Abstract
Um gesetzliche Anforderungen an die Fallsicherheit zu erfüllen, müssen Druckgasflaschen mit integrierten Ventilen, bei denen eine Vielzahl an Funktionsträgern in einer Entnahmeeinheit integriert sind, mit aufwändigen Fallschutzsicherungen ausgerüstet sein. Zudem muss bei einem derartigen Ventile bei vielen Veränderungen, wie z.B. Ergänzung um eine zusätzliche Funktion, jeweils ein neues Genehmigungsverfahren für das gesamte Ventil durchgeführt werden. Um den diesbezüglichen Aufwand zu verringern, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, eine Entnahmearmatur für eine Druckgasflasche modular aufzubauen, wobei ein das Absperrorgan und eine das Absperrorgan absichernde Fallschutzeinrichtung umfassendes Grundmodul allen gesetzlichen Anforderungen an den Fallschutz und die Absperreinrichtung der Druckgasflasche genügt. Alle weiteren Funktionalitäten der Entnahmearmatur sind in wenigstens einem Zusatzmodul integriert, da mit dem Grundmodul fest, jedoch lösbar und ohne Beeinträchtigung der Fallsicherheit verbunden ist.
Description
Modulares Gasentnahmesystem für Druckgasflaschen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckgasflasche mit einer Entnahmearmatur, die ein an der Druckgasflasche montiertes Absperrorgan, wenigstens einen an das
Absperrorgan angeschlossene Zusatzfunktionsbaustein sowie zumindest eine zumindest das Absperrorgan gegen unzulässige Beschädigung absichernde
Fallschutzeinrichtung aufweist.
Gesetzliche Vorschriften zur Fallsicherheit von Druckgasflaschen sehen vor, dass bei einem Fall der Druckgasflasche aus 1 ,20 m Höhe zum einen das Absperrorgan der Druckgasflasche geschlossen bleibt und das in der Druckgasflasche enthaltene Gas nicht unkontrolliert entweicht und zum anderen die Druckgasflasche nach dem Fall gefahrlos geöffnet und entleert werden kann. Dazu ist die Druckgasflasche mit einem entsprechend robusten Absperrorgan, mit einer Fallschutzeinrichtung oder einer geeigneten Kombination aus beidem auszurüsten. Die Fallschutzeinrichtung ist dabei in der Regel als ein auf den Hals der Druckgasflasche aufmontiertes
Sicherungselement in Form eines Bügels, Kragens oder Käfigs aus Metall oder Kunststoff ausgestaltet, welches das Absperrorgan zumindest teilweise umschließt und auf diese Weise gegen eine direkte Stoßeinwirkung absichert.
Gesetzliche Vorschriften für Absperrarmaturen von Druckgasflaschen verlangen zudem ein umfangreiches Zulassungs- bzw. Genehmigungsverfahren, welches unter anderem Lebensdauerprüfungen, Feuerbeständigkeitsprüfungen und im Fall von Sauerstoff Sauerstoff-Druck-Stoß-Prüfungen beinhaltet.
In den letzten Jahren wurden von verschiedenen Herstellern sogenannte„integrierte Ventile" (VIPR) auf den Markt gebracht. Bei integrierten Ventilen sind neben einem Absperrorgan weitere Funktionsbausteine kompakt innerhalb eines Gehäuses angeordnet, wie beispielsweise Druckregler, Durchflussregler, Anzeigeeinrichtungen, ein oder mehrere Anschlüsse für die Entnahme von Gas und/oder für die Befüllung der Druckgasflasche. Beispiele für integrierte Ventile finden sich etwa in der US 8 322 569 B2, der US 6 732 996 B1 , der US 8 534 312 B2, der WO 2008/052022 A2 oder der US 2008/0095607 A1 . Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Anforderungen
müssen in diesem Falle für die gesamte Anordnung mit allen darin integrierten Armaturen erfüllt sein. Dadurch kommt es aber zu erheblichen Entwicklungskosten, da für die Gehäuse eines jeden Ventiltyps und Ventilschutzes eigene Werkzeuge entwickelt werden müssen und zudem die Anforderungen an den Fallschutz bei kompliziert aufgebauten Ventilen sehr hoch sein können. Die geforderte Kompaktheit der integrierten Ventile ist ebenfalls ein Kostentreiber.
Ein weiterer Aspekt in diesem Zusammenhang ist, dass für Reparaturen derartiger Ventile in der Regel die Gasflasche komplett entleert werden muss, anschließend das gesamte Ventil gegen ein neues ausgetauscht und erst im Anschluss daran die Reparatur am demontieren Ventil durchgeführt wird. Neben dem Aufwand für Demontage und Montage verursacht dies zusätzliche Kosten dadurch, dass die Gasflasche für einen gewissen Zeitraum nicht nutzbar ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Druckgasflasche mit
Entnahmearmatur zu schaffen, die einerseits die gesetzlichen Anforderungen an Fallsicherheit und Absperrarmatur erfüllt, und die andererseits mit einem geringen Aufwand mit Funktionalitäten ausgerüstet werden kann, die für eine Druckgasflasche mit integriertem Ventil gefordert werden.
Gelöst ist diese Aufgabe bei einer Druckgasflasche der eingangs genannten Art und Zweckbestimmung dadurch, dass die Entnahmearmatur modular aufgebaut ist und ein Grundmodul, das das Absperrorgan und eine das Absperrorgan absichernde Fallschutzeinrichtung umfasst, sowie wenigstens ein mit dem Grundmodul lösbar verbundenes und wenigstens einen Zusatzfunktionsbaustein enthaltendes
Zusatzmodul aufweist.
In Unterschied zu den fallgesicherten Druckgasflaschen nach dem Stande der Technik, insbesondere im Unterschied zu den bekannten Druckgasflaschen mit integrierten Ventilen, ist die erfindungsgemäße Druckgasflasche also mit einer modular aufgebauten Entnahmearmatur ausgerüstet, wobei die eingangs erwähnten gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Anforderungen an Fallschutz und Absperrarmatur der Druckgasflasche im Grundmodul der Entnahmearmatur verwirklicht ist. Das
Zusatzmodul oder die Zusatzmodule, das/die die Entnahmearmatur zusätzlich zum
Grundmodul aufweist und das/die die über die reine Absperrfunktion
hinausgehenden Funktionalitäten, wie beispielsweise Zusatzarmaturen oder
Tragegriffe, aufweist/aufweisen, ist/sind mit einem Verbindungsanschluss zum Verbinden mit dem Gasausgang des Absperrorgans und mit geeigneten
Einrichtungen zum lösbaren Befestigen des Zusatzmoduls an das Grundmodul (oder, im Falle mehrerer Zusatzmodule, zum lösbaren Befestigen der Zusatzmodule untereinander) ausgerüstet. Das wenigstens eine Zusatzmodul ist derart mit dem Grundmodul verbunden, dass die durch das Grundmodul gewährleistete
Fallsicherheit der Druckgasflasche nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Dies wird beispielsweise dadurch realisiert, dass sämtliche Verbindungselemente zwischen Grundmodul und dem Zusatzmodul oder den Zusatzmodulen so ausgeführt sind, dass die im Falle eines Stoßes gegen das Zusatzmodul erfolgende Kraftübertragung auf das
Absperrorgan so gering gehalten wird, dass sie für die Fallsicherheit der
Druckgasflasche keine Rolle spielt. Beispielsweise wird dies durch das Vorsehen von Sollbruchstellen, Schwächezonen oder flexiblen Leitungsverbindungen realisiert. Das wenigstens eine Zusatzmodul kann im Übrigen auch mit einer eigenen
Sicherheitseinrichtung ausgerüstet sein, die die jeweiligen im Zusatzmodul integrierten Zusatzfunktionsbausteine schützt. Diese Sicherheitseinrichtung erfüllt dann zwar die für die jeweilige Armatur erforderlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen, sie brauchen jedoch nicht den gesetzlichen Anforderungen an die Fallsicherheit der Druckgasflasche als solche zu genügen, da die Druckgasflasche diesbezüglich bereits über das Grundmodul hinreichend abgesichert ist.
Das Grundmodul selbst wird bei der Montage oder beim Austausch eines
Zusatzmoduls nicht verändert. Wird eine Änderung der Funktionalitäten der
Entnahmearmatur gewünscht, braucht somit nur das Zusatzmodul ausgetauscht bzw. durch weitere Zusatzmodule ergänzt zu werden. Auf diese Weise kann die Druckgasflasche individuellen Wünschen eines Kunden angepasst werden, oder es kann ein Satz von Druckgasflaschentypen mit jeweils unterschiedlichen integrierten Entnahmearmaturen (d.h. mit unterschiedlichen Funktionalitäten) angeboten werden, ohne dass bei jedem neuen Typ eigene Zulassungsverfahren bezüglich der
Fallsicherheit oder der Absperrarmatur durchlaufen werden müssten oder neue Teile konstruiert werden müssten.
Mit Ausnahme des mit der Druckgasflasche direkt verbundenen Absperrorgans sind alle weiteren Armaturen und Vorrichtungen (hier„Zusatzfunktionsbausteine" genannt) im Zusatzmodul oder in den Zusatzmodulen integriert. Als
Zusatzfunktionsbausteine sind im Zusatzmodul alle in integrierten Ventilen üblichen Armaturen und Vorrichtungen einsetzbar, wie beispielsweise Druckregler, Füll- oder Entnahmeanschlüsse, elektronische oder analoge Anzeigeeinheiten, beispielsweise für Anzeigeeinheiten für Druck und/oder Füllstand der Druckgasflasche. In einem Zusatzmodul können ein Zusatzfunktionsbaustein oder eine Kombination aus mehreren Zusatzfunktionsbausteinen vorgesehen sein. Weiterhin können auch mehrere miteinander verbundene Zusatzmodule vorgesehen sein, die jeweils eine oder mehrere Zusatzfunktionsbausteine enthalten.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass im
Zusatzmodul ein Bedienelement integriert ist, das über ein sich durch das
Zusatzmodul hindurch erstreckendes Verbindungsteil mit dem Absperrorgan wirkverbunden ist. Bei aufgesetztem Zusatzmodul erfolgt die Betätigung des
Absperrorgans in diesem Falle mittels des Bedienelements. Somit erübrigt sich eine Zugangsöffnung im Grundmodul zur Betätigung des Absperrorgans, und das
Grundmodul kann in radialer Richtung zumindest weitgehend geschlossenen
Fallschutzeinrichtung ausgerüstet sein (gleichwohl können aus Wartungsgründen oder zur Durchführung von Leckagentests derartige Zugangsöffnungen in der Wand der Fallschutzeinrichtung vorgesehen sein). Das Bedienelement umfasst ein
Betätigungsorgan, beispielsweise ein Handrad, einen Hebel, ein Griffteil oder einen Drehknopf, das mit dem Verbindungsteil verbunden ist. Das Verbindungsteil wirkt mit der Ventilspindel des Absperrorgans beispielsweise formschlüssig zusammen und ist nach der Montage des Zusatzmoduls lösbar mit der Ventilspindel verbunden.
Wesentlich für das Bedienelement ist, dass es derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Stoß auf das Bedienelement die durch das Grundmodul gewährleistete Fallsicherheit der Druckgasflasche nicht beeinträchtigen kann. Beispielsweise ist dazu das
Verbindungsteil in Form einer flexiblen Welle, einer Gelenkwelle oder eines plastisch oder elastisch verformbaren Kolbens ausgebildet oder mit Sollbruchstellen oder mechanischen Schwächezonen ausgerüstet.
Bevorzugt ist das Zusatzmodul mit wenigstens einer den wenigstens einen Zusatzfunktionsbaustein gegen Stoß absichernden Sicherungseinrichtung
ausgerüstet. Bei dieser Sicherungseinrichtung handelt es sich um Einrichtungen, die die im Zusatzmodul aufgenommenen Zusatzfunktionsbausteine vor äußeren
Einwirkungen schützen, die jedoch für die Fallsicherheit der Druckgasflasche gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen keine Bedeutung besitzen. Beispielsweise handelt es sich bei der Sicherungseinrichtung um einen Bügel, um einen Käfig oder um ein Gehäuse, das mit geeigneten Zugangsöffnungen zur Bedienung der
Zusatzfunktionsbausteine und zum Anschließen des Zusatzmoduls an das
Grundmodul ausgerüstet ist.
In einer abermals vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Zusatzmodul mit einem Tragegriff oder einem Schwenkknauf ausgerüstet, der beispielsweise am Gehäuse des Zusatzmoduls befestigt ist. Im Übrigen kann der Tragegriff oder der Schwenkknauf auch - gegebenenfalls zusätzlich zu weiteren
Zusatzfunktionsbausteinen - in einem weiteren Zusatzmodul integriert sein, dass mit dem ersten Zusatzmodul verbunden ist.
Die Fallschutzeinrichtung des Grundmoduls ist bevorzugt auf dem Halsringgewinde der Druckgasflasche aufgeschraubt und lässt sich daher problemlos montieren und bei Bedarf wieder entfernen.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Fallschutzeinrichtung des Grundmoduls mit einem sich von einer Schulter der Druckgasflasche abstützenden Kragenabschnitt ausgerüstet. Der Kragenabschnitt kann dabei einstückig mit der Fallschutzeinrichtung ausgebildet oder aber als eigenständiges Element fest mit dieser verbunden oder gleichfalls auf dem Halsringgewinde der Druckgasflasche aufgeschraubt sein. Der Kragenabschnitt sorgt zum einen für eine höhere Festigkeit und Steifigkeit der Fallschutzeinrichtung und damit für eine höhere Sicherheit. Zum anderen eignet er sich auch als Fläche für Markierungen. Beispielsweise kann durch unterschiedliche Einfärbungen des Kragenabschnitts der Inhalt oder die Gefährlichkeit des Inhalts der Druckgasfalsche angezeigt werden.
Vorteilhafterweise besitzen die Module die Anmutung einer einheitlichen, integrierten Entnahmearmatur. Beispielsweise besitzen Grundmodul und Zusatzmodul/e
Außenwände mit einem einheitlichen Außenradius, der bevorzugt gleich dem
Außenradius des Druckgasflaschenkörpers ist. Grundmodul und Zusatzmodul/e sind bevorzugt fest, jedoch lösbar miteinander und mit dem Flaschenkörper der
Druckgasflasche verbunden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Druckgasflaschen dienen bevorzugt zur Speicherung von unter Druck stehenden technischen Gasen oder Gasgemischen, wie beispielsweise Sauerstoff, Stickstoff, Edelgase, Kohlendioxid oder Schweißgasgemische, medizinische Gase oder medizinische Gasgemische wie medizinischer Sauerstoff, medizinische Luft, N20 und dergl., oder Spezialgase oder Tauchgasgemische. Die erfindungsgemäßen Druckgasflaschen besitzen bevorzugt ein Füllvolumen von zwischen 2 Liter bis 50 Liter und einen maximalen Fülldruck von bevorzugt zwischen 50 bar und 300 bar auf.
Anhand der Zeichnungen sollen Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher erläutert werden. In schematischen Ansichten zeigen:

Bei den in den Zeichnungen gezeigten Druckgasflaschen 1 , 1 a handelt es sich um Behälter mit einem Füllvolumen zwischen 2 I und 50 I, die zur Aufnahme eines unter Druck stehenden Gases, beispielsweise Stickstoff, Sauerstoff, ein Edelgas oder ein medizinisches Gas oder Gasgemisch bestimmt und für einen Fülldruck von beispielsweise zwischen 50 bar und 300 bar ausgelegt sind. Die Ausführungsformen nach Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 unterscheiden sich lediglich in den Funktionalitäten der auf die jeweilige Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a aufmontierten Entnahmearmatur; im Übrigen sind gleich wirkende Elemente in beiden Zeichnungen mit dem gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Die in den Zeichnungen gezeigten Druckgasflaschen 1 , 1 a weisen jeweils in üblicher und hier nicht näher erläuterten Weise einen beispielsweise aus Metall oder einem Verbundmaterial gefertigten Flaschenkorpus 2 auf. In ebenfalls bekannter Weise weisen die Druckgasflaschen 1 , 1 a einen Schulterabschnitt 4 und ein
Halsringgewinde 5 auf, das um eine hier nicht gezeigte Ausgangsöffnung herum angeordnet ist.
Die Druckgasflaschen 1 , 1 a sind jeweils mit einer aus Modulen aufgebauten
Entnahmearmatur 7, 7a ausgerüstet. Die Entnahmearmaturen 7, 7a bestehen jeweils aus einem Grundmodul 8, das in beiden Ausführungsbeispielen nach Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 identisch aufgebaut ist, und einem Zusatzmodul 9, 9a, das jeweils mit unterschiedlichen Funktionalitäten ausgestattet ist.
Das Grundmodul 8 umfasst ein an der Ausgangsöffnung der Druckgasflasche 1 befestigtes Absperrorgan 10 sowie eine Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 . Beim
Absperrorgan 10 handelt es sich insbesondere um ein Standard-Flaschenventil, wie es häufig bei handelsüblichen Druckgasflaschen zum Einsatz kommt und das allen gesetzlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen entspricht. Das Absperrorgan 10 weist in an sich bekannter Weise eine Ventilspindel 12 auf, durch deren Drehung ein
Gasausgang 13 des Absperrorgans geöffnet bzw. geschlossen wird. Bei der
Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 handelt es sich beispielsweise um eine das Absperrorgan 10 umschließende Halbschale, Korb- oder Käfigstruktur aus Metall oder Kunststoff. In den hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen umfasst die Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 einen im wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildeten, nach oben offenen, im Übrigen jedoch geschlossenen Ventilschutzkorb, der sich mit seinen Seitenwänden vom Hals der Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a bis zur Höhe des oberen Endes der Ventilspindel 12 erstreckt und der mit einer Bodenplatte 15 auf das Halsringgewinde 5 der
Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a aufgeschraubt ist. Die Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 ist in den gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen mit einem Kragenabschnitt 14 ausgerüstet, mit dem sich die Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 vom Schulterabschnitt 4 der Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a abstützt und der auf diese Weise für eine erhöhte Stabilität der
Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 sorgt. Die Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 ist so ausgebildet, dass es die gesetzlich geforderten Anforderungen an den Fallschutz der jeweiligen
Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a vollumfänglich gewährleistet, und zwar auch dann, wenn an das Grundmodul 8 der Entnahmearmatur 7, 7a ein Zusatzmodul 9, 9a montiert ist.
Das Zusatzmodul 9 der Druckgasflasche 1 in Fig. 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 17 mit zylinderförmigen Seitenwänden, die in ihrem Umfang dem Umfang den
Seitenwänden der Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 entsprechen. Das Zusatzmodul 9 ist an seinem Gehäuse 17 mit der Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 des Grundmoduls 8 fest, jedoch lösbar, beispielsweise durch eine Schraubverbindung 18, verbunden. Im Innern des Gehäuses 17 sind mehrere Zusatzfunktionsbausteine 19, 20, 21 aufgenommen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 handelt es sich dabei um einen Druckregler 19, einen Entnahmeanschluss 20 und eine Druckanzeige 21 . Weitere Zusatzfunktionsbausteine, wie beispielsweise ein Füllanschluss, weitere
Entnahmeanschlüsse, Stell- oder Reduzierventile u. dergl. können ebenfalls innerhalb des Gehäuses 17 angeordnet sein, sind jedoch aus Gründen der
Übersichtlichkeit hier nicht gezeigt. Der Druckregler ist über eine flexible
Anschlussleitung 22 mit dem Gasausgang 13 des Absperrorgans 10 verbunden. Im Bereich der Zusatzfunktionsbausteine 19, 20, 21 (und ggf. im Bereich der hier nicht gezeigten weiteren Zusatzfunktionsbausteine) weist das Gehäuse 17
Zugangsöffnungen auf, die den Zugang zum Druckregler 19 und dem
Entnahmeanschluss 20 sowie die Ablesung der Anzeige 21 auch bei aufgesetztem Gehäuse 17 ermöglichen. Auf seinem vom Hals entgegen gesetzten Stirnseite weist das Gehäuse 17 einen Deckel 23 auf.
Um auch bei aufgesetztem Zusatzmodul 9 die Betätigung des Absperrorgans 10 zu ermöglichen, erstreckt sich durch das Gehäuse 17 ein Bedienelement 24, das mit einem Verbindungsteil 25 die Ventilspindel 12 des Absperrorgans 10 formschlüssig umgreift. Auf seiner von der Ventilspindel 12 entgegengesetzten Stirnseite ist das Bedienelement 24 mit einem Handrad 26 oder einem Griffteil ausgerüstet. Im
Bereich des Handrads 26 ist der Deckel 23 mit einer Zugangsöffnung versehen, die die Betätigung des Bedienelements 24 und damit des Absperrorgans 10 bei aufgesetztem Zusatzmodul 9 ermöglicht. Das Bedienelement 24 ist so ausgebildet, dass es die durch die Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 gewährleistete Fallsicherheit nicht beeinträchtigt, beispielsweise umfasst das Bedienelement eine hier nicht gezeigte Gelenkverbindung oder ist mit Schwächezonen ausgerüstet, die bei einem heftigen
Stoß auf das Bedienelement eine Übertragung des Stoßes auf das Absperrorgan verhindern. Weiterhin ist die Entnahmearmatur 9 mit einem Tragegriff 27
ausgerüstet, der dem erleichterten Transport der Druckgasflasche 1 dient. Der Tragegriff 27 ist mit dem Gehäuse 17 fest, aber lösbar verbunden und kann als eigenständiges Zusatzmodul betrachtet werden.
Die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Entnahmearmatur 7a der Druckgasflasche 1 a unterscheidet sich von der Entnahmearmatur 7 der Druckgasflasche 1 aus Fig. 1 durch ein anderes Zusatzmodul 9a, das mit teilweise anderen Zusatzfunktionsbausteinen 30, 31 , 32 ausgerüstet ist, nämlich einen Druckregler 30, einen doppelten
Entnahmeanschluss 31 und eine elektronische Anzeigeeinheit 32, die beispielsweise den Füllstand, den Druck in der Druckgasflasche 1 a und/oder die Menge an entnommenem Gas anzeigt. Weitere Zusatzfunktionsbausteine können ebenfalls vorhanden sein, sind hier jedoch nicht gezeigt. Die Zusatzfunktionsbausteine 30, 31 , 32 sind in einem Gehäuse 33 des Zusatzmoduls 9a aufgenommen, das ähnlich wie das Gehäuse 17 fest, aber lösbar mit der Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 des Grundmoduls 8 verbunden und im Bereich der Zusatzfunktionsbausteine 30, 31 , 32 mit
entsprechenden Zugangsöffnungen ausgerüstet ist. Anstelle eines flachen Deckels weist das Gehäuse 33 einen zumindest abschnittsweise konisch geformten
Kopfabschnitt 34 auf, der die Ablesbarkeit der Anzeigeeinheit 32 erleichtert. Ähnlich wie beim Zusatzmodul 9 ist auch hier ein Bedienelement 35 zur Betätigung der Absperrarmatur 10 bei aufgesetztem Zusatzmodul 9a vorgesehen. Das
Bedienelement 35 erstreckt sich durch das Gehäuse 33 hindurch und weist ein aus dem Kopfabschnitt 34 herausragendes Handrad 36 sowie ein mit diesem und mit der Ventilspindel 12 des Absperrorgans 10 wirkverbundenes Verbindungsteil 37 auf, das im hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zumindest abschnittsweise aus einem flexiblen Material gefertigt ist, weshalb im Falle eines heftigen Stoßes auf das
Handrad 36 keine sicherheitsgefährdende Kraftwirkung auf das Absperrorgan 10 erfolgt. Zum Verbinden des Druckreglers 30 mit dem Absperrorgan 10 dient eine Anschlussleitung 38.
Ebenso wie das Gehäuse 17 dient das Gehäuse 33 vornehmlich dem Schutz der innerhalb des jeweiligen Gehäuses 17, 33 aufgenommenen
Zusatzfunktionsbausteinen 19, 20, 21 ; 30, 31 , 32; für die Fallsicherheit der
Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a haben die Gehäuse 17, 33 dagegen keine Bedeutung.
Bei Bedarf können die Funktionalitäten der Entnahmearmaturen 7, 7a leicht dadurch verändert werden, dass das Zusatzmodul 9, 9a vom Grundmodul 8 entfernt und durch ein anderes die gewünschten Funktionalitäten aufweisendes Zusatzmodul ersetzt wird, das anschließend mit dem Grundmodul 8 verbunden wird. In diesem Falle muss lediglich das Gehäuse 17, 33 von der Fallschutzeinrichtung 1 1 sowie das Verbindungsteil 25, 37 von der Ventilspindel 12 gelöst und die Anschlussleitung 22, 38 von dem Gasausgang 13 des Absperrorgans 10 getrennt werden. Ebenso kann das Zusatzmodul 9, 9a beispielsweise ausgetauscht werden, wenn ein
Zusatzfunktionsbaustein 19, 20, 21 ; 30, 31 , 32 irreparabel beschädigt ist. In ähnlicher Weise kann die Entnahmearmatur 7 aus Fig. 1 je nach Kundenwunsch mit oder ohne Tragegriff 27 oder mit einem anderen Tragegriff ausgeliefert werden. Trotz der auf diese Weise vorgenommenen Änderungen der Funktionalitäten der Druckgasflasche 1 , 1 a ist eine erneute Fallschutzprüfung nicht erforderlich, da das Grundmodul 8 nicht verändert wird.

Claims
1 . Druckgasflasche mit einer Entnahmearmatur, die ein an der Druckgasflasche (1 , 1 a) montiertes Absperrorgan (10), wenigstens einen an das Absperrorgan (10) angeschlossenen Zusatzfunktionsbaustein (19, 20, 21 , 30, 31 , 32) sowie zumindest eine zumindest das Absperrorgan (10) gegen unzulässige
Beschädigung absichernde Fallschutzeinrichtung (1 1 ) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Entnahmearmatur (7, 7a) modular aufgebaut ist und ein das
Absperrorgan (10) und eine das Absperrorgan (10) absichernde
Fallschutzeinrichtung (1 1 ) umfassendes Grundmodul (8) sowie wenigstens ein mit dem Grundmodul (8) lösbar verbundenes und die wenigstens einen
Zusatzfunktionsbaustein (19, 20, 21 , 30, 31 , 32) aufweisendes Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) umfasst.
2. Druckgasflasche nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als
Zusatzfunktionsbaustein/e (19, 20, 21 , 30, 31 , 32) im Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) ein Druckregler (19, 30), ein Füllanschluss, ein Entnahmeanschluss (20, 31 ) oder eine Anzeigeeinheit (21 , 32) oder eine Kombination aus mehreren dieser Zusatzfunktionsbausteine (19, 20, 21 , 30, 31 , 32) vorgesehen ist.
3. Druckgasflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) ein Bedienelement integriert ist, das über ein sich durch das Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) hindurch erstreckendes Verbindungsteil (25, 37) mit dem Absperrorgan (10) wirkverbunden ist.
4. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) mit einer die
Zusatzfunktionsbausteine (9, 9a) gegen Stoß absichernden
Sicherungseinrichtung ausgerüstet ist.
5. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzmodul (9, 9a) mit einem Tragegriff (27) oder einem Schwenkknauf ausgerüstet ist.
6. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fallschutzeinrichtung (1 1 ) des Grundmoduls (8) auf einem Halsringgewinde (5) der Druckgasflasche (1 , 1 a) aufgeschraubt ist.
7. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Fallschutzeinrichtung (1 1 ) des Grundmoduls (8) mit einem sich von einer Schulter (4) der Druckgasflasche (1 , 1 a) abstützenden Kragenabschnitt (14) ausgerüstet ist.
8. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass Grundmodul (8) und Zusatzmodul/e (9, 9a)
zylinderförmige Gehäuse (17, 33) aufweisen, die jeweils den gleichen
Außenumfang aufweisen.
9. Druckgasflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass Zusatzmodule ausgetauscht werden können, ohne das hierzu die Druckgasflasche entleert werden muss oder das Grundmodul (8, 10) demontiert werden muss.
