所述锅体由内锅以及套设于内锅外部的外锅组成,该内锅用于装盛待烹饪食材,该内锅与外锅均开口结构,内锅与外锅之间形成有间隙,该间隙用于热空气从下向上进入内锅,于内锅的开口处侧壁上和底面均设有若干通气孔,该两处之通气孔相互形成气循环通道,该外锅的开口处设有锅盖,该锅盖边缘设有透气孔,该透气孔用于排除食物在烹饪时排出的水份,该锅盖中心设有一透明窗,该透明窗用于观察食材的烘炸情况,该外锅外壁上还设有把手,该把手用于方便使用者移动锅体。
所述连接孔设于该外锅的底面中心处并内凹于锅体之外锅,于外锅之底面形成接油槽,该接油槽用于接盛内锅内被烹饪食材流出的油液,该连接孔的形状与导向罩之连接端之形状相一致,且该连接孔与导向罩的连接端紧密配合。
所述机座与导向罩的连接端凸设一通孔,该导向罩对应该通孔设有连接口,该连接口与通孔相连接,其中,该机座底面设有气体输入口,该气体输入口用于配合输送装置向发热部输送空气。
所述输送装置包括一设于机座内的电机以及一设于电机之转轴上的风叶,该电机之转轴经机座之通孔处伸入锅体之外锅中,所述发热部设于机座之通孔处且套设在电机的转轴上。
所述发热部为一发热管,该发热部呈螺旋锥形结构。
所述隔热导向结构由设于发热部内侧的内隔热罩与设于发热部外部的外隔热罩组成,该内隔热罩用于为输送装置隔热,该外隔热罩用于为机座隔热,该内隔热罩与外隔热罩之间形成导向通道,该导向通道用于配合输送装置将空气向发热部引导。
所述温控器连接有热敏探头,该热敏探头延伸到导向罩与锅体之连接端处,该热敏探头用于感应导向罩与锅体之连接端处的适时温度。
所述机座还内设有电源控制开关以及一定时器,该电源控制开关与一控制电路相连接,该控制电路用于控制输送装置、发热部和温控器工作,该定时器电性连接于该控制电路中。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:其通过输送装置之电机驱动风叶转动,向套设于电机转轴上之发热部输送空气,配合隔热导向结构,形成气流导向通道,使气流更为集中地向发热部输送,以确保锅体内的热空气供应,利用空气受热上升的原理,配合输送装置的输送作用,加速了热空气向锅体内输送的效率,有效提高了食材的烹饪速率;锅体之外锅与机座的之间通过导向罩连接设计,既能有效引导热空气向锅体内输送,又能保证机座与锅体之间连接的紧密性,避免热空气外漏,以保证热空气有效且足够地传递到锅体,进而保证锅体对食材的烘炸效果;加之,热空气进入内锅,又能带走食材上多余的水分,在水分和热量的控制上达到一个平均点,使得不会因热气流动太快而将水分全部带走,进而保证锅体对食材的烘炸效果,使用者能通过锅盖上之透明窗观察食材的烘炸效果,从而提高了本发明烘炸食物的效率和质量。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1-4所示,本发明关于一种新型空气炸锅,包括锅体1和机座2。
如图1、4所示,锅体1由内锅11以及套设于内锅11外部的外锅12组成,该内锅11用于装盛待烹饪食材,该内锅11与外锅12均开口结构,内锅11与外锅12之间形成有间隙13,该间隙13用于热空气从下向上进入内锅11,于内锅11的开口处侧壁上和底面均设有若干通气孔111,该两处之通气孔111相互形成气循环通道,热空气可通过间隙13,从内锅11侧壁之通气孔111进入内锅11内部,再由内锅11底面之通气孔111回到外锅12,外锅12的热空气又如前述向内锅11继续输送,进而使热空气于内锅11和外锅12之间循环流动,该外锅12的开口处设有锅盖14,该锅盖14边缘设有透气孔141,该透气孔141用于排除食物在烹饪时排出的水份,该锅盖14中心设有一透明窗142,该透明窗142用于观察食材的烘炸情况,该透明窗142为内外双层结构,以利于隔离内锅11的高温,从而提高烘炸食物的效率和质量,该外锅12外壁上还设有把手121,该把手121用于方便使用者移动锅体1。
如图1、4所示,锅体1底面设有连接孔122,有优选地,连接孔122设于该外锅12的底面中心处并内凹于锅体1之外锅12,于外锅12之底面形成接油槽123,该接油槽123用于接盛内锅11内被烹饪食材流出的油液,该连接孔122优选的呈圆锥结构,机座2通过一导向罩3与锅体1之外锅12的连接孔122相连接,该连接孔122的形状与导向罩3之连接端之形状相一致,且该连接孔122与导向罩3的连接端紧密配合。
如图1、2所示,机座2与导向罩3的连接端设有输送装置4,该输送装置4用于将已加热的空气输送到锅体1并加热锅体1,该输送装置4的空气输送端设有发热部5,且该发热部5与输送装置4电性连接,于该发热部5上设有隔热导向结构6,该隔热导向结构6用于为引导空气向发热部5输送形成导向通道并保护发热装置,该发热部5与一温控器7相连接,该温控器7用于在工作时适时控制发热管发热,其中,锅体1和机座2之间为分体式结构,为使用者清洗和保养提供了方便。
如图1-2所示,进一步地,机座2与导向罩3的连接端凸设一通孔21,该导向罩3对应该通孔21设有连接口31,该连接口31与通孔21相连接,其中,该机座2底面设有气体输入口22,该气体输入口22用于配合输送装置4向发热部5输送空气,以保证本发明锅体1中热空气的供应量,进而确保了本发明的烹饪效果。
如图1-3所示,其中,输送装置4包括一设于机座2内的电机41以及一设于电机41之转轴411上的风叶42,该电机41之转轴411经机座2之通孔21处伸入锅体1之外锅12中,电机41通过转轴411带动风叶42转动,将被加热空气向锅体1内输送。
如图1-3所示,发热部5为一发热管,该发热部5呈螺旋锥形结构,发热部5设于机座2之通孔21处且套设在电机41的转轴411上。
如图1-3所示,隔热导向结构6由设于发热部5内侧的内隔热罩61与设于发热部5外部的外隔热罩62组成,该内隔热罩61用于为输送装置4隔热,该外隔热罩62用于为机座2隔热,该内隔热罩61与外隔热罩62均上下贯通,于内隔热罩61与外隔热罩62之间形成导向通道,该导向通道用于配合输送装置4将空气向发热部5引导。
如图1-2所示,温控器7连接有热敏探头71,该热敏探头71延伸到导向罩3与锅体1之连接端处,该热敏探头71用于感应导向罩3与锅体1之连接端处的适时温度,以更好地控制发热部5发热,确保锅体1内温度与导向罩3之连接处的温度相一致,进而保证了内锅11有足够的热量且有效地烘炸食材。
如图1-2所示,机座2还内设有电源控制开关8以及一定时器9,该电源控制开关8与一控制电路相连接,该控制电路用于控制输送装置4、发热部5和温控器7工作,该定时器9电性连接于该控制电路中,该定时器9用于设定本发明的烘炸时间,使本发明更适合不同食材的烘炸需要,为使用者的使用提供了方便。
使用时,先将预先处理好的待烘炸食材放入锅体1之内锅11中,盖上锅盖14,电源控制开关8开启,选择烹饪模式,设定烘炸温度并启动本发明,此时,电机41启动,将空气从机座2底面之气体输入口22向上输送给发热部5,在电机41开启的同时,发热部5一并进入工作状态,配合隔热导向结构6,使空气源源不断向发热部5输送,并被加热,再传输到锅体1之外锅12中,被输送的热空气经外锅12和内锅11之间的间隙13向内锅11侧壁上之通气孔111输送,进入内锅11中,作用待烘炸食材,并经内锅11底部之通气孔111向外锅12排出,而电机41通过风叶42持续向锅体1内输送热空气,迫使排出外锅12的热空气与新补进的热空气汇合,又按照原先的进给路径输送,使热空气于锅体1之内锅11和外锅12之间循环流动,作用待烘炸食材,以达到烹饪食材的效果,需要说明的是,在烹饪过程中,被烹饪之食材多余的水分形成水蒸气,通过锅盖14之透气孔141排出,以更好地保证食材的烘炸效果,另外,使用者还可根据需要通过定时器9对不同的食材进行烹饪定时,以适应各种食材的烘炸需要,为使用者烹饪提供了方便。
以上所述仅是对本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,故在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或装饰,均应落入本发明申请专利的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明为一种新型空气炸锅,其配合导向结构将空气输送到发热部件加热并将热空气输送到锅体底部,通过热空气对锅体进行加热,以烤炸食物,且使用安全,提高了烘炸食物的效率和质量,因此,它具有实用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型空气炸锅,包括锅体和机座,其特征在于:所述锅体底面设有连接孔,所述机座通过一导向罩与锅体之连接孔相连接,该机座与导向罩的连接端设有输送装置,该输送装置用于将已加热的空气输送到锅体并加热锅体,该输送装置的空气输送端设有发热部,且该发热部与输送装置电性连接,于该发热部上设有隔热导向结构,该隔热导向结构用于为引导空气向发热部输送形成导向通道并保护发热装置,该发热部与一温控器相连接,该温控器用于在工作时适时控制发热管发热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述锅体由内锅以及套设于内锅外部的外锅组成,该内锅用于装盛待烹饪食材,该内锅与外锅均开口结构,内锅与外锅之间形成有间隙,该间隙用于热空气从下向上进入内锅,于内锅的开口处侧壁上和底面均设有若干通气孔,该两处之通气孔相互形成气循环通道,该外锅的开口处设有锅盖,该锅盖边缘设有透气孔,该透气孔用于排除食物在烹饪时排出的水份,该锅盖中心设有一透明窗,该透明窗用于观察食材的烘炸情况,该外锅外壁上还设有把手,该把手用于方便使用者移动锅体。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述连接孔设于该外锅的底面中心处并内凹于锅体之外锅,于外锅之底面形成接油槽,该接油槽用于接盛内锅内被烹饪食材流出的油液,该连接孔的形状与导向罩之连接端之形状相一致,且该连接孔与导向罩的连接端紧密配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述机座与导向罩的连接端凸设一通孔,该导向罩对应该通孔设有连接口,该连接口与通孔相连接,其中,该机座底面设有气体输入口,该气体输入口用于配合输送装置向发热部输送空气。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或4所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述输送装置包括一设于机座内的电机以及一设于电机之转轴上的风叶,该电机之转轴经机座之通孔处伸入锅体之外锅中,所述发热部设于机座之通孔处且套设在电机的转轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述发热部为一发热管,该发热部呈螺旋锥形结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述隔热导向结构由设于发热部内侧的内隔热罩与设于发热部外部的外隔热罩组成,该内隔热罩用于为输送装置隔热,该外隔热罩用于为机座隔热,该内隔热罩与外隔热罩之间形成导向通道,该导向通道用于配合输送装置将空气向发热部引导。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述温控器连接有热敏探头,该热敏探头延伸到导向罩与锅体之连接端处,该热敏探头用于感应导向罩与锅体之连接端处的适时温度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述机座还内设有电源控制开关以及一定时器,该电源控制开关与一控制电路相连接,该控制电路用于控制输送装置、发热部和温控器工作,该定时器电性连接于该控制电路中。
