Definitions
- the present invention relates to a heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet and a heat absorbing / dissipating member, and more specifically, is suitable as a material for a housing of a device serving as a heat source such as an electronic component or an electrical component, and has excellent heat absorbing / dissipating properties and workability.
- the present invention relates to a steel plate and a heat absorbing / dissipating member constituted thereby.
- the internal temperature of the housing (case) that houses the electronic and electrical components tends to increase.
- the internal temperature is high, there is a problem that the product life is shortened due to failure of the electronic and electrical components and malfunction.
- a method for suppressing the rise in the internal temperature of the casing by absorbing heat at the inner surface of the casing and dissipating heat at the outer surface by producing the casing with a material having excellent heat absorption and radiation characteristics is being studied.
- a material excellent in the heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics for example, a coated steel sheet having a steel sheet and a coating film containing a pigment or a resin having excellent heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics disposed on the surface thereof is known (for example, patents). Reference 1 and 2).
- the coated steel sheet is manufactured by applying and baking a paint to which an additive or a resin is added so as to have a predetermined emissivity. For this reason, it tends to be expensive. Further, when the coated steel sheet is processed, the coating film is peeled off and the substrate (for example, the plating layer or the steel substrate in the steel sheet) is exposed, and there is a concern that the heat absorption and radiation characteristics of the exposed part may be deteriorated. The Furthermore, since the coating material uses a large amount of volatile organic compound (VOC), there is a concern about the influence on the environment.

- “Radiation” is one way of transmitting heat. This is a phenomenon in which heat moves as electromagnetic waves. It is known that when heat is incident on an object, part is reflected, part is transmitted, and part is absorbed. Since the heat incident on the steel plate is hardly transmitted, a part of the heat incident on the steel plate is substantially reflected and the rest is absorbed.
- excellent heat absorption / dissipation characteristics means “heat is easily absorbed” and “electromagnetic waves are easily absorbed”.
- An oxide or hydroxide having lattice defects has an energy level equal to or lower than the band gap, and easily absorbs and emits electromagnetic waves. Therefore, it is easy to absorb and dissipate heat.
- the oxides and hydroxides are generally hard and brittle. For this reason, when the oxide or hydroxide layer is formed on the surface of the steel sheet, the formed layer is easily peeled off by processing. Further, even when the oxide or hydroxide layer is formed on a steel plate having pits formed on the surface by shot blasting or etching, the layer is likely to fall off by subsequent processing.
- the present inventors studied to give the plating layer an oxide or hydroxide having a lattice defect by performing some kind of treatment on the plated steel sheet.
- the present inventors have found a method of changing a part of the metal in the hot-dip plated layer to an oxide or hydroxide having lattice defects by performing a treatment in which a Zn-based hot-dip steel sheet is brought into contact with water vapor.
- An oxide or hydroxide layer having lattice defects can be formed by performing the above-described treatment on a normal hot-dip Zn-plated steel sheet or electric Zn-plated steel sheet.
- the present inventors have performed the above-described steam treatment on the hot-dip Zn—Al—Mg alloy-plated steel sheet, so that the plated steel sheet is part of the oxide or hydroxide even after processing. Was found to have good processability without peeling.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate according to the present embodiment includes a steel plate and a hot dipped plating layer.
- steel sheet Various steel plates can be used as the steel plate.
- the steel plate include low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, steel carbon steel, alloy steel, high strength steel plate and stainless steel.
- the steel plate is preferably a deep drawing steel plate, examples of which include low-carbon Ti-added steel and low-carbon Nb-added steel.
- the said steel plate may be electroplated before the said hot dipping is performed for reasons, such as the metal-plating improvement of the said steel plate. Examples of the electroplating include plating of Ni or Fe.
- the hot-dip plating layer is disposed on one surface or both surfaces of the steel plate.
- the hot-dip plating layer contains Zn, Al, and Mg.
- the Al content in the hot dipped layer is 1.0 to 22.0 mass%.
- the Mg content in the hot-dip plating layer is 1.3 to 10.0% by mass.
- the content of Zn in the hot-dip plating layer may be the remaining, for example, 68 to 97.7% by mass.
- the hot-dip plated layer has a lamellar eutectic structure. Since the hot-dip plated layer has a lamellar eutectic structure, the later-described oxide or hydroxide portion is prevented from being peeled off from the hot-dip heat-dissipating steel sheet even after the heat absorbing and radiating steel sheet is processed.
- the hot-dip plated layer usually has a lamellar ternary eutectic structure of Al—Zn—Zn 2 Mg.
- the hot-dip plated layer only needs to have another lamellar eutectic structure as long as peeling of the oxide or hydroxide portion is prevented, and Al—Zn or Zn—Zn 2 Mg Or a binary eutectic structure such as Zn 11 Mg 2 instead of Zn 2 Mg.
- the Zn 11 Mg 2 phase can be formed according to conditions such as the cooling rate of the molten metal during the production of the hot dipped layer.
- the hot-dip plated layer may further contain other metals or inorganic components other than Zn, Al, and Mg as long as the effects of the present embodiment can be obtained.
- the hot-dip plating layer may further contain 2.0% by mass or less of Si, may further contain 0.1% by mass or less of Ti, or 0.045% by mass or less.
- B may be further contained.
- the hot-dip plated layer may further contain up to approximately 2.0% by mass of Fe.
- the thickness of the hot-dip plating layer can be determined within a range in which the effect of the present embodiment can be obtained, and is preferably 3 to 100 ⁇ m, for example.
- the thickness of the hot-dip plated layer is less than 3 ⁇ m, scratches that reach the steel plate are likely to occur during handling of the hot-dip plated steel plate, so that the corrosion resistance may be lowered.
- the thickness of the hot dip plating layer is more than 100 ⁇ m, the hot dip plating layer and the steel plate are easily separated from each other at the processed portion of the heat absorbing and radiating steel plate because the hot dip plating layer and the steel plate have different ductility when compressed.
- the thickness of the hot dip plated steel sheet is more preferably 3 to 50 ⁇ m and even more preferably 3 to 30 ⁇ m from the viewpoint of preventing the above-described deterioration in corrosion resistance and peeling of the hot dip plated layer.
- the hot-dip plating layer contains one or both of oxides and hydroxides having lattice defects.
- the oxide or hydroxide is distributed in a lamellar manner in the hot-dip plating layer.
- “in the hot-dip plating layer” includes both the surface of the hot-dip plating layer and the inside of the hot-dip plating layer.
- oxide etc. One or both of the oxide and hydroxide having the lattice defect (hereinafter also referred to as “oxide etc.”) are produced by bringing the hot-dip plated steel sheet into contact with water vapor.
- the oxide or the like is, for example, one or more oxides or hydroxides selected from the group consisting of Zn, Al, and Mg.
- the oxides and the like can be identified by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) or X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ESCA, XPS) analysis. Since the oxide or the like is a reaction product of the metal component in the hot-dip plating layer and water vapor, it is considered that the hot-dip plating layer contains both oxide and hydroxide. . Moreover, metal ions, such as the said oxide, originate in the metal component in the said hot dipping layer. The fact that the hot-dip plating layer contains the oxide or the like substantially means that any oxide and hydroxide of Zn, Al, and Mg are present in the hot-dip plating layer.

- the alternate long and short dash line represents OZn
- the black solid line represents OAl
- the black broken line represents OMg.
- the measurement conditions are such that Ga + is used as the primary ion species, the primary acceleration voltage is 15 kV, and the primary ion current is 0.6 nA.
- the raster area is 20 ⁇ m ⁇ 20 ⁇ m, and the measurement range is 0.5 to 2000 m / z.
- the “secondary ion intensity” in FIGS. 1 and 2 represents the number of secondary ions detected in 30 seconds
- “sputtering time” is the sputtering time. That means
- Both the plated steel sheet 3 and the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet 3 are oxidized by the atmosphere at the surface of the hot-dip plated layer and in the vicinity thereof (also referred to as “surface layer”), and are derived from secondary ions and hydroxides derived from oxides. Both secondary ions are detected. However, secondary ions are not detected in the hot dipped layer before the steam treatment in the hot dipped layer (also referred to as “lower layer”) rather than the surface layer. That is, in the lower layer of the hot dip plating layer, neither oxide nor hydroxide is present, and it is shown that all are in a metal state (FIGS. 1A and 2A). However, OAl in FIG. 2A is also detected in the lower layer.
- Al is a metal having a higher ionization efficiency than Zn and Mg, it is considered that the strength is increased even in the lower layer. Further, the present inventors have found that OZn and OMg are not substantially present in the lower layer and that the strength in FIG. 2A is sufficiently low compared to those in FIG. 2B described later for Zn and Mg. Believes that the detection of Al in the lower layer is due to measurement errors and does not indicate the presence of oxide.
- both secondary ions of oxide and hydroxide are detected in the lower layer.
- the OAl in FIG. 2B clearly shows a higher strength than that in FIG. 2A, and therefore the presence of an oxide of Al can be confirmed. It can be seen that the oxide has a large number of secondary ions derived from the oxide of Al, and the hydroxide has a large number of secondary ions derived from the hydroxide of Mg (FIGS. 1B and 2B).

- ⁇ indicates Zn 2 Mg
- ⁇ indicates ZnO
- ⁇ indicates Zn (OH) 2
- ⁇ indicates Zn
- ⁇ indicates Al
- ⁇ indicates Each represents Fe.
- the peak intensities of Zn, Zn 2 Mg, and Al are recognized before the steam treatment (plated steel sheet 3). However, after the steam treatment (absorbing and dissipating steel plate 3), the peak intensities thereof are decreased, and the peak intensities of ZnO and Zn (OH) 2 are increased instead. From the change in the peak intensity, it can be confirmed that oxides and hydroxides are generated in the hot-dip plating layer by the steam treatment.
- the peaks of Al and Mg oxides are likely to be broad and difficult to judge. Even in that case, these can be determined by the above-described TOF-SIMS or ESCA.
- oxides of Al and Mg are subjected to element mapping in the cross section of the heat absorbing and radiating steel plate using an electron beam microanalyzer (EPMA) and the like, and are determined from the distribution of each metal component and oxygen in the cross section. It is also possible.
- EPMA electron beam microanalyzer
- FIG. 4A is a diagram showing an ESR spectrum of the hot-dip plated layer of the plated steel sheet 3 in the example
- FIG. 4B is a diagram showing an ESR spectrum of the hot-dip plated layer of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate 3 in the example.
- the horizontal axis represents the magnetic flux density (mT) and the g factor (symbol: g), and the vertical axis represents the strength.
- the ESR response When comparing the ESR response before and after the steam treatment, the ESR response is recognized only after the steam treatment. Therefore, it can be determined that the oxide or the like generated by the steam treatment has lattice defects.
- the cause of the lattice defect is not necessarily clear, but because it is a reaction with water vapor, Zn, Al, and Mg are substituted with each oxide or hydroxide or arranged as an interstitial atom, or This is probably because oxygen-deficient oxides or hydroxides of Zn, Al, and Mg are generated.
- Whether the distribution is lamellar or not can be determined by observing a cross-sectional structure with an optical microscope or a scanning electron microscope. For example, when observed from a cross section, the metal is observed as a whitish portion, and the oxide or the like is observed as a gray portion or a darker portion.
- FIG. FIG. 5 is an optical micrograph of a cross section of the heat absorbing and radiating steel plate 3 in the example.
- the amount of the oxide or the like can be determined by measuring the area of the corresponding portion by observing the cross-sectional structure with an optical microscope. Specifically, the area of a portion such as an oxide in the field of view for an arbitrary length of 20 mm in the cross section of the heat absorbing and radiating steel plate is calculated. As described above, the oxide or the like has a gray to black color, and the calculation of the part can be performed, for example, by image processing of the part.
- the area of the oxide or the like in the visual field for 20 mm is preferably 0.01 mm 2 or more. When the area is less than 0.01 mm 2, the amount of the oxide or the like in the hot-dip plating layer may be insufficient.
- the upper limit of the area depends on the thickness of the hot-dip plating layer. For this reason, it is necessary to judge by the ratio with the thickness of a hot dipping layer.
- the ratio of the area of the oxide or the like to the area of the hot-dip plated layer in the cross section is preferably 95% or less.
- the area ratio is more than 95%, when the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet is processed more precisely or complicatedly, there is a possibility that a portion such as the oxide falls off from the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet.
- the area ratio is calculated, for example, by calculating the area of a portion other than the oxide or the like in the hot-dip plating layer in the cross section, and the portion other than the oxide or the like in the hot-dip plating layer and the portion of the oxide or the like (The area of the entire hot-dip plating layer in the above cross section), and the area of the oxide or the like is divided by the area of the entire plating layer and multiplied by 100.
- the emissivity of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet is 0.4 or more.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet are derived from the oxides and hydroxides, and are adjusted based on their amounts, for example.
- the emissivity can be measured by, for example, an emissometer (for example, D and S AERD manufactured by Kyoto Electronics Industry Co., Ltd.).
- the emissivity can be appropriately determined from the use of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet. For example, if the emissivity is less than 0.4, the heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics as a material for the heat absorbing / dissipating member are insufficient. Sometimes.
- the emissivity is preferably 0.5 or more, and more preferably 0.6 or more, from the viewpoint of realizing higher heat absorption / dissipation characteristics.
- Al, Zn, or Zn 2 Mg may be precipitated as the primary crystal.
- the primary crystal portion is observed in the same manner as the oxide portion in the cross-sectional observation, and shows a distribution different from the lamellar shape.
- the presence of the primary crystal is not substantially a problem in the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet, and the primary crystal is rather a path for promoting oxidation inside the hot-dip plated layer. As a result, the manufacturing time of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet is likely to be shortened.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet may have a further configuration as long as the effects of the present embodiment can be obtained.
- a plated steel sheet may be subjected to a chemical conversion treatment for the purpose of rust prevention, scratch resistance improvement, slipperiness improvement during processing, and thus may have a chemical conversion coating.
- the heat absorbing and radiating steel plate may further have the chemical conversion treatment film.
- the chemical conversion treatment film may be any of an organic film, an inorganic film, and an organic-inorganic composite film.
- the heat-absorbing and heat-dissipating steel plate may further have a clear coating.
- these films and coating films may contain chromate, or may be chromium-free containing substantially no chromate. Further, the film and the coating film may be formed before the steam treatment of the hot-dip plated steel sheet or may be formed after the steam treatment.
- the thickness of the film or coating film is preferably 15 ⁇ m or less from the viewpoint of sufficiently bringing the hot-dip plating layer into contact with water vapor.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet can be manufactured, for example, by preparing a hot dip plated steel sheet and subjecting the hot dip plated steel sheet to steam treatment.
- the hot dip galvanized steel sheet is, for example, a molten metal having Al of 1.0 to 22.0 mass%, Mg of 1.3 to 10.0 mass%, and the balance being substantially Zn (Manufactured by a hot dipping method using an alloy plating bath).
- the hot dipping layer may be formed on one surface of the steel plate or on both surfaces.
- the hot dip plated steel sheet usually has a lamellar ternary eutectic structure of Al—Zn—Zn 2 Mg in the hot dip plated layer.
- the ternary eutectic structure can be made into a structure having a lamellar oxide or the like having a lattice defect.
- the oxides and the like are distributed in a lamellar form on the micro order, and as a result, are difficult to peel off even after the hot dip plated steel sheet is processed.
- the hot-dip plated steel sheet has a micro Al—Zn—Zn 2 Mg ternary eutectic structure
- the formation reaction of oxides and the like having lattice defects due to the steam treatment described later is less than that of other steel sheets. Complete quickly and quickly.
- the cause of this is not necessarily clear, but because Al, Zn, and Zn 2 Mg are finely distributed, it may be caused by the promotion of oxidation of each metal component due to the potential difference between the metal components.
- the present inventors have inferred.
- the hot-dip plated steel sheet has, for example, a temperature of the alloy plating bath of 400 ° C., cooling after hot dipping is an air cooling system, and an average cooling rate from the temperature of the alloy plating bath to solidification of the hot-dip plating layer is 10 ° C./second. By adjusting the degree, it can be produced as a hot-dip Zn—Al—Mg alloy-plated steel sheet.
- the hot-dip plated steel sheet is brought into contact with water vapor to change a part of the metal component in the hot-dip plating layer into an oxide or hydroxide having lattice defects.
- the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere is adjusted to be lower than the normal concentration in the atmosphere from the viewpoint of uniformly generating a reaction for obtaining the oxide or the like. This is presumably because when oxygen is large, the generation of oxides and hydroxides having no lattice defects is promoted. Therefore, the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere in the steam treatment is preferably 13% or less.
- a sealed container or a semi-sealed container that can be held in a state where the pressure inside the container is raised for the steam treatment.
- a semi-hermetic container is a container that can maintain its internal pressure higher than atmospheric pressure by supplying water vapor. Specifically, it is a container to which more water vapor is constantly or appropriately supplied than leaks.
- the treatment temperature of the steam treatment is preferably 50 to 350 ° C.
- the reaction rate is extremely reduced, and productivity may be reduced.
- the treatment temperature is higher than 350 ° C., the speed of the reaction becomes extremely fast, but the alloying of the hot-dip plating layer and the steel sheet proceeds in the temperature rising process, and the lamellar structure in the hot-dip plating layer May collapse, and as a result, the yield may be extremely reduced.
- the treatment temperature is more preferably 105 to 200 ° C.
- the relative humidity in the steam treatment atmosphere is preferably 30 to 100%.
- the rate of the reaction may be extremely reduced, and productivity may be reduced.
- the treatment time for the water vapor treatment is appropriately set according to the treatment temperature and relative humidity, the composition of the hot dip plating layer, and the like.
- the treatment time can be appropriately determined from the range of 0.017 to 120 hours.
- the shape of the hot dip plated steel sheet to be subjected to the steam treatment can be appropriately determined within a range where the steam treatment is sufficiently performed.
- the hot dip galvanized steel sheet to be subjected to the steam treatment can be any of the coiled galvanized steel sheet, the cut plate shaped hot dip plated steel sheet, and a product after the hot dip plated steel sheet is processed.
- the hot dip plated steel plates are in contact with each other, it is preferable to arrange a spacer between the hot dip plated steel plates from the viewpoint of sufficiently bringing the hot dip plated layer into contact with the water vapor. Examples of the spacer include a nonwoven fabric, a mesh-like resin, and a metal wire.
- the above-mentioned heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet can be manufactured only by using water vapor in the hot dip plated steel sheet. Therefore, according to such a manufacturing method, it is possible to significantly reduce the burden on the environment as compared with the case where VOC is used, and it is possible to manufacture a steel sheet that is low in cost and excellent in heat absorption and radiation characteristics.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating member according to the present embodiment is composed of the above-described heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating member may be composed only of the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate, or may include other components than the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate as long as excellent heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics are exhibited by the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate. Also good.
- Examples of the other configuration include an adhesive for bonding the heat-absorbing and radiating steel plate and a brazing for welding.
- the adhesive preferably has heat conductivity, like an adhesive containing a heat conductive filler, from the viewpoint of enhancing the heat absorption and radiation characteristics.
- Examples of the heat absorbing / dissipating member include an object produced by processing the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate, mechanical joining using bolts and nuts, caulking, or the like, adhesion, and welding.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating member can be manufactured by processing the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate, but can also be manufactured by subjecting the processed product of the hot dip plated steel plate to the steam treatment.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating member by any of the manufacturing methods has excellent heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics by the above-described heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating member has excellent heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics due to the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate. Therefore, the heat absorbing / dissipating member is preferably a member that requires at least one of heat absorption and heat dissipation.
- the heat-absorbing / dissipating member is a housing for electronic and electrical parts, it absorbs heat generated from the electronic and electrical parts inside the casing well and releases the heat to the outside of the casing well. . Therefore, an increase in the internal temperature of the casing is suppressed.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate is a heat absorbing / dissipating steel plate having a steel plate and a hot-dip plated layer disposed on the surface of the steel plate and having an emissivity of 0.4 or more.
- the hot-dip plated layer is composed of Zn, 1.0 to 22.0% by mass of Al, 1.3 to 10.0% by mass of Mg, and lamellar oxides having lattice defects.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet has no deterioration in heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics due to processing, has excellent heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics without substantially containing an organic compound, and is excellent in workability.
- the oxide or the hydroxide is one or more oxides or hydroxides selected from the group consisting of Zn, Al, and Mg. is there.

- the wetting process was performed by leaving it for 2 hours in an environment of an air temperature of 50 ° C. and a relative humidity of 95%.
- the weight of the obtained processed product is measured, a value ⁇ W obtained by subtracting the weight after processing from the original weight is obtained, and the ⁇ W is divided by 0.00785 m 2 (surface area of the plate sample) to obtain a plating layer per unit area
- the peel amount (Ws) of the oxide layer was determined. Then, the case where the release amount of 0.02 g / m 2 or less "A”, when the case of 0.02 g / m 2 Ultra and 0.05 g / m 2 or less "B", of 0.05 g / m 2 greater was determined as “C”. 0.05 g / m 2 or less was regarded as acceptable.
- Table 4 shows the oxide area A1, the area ratio R A , the emissivity ⁇ 2, the in-apparatus temperature T2, the cycle number Cy, the peel amount Ws, and the determination results thereof in the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates 1 to 10.
- Table 5 shows the oxide area A1, the area ratio R A , the emissivity ⁇ 2, the in-apparatus temperature T2, the cycle number Cy, the peel amount Ws, and the determination results thereof in the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates 11 to 23.
- Table 6 shows the oxide area A1, the area ratio R A , the emissivity ⁇ 2, the in-apparatus temperature T2, the cycle number Cy, the peel amount Ws, and the determination results thereof in the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates C1 to C7.
- each of the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates 1 to 23 has a sufficient and appropriate amount of oxide in the plating layer, and has sufficient heat absorbing and radiating properties, corrosion resistance and workability. is doing.
- the heat-absorbing and radiating steel plates C1 to C7 are insufficient in at least one of the heat-absorbing and radiating properties, corrosion resistance, and workability.
- the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates C1, C3, and C5 have insufficient corrosion resistance. This is considered because the content of Al or Mg in the hot dip plating layer is outside the proper range.
- the heat-absorbing / dissipating steel plate C5 has insufficient workability.
- the reason is considered as follows. That is, since the contents of both Al and Mg in the hot-dipped layer are outside the proper range, the oxide or hydroxide is dispersed almost uniformly in the hot-dipped layer, resulting in a lamellar shape. Not distributed. Therefore, in the hot dip plated layer of the heat-absorbing and radiating steel plate C5 after the steam treatment, oxidation proceeds in layers from the surface layer in the depth direction, oxides of molten metal are unevenly distributed only on the surface layer, and unoxidized molten metal is present in the lower layer. It has a two-layer structure that exists. Thus, since the brittle oxide layer was concentrated only on the surface layer of the hot-dip plated layer, it is considered that the workability in the cylindrical drawing of the heat-absorbing and heat-dissipating steel sheet was lowered.
- the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates C2 and C4 were not able to obtain beautiful plating, and their workability was greatly reduced. This is presumably because the amount of oxide (dross) generated on the surface of the plating bath (molten metal) increases when the hot-dip plated steel sheet is manufactured, and the dross adheres to the surface of the hot-dip plated layer.
- the emissivity was less than 0.40, and the heat absorbing and radiating characteristics were insufficient. This is thought to be because the hot-dip plated layer of the hot-dip steel sheet was not brought into contact with water vapor.
- the heat absorbing and radiating steel plates 1 to 23 are excellent in all of the heat absorbing and radiating properties, corrosion resistance and workability.
- the heat absorbing / dissipating steel sheet according to the present invention is excellent in both workability and heat absorbing / dissipating characteristics. For this reason, for example, it is useful as a material for members that require both heat absorption and heat dissipation, such as home appliances, automotive products, building roofing materials, and exterior materials.
Abstract
