Description

前記検査領域は、前記85度鏡面光沢度が120以下である平面パネルの上に配置される、[4]に記載の偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。
<第1実施形態>
図1は、本発明に係る偏光板製造用クリーンルームの一例を模式的に示す断面図である。図1に示されるクリーンルームは、空気循環系を含むクリーンシステムとして構成されており、チャンバ(クリーンルーム)1と、チャンバ1内の空気の流れを制御する空気循環系とを含む。
2)上記延伸フィルムをヨウ素等の二色性色素で染色して偏光フィルムを製造するための装置(この装置は、染色後のフィルムを乾燥させるための装置を含んでいてもよい。)、
3)上記偏光フィルムの片面又は両面に透明樹脂フィルム(保護フィルムや光学補償フィルム等)を貼合して偏光板を製造するための装置(この装置は、フィルム貼合に用いる接着剤を乾燥及び/又は硬化させるための装置を含んでいてもよい。)、
4)偏光板にプロテクトフィルム及び/又は粘着剤層を積層させるための装置、
5)偏光板に他の光学機能性フィルム(位相差フィルムや輝度向上フィルムなど)を積層させるための装置、
6)偏光板やその中間体を検品するための装置、
7)偏光板を裁断して枚葉体を製造するための装置。
本実施形態に係る偏光板製造用クリーンルームは、床面の少なくとも一部がステンレス鋼製の平面パネルで構成されており、かつ、該平面パネルが、表面の85度鏡面光沢度が120以下である平面パネルを含むこと以外は上記第1実施形態に係るクリーンルームと同様の構成を有している。平面パネル表面の85度鏡面光沢度は、JIS Z8741:1997に準拠して測定される。
Claims (5)
- 偏光板製造装置を収容するクリーンルームであって、床面の少なくとも一部がステンレス鋼製の平面パネルで構成されている、偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。
- 前記床面が前記平面パネルとグレーティングパネルとで構成されている、請求項1に記載の偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。
- 前記偏光板製造装置は、2以上のフィルムを貼り合わせて積層フィルムを得るための積層フィルム製造装置を含み、
前記積層フィルム製造装置が設置されている床面に隣接して、又はその近傍に前記グレーティングパネルを配する、請求項2に記載の偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。 - 前記平面パネルは、その表面のJIS Z8741:1997に準拠する85度鏡面光沢度が120以下である平面パネルを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。
- 前記偏光板製造用クリーンルームは、偏光板又はこれを構成するフィルムを検査するための検査領域を含み、
前記検査領域は、前記85度鏡面光沢度が120以下である平面パネルの上に配置される、請求項4に記載の偏光板製造用クリーンルーム。
