Abstract
Description
先ず、図1を用いて本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る操作レバー103のロック構造4の各構成について説明する。図1には、遠隔操作用ヤットコの手元側に軸支された操作レバー103の回動中心103b及びその周辺に設けられたロック構造4を拡大して示している。図1(a)には操作レバー103のロック状態を、図1(b)には操作レバー103のロック解除状態を示している。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る操作レバー103のロック構造54について、図4、5を用いて説明する。なお、第1の実施の形態に示したのと同様の構成については同一の符号を付して説明し、遠隔操作用ヤットコの全体構成については、第1の実施の形態と同様に、適宜図6を参照することとする。

Claims (3)
- 手元側に操作レバーが軸支された主軸と、前記主軸に付設され一端が前記操作レバーの作用点に連結された操作軸と、により先端側に設けたヤットコを遠隔操作する遠隔操作用ヤットコの操作レバーのロック構造であって、
前記操作レバーの回動中心周りに円弧状に歯列が形成されており、前記歯列を構成する各歯溝には、周方向に面して対をなす歯面同士の間に歯底が形成されている被係合部と、
前記円弧の拡径側から前記歯溝へ係脱可能に配置され、前記操作レバーが前記ヤットコを開く方向に面した開方向歯面と、閉じる方向に面した閉方向歯面及び前記歯底との境界のすみ肉部と、に対して係合状態において当接可能な係止爪と、
を備え、前記閉方向歯面と前記歯底とのなす角の方が、前記開方向歯面と前記歯底とのなす角よりも大きいことを特徴とする操作レバーのロック構造。 - 前記閉方向歯面は、前記すみ肉部を中心として拡径側が傾くように、前記歯底の法線を基準として、前記ヤットコを開く方向へ所定の角度で傾斜しており、
前記係止爪の前記すみ肉部に当接する側の側面は、前記歯底の法線と平行に延びるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作レバーのロック構造。 - 前記閉方向歯面は、前記すみ肉部を中心として拡径側が傾くように、前記歯底の法線を基準として、前記ヤットコを開く方向へ所定の角度で傾斜しており、
前記係止爪の前記すみ肉部に当接する側の側面は、前記閉方向歯面と同じ側に、前記歯底の法線を基準として前記所定の角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作レバーのロック構造。
