便利性、效率性及环保性的飞接胶带结构,以促进此业的发展,遂经多时的构思而有本发明的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种飞接(flyingsplices)胶带结构,其能使整体构成精简且功效作用稳定确实,具有制造的便利性及符合制造经济效率,进而能确保产品质量及提升其市场竞争力。
本发明的再一目的在提供一种飞接胶带结构,其能利用水溶性黏着层作为构成媒介,进而具有极佳的环保性要求。
本发明为了达成上述目的,其所采用的技术手段包括有一胶带本体,用以连接两个卷片材,该胶带本体进一步包括有依序叠设连接的一第一黏着层、载体层、分离层及第二黏着层,该分离层为淀粉所构成的一淀粉层。
兹为使贵审查委员对本发明的技术特征及所达成的功效更有进一步的了解与认识,以较佳的实施例图及配合详细的说明,说明如后:

具体实施方式
请参阅图2、图3,本发明飞接(flyingsplices)胶带结构包括有一胶带本体10及离形层20,该胶带本体10及离形层20组合后以成卷的卷绕设置,即通过一卷筒101加以卷绕,以形成一便利使用的连接胶带100态样构成。
如图3所示,该胶带本体10从上而下包括有一第一黏着层11、载体层12、分离层13及第二黏着层14;该第一黏着层11由可溶于水的黏胶所构成,例如包含丙烯酸(acrylic)的黏胶等所构成。该载体层12设于该第一黏着层11下方(依图3所示方向,下同),即该载体层12黏设于该第一黏着层11的下表面,该载体层12由纸质载体、纤维素载体或包含聚丙烯(polypropy)的载体所构成,在较佳的实施方式中,该载体层12由可溶于水的载体所构成。该分离层13设于该载体层12下方,即该分离层13黏设于该载体层12的下表面,该分离层13为一淀粉层,即该分离层13由淀粉所构成;第二黏着层14设于该分离层13下方,即该第二黏着层14黏设于该分离层13的下表面,该第二黏着层14由可溶于水的黏胶所构成,例如包含丙烯酸(acrylic)的黏胶等所构成。当然,本发明该第一黏着层11、第二黏着层14并非以可溶于水的黏胶为其限制,即适当的黏胶构成亦可加以使用。
前述该分离层13所使用的淀粉为一种多醣聚合物,其包含有直链淀粉(Amylose,又称即糖淀粉)或支链淀粉(Amylopectin,又称胶淀粉),皆是高分子化合物,而此淀粉为天然材料,能完全符合节能减碳环保的需求,有利于环境生态;再者,因淀粉为自然界中蕴藏量最丰富的天然高分子,在最常见的人类饮食中的碳水化合物,如马铃薯,小麦,玉米,大米,和木薯等主食中,都大量含有淀粉,淀粉年产量大且价格实惠,所以以此材料构成的分离层13,不但其黏性具有适度的内聚力符合要求,且具有价格实惠容易取得的优点。
该离形层20设于该第一黏着层11之上,即该离形层20黏设于该第一黏着层11的上表面,该离形层20功能是为胶带本体10提供保护的作用,其包含一由纸质或薄膜构成的基底,以及涂在该基底表面上的释放涂层,该释放涂层具有对黏着剂释放的性质,该释放涂层可由硅酮或聚乙烯构成。该离形层20至少一侧较该第一黏着层11为宽,使该离形层20的至少一侧具有一宽出的凸伸部21,该凸伸部21作为便利使用者透过提起该凸伸部21,将该离形层20撕离第一黏着层11之用,因此该凸伸部21并未涂有释放涂层;另外,在较佳的实施方式中,该离形层20两侧分别具有一凸伸部21,让使用者可更轻易透过所述凸伸部21将该离形层20撕离第一黏着层11,当然,所述凸伸部21可为等宽或不等宽的设计。
请参阅图4、图5,是本发明飞接胶带结构的应用例,本发明应用于卷纸(或其它卷片材)间的快速连接或飞接操作时,首先将该离形层20撕去,然后将该胶带本体10黏设于一纸卷筒30上,该纸卷筒30于一卷筒31上绕设成卷的纸片32,该纸卷筒30的成卷纸片32的上方具有一纸片前缘32A。本发明的应用黏设方式将该纸片前缘32A的下表面黏设于该胶带本体10的第一黏着层11的一侧局部,并使该未与纸片前缘32A黏着的第一黏着层11局部呈裸露(向上)的状态,而该胶带本体10的第二黏着层14黏设于该纸片前缘32A前方的下层纸片33上,该下层纸片33邻接该纸片前缘32A处界定为一下层纸片黏段33A,而该第二黏着层14黏设于该下层纸片黏段33A处。再者,一操作中的纸卷筒40,该纸卷筒40具有一纸片末段41,即该纸片末段41显露时表示该纸卷筒40即将用磬,该纸卷筒30作为接续该纸卷筒40的纸片材料,例如使用于连续性的印刷操作业务。
请一并参阅图6、图7,当该操作中的纸卷筒40其纸片末段41即将通过该设置有胶带本体10的纸卷筒30时,此时该纸片末段41位于该纸卷筒30上方并持续受一A方向的拉力,继施以一工件压力L于该纸片末段41处,使该纸片末段41局部黏设于该第一黏着层11(局部裸露处),而产生该纸卷筒40的纸片末段41与该纸卷筒30的纸片前缘32A、下层纸片33连接的状态(如图7所示)。
继请一并参阅图8、图9,当该纸片末端41持续受该A方向的拉力及其通过该胶带本体10而与纸卷筒30的纸片前缘32A、下层纸片33连接的状态下,该A方向的拉力将继作用于该胶带本体10及纸卷筒30,并使该分离层13受拉力而产生一断裂口130,该断裂口130位于该分离层13内,此时该纸片末端41可由一切割装置50予以割断,该断裂口130继使该分离层13产生分裂,进而分离该第一黏着层11及第二黏着层14,使得该纸片前缘32A分离而不受该下层纸片33的牵制,此时该第一黏着层11黏结于该纸片末段41及纸卷筒30的纸片前缘32A,使该纸卷筒30继续旋转,如此即得以因该纸卷筒30与纸片末段41产生连结,而使该纸卷筒30接替该即将用磬的纸卷筒40以进行持续的纸片进料操作。
请参阅图10,其为本发明飞接(flyingsplices)胶带结构的另一实施例,其包括有一胶带本体10及离形层20,该胶带本体10及离形层20组合后以成卷的卷绕设置,即通过一卷筒101加以卷绕,以形成一便利使用的连接胶带100态样构成,该胶带本体10从上而下包括有一第一黏着层11、载体层12、分离层13及第二黏着层14,其特征在;该载体层12与该分离层13间设有一隔离层15,该隔离层15为避免该分离层13的黏胶渗透至该载体层12,而造成该分离层13的黏性效果降低。
请再参阅图11,其为本发明的再一实施例,其包括有一胶带本体10及离形层20,该胶带本体10及离形层20组合后以成卷的卷绕设置,即通过一卷筒101加以卷绕,以形成一便利使用的连接胶带100态样构成,该胶带本体10从上而下包括有一第一黏着层11、载体层12、分离层13及第二黏着层14,其特征在;该分离层13与第二黏着层14间设有一隔离层15,该隔离层15为避免该分离层13的黏胶渗透至该二黏着层14,而造成该分离层13的黏性效果降低。
本发明前述构成中,该分离层13的内聚力为″A″,该第一黏着层11和该纸卷筒40的纸片末段41、该纸卷筒30的纸片前缘32A(即纸片材或其它卷片材)之间的黏合力为″B″,该第一黏着层11和该载体层12之间的黏合力为″C″,该载体层12和该分离层13之间的黏合力为″D″,该分离层13和该第二黏着层14之间的黏合力为″E″,该第二黏着层14和该下层纸片黏段33A(即纸片材或其它卷片材)之间的黏合力为″F″,且该黏合力B、C、D、E、F分别大于内聚力A,如此使得该胶带本体10受拉力时,将由该分离层13首先产生断裂分离,而得以完成纸张的快速连接或飞接操作。
本发明飞接胶带结构,其中该第一黏着层11、第二黏着层14是由包含丙烯酸(acrylic)的黏胶所构成,该丙烯酸(acrylic)为水溶性材料;而该载体层12亦以由水溶性材料的载体所构成为佳。换言之,该第一黏着层11、第二黏着层14及该载体层12都是可溶于水,即该胶带本体10可使用水代替溶剂来进行分解,因此对环境不会造成破坏与负担,且方便回收,有利于环境生态。
本发明飞接胶带结构,其中该隔离层15可为油性材料所构成,其包括有无硅防粘剂、或氨基甲酸烷基腊、或氨基甲酸烷混合酯肪醇、或酰氨树脂的材料所构成。
本发明飞接胶带结构,其中该隔离层15亦可为水性材料所构成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基脂、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亚克力、或水溶性碳氢化合物。缘是,本发明飞接胶带结构,其能使整体构成精简且功效作用稳定确实,具有制造的便利性及符合制造经济效率,能确保产品质量及提升其市场竞争力;且同时本发明能利用水溶性黏着层作为构成媒介,进而具有极佳的环保性要求。
综上所述,本发明确实为一相当优异的创思,依法提出发明专利申请;但上述说明的内容,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,举凡依本发明的技术手段所延伸的变化,理应落入本发明的专利申请范围。

Claims (19)

1.一种飞接胶带结构,用以连接两个卷片材,其特征在于,包括有一胶带本体,该胶带本体进一步包括有依序叠设连接的一第一黏着层、载体层、分离层及第二黏着层,该分离层为淀粉所构成的一淀粉层。
2.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该第一黏着层上设有一离形层,该离形层至少一侧具有一凸伸部。
3.如权利要求2所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该胶带本体及该离形层组合后以成卷的卷绕设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该第一黏着层由可溶于水的黏胶所构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该第一黏着层由包含丙烯酸(acrylicacid)的黏胶所构成。
6.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该载体层由可溶于水的载体所构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该载体层由纸质载体、纤维素载体或聚丙烯载体所构成。
8.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该第二黏着层由可溶于水的黏胶所构成。
9.如权利要求8所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该第二黏着层由包含丙烯酸(acrylicacid)的黏胶所构成。
10.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该分离层所使用的淀粉包含有直链淀粉或支链淀粉的高分子化合物。
11.如权利要求2所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该离形层的两侧分别具有该凸伸部。
12.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该分离层受拉力而产生一断裂口,该断裂口位于该分离层内。
13.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该分离层的内聚力为A,该第一黏着层和一卷片材间的黏合力为B,该第一黏着层和该载体层间的黏合力为C,该载体层和该分离层间的黏合力为D,该分离层和该第二黏着层间的黏合力为E,该第二黏着层和另一卷片材间的黏合力为F,该黏合力B、C、D、E、F分别大于该内聚力A。
14.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,载体层与该分离层间设有一隔离层。
15.如权利要求1所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,第二黏着层与该分离层间设有一隔离层。
16.如权利要求14所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该隔离层可为油性材料所构成,其包括有无硅防粘剂、或氨基甲酸烷基酯、或酰胺树脂。
17.如权利要求15所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该隔离层可为油性材料所构成,其包括有无硅防粘剂、或氨基甲酸烷基酯、或酰胺树脂。
18.如权利要求14所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该隔离层可为水性材料所构成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基酯、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亚克力、或水溶性碳氢化合物。
19.如权利要求15所述的飞接胶带结构,其特征在于,该隔离层可为水性材料所构成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基酯、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亚克力、或水溶性碳氢化合物。
