Abstract
Description
(1)前記弾性バンド部は、前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域に対して、前記横方向における両側部分が接合状態にあるとともに、前記中央部分の少なくとも下方部位が非接合の状態にある弾性シートによって形成されている。
(2)前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域は、前記着衣対向面を形成する外面シートと、前記肌対向面を形成する内面シートと、前記外面シートと前記内面シートとの間にあって前記横方向ヘ伸長された状態にある弾性体とを有している。
(3)前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域には、前記中央部分と対向する部位に非弾性域が形成されている。
(4)前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域は、該ウエスト域の頂縁に沿って延びていて前記横方向へ弾性的に収縮可能なウエスト弾性域を有し、該ウエスト弾性域の下方に位置する部分がZ字型の折り畳み部を形成するように、前記上下方向において折り重ねられており、前記Z字型の折り畳み部では、前記横方向の両側に位置する部分が折り重ねられた状態で互いに接合する一方、前記両側の間の部分が非接合状態にあって、前記ウエスト弾性域の一部分が前記弾性バンド部を形成している。
(5)前記変形誘導部が前記おむつの平面視において前記弾性バンド部と重なる位置にある。
(6)前記変形誘導部が前記おむつの平面視において前記弾性バンド部と重なることのない位置にある。
(7)前記弾性バンド部が弾性糸を含む不織布で形成されていて、該不織布が前記弾性バンド部の少なくとも前記中央部分において前記横方向へ弾性的に伸長された状態にある。
(8)前記弾性バンド部は、伸長状態で前記横方向へ直状に延びる糸状および帯状のいずれかの弾性体が取り付けられた不織布で形成されている。
(9)前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域には、伸長状態で前記横方向へ直状に延びる糸状および帯状のいずれかである複数条の弾性体が前記上下方向において並列した状態で取り付けられていて、前記複数条の弾性体には、前記おむつの前記横方向の寸法を二等分する縦中心線に対向する内端部を有しているものが含まれている。
(10)前記複数条の弾性体のうちで、前記上下方向の最下部に位置している少なくとも1条の前記弾性体の前記内端部と前記縦中心線とが離隔する寸法は、前記少なくとも1条の前記弾性体よりも上方に位置する前記弾性体の前記内端部と前記縦中心線とが離隔する寸法よりも小さい。
(11)前記変形誘導部は、前記クロッチパネルの前記芯材に形成されていて前記上下方向へ延びる少なくとも1条のスリットおよび溝部のいずれかである。
(12)前記スリットは、前記着用物品の前記横方向の寸法を二等分する縦中心線上に位置するものと、前記縦中心線に関して対称に形成されたものとを含んでいる。
(13)前記スリットは、前記上下方向における両端部が前記芯材の前端縁と前記着用物品の横中心線との間および前記芯材の後端縁と前記横中心線との間のうちの少なくとも一方の間に形成されている。
(14)前記芯材では、前記横方向で前記変形誘導部に隣接する部位と前記変形誘導部との間において、前記芯材の厚さおよび密度のうちの少なくとも一方が異なっている。
本発明において、弾性バンド部1a,1b,1cとその他の部位の弾性的収縮量を測定し、比較するには、次のようにする。例えば、図4における内側弾性シート44の中央部分44bと、中央部分44bの厚さ方向において中央部分44bと対向している部位との比較では、おむつ10のギャザーが消失するところまでおむつ10を横方向Xと上下方向Yとに伸長させたものである伸展状態のおむつ10を用意する。その伸展状態のおむつ10において、中央部分44bと、中央部分44bに対向している部位とのそれぞれに対して、収縮量を測定しようとする範囲においての横方向Xの全長を求めるための直線を記入して、各直線についての長さ(全長)L1を測定する。次に、中央部分44bと中央部分44bに対向している部位とのそれぞれを、伸展状態のおむつ10から切り取って、測定用試片とする。測定用試片は、平面上に置いて、収縮させる。収縮させたそれぞれの試片は、それに直尺や指を添えて直状に保ちながら、測定用試片に記入されている直線の長さL2を測定する。長さL1と長さL2との差を弾性的収縮量L3として、それぞれの試片の間で弾性的収縮量L3を比較する。なお、中央部分44bと中央部分44bに対向している部位とを伸展状態のおむつ10から切り取るときに、これらの部分がホットメルト接着剤で接合されていることによって切り取ることが難しい場合には、そのホットメルト接着剤をトルエン溶液で溶解させること ができる。長さL1と長さL2とは、0.1mmの単位まで正確に測定することが好ましい。また、横方向Xの全長を求めるための直線を記入することが難しい場合には、全長のうちの一部分についての長さを測定しておいて、その長さを全長の場合の長さに換算してもよい。

Claims (15)
- 着用状態で互いに交差する上下方向と横方向とを有し、前ウエストパネルと後ウエストパネルとクロッチパネルとによって形成され、前ウエスト域と後ウエスト域と前記前後ウエスト域間に位置するクロッチ域とを含み、形成されていて、これら各域がおむつ着用者の肌と対向する肌対向面と、着衣と対向する着衣対向面とを有し、前記クロッチパネルにおける体液吸収性の芯材を含む吸収体が前記前後ウエスト域に延在している使い捨て体液吸収性着用物品において、
前記前後ウエスト域のうちの少なくとも一方のウエスト域は、前記肌対向面の一部を形成していて前記横方向の中央部分が前記横方向へ弾性的に収縮する弾性バンド部を有し、
前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域において、前記弾性バンド部の前記中央部分における前記横方向への弾性的収縮量は、該中央部分の厚さ方向において該中央部分に接合することなく対向している部位の前記横方向への弾性的収縮量よりも大きく、
前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域における前記芯材には、前記弾性バンド部と交差する方向へ延びていて前記芯材の前記横方向における湾曲を容易にする変形誘導部が形成されている前記着用物品。 - 前記弾性バンド部は、前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域に対して、前記横方向における両側部分が接合状態にあるとともに、前記中央部分の少なくとも下方部位が非接合の状態にある弾性シートによって形成されている請求項1記載の着用物品。
- 前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域は、前記着衣対向面を形成する外面シートと、前記肌対向面を形成する内面シートと、前記外面シートと前記内面シートとの間にあって前記横方向ヘ伸長された状態にある弾性体とを有している請求項1または2記載の着用物品。
- 前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域には、前記中央部分と対向する部位に非弾性域が形成されている請求項3記載の着用物品。
- 前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域は、該ウエスト域の頂縁に沿って延びていて前記横方向へ弾性的に収縮可能なウエスト弾性域を有し、該ウエスト弾性域の下方に位置する部分がZ字型の折り畳み部を形成するように、前記上下方向において折り重ねられており、
前記Z字型の折り畳み部では、前記横方向の両側に位置する部分が折り重ねられた状態で互いに接合する一方、前記両側の間の部分が非接合状態にあって、前記ウエスト弾性域の一部分が前記弾性バンド部を形成している請求項1記載の着用物品。 - 前記変形誘導部が前記おむつの平面視において前記弾性バンド部と重なる位置にある請求項1-5のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記変形誘導部が前記おむつの平面視において前記弾性バンド部と重なることのない位置にある請求項1-5のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記弾性バンド部が弾性糸を含む不織布で形成されていて、該不織布が前記弾性バンド部の少なくとも前記中央部分において前記横方向へ弾性的に伸長された状態にある請求項1-7のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記弾性バンド部は、伸長状態で前記横方向へ直状に延びる糸状および帯状のいずれかの弾性体が取り付けられた不織布で形成されている請求項1-7のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記少なくとも一方のウエスト域には、伸長状態で前記横方向へ直状に延びる糸状および帯状のいずれかである複数条の弾性体が前記上下方向において並列した状態で取り付けられていて、前記複数条の弾性体には、前記おむつの前記横方向の寸法を二等分する縦中心線に対向する内端部を有しているものが含まれている請求項1-9のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記複数条の弾性体のうちで、前記上下方向の最下部に位置している少なくとも1条の前記弾性体の前記内端部と前記縦中心線とが離隔する寸法は、前記少なくとも1条の前記弾性体よりも上方に位置する前記弾性体の前記内端部と前記縦中心線とが離隔する寸法よりも小さい請求項10記載の着用物品。
- 前記変形誘導部は、前記クロッチパネルの前記芯材に形成されていて前記上下方向へ延びる少なくとも1条のスリットおよび溝部のいずれかである請求項1-11のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記スリットは、前記着用物品の前記横方向の寸法を二等分する縦中心線上に位置するものと、前記縦中心線に関して対称に形成されたものとを含んでいる請求項12記載の着用物品。
- 前記スリットは、前記上下方向における両端部が前記芯材の前端縁と前記着用物品の横中心線との間および前記芯材の後端縁と前記横中心線との間のうちの少なくとも一方の間に形成されている請求項12または13記載の着用物品。
- 前記芯材では、前記横方向で前記変形誘導部に隣接する部位と前記変形誘導部との間において、前記芯材の厚さおよび密度のうちの少なくとも一方が異なっている請求項1-14のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
