- a laminated sheet may be purchased from the market.
- Laser light is irradiated toward the upper surface of the card using a laser irradiation device. After passing through the transparent layer 50, which is a transparent layer, the laser light reaches the laser coloring layer 40 and causes the laser coloring layer 40 to develop color (see arrow B40a).
- This laser printing process may be performed by the card manufacturer, or may be performed by the card delivery company if the company to which the card is delivered owns the laser irradiation apparatus.
- curd 1 can be manufactured through the said process.

- 10 ⁇ m Laser coloring layer 40 PC resin or PC resin alloy resin
- 50 ⁇ m Barrier layer 30 (similar to the transparent layer 50): PC resin
- Substrate 10 PC resin or PC resin alloy resin
- the offset printing layer 20 was provided with a light-colored pattern 23 over the entire upper surface of the substrate 10. However, the pattern 23 is not solid printing. For this reason, in the range in which the pattern 23 is not provided, the upper surface of the base material 10 is visible.
- Comparative product has a configuration in which the barrier layer 30 is removed from the prototype.
- Transparent layer PC resin, thickness 10 ⁇ m
- Laser coloring layer PC resin or PC resin alloy resin, 50 ⁇ m
- Base material PC resin or PC resin alloy resin, 100 ⁇ m
- the offset printing layer 20 is the same as the prototype.
- ⁇ Laser irradiation device Nidec Copal Corporation Laser Marker CLM-20
- FIG. 2 is a photographic image showing the result of the confirmation test 1 of the prototypes 1A and 1B of the first embodiment.
- Intensity of laser light For the intensity of the laser beam, the intensity of the laser beam itself and the dot interval (that is, the dot density) were changed as follows. Intensity of laser light itself: The irradiation intensity (Pow) of the laser irradiation apparatus was changed by 5% from 25 to 100%. Dot interval (Step): Changed in steps of 5 ⁇ m from 30 to 55 ⁇ m.
- the print information 43 and 143 of the laser printing is character information indicating the laser light intensity condition.
- the comparison goods (not shown) which excluded the offset printing layer 20 from the prototypes 1A and 1B of 1st Embodiment, ie, the comparison goods which the base material 10 is plain, were also produced.
- the laser-printed printing information of the comparative product and the laser-printed printing information of the prototypes 1A and 1B of the first embodiment were observed with the naked eye, no difference in quality could be confirmed between them. That is, the prototypes 1 ⁇ / b> A and 1 ⁇ / b> B of the first embodiment did not deteriorate in quality due to the provision of the offset printing layer 20.
- FIG. 3 is a photographic image showing a comparison between the prototype 1C of the first embodiment and the comparative product 101C.
- FIG. 3A is a photographic image of the prototype 1C of the first embodiment
- FIG. 3B is a photographic image of the comparative product 101C.
- the characters “31” were laser-printed as print information 43 and 143 on prototype 1C and comparative product 101C of the first embodiment, respectively.
- the character size is 7 pt. Both printing conditions are the same.
- the prototype 1C of the first embodiment has almost no damage to the pattern 23 (ink) portion of the offset print layer 20, and the outline of the print information 43 (that is, the character "31" (Contour) was sharp.
- the offset print layer pattern 123 (ink) was damaged (burned). This is because the heat generated by the laser coloring layer is directly transmitted to the offset printing layer.
- the damage of the offset print layer of the comparative product 101C occurred in the range of the print information 143 of the laser coloring layer and the periphery thereof. Therefore, the characters of the comparative product 101C were observed as blurred. For this reason, the quality of the laser printing of the comparative product 101C was greatly inferior compared with the prototype 1C of the first embodiment.
- the hair and the offset printing layer around it were damaged in the same manner as in the confirmation test 2. For this reason, the hair was observed as fuzzy. Further, the comparative product has a problem that if the laser light intensity is lowered to such an extent that the hair does not become fuzzy, the color of the entire laser printed image becomes light.
- the prototype of the first embodiment can suppress the damage of the offset print layer due to the laser irradiation, and it is clear even if the print is delicate like a photograph. It was confirmed that it could be reproduced. For this reason, the prototype according to the first embodiment has a higher printing power (tone, etc.) than the comparative product. Moreover, even if the prototype of 1st Embodiment made the intensity
- the selection range of the dot interval that is the setting condition of the laser irradiation apparatus can be widened. For this reason, the prototype of the first embodiment can be easily manufactured because the printing conditions are easier to set than the comparative product.
- the thickness of a general card is about 0.8 mm.
- the thickness of the barrier layer 30 is about 0.8 mm.
- the card does not become extremely thick, or other layers do not need to be extremely thin in order to maintain the total thickness.
- curd 1 can be utilized not only for identification but also for a credit card provided with a film substrate having a coil antenna, for example.
- the prototype of 1st Embodiment produced the thing of 30 micrometers (0.03 mm) and 50 micrometers (0.05 mm) other than the thickness of the barrier layer 30 being 10 micrometers. There was no difference in print quality between these three prototypes. For this reason, it was confirmed that the card 1 can suppress damage to the offset printing layer 20 when the thickness t (mm) of the barrier layer 30 is “0.01 ⁇ t ⁇ 0.05”. Further, in the card 1, if the thickness t (mm) of the barrier layer 30 is “0.01 ⁇ t ⁇ 0.02,” as described above, the offset printing layer 20 does not become extremely thick as described above. The effect of providing can be expected.
- the barrier layer 30 when the barrier layer 30 less than 10 micrometers can be laminated
- the card 1 of the first embodiment can suppress damage to the offset printing layer 20 due to heat generation of the laser coloring layer 40 even if the offset printing layer 20 is provided on the lower side Z1 from the laser coloring layer 40. . Thereby, the quality of the card 1 is not lowered.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the card 201 according to the second embodiment.
- FIG. 4A is a view of the card 201 as viewed from above.
- 4B is a cross-sectional view of the card 201 (a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 4A).
- the card 201 is obtained by laminating a Lippmann hologram layer 260 and a transparent layer 270 on the transparent layer 50 of the card according to the first embodiment from the lower side Z1 toward the upper side Z2.
- the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is a layer having a Lippmann hologram image 261.
- the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is excellent in expressing a three-dimensional effect and a sense of depth in the vertical and horizontal directions.
- the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is extremely difficult to counterfeit because the material and manufacturing process used are special, and for example, it is possible to improve the tampering suppression effect and the counterfeit suppression effect as compared to an embossed hologram.
- the outer shape of the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is smaller than the other layers.
- the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is disposed at a position overlapping the photographic image 41 of the laser coloring layer 40.
- the Lippmann hologram layer 260 has translucency.
- the transparent layer 270 is a layer that protects the Lippmann hologram layer 260 and has translucency. Therefore, in the range where the Lippmann hologram layer 260 is provided, the hologram image 261, the photographic image 41 of the laser coloring layer 40, and the printing information 21 of the symbol “ ⁇ ⁇ ” of the offset printing layer 20 are observed. .
- the heat generation of the laser coloring layer 40 is transmitted to the transparent layer 50 and then to the Lippmann hologram layer 260 (see arrow B240c).
- the transparent layer 50 can suppress damage to the Lippmann hologram layer 260 by functioning like a heat insulating material like the barrier layer 30. Note that it was confirmed that the card 201 has an effect of suppressing damage to the Lippmann hologram layer 260 by actually producing a prototype.
- the card shows an example in which the offset printing layer is printed directly on the base material, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the offset printing layer may be provided between the base material and the barrier layer.
- a transparent sheet including an offset printing layer may be laminated between the base material and the barrier layer.
- the barrier layer may have, for example, a light diffractive layer structure (for example, a transparent embossed hologram) having translucency. In this case, the card counterfeit suppression effect can be improved.
- a light diffractive layer structure for example, a transparent embossed hologram
- the present invention is not limited to this. You may use a laminated body for a passport, a boarding pass of a transportation, etc., for example.

透明層50:PC(ポリカーボネイト)樹脂、10μm
