Description
(回転電機の構造)
図1~図7を参照して、第1実施形態による回転電機100の構造について説明する。
図3~図6を参照して、第1同芯巻コイル41~第4同芯巻コイル44について説明する。図4では、U相の同芯巻コイル40のうち、U相の第1同芯巻コイル41および第2同芯巻コイル42が示されている。また、図4(a)では、スロット21と、スロット21に配置される第1同芯巻コイル41および第2同芯巻コイル42とが示されている。また、図4(b)では、磁極70の中心(二点鎖線)と、磁極70の中心(A1、A2)に対するコイル中心(C11、C12)および接続中心(C21、C22)の位置が示されている。なお、「接続中心」は「接続された2つのコイル中心の中心」でもある。また、図4(c)では、スロット21に配置される平角導線より形成された第1同芯巻コイル41および第2同芯巻コイル42が示されている。また、図4(c)では、スロット21に対する永久磁石11の位置関係が示されている。また、図4(c)のスロット21の番号は、スロット番号を表している。また、図5では、U相の同芯巻コイル40のうち、U相の第3同芯巻コイル43および第4同芯巻コイル44が示されている。
また、V相の同芯巻コイル50、および、W相の同芯巻コイル60は、U相の同芯巻コイル40と同様の構成を有する。すなわち、第1実施形態では、V相の同芯巻コイル50の第1同芯巻コイル51および第3同芯巻コイル53は、コイル中心が磁極70の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、第2同芯巻コイル52および第4同芯巻コイル54は、コイル中心が磁極70の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置する。また、W相の同芯巻コイル60の第1同芯巻コイル61および第3同芯巻コイル63は、コイル中心が磁極70の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、第2同芯巻コイル62および第4同芯巻コイル64は、コイル中心が磁極70の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置する。
第1実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。なお、以下では、U相の同芯巻コイル40についての効果を記載しているが、V相の同芯巻コイル50、および、W相の同芯巻コイル60についても同様の効果を奏する。
図2および図8~図10を参照して、第2実施形態による回転電機200の構造について説明する。第2実施形態の回転電機200は、同一の第1磁極71の一方側と他方側とにコイル中心C11およびC12が位置する第1同芯巻コイル41と第2同芯巻コイル42とが互いに直列に接続されていた上記第1実施形態と異なり、第1磁極71の一方側にコイル中心C31が位置する第1同芯巻コイル141と第1磁極71に隣接する第2磁極72の他方側にコイル中心C32が位置する第2同芯巻コイル142とが互いに直列に接続されている。
図8および図9に示すように、U相の同芯巻コイル140の第1同芯巻コイル141のコイル中心C31は、第1磁極71の中心A1に対して周方向の一方側(X1方向側)に位置する。また、第2同芯巻コイル142のコイル中心C32は、第1磁極71に隣接する第2磁極72の中心A2に対して周方向の他方側(X2方向側)に位置している。
第2実施形態では、以下のような効果を得ることができる。なお、以下では、U相の同芯巻コイル140についての効果を記載しているが、V相の同芯巻コイル150、および、W相の同芯巻コイル160についても同様の効果を奏する。
なお、今回開示された実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した実施形態の説明ではなく特許請求の範囲によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更(変形例)が含まれる。

- 永久磁石が設けられるロータコアと、
前記ロータコアと半径方向に対向するように配置され、複数のスロットが設けられるステータコアと、
前記ステータコアの前記スロットに配置され、導線が同芯巻きされた同芯巻コイルとを備え、
前記同芯巻コイルは、同相の、互いに直列に接続された第1同芯巻コイルおよび第2同芯巻コイルと、互いに直列に接続された第3同芯巻コイルおよび第4同芯巻コイルとを含み、
前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第2同芯巻コイルと、前記第3同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルとは、互いに並列に接続されており、
前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第3同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第2同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置する、回転電機。 - 前記第1同芯巻コイル、前記第2同芯巻コイル、前記第3同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルは、各々、導線が同芯巻された複数のコイル部分と、前記コイル部分同士を接続する接続部とを含み、
前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第3同芯巻コイルの各々の前記接続部における接続中心は、前記磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、
前記第2同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルの各々の前記接続部における接続中心は、前記磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置する、請求項1に記載の回転電機。 - 前記コイル部分と前記接続部との組が、周方向に沿って複数組配置されている、請求項2に記載の回転電機。
- 前記第1同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、第1磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第2同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第1磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置しており、
前記第3同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第1磁極に隣接する第2磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第4同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第2磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置している、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記第1同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、第1磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第2同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第1磁極に隣接する第2磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置しており、
前記第3同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第2磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第4同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記第1磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置している、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記永久磁石は、前記ロータコアの周方向に沿って略等角度間隔に複数設けられている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
- 前記同芯巻コイルは、3相の同芯巻コイルを含み、
前記3相の同芯巻コイルのそれぞれが、互いに直列に接続された前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第2同芯巻コイルと、互いに直列に接続された前記第3同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルとを含み、
前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第2同芯巻コイルと、前記第3同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルとは、互いに並列に接続されており、
前記第1同芯巻コイルおよび前記第3同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記磁極の中心に対して周方向の一方側に位置するとともに、前記第2同芯巻コイルおよび前記第4同芯巻コイルのコイル中心は、前記磁極の中心に対して周方向の他方側に位置する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記同芯巻コイルは、3相の同芯巻コイルを含み、前記3相の同芯巻コイルは、Y結線されている、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
