Claims (15)

前記動力伝達装置に動作的に結合された作動ロックアウトシステムであって、閾値力以上の力が前記トリガに加えられるまで、前記第1位置から前記第2位置への駆動軸の移動を防止する作動ロックアウトシステムと、を備える手術器具。 - 前記作動ロックアウトシステムが、前記駆動軸に結合された第1カム面と、前記第1カム面の移動を選択的に遮断するように配列された第2カム面と、を備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1カム面及び第2カム面のうちの少なくとも一方に動作的に連結された付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- トリガと、前記トリガに動作的に連結された駆動軸と、を含み、前記トリガの作動が前記駆動軸を少なくとも第1位置と第2位置との間で移動させる、動力伝達装置と、
前記動力伝達装置の一部と結合された第1カム面と、
ロック構成において前記第1カム面の移動を遮断して、アンロック構成において前記第1カム面の移動を可能にするように配列された第2カム面と、
前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面のうちの少なくとも一方に動作的に連結され、前記カム面を前記ロック構成に推進する、付勢部材であって、前記トリガに加えられた閾値力以上の力が、前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面を前記アンロック構成に移動させる、付勢部材と、を備える手術器具。 - ハンドルをさらに備え、前記第2カム面が前記ハンドルに連結される、請求項4に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面のうちの少なくとも一方が、回転可能なアームの少なくとも一部を含む、請求項4に記載の手術器具。
- 前記付勢部材が、ねじりばね、巻きばね、板ばね、弾倉ばね、ガススプリング及び弾性棒のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面のうちの少なくとも一方がローラを含む、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面が相補的形状を有する、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1カム面及び前記第2カム面のうちの少なくとも一方が曲線形状を有する、請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記作動ロックアウトシステムは、前記駆動軸に連結された第3カム面をさらに備え、前記第2カム面は、前記作動ロックアウトシステムがアンロック構成にある時に前記第3カム面に遠位力を加える、請求項2〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1位置が近位位置であり、前記第2位置が遠位位置である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1位置が第1回転位置であり、前記第2位置が第2回転位置である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記閾値力は、前記手術器具を作動させるための作動力以上である、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記動力伝達装置は、手術用留め具を留置するように構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
