Description

飛接膠帶結構
本發明係有關於一種飛接膠帶結構,尤指一種可利用於前後紙捲筒的快速連接操作,使具有極佳製造便利性、經濟效率性及環保性之飛接膠帶結構。
按,現有印刷產業中常以成捲紙筒進行印刷,在紙捲筒紙張用完時,為顧及不中斷的連續性印刷程序,需將一新紙捲筒的紙張材前緣連接到一將用罄紙捲筒的紙片材的尾緣上,進行紙張之快速連接或飛接(flying splices)。在進行動態操作模式中的快速連接(飛接)需以一種可連接前後二紙張及完成分裂的飛接膠帶為媒介,習知此類飛接膠帶技術如第1圖所示(同台灣第I241953號專利案),該飛接膠帶90包括有一第一膠帶部份91、第二膠帶部份92及黏著其間之第三黏著劑層96,該第一膠帶部分91包括有由上往下疊設之第一黏著劑層93、紙質襯背94及第一隔離層95,第二膠帶部分92包括有由下往上疊設之第二黏著劑層85、紙質襯背97及第二隔離層98,該第一黏著劑層93可連接一雙面的剝離襯墊99。當該第一膠帶部分91、第二膠帶部分92於快速連接(飛接)時藉由分別連接於新、舊紙張及適當之拉力,使該第三黏著劑層96與第一隔離層95、第二隔離層98中之任一者之間產生脫開而分離,以完成紙張快速連接(飛接)之操作。
前述該習知飛接膠帶90構成雖能達到紙張快速連接(飛接)之操作,但仍有其缺失存在,例如,該習知飛接膠帶90之組合層較多,相對其材料構件及製程將使得製造成本增加,難符合製造經濟效率,且由於該習知飛接膠帶90受拉力而使該第三黏著劑層96相對與第一隔離層95或第二隔離層98分離,故該第三黏著劑層96相對與第一隔離層95、第二隔離層98之黏著力與各層之內聚力、各層間之黏著力必須設計精密確實,不 能有誤差,否則將無法達到預期之操作目的,而因飛接膠帶需面臨使用區域或庫存等因素,各層間受外界環境、時間影響所產生之變化亦需在掌控範圍內,而更顯得其構成設計之複雜性,顯非理想之設計;再者,該習知飛接膠帶90之第三黏著劑層96為聚乙烯醇(PVA)或合成樹脂,乃為高分子聚合物,無法兼顧材料使用之環保訴求,亦有一併加以改良之必要。因此,如何解決習知飛接膠帶該等缺失問題,誠是業者應加以研發、突破之重點方向。
緣此,本發明人有鑑於習知飛接膠帶製造使用上之缺失問題及結構設計上未臻理想之事實,本案發明人即著手研發構思其解決方案,希望能開發出一種更具製造便利性、效率性及環保性之飛接膠帶結構,以促進此業之發展,遂經多時之構思而有本發明之產生。
本發明之目的在提供一種飛接(flying splices)膠帶結構,其能使整體構成精簡且功效作用穩定確實,具有製造之便利性及符合製造經濟效率,進而能確保產品品質及提昇其市場競爭力者。
本發明之再一目的在提供一種飛接膠帶結構,其能利用水溶性黏著層作為構成媒介,進而具有極佳之環保性訴求者。
本發明為了達成上述目的,其所採用之技術手段包括有一膠帶本體,用以連接兩個捲片材,該膠帶本體進一步包括有依序疊設連接之一第一黏著層、載體層、分離層及第二黏著層,該分離層為澱粉所構成之一澱粉層。
茲為使 貴審查委員對本發明之技術特徵及所達成之功效更有進一步之了解與認識,謹佐以較佳之實施例圖及配合詳細之說明,說明如後:

請參閱第2、3圖,本發明飛接(flying splices)膠帶結構包括有一膠帶本體10及離形層20,該膠帶本體10及離形層20組合後以成捲之捲繞設置,即藉一捲筒101加以捲繞,以形成一便利使用之連接膠帶100態樣構成。
如第3圖所示,該膠帶本體10從上而下包括有一第一黏著層11、載體層12、分離層13及第二黏著層14;該第一黏著層11由可溶於水之黏膠所構成,例如包含丙烯酸(acrylic)之黏膠等所構成。該載體層12設於該第一黏著層11下方(依第3圖所示方向,下同),即該載體層12黏設於該第一黏著層11之下表面,該載體層12由紙質載體、纖維素載體或包含聚丙烯(polypropy)之載體所構成,在較佳之實施方式中,該載體層12由可溶於水之載體所構成。
該分離層13設於該載體層12下方,即該分離層13黏設於該載體層12之下表面,該分離層13為一澱粉層,即該分離層13由澱粉所構成;第二黏著層14設於該分離層13下方,即該第二黏著層14黏設於該分離層13之下表面,該第二黏著層14由可溶於水之黏膠所構成,例如包含丙烯酸(acrylic)之黏膠等所構成。當然,本發明該第一黏著層11、第二黏著層14並非以可溶於水之黏膠為其限制,即適當之黏膠構成亦可加以使用。
前述該分離層13所使用之澱粉為一種多醣聚合物,其包含有直鏈澱粉(Amylose,又稱即糖澱粉)或支鏈澱粉(Amylopectin,又稱膠澱 粉),皆係高分子化合物,而此澱粉為天然材料,能完全符合節能減碳環保之需求,有利於環境生態;再者,因澱粉為自然界中蘊藏量最豐富的天然高分子,在最常見的人類飲食中的碳水化合物,如馬鈴薯,小麥,玉米,大米,和木薯等主食中,都大量含有澱粉,澱粉年產量大且價格實惠,所以以此材料構成之分離層13,不但其黏性具有適度之內聚力符合要求,且具有價格實惠容易取得之優點。
該離形層20設於該第一黏著層11之上,即該離形層20黏設於該第一黏著層11之上表面,該離形層20功能是為膠帶本體10提供保護之作用,其包含一由紙質或薄膜構成的基底,以及塗在該基底表面上的釋放塗層,該釋放塗層具有對黏著劑釋放之性質,該釋放塗層可由矽酮或聚乙烯構成。該離形層20至少一側較該第一黏著層11為寬,使該離形層20之至少一側具有一寬出之凸伸部21,該凸伸部21作為便利使用者透過提起該凸伸部21,將該離形層20撕離第一黏著層11之用,因此該凸伸部21並未塗有釋放塗層;另外,在較佳之實施方式中,該離形層20兩側分別具有一凸伸部21,讓使用者可更輕易透過該等凸伸部21將該離形層20撕離第一黏著層11,當然,該等凸伸部21可為等寬或不等寬之設計。
請參閱第4、5圖,係本發明飛接膠帶結構之應用例,本發明應用於捲紙(或其他捲片材)間之快速連接或飛接操作時,首先將該離形層20撕去,然後將該膠帶本體10黏設於一紙捲筒30上,該紙捲筒30於一捲筒31上繞設成捲之紙片32,該紙捲筒30之成捲紙片32的上方具有一紙片前緣32A。本發明之應用黏設方式將該紙片前緣32A之下表面黏設於該膠帶本體10之第一黏著層11的一側局部,並使該未與紙片前緣32A黏著之第一黏著層11局部呈裸露(向上)之狀態,而該膠帶本體10之第二黏著層14黏設於該紙片前緣32A前方之下層紙片33上,該下層紙片33鄰接該紙片前緣32A處界定為一下層紙片黏段33A,而該第二黏著層14黏設於該下層紙片黏段33A處。
再者,一操作中之紙捲筒40,該紙捲筒40具有一紙片末段41,即該紙片末段41顯露時表示該紙捲筒40即將用磬,該紙捲筒30作為接續該紙捲筒40之紙片材料,例如使用於連續性之印刷操作業務。
請一併參閱第6、7圖,當該操作中之紙捲筒40其紙片末段41即將通過該設置有膠帶本體10之紙捲筒30時,此時該紙片末段41位於該紙捲筒30上方並持續受一A方向之拉力,繼施以一工件壓力L於該紙片末段41處,使該紙片末段41局部黏設於該第一黏著層11(局部裸露處),而產生該紙捲筒40之紙片末段41與該紙捲筒30之紙片前緣32A、下層紙片33連接之狀態(如第7圖所示)。
繼請一併參閱第8、9圖,當該紙片末端41持續受該A方向之拉力及其通過該膠帶本體10而與紙捲筒30之紙片前緣32A、下層紙片33連接之狀態下,該A方向之拉力將繼作用於該膠帶本體10及紙捲筒30,並使該分離層13受拉力而產生一斷裂口130,該斷裂口130位於該分離層13內,此時該紙片末端41可由一切割裝置50予以割斷,該斷裂口130繼使該分離層13產生分裂,進而分離該第一黏著層11及第二黏著層14,使得該紙片前緣32A分離而不受該下層紙片33之牽制,此時該第一黏著層11黏結於該紙片末段41及紙捲筒30之紙片前緣32A,使該紙捲筒30繼續旋轉,如此即得以因該紙捲筒30與紙片末段41產生連結,而使該紙捲筒30接替該即將用磬之紙捲筒40以進行持續之紙片進料操作。
請參閱第10圖,其為本發明飛接(flying splices)膠帶結構之另一實施例,其包括有一膠帶本體10及離形層20,該膠帶本體10及離形層20組合後以成捲之捲繞設置,即藉一捲筒101加以捲繞,以形成一便利使用之連接膠帶100態樣構成,該膠帶本體10從上而下包括有一第一黏著層11、載體層12、分離層13及第二黏著層14,其特徵在;該載體層12與該分離層13間設有一隔離層15,該隔離層15為避免該分離層13之黏膠滲透至該載體層12,而造成該分離層13之黏性效果降低。
請再參閱第11圖,其為本發明之再一實施例,其包括有一膠帶本體10及離形層20,該膠帶本體10及離形層20組合後以成捲之捲繞設置,即藉一捲筒101加以捲繞,以形成一便利使用之連接膠帶100態樣構成,該膠帶本體10從上而下包括有一第一黏著層11、載體層12、分離層13及第二黏著層14,其特徵在;該分離層13與第二黏著層14間設有一隔離層15,該隔離層15為避免該分離層13之黏膠滲透至該二黏著層14,而 造成該分離層13之黏性效果降低。
本發明前述構成中,該分離層i3之內聚力為"A",該第一黏著層11和該紙捲筒40之紙片末段41、該紙捲筒30之紙片前緣32A(即紙片材或其他捲片材)之間的黏合力為"B",該第一黏著層11和該載體層12之間的黏合力為"C",該載體層12和該分離層13之間的黏合力為"D",該分離層13和該第二黏著層14之間的黏合力為"E",該第二黏著層14和該下層紙片黏段33A(即紙片材或其他捲片材)之間的黏合力為"F",且該黏合力B、C、D、E、F分別大於內聚力A,如此使得該膠帶本體10受拉力時,將由該分離層13首先產生斷裂分離,而得以完成紙張之快速連接或飛接操作。
本發明飛接膠帶結構,其中該第一黏著層11、第二黏著層14係由包含丙烯酸(acrylic)之黏膠所構成,該丙烯酸(acrylic)係為水溶性材料;而該載體層12亦以由水溶性材料之載體所構成為佳。換言之,該第一黏著層11、第二黏著層14及該載體層12都是可溶於水,即該膠帶本體10可使用水代替溶劑來進行分解,因此對環境不會造成破壞與負擔,且方便回收,有利於環境生態。
本發明飛接膠帶結構,其中該隔離層15可為油性材料所構成,其包括有無硅防粘劑、或氨基甲酸烷基腊、或氨基甲酸烷混合酯肪醇、或酰氨樹脂之材料所構成。
本發明飛接膠帶結構,其中該隔離層15亦可為水性材料所構成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基脂、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亞克力、或水溶性碳氫化合物。緣是,本發明飛接膠帶結構,其能使整體構成精簡且功效作用穩定確實,具有製造之便利性及符合製造經濟效率,能確保產品品質及提昇其市場競爭力;且同時本發明能利用水溶性黏著層作為構成媒介,進而具有極佳之環保性訴求者。
綜上所述,本發明確實為一相當優異之創思,爰依法提出發明專利申請;惟上述說明之內容,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,舉凡依本發明之技術手段所延伸之變化,理應落入本發明之專利申請範圍。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種飛接膠帶結構,用以連接兩個捲片材,其包括有一膠帶本體,該膠帶本體進一步包括有依序疊設連接之一第一黏著層、載體層、分離層及第二黏著層,該分離層為澱粉所構成之一澱粉層。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該第一黏著層上設有一離形層,該離形層至少一側具有一凸伸部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該膠帶本體及該離形層組合後以成捲之捲繞設置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該第一黏著層由可溶於水之黏膠所構成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該第一黏著層由包含丙烯酸(acrylic)之黏膠所構成。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該載體層由可溶於水之載體所構成。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該載體層由紙質載體、纖維素載體或聚丙烯(polypropy)載體所構成。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該第二黏著層由可溶於水之黏膠所構成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該第二黏著層由包含丙烯酸(acrylic)之黏膠所構成。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該分離層所使用之澱粉包含有直鏈澱粉或支鏈澱粉之高分子化合物。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第2項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該離形層之兩側分別具有該凸伸部。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該分離層受拉力而產生一斷裂口,該斷裂口位於該分離層內。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其中該分離層之內聚力為A, 該第一黏著層和一捲片材間之黏合力為B,該第一黏著層和該載體層間之黏合力為C,該載體層和該分離層間之黏合力為D,該分離層和該第二黏著層間之黏合力為E,該第二黏著層和另一捲片材間之黏合力為F,該黏合力B、C、D、E、F分別大於該內聚力A。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其載體層與該分離層間設有一隔離層。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第1項之飛接膠帶結構,其第二黏著層與該分離層間設有一隔離層。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項之飛接膠帶結構,該隔離層可為油性材料所構成,其包括有之無硅防粘劑、或氨基甲酸烷基腊、或氨基甲酸烷混合酯肪醇、或酰氨樹脂。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項之飛接膠帶結構,該隔離層可為油性材料所構成,其包括有之無硅防粘劑、或氨基甲酸烷基腊、或氨基甲酸烷混合酯肪醇、或酰氨樹脂。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第15項之飛接膠帶結構,該隔離層可為水性材料所構成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基脂、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亞克力、或水溶性碳氫化合物。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第16項之飛接膠帶結構,該隔離層可為水性材料所構成,其包括有水溶性氨基甲酸烷基脂、或水溶性含氟聚合物、或水溶性丙烯酸、或水溶性聚酯/亞克力、或水溶性碳氫化合物。
