微型扬声器
本申请要求于2015年06月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510350108.8、发明名称为“微型扬声器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电声产品技术领域,特别涉及一种微型扬声器。
背景技术
微型扬声器是便携式电子设备的重要声学部件,用于完成电信号与声音信号之间的转换,是一种能量转换器件。现有的微型扬声器通常包括外壳,外壳通常由至少两个壳体结合而成,各壳体共同围成的空间内收容有振动系统和磁路系统。为了保证微型扬声器的声学性能,因此其各个壳体之间不仅需要固定结合,还需要密封结合,目前,两个壳体之间的密封通常是采用超声焊接工艺密封或者胶粘密封。
随着便携式电子设备的不断小型化,作为便携式电子设备的主要声学部件的微型扬声器也在不断的随之变小,在微型扬声器壳体体积不断变小的情况下,有些壳体上会没有空间设置用于超声密封的超声线,要想实现两个壳体之间的密封就越来越困难,且采用现有的超声焊接密封或胶粘密封还会产生如下不良:
如图1所示,两个壳体100之间通过密封胶102粘接密封,密封胶102会向壳体的内外两侧溢出;如图2所示,两个壳体100之间通过超声焊接工艺密封,融化后的超声线104也会向壳体的内外两侧溢出。当密封胶和融化后的超声线向壳体的内侧溢出时,会减小微型扬声器内腔的体积,影响其声学性能及内部各部件的安装位置;当密封胶和融化后的超声线向壳体的外侧溢出时,会影响微型扬声器的外观,使得微型扬声器的外部尺寸局部增大,会影响微型扬声器在便携式电子设备中的装配。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种微型扬声器, 此微型扬声器壳体之间密封性好,且在其两个壳体相结合处的内腔及外观均良好,无溢胶、溢料的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种微型扬声器,包括外壳,所述外壳内收容有振动系统和磁路系统,所述外壳由至少两个壳体结合而成,其中的一个所述壳体上与另一个所述壳体相密封的部位设有凸起的密封部,所述密封部与该所述壳体通过双色注塑工艺一体成型,所述密封部的材质硬度小于该所述壳体的材质硬度,所述密封部具有压缩性;该所述壳体上还设有用于与另一所述壳体相结合的结合部件,所述结合部件与所述密封部位于该所述壳体的同一侧。
其中,所述密封部为环形结构,所述结合部件位于所述密封部的外侧。
其中,设有所述密封部及所述结合部件的所述壳体为矩形结构,所述结合部件设有四个,四个所述结合部件分别设置在该所述壳体的四个角部。
作为一种实施方式,所述结合部件为超声线,该所述壳体与另一个所述壳体通过超声焊接工艺结合。
其中,所述外壳包括依次结合在一起的第一壳体、第二壳体和第三壳体,所述超声线及所述密封部均设置在所述第三壳体上。

采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:

实施例一:
如图3、图4和图5共同所示,一种微型扬声器,为矩形结构,包括外壳,外壳由依次结合在一起的第一壳体10a、第二壳体20a和第三壳体30a构成,第一壳体10a、第二壳体20a和第三壳体30a共同围成的空间内收容有振动系统和磁路系统(图中未示出)。第一壳体10a、第二壳体20a和第三壳体30a均为注塑壳体。

如图5和图6共同所示,第三壳体30a与第二壳体20a结合后,密封部32被第二壳体20a与第三壳体30a挤压,由于密封部32的材质较软且具有一定的弹性,在两个壳体的挤压力作用下,密封部32会被压缩变形,与第二壳体20a紧密接触,从而实现第三壳体30a与第二壳体20a之间的密封。由于四个超声线34均较短,且位于第三壳体30a空间较大的角部位置,当超声线34融化后不会出现溢料的现象,从而在实现了壳体间密封的前提下保证了微型扬声器内腔及外观的良好。实际应用中,密封部及结合部件也可以设置在第一壳体10a与第二壳体20a之间,实现第一壳体10a与第二壳体20a的结合及密封。
实施例二:
本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
如图8和图9共同所示,微型扬声器的外壳由依次结合在一起的第一壳体10b、第二壳体20b和第三壳体30b构成,密封部32和结合部件均设置在第三壳体30b上,本实施方式中结合部件为分别设置在第三壳体30b四个角部的热熔柱36,第二壳体20b的四个角部对应各热熔柱36的位置分别设有一热熔孔22,第三壳体30b与第二壳体20b通过热熔工艺结合为一体,密封部32实现二者之间的密封。
实施例三:
本实施方式与实施例二基本相同,其不同之处在于:
如图10和图11共同所示,微型扬声器的外壳由结合在一起的第一壳体40和第二壳体50构成,密封部52与热熔柱54均设置在第二壳体50上,密封部52设置在第二壳体50的边缘部位,为跑道形环状结构,四个 热熔柱54分别设置在密封部52外侧的四个角部,第一壳体40上对应四个热熔柱54的位置分别设有一热熔孔42,第一壳体40这金属壳体。第一壳体40与第二壳体50通过热熔工艺结合,密封部52实现二者之间的密封。
本发明采用双色注塑工艺在一个壳体上与另一个壳体相密封的部位注塑有软质的环形密封部,通过两个壳体对密封部的挤压实现了两个壳体之间的良好密封,同时该工艺与现有技术中的涂胶密封相比,省去了涂胶的环节,简化了组装工序,且不会出现溢胶的问题,保证了微型扬声器的内腔及外观良好;与现有技术中的超声焊接密封相比,不会出现溢料的问题,也保证了微型扬声器的内腔及外观良好,进而保证了微型扬声器的声学性能,及与便携式电子设备的装配顺利,有效的解决了小空间产品的密封问题。
本发明上述实施例仅是对本发明采用双色注塑工艺来实现壳体间密封的技术方案的举例说明,其中微型扬声器的壳体结构并不仅限于上述的矩形结构,其还可以是圆形、跑道形等,本发明的技术方案可适用于任何一种微型扬声器壳体间的密封,本领域技术人员根据上述实施例的描述不需要付出任何创造性劳动就可将本发明的技术方案应用到其它结构的微型扬声器中,故无论微型扬声器的其它结构是否与上述实施例相同,只要是采用双色注塑工艺来实现壳体间密封,用以简化组装工艺、提高微型扬声器内腔及外观质量的产品均落入本发明的保护范围内。
本说明书中涉及到的带有序号的特征命名(如第一壳体、第二壳体及第三壳体)仅是为了区别技术特征,并不代表各特征之间的位置关系,组装顺序及工作顺序等。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 微型扬声器,包括外壳,所述外壳内收容有振动系统和磁路系统,所述外壳由至少两个壳体结合而成,其特征在于,其中的一个所述壳体上与另一个所述壳体相密封的部位设有凸起的密封部,所述密封部与该所述壳体通过双色注塑工艺一体成型,所述密封部的材质硬度小于该所述壳体的材质硬度,所述密封部具有压缩性;该所述壳体上还设有用于与另一所述壳体相结合的结合部件,所述结合部件与所述密封部位于该所述壳体的同一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述密封部为环形结构,所述结合部件位于所述密封部的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,设有所述密封部及所述结合部件的所述壳体为矩形结构,所述结合部件设有四个,四个所述结合部件分别设置在该所述壳体的四个角部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述结合部件为超声线,该所述壳体与另一个所述壳体通过超声焊接工艺结合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括依次结合在一起的第一壳体、第二壳体和第三壳体,所述超声线及所述密封部均设置在所述第三壳体上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述结合部件为热熔柱,另一所述壳体上对应所述热熔柱的位置设有热熔孔,该所述壳体与另一所述壳体通过热熔工艺结合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括依次结合在一起的第一壳体、第二壳体和第三壳体,所述热熔柱及所述密封部均位于所述第三壳体上,所述热熔孔位于所述第二壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求5或7所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体均为注塑壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括结 合在一起的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述热熔柱及所述密封部均位于所述第二壳体上,所述热熔孔位于所述第一壳体上,所述第一壳体为金属壳体。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于,所述密封部的材质为硅胶、TPU、TPC或TPR中的一种。
