Description
Claims (16)
- 一种曲面模组,包括:第一胶框,第二胶框,第一金属框,第二金属框,第一固定件和背光源;其中,所述第二胶框边缘设置有倾斜开口,所述第一胶框边缘设置有显示面板卡槽;其中,所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框分别固定在所述背光源两端,所述第二胶框的倾斜开口和所述第一胶框的显示面板卡槽位于所述背光源的第一侧,所述第一侧为所述背光源的发光侧;其中,所述第一金属框固定设置在所述第一胶框远离所述背光源的一侧,所述第二金属框固定设置在所述第二胶框远离所述背光源的一侧,所述第二金属框设置有折弯结构,所述第二金属框的折弯结构与所述第二胶框的倾斜开口能够组成卡槽;并且其中,所述第一胶框的显示面板卡槽用于卡接显示面板的一端,所述第二金属框的折弯结构与所述第二胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽用于卡接所述显示面板的另一端,所述第一固定件用于将所述第二金属框与所述第二胶框压紧,使所述第二金属框的折弯结构向所述显示面板施力,使得所述显示面板中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲。
- 根据权利要求1所述的曲面模组,其中,当所述背光源为多面发光的平面背光源时,所述曲面模组还包括第二固定件,所述第一胶框的另一边缘设置有倾斜开口,所述第二胶框的另一边缘设置有显示面板卡槽,所述第一胶框的倾斜开口和所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽位于所述背光源的第二侧,所述第二侧为所述背光源的另一发光侧且与所述背光源的第一侧相对;所述第一金属框设置有折弯结构,所述第一金属框的折弯结构与所述第一胶框的倾斜开口能够组成卡槽;并且所述第一金属框的折弯结构与所述第一胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽用于卡接另一显示面板的一端,所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽用于卡接所述另一显示面板的另一端,所述第二固定件用于将所述第一金属框与所述第一胶框 压紧,使所述第一金属框的折弯结构向所述另一显示面板施力,使所述另一显示面板中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的曲面模组,还包括:两个平行的胶条,所述两个平行的胶条的两端分别与所述第一胶框、所述第二胶框连接,所述两个平行的胶条、所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框组成口字形胶框,所述口字形胶框套接在所述背光源四周;其中,所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框中每个胶框都设置有背光源槽;并且其中,所述背光源的两端分别卡接在所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框的背光源槽中。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的曲面模组,还包括:口字型金属框,所述口字形金属框套接在所述背光源四周;其中,所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框分别固定在所述口字形金属框的外侧,且位于所述背光源两端。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项权利要求所述的曲面模组,其中,所述背光源为有机发光二极管(OLED)。
- 根据权利要求1至5任意一项权利要求所述的曲面模组,其中,所述第一固定件为螺丝。
- 根据权利要求2至5任意一项权利要求所述的曲面模组,其中,所述第二固定件为螺丝。
- 一种显示装置,包括:显示面板;以及权利要求1至7任意一项权利要求所述的曲面模组,其中,所述显示面板的一端卡接在所述第一胶框的显示面板卡槽中,另一端卡接在所述第二金属框的折弯结构与所述第二胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽中,所述显示面板中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,还包括:另一显示面板,其中,所述背光源为多面发光的平面背光源,所述曲面模组包括第二固定件;其中,所述第一胶框的另一边缘设置有倾斜开口,所述第二胶框的另一边缘设置有显示面板卡槽,所述第一胶框的倾斜开口和所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽位于所述背光源的第二侧,所述第二侧为所述背光源的另一发光侧且与所述背光源的第一侧相对;其中,所述第一金属框设置有折弯结构,所述第一金属框的折弯结构与所述第一胶框的倾斜开口能够组成卡槽;其中,所述第一金属框的折弯结构与所述第一胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽用于卡接另一显示面板的一端,所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽用于卡接所述另一显示面板的另一端,所述第二固定件用于将所述第一金属框与所述第一胶框压紧,使所述第一金属框的折弯结构向所述另一显示面板施力,使所述另一显示面板中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,还包括:第一条形框和第二条形框,其中,所述第一条形框一端固定在所述第一胶框边缘,另一端固定在所述第二金属框的折弯结构处,所述第一条形框的曲率与所述显示面板相同;并且所述第二条形框一端固定在所述第二胶框的另一边缘,另一端固定在所述第一金属框的折弯结构处,所述第二条形框的曲率与所述另一显示面板相同。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一条形框由镀锌钢板制成,所述第二条形框由镀锌钢板制成。
- 一种显示装置的装配方法,其中,所述显示装置包括:显示面板和权利要求1至7任意一项权利要求所述的曲面模组,所述方法包括:将第一胶框和第二胶框分别固定在背光源两端;将所述显示面板的一端卡接在所述第一胶框的显示面板卡槽中;将所述显示面板的另一端放置在所述第二胶框的倾斜开口处,所述第二胶框的倾斜开口和所述第一胶框的显示面板卡槽位于所述背光源的第一侧,所述第一侧为所述背光源的发光侧;将第二金属框设置在所述第二胶框远离所述背光源的一侧,使所述显示 面板的另一端卡接在所述第二金属框的折弯结构与所述第二胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽中;通过第一固定件将所述第二金属框与所述第二胶框压紧,使所述第二金属框的折弯结构向所述显示面板施力,使得所述显示面板的中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲;以及将所述第一金属框固定设置在所述第一胶框远离所述背光源的一侧。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述显示装置还包括:另一显示面板,所述背光源为多面发光的平面背光源,在所述通过第一固定件将所述第二金属框与所述第二胶框压紧之后,所述方法还包括:将另一显示面板的一端卡接在所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽中;以及将所述另一显示面板的另一端放置在所述第一胶框的倾斜开口处,所述第一胶框的倾斜开口和所述第二胶框的显示面板卡槽位于所述背光源的第二侧,所述第二侧为所述背光源的另一发光侧,所述将所述第一金属框固定设置在所述第一胶框远离所述背光源的一侧包括:将所述第一金属框设置在所述第一胶框远离所述背光源的一侧,使所述另一显示面板的另一端卡接在所述第一金属框的折弯结构与所述第一胶框的倾斜开口组成的卡槽中;以及通过第二固定件将所述第一金属框与所述第一胶框压紧,使所述第一金属框的折弯结构向所述另一显示面板施力,使得所述显示面板的中间向靠近所述背光源的方向弯曲。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述显示装置还包括:第一条形框和第二条形框,其中,在所述通过第二固定件将所述第一金属框与所述第一胶框压紧之后,所述方法还包括:将所述第一条形框一端固定在所述第一胶框边缘,另一端固定在所述第二金属框的折弯结构处,使所述第一条形框的曲率与所述显示面板相同;以及将所述第二条形框一端固定在所述第二胶框边缘,另一端固定在所述第一金属框的折弯结构处,使所述第二条形框的曲率与所述另一显示面板相同。
- 根据权利要求12至14任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中,所述曲面模组还包括:两个平行的胶条,所述两个平行的胶条的两端分别与所述第一胶框、所述第二胶框连接,所述两个平行的胶条、所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框组成口字形胶框,其中,所述将第一胶框和第二胶框分别固定在背光源两端包括:将所述口字形胶框套接在所述背光源四周,且使所述背光源的两端分别卡接在所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框的背光源槽中。
- 根据权利要求12至14任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中,所述曲面模组还包括:口字型金属框,其中,所述将第一胶框和第二胶框分别固定在背光源两端包括:将所述口字型金属框套接在所述背光源四周;以及将所述第一胶框和所述第二胶框分别固定在所述口字形金属框的外侧,且位于所述背光源两端。
