Definitions
- the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock having a Gesper- re with a catch and at least one pawl and an operating lever, wherein by means of the actuating lever, the locking mechanism is at least indirectly unlocked and a locking device, whereby by means of the locking device of the actuating lever disengaged from the locking is.
- Motor vehicle door locks are used for closing doors, flaps or hoods in a motor vehicle. For example, when it is common in passenger cars to use a door latch, it will change if, for example, the size of the door exceeds a certain size. To ensure that even large doors in each area of the door opening are properly closed, there may be a need to use two or more door locks to properly close the door.
- sliding doors can cause a second motor vehicle door lock.
- a plurality of door locks are used when the door has a large height.
- Main and auxiliary locks are arranged such that at each point of the door opening a sufficient closing force is available to hold the door in its closed position, to stabilize the motor vehicle and to provide a sufficient closing force to the door against the door - Seal to seal. If, for example, the door is moved and positioned against the door seal profile during closing in the area of the hinges, so that a sufficient sealing area is provided in the area of the hinges. pressure is generated to seal the door, it must be applied in the area of the motor vehicle door lock this force through the motor vehicle door lock or the door seal to be placed in order to position the door sealing in this area. If the door has a high height, for example, then it may be necessary to use one, two or more secondary locks in addition to the main lock in order to generate corresponding positioning forces which seal the door circumferentially.
- An example of a sliding door with a main lock and a number of secondary locks is known from DE 10 2006 020 344 A1.
- the sliding door is disclosed there by way of example with a main lock and a plurality of secondary locks.
- a common control unit and separate transmission means can act on all locking systems, such as the main lock and secondary locks, in order to actuate or activate and / or deactivate them.
- An actuation of the locking systems is carried out as usual, for example via an outside door handle or a door handle, but can also be done without contact via a sensor. Based on the actuators, the locks can then be activated or deactivated and / or the locking or locking functions can be influenced.
- a generic motor vehicle door lock is known from DE 10 2009 051 432 A1.
- the motor vehicle door lock has a ratchet consisting of a catch and at least one pawl, wherein the catch can be brought into engagement with a lock holder and the pawl locks the ratchet in the closed state of the door.
- a clutch lever is connected via a pin with the pawl, so that in an appropriate orientation of the clutch lever and an actuation of the clutch lever in this example via an actuating lever is actuated, so that the locking mechanism is unlocked.
- the clutch lever serves as a clutch between pawl and operating lever. In addition to the triggering, that is unlocking the locking mechanism, the clutch lever has another function.
- the invention has for its object to improve a motor vehicle door lock such that an attached to the motor vehicle door lock additional lock also to provide with additional functions and in particular a comfort function.
- a motor vehicle door lock comprising a Gesper- re, with a catch and at least one pawl and an actuating lever, wherein by means of the actuating lever, the locking mechanism is at least indirectly unlocked and a locking device, wherein by means of the locking device, the actuating lever can be brought out of engagement with the locking mechanism, and wherein a further motor vehicle door lock is provided and the further motor vehicle door lock can be actuated by means of the actuating lever and the actuating lever chain can be disengaged from the further motor vehicle lock by means of the locking device.
- the operating lever chain by means of the Main lock existing locking device disengaged from the operating lever, so that an actuation of the operating lever does not unlock the locking mechanism of the main lock as well as the secondary lock. If the locking device brings the actuating lever out of engagement with the locking mechanism, according to the invention the locking lever can simultaneously interrupt the actuating lever chain to the additional lock, so that a locked state for the main lock and secondary lock can be achieved.
- a rotary latch is hereby included, which is preferably rotatably mounted in the motor vehicle door lock and preferably can be brought into engagement with a lock holder. If the catch engages with the lock holder, then the at least one pawl fixes the catch in its position, so that the lock is locked.
- the actuating lever preferably by means of a cooperating with the actuating lever trip lever and / or clutch lever, the locked locking mechanism can be unlocked.
- the locking device interrupts the actuating lever chain to the locking mechanism.
- the further motor vehicle door lock in particular the additional lock, can also be unlocked by means of the actuating lever likewise by means of the actuating lever.
- the additional lock is also a motor vehicle door lock, which is equipped at least with a locking mechanism and an actuating lever. If now the operating lever of the main lock is disengaged from the actuating lever chain, this also prevents the locking mechanism of the auxiliary lock from being unlocked. Additional lock and main lock are locked.
- a second actuating lever is provided on the motor vehicle door lock, wherein the second actuating lever can be actuated by means of the first actuating lever and the further motor vehicle door lock can be actuated by means of the second actuating lever.
- a second operating lever it is possible to disengage the actuating lever chain not only with respect to the first actuating lever. Break, but the locking device also has the ability to intervene between the first and second operating lever in the operating lever chain.
- the second actuating lever can be arranged in an existing bearing in the main lock, so that no additional components for receiving the second operating lever are needed.
- the second operating lever can be mounted on an axis of the locking lever. More preferably, the axle for the second operating lever and the locking lever additionally stores a locking part, in particular the rotary latch.
- first and second actuating levers are connected by means of a coupling lever, this results in a further embodiment of the invention.
- the use of a coupling lever between the first and second actuating lever makes it possible in this case that the locking device can be designed in its original design, or only with very slight modifications and can only have, for example, an extension, so that the clutch lever disengaged from the second operating lever or alternatively can be brought with the first operating lever and thus can provide a locking function for the secondary lock.
- the use of existing components or largely existing components offers the advantage that it can be used on proven functions and a proven interaction of the components of the motor vehicle door lock and integrate only the connection of the additional lock and the extended function of a lock in the main lock.
- the locking device has at least one rotatably mounted locking lever. has.
- the use of a rotatably mounted locking lever makes it possible to use angular movements for a locking function.
- rotational movements in the motor vehicle door lock are easy to implement and, for example, can also be easily realized and generated structurally, for example, via a worm gear and a gear cooperating with the worm gear.
- a rotatably mounted locking lever also offers the possibility that on the one hand an electric motor drive and on the other hand further locking lever, such as an inner latch and an outer latch can act on the locking lever.
- the locking lever for example, be designed disc-shaped. At different points of the disc then different trigger or operating lever can act on the locking lever.
- also easily end stops or limitations can be arranged, since a disk-shaped structure allows a large number of points of engagement with the locking lever.
- a further embodiment of the invention results when, by means of the locking lever, the first operating lever can be brought out of engagement with a release lever and the clutch lever is disengaged from the second operating lever. If the first actuating lever and the clutch lever for actuating the second actuating lever are disengaged by means of the locking lever, the main lock and secondary lock can be locked with only one movement, preferably an angular movement or rotation, of the locking lever. This offers the advantage that on the one hand a locking or unlocking is easy to realize and In addition, the locking function can be provided quickly. In addition, only a means for actuating the locking lever is necessary to lock or unlock the main and secondary lock.
- an inner locking lever for example, an inner locking lever, an outer senvernageungs lever or, for example, an electric drive, all of which act on the locking lever, a locking and unlocking are triggered.
- the locking lever as a means for locking and unlocking the main and secondary lock, in turn, the number of required components can be kept low, which in turn has a positive effect on the manufacturing costs and the structural design.
- a positive and / or releasable connection between the second actuating lever and the clutch lever offers the possibility that on the one hand a secure connection between the clutch lever and the second operating lever can be realized, and also offers the possibility to make the locking and unlocking structurally favorable can.
- a contour may be formed on the clutch lever, which allows or prevents engagement of the second actuating lever depending on the position of the clutch lever.
- the clutch lever can be brought out of engagement with the second operating lever, for example, by a pivoting movement.
- combined positive and releasable connections between the clutch lever and the second operating lever are conceivable within the scope of the invention.
- a connection between the locking lever and the clutch lever results when the clutch lever has an extension and the extension is in engagement with the locking lever, so that a movement of the locking lever is transferable to the clutch lever.
- a Extension which, for example, positively engages in the existing locking lever, offers the advantage that the smallest possible or even no changes to the locking lever must be made in order to enable interaction between the clutch lever and the locking lever.
- An extension can be realized, for example, from a cylinder pin engaging in the locking lever.
- an interaction of a formed on the locking lever contour and an extension or recess in the clutch lever is conceivable.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention results when the extension cooperates elastically with the locking lever.
- a locking and unlocking by means of a suitable design of a coupling lever to the secondary lock or additional lock, it is possible by elastic connection between the locking lever and the clutch lever to provide a comfort function additional lock.
- a comfort function here means that in the case in which the motor vehicle lock is locked, that is, the actuating chain is interrupted, so that the actuating lever is disengaged from the locking mechanism, and at the same time, for example by means of the electric drive or a manual Internal locking of the locking lever is actuated, the unlocking can be stored by means of the elastic connection between the clutch lever and the locking lever. For example, if the external operating lever, that is, the first operating lever, pulled, and the clutch lever is disengaged from the second operating lever, and at the same time the locking lever is moved to the unlocked position, the elastic connection between the clutch lever and locking lever deformed and stores the unlocking position by means of the deformation energy.
- the extension is formed integrally with the clutch lever, this results in a further advantageous embodiment for realizing the comfort functions.
- a one-piece design of the extension offers the advantage that only one component has to be produced and assembly times and costs are eliminated.
- the clutch lever and the extension is made of plastic and manufactured in one piece as a plastic injection molded component.
- plastics offer a high degree of permanent elasticity and, in the case of the existing large number of available plastics, also a suitable selection for, on the one hand, transmitting the actuating forces for unlocking the locking mechanism of the main lock and secondary lock.
- the extension of a spring leg of a spring is formed.
- a leg spring firmly connected to the clutch lever a spring arm in conjunction with the locking lever can also realize a comfort function.
- a cost-effective solution for a comfort function can thus be provided.
- the motor vehicle door lock can be designed individually. If, for example, a comfort function is not desired by a vehicle user, an individual adaptation can very easily be realized by eliminating the spring.
- construction and the use of a coupling lever can thus unlocking and comfort function for an additional lock with the simplest structural means and without significant changes in the main lock for an additional lock are provided.

- the Bowdenzug 4 connects the second operating lever 5 with the release and / or operating lever 6 on the additional lock 2.
- the second operating lever 5 is over the axis 7 pivotally mounted in the main lock 1.
- a first actuating lever 8 can be seen only in some areas here, since the first actuating lever 8 is covered by the housing cover 9.
- FIG. 2 shows the motor vehicle door lock or main lock 1 according to FIG. 1 in a three-dimensional view but without a housing cover 9.
- FIG. 2 shows the motor vehicle door lock or main lock 1 according to FIG. 1 in a three-dimensional view but without a housing cover 9.
- only the components in the motor vehicle door lock 1 have been shown, which are important for explaining the function of the invention.
- the same components are provided with the same reference numbers.
- the first operating lever 8 is pivotally mounted in the axis 1 1. Below the first actuating lever 8, a release lever 1 2 is arranged, which is also mounted on the axis 1 1. Der Ausansshebel 1 2 ist mit dem Betchan Trentshebel 8sky. Upon actuation of the first actuating lever, the outer actuating lever 8 is moved against the release lever 12, so that by means of a first clutch lever 13, an unrecognizable locking mechanism is unlocked. On the first clutch lever 13 and in particular on an extension 15 of the first clutch lever 13, the second clutch lever 14 is pivotally mounted. The clutch lever 14 engages positively and releasably in the step mandrel 16 on the second operating lever 5 a.
- the actuating lever chain for actuating the auxiliary lock or additional lock 2 is therefore carried out via the first actuating lever 8, the release lever 12, the first clutch lever 13, the second clutch lever 14, the step mandrel 16, the second actuating lever 5 and the Bowden cable 4.
- the locking lever 21 can be electrically operated.

- the first Bet Oberistshe- 8 is in its initial position and the second clutch lever 14 engages the step mandrel 16, so that a mechanical connection between the first operating lever 8 and the second operating lever 5 is given. All components such as the locking lever 21 are in a position in which the main lock 1 and the additional lock 2 by means of an outside door handle or door handle would be unlocked when they are operated.
- the main lock 1 is again shown in a side view in accordance with FIG. 2 without a housing cover 9, wherein the likewise unactuated state is shown here, but the main lock 1 is in the locked state.
- Inoperative means that neither the inside operating lever nor the outside operating lever, or first operating lever 8 are actuated.
- Locked state also means that the first clutch lever 13 is disengaged from the ratchet and that the second clutch lever 14 has been pivoted by a clockwise angle, so that the second clutch lever 14 is disengaged from the step mandrel 16.
- FIG. 5 again shows a side view of the main lock 1 according to FIG. 2 without a housing cover 9, the actuated and locked state being shown. According to FIG. 4, the main lock 1 was in the locked state, so that the first and second clutch levers 13, 14 were disengaged. In FIG. 5, the external actuating lever or first actuating lever 8 has been pivoted in the direction of the arrow P.
- a pivoting of the first actuating lever 8 has the consequence that the trigger lever 12 as well as the second clutch lever 14 are also moved in the direction of the arrow P. However, since the locked state is present, the movement of the first operating lever 8 has no effect on the main lock 1 and the auxiliary lock 2, so that an operator pulling the outside door handle can not open the door.
- the outer locking lever 22 was pivoted about the axis 7, so that on the one hand the second clutch lever 14 as well as the first clutch lever 13 were disengaged.
- FIG. 6 now shows the realization of a comfort function according to the invention for the auxiliary lock 2.
- the main lock 1 is for example electrically unlocked
- the locking lever 21 moves in the clockwise direction into the position shown in FIG.
- the second clutch lever 14 can not engage in the step mandrel 16, since the contour 23, which engages in the step mandrel 16, is located below the step mandrel 16.
- the spring 24 biases the second clutch lever 14, so that the function "unlocked" is stored.
- the storing of the function "unlocking" represents the comfort function is the second clutch lever moves again after releasing, for example, the outside door handle its initial position, so requires the spring force of the spring 24, that the contour 23 engages with the step mandrel 16, without requiring a further action of an operator.
- the function "unlocked” is automatically constantly taken, so that the locking of the main lock 1 and the secondary lock 2 are unlocked at a repeated pressing the outside door handle.
- FIG. 7 in turn, the side door lock or main lock according to FIG. 2 is reproduced without the housing cover 9, namely in the state actuated and unlocked.
- FIG. 8 shows the second clutch lever 14 with respect to a bearing on the first clutch lever 13. Shown is a two-part construction of the first and second clutch lever 13, 14, but it is also conceivable to perform first and second clutch lever 13, 14 as a one-piece component.
- the spring 24 is mounted on the elevation 25 for storing the comfort function and engages in the locking lever 21 with the long spring leg, so that a relative force between the clutch lever 14 and the locking lever 21 can be realized, then it is likewise conceivable to use a spring arm 26 integrally form the second clutch lever 14, wherein the spring arm 26 takes over the comfort function and cooperates with the locking lever 21 to store the comfort function.
- the design of the second clutch lever 14 with a spring arm 26 is shown by way of example in FIG. LIST OF REFERENCE NUMBERS
