Claims (7)
- エレベータのかごに設けられ、当該かごの走行中に当該かごの内部で発生した音声の入力を受ける音声入力部と、
前記音声入力部に入力された音声に基づいて階床を認識する音声認識部と、
前記音声認識部により認識された階床に基づいて行先階を判定する行先階判定部と、
当該かごの走行中に前記行先階判定部により判定された行先階が停止可能階床か否かを判定する停止可能階床判定部と、
前記停止可能階床判定部により当該行先階が停止可能階床であると判定された場合に、当該かごの走行中に当該かごに対して当該行先階に対応した呼びを登録する呼び登録部と、
を備えたエレベータの制御システム。 - 前記呼び登録部は、前記停止可能階床判定部により当該行先階が停止可能階床でないと判定された場合に、当該かごに対して登録されている全ての呼びに当該かごが応答した後に当該かごに対して当該行先階に対応した呼びを登録する請求項1に記載のエレベータの制御システム。
- 当該かごに対して登録されている全ての呼びに当該かごが応答した後に当該かごに対して当該行先階に対応した呼びが登録された後に当該かごの進行方向の新規の乗場呼びが登録された場合に、当該かご以外のかごに当該新規の乗場呼びを割り当てる群管理装置、
を備えた請求項2に記載のエレベータの制御システム。 - 当該かごに対して登録されている全ての呼びのうちの最終の呼びに当該かごが応答した場合に、当該かごの走行方向が反転することを当該最終の呼びに対応した階床の乗場において報知する報知装置、
を備えた請求項3に記載のエレベータの制御システム。 - 当該かごに対して登録されている全ての呼びに当該かごが応答した後に当該かごに対して当該行先階に対応した呼びが登録された場合に、当該かごが当該行先階に到着するまでの第1応答時間を推定する応答時間推定部、
を備え、
前記呼び登録部は、当該かごが停止できる最寄階で利用者が当該かごから降りて他のかごに乗り換えた場合において当該行先階に到着するまでの第2応答時間よりも前記応答時間推定部により推定された第1応答時間が長い場合に、当該かごに対して当該かごが停止できる最寄階の呼びを登録する請求項3または請求項4に記載のエレベータの制御システム。 - 前記群管理装置は、当該かごが停止できる最寄階で利用者が当該かごから降りて他のかごに乗り換えた場合において当該行先階に到着するまでの第2応答時間よりも前記応答時間推定部により推定された第1応答時間が長い場合に、当該他のかごに対して当該最寄階の呼びと当該行先階の呼びとを登録する請求項5に記載のエレベータの制御システム。
- 当該かごが停止できる最寄階で利用者が当該かごから降りて他のかごに乗り換えた場合において当該行先階に到着するまでの第2応答時間よりも前記応答時間推定部により推定された第1応答時間が長い場合に、当該行先階に行くことを希望する利用者に対して当該かごが停止できる最寄階で降りて当該他のかごに乗り換えることを促す情報を報知する報知部、
を備えた請求項6に記載のエレベータの制御システム。
