本发明的实施例涉及一种显示模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,各类显示产品越来越多地应用于人们的日常生活以及工作学习中。
目前,现有的显示产品主要包括显示模组,如图1a以及图1b(图1a沿O-O’的剖视图)所示,该显示模组包括背光模组10、后框架20、显示面板30和前框架40,其中,背光模组10一般包括背板、背光源、导光板和光学膜片等。
如图1b所示,现有技术中,通过在前框架40和后框架20之间设置固定件50达到固定显示面板30的目的,然而在组装上述显示模组的过程中,由于固定件50周围的应力集中,容易造成显示面板30局部受压过大,这样一来,在该显示模组的显示过程中,在该局部受压位置处会出现画面应力痕,尤其是在显示画面为单一色彩时,该画面应力痕尤为明显,会影响显示画面的正常显示。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种显示模组及显示装置,能够解决因固定件周围产生不规则的应力而导致的显示面板局部受压过大的问题。

在一个示例中,所述弯折部具有条形结构,所述条形结构的内边缘上沿所述条形结构长度方向的任一位置处距离所述显示面板的边缘的距离相等或近似相等。
在一个示例中,所述第二夹持部在朝向所述第一夹持部的一侧设置有凸部,所述凸部紧邻所述显示面板的侧面。

本发明的实施例另一方面还提供一种显示装置,包括上述任一种的显示模组。
在本发明的实施例提供的显示模组及显示装置中,由于固定件设置于弯折部中,当通过该固定件固定连接第一夹持部与第二夹持部时,固定件周围产生的不规则应力会分散于该弯折部中,从而使得固定件上对应显示面板的位置处显示面板受到的不规则应力分散并减小,进而避免了显示面板局部受到集中的不规则应力而导致局部受压过大并且造成画面显示不良的现象。

为使本发明的实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明的实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分示例性实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的示例性实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例都属于本发明的保护范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”、“一”或者“该”等类似词语也不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“上”、“下”、等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则 该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
本发明的实施例提供一种显示模组,如图2和图3所示,其中图3是图2沿A-A’方向的剖面图,该显示模组包括后框架20、显示面板30以及前框架40。前框架40包括第一夹持部100,后框架20包括第二夹持部200,第一夹持部100在显示面板30厚度方向B-B’上与第二夹持部200相对设置,显示面板30的边缘夹设在第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200之间,通过第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200对显示面板30的作用力实现夹持固定显示面板30的目的。
在一个示例中,第一夹持部100上具有弯折部101,弯折部101朝向第二夹持部200弯折;第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200通过设置于弯折部101中的固定件50连接,以实现通过第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200固定显示面板30的目的。例如,如图3所示,固定件50可通过弯折部101穿过第一夹持部100并伸入第二夹持部200中。由于该固定件设置于弯折部中,当通过该固定件固定连接第一夹持部与第二夹持部时,固定件周围产生的不规则应力会分散于该弯折部中,从而使得固定件在对应显示面板的位置处显示面板受到的不规则应力分散并减小,进而避免了显示面板局部受到集中的不规则应力导致局部受压过大并且造成画面显示不良。
在一个示例中,为了使得上述弯折部101能够进一步分散固定件50周围产生的应力,如图2所示,可将上述弯折部101设置为条形结构,并且该条形结构的内边缘上沿其长度方向的任一位置与显示面板30的边缘的距离相等或近似相等,以使得显示面板30受到的压力能够均匀分布,进一步避免显示面板30局部受压过大的问题。
此处需要说明的是,上述条形结构的内边缘上沿其长度方向的任一位置与显示面板30的边缘的距离均相等是指,该条形结构可以是弯曲的条形结构,也可以是直的条形结构,具体设置情况根据显示面板30的边缘形状决定,本发明的实施例对此不做限定,只要保证该条形结构的内边缘上沿其长度方向的任一位置与显示面板30的边缘的距离相等或近似相等即可。例如,如图2所示,当显示面板30的边缘为直线时,则该条形结构设置为直的条形结构;又例如,当显示面板30的边缘为圆弧状,则该条形结构设置为弧状弯曲的条形结构。
另外,如图2所示,一个弯折部101中可以设置一个固定件50,也可 以设置两个固定件50,本发明的实施例对此不作限定,可以根据实际的需要设置固定件50的个数。
在一个示例中,为了对夹设在第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200之间的显示面板30的位置做进一步的限定,保证显示面板30的相对位置不发生过大的位移,如图4所示,第二夹持部200在朝向第一夹持部100的一侧设置有凸部201,且凸部201紧邻显示面板30的侧面。由于该凸部201紧邻显示面板30的侧面,通过该凸部201能够实现对显示面板30相对位置的限定,起到一定的限位作用。
此处需要说明的是,上述凸部201一般设置为条状结构,且该条状结构与显示面板30的边缘相适应,并且与上述弯折部101的设置方式类似。例如,当显示面板30的边缘为直线时,则该条形结构设置为直的条形结构;当显示面板30的边缘为圆弧状,则该条形结构设置为弧状弯曲的条形结构。本发明的实施例对此不做限定。
在一个示例中,为了使上述凸部201在实现限位作用的同时还能够对显示面板30起到一定的保护作用,该凸部201的高度大于或等于显示面板30的厚度,使得该凸部201对第一夹持部100具有一定的支撑作用,避免第一夹持部100的形变量过大,从而避免显示面板30因受压过大而损坏。
在一个示例中,为了进一步防止显示面板30与第一夹持部100和/或第二夹持部200之间产生相对位移,以及避免对显示面板30造成刮伤等问题,如图5所示,在第一夹持部100与显示面板30之间,以及第二夹持部200与显示面板30之间,均可设置弹性结构300。在该弹性结构300的作用下,一方面,能够防止第一夹持部100和/或第二夹持部200与显示面板30直接接触,避免对显示面板30造成刮伤;另一方面,由于该弹性结构300自身的弹性材质,能够起到防止显示面板30产生松动的现象。
图5是以第一夹持部100与显示面板30之间以及第二夹持部200与显示面板30之间均设置弹性结构300为例进行说明的,当然在实际的应用中也可以仅在第一夹持部100与显示面板30之间设置弹性结构300,或者,仅在第二夹持部200与显示面板30之间设置弹性结构300;本发明的实施例对此不作限定。
在一个示例中,上述弹性结构300可以是硅酯垫片、橡胶垫片、弹性泡棉中的一种或者多种,也可以采用其他的弹性材料,本发明的实施例对此不 作限定。
在一个示例中,为了在第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200初步夹持显示面板30时对第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200的相对位置进行固定,如图6所示,可以在第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200的相对应的位置处设置限位部60。
以下通过举例方式对上述限位部60的设置形式做进一步的说明。
例如,如图6所示,可在第二夹持部200朝向第一夹持部100的一侧上、与弯折部101对应的位置以外的位置设置至少一个限位柱601,并且在第一夹持部100上设置限位孔602;通过将限位柱601伸入限位孔602中,将第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200的相对位置固定。
又例如,如图7所示,可在第一夹持部100的朝向第二夹持部200的一侧上弯折部101以外的位置处设置至少一个限位柱601,并且在第二夹持部200上设置限位孔602,通过将限位柱601伸入限位孔602中,使得第一夹持部100与第二夹持部200的相对位置固定。
此处需要说明的是,对于上述限位部60的设置个数,可以是一个,也可以是多个,本发明的实施例对此不作限定。例如,以显示面板30为矩形、第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200的形状与该显示面板的形状相适应且均为矩形框架为例,可以在第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200的一组对边上分别设置一个或两个限位部60,也可以在第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200的两组对边上分别设置一个限位部60。另外,上述限位孔602可以为通孔,也可以是盲孔,本发明的实施例对此不作限定。
在一个示例中,如图6所示,在上述显示模组还包括设置于后框架20背离显示面板30一侧的背光模组10的情况下,该背光模组10通过贯穿第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200的固定件50与第二夹持部200连接。这样一来,通过同一固定件50,在固定位于第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200之间的显示面板30的同时,还能够将背光模组10进行固定,避免了采用多个固定件50将显示模组中的各部分进行分别固定,进而在起到简化显示模组的组装程序的同时还能够使得显示模组整体的固定效果更好。
在一个示例中,如图5所示,上述固定件50包括螺钉501和嵌件螺母502,该嵌件螺母502为一种带有内螺纹且外部有滚花或者其它花纹的嵌件,可以埋设在第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200中,或者埋设在第一夹持部 100、第二夹持部200和背光模组10中。
本领域的技术人员应该理解到,第一夹持部100、第二夹持部200和背光模组10一般由塑胶材料构成,而嵌件螺母502一般采用强度较大的材料形成,例如陶瓷、金属等材质;这样一来,螺钉501和嵌件螺母502之间的牢固程度明显提高,从而明显提升了该固定件50的固定效果。已知技术通常直接在第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200上,或者直接在第一夹持部100、第二夹持部200和背光模组10上设置螺纹孔,由于该螺纹孔直接设置在塑胶材料上,容易因螺纹孔内壁的螺纹发生损坏而导致螺钉501与该螺纹孔之间固定程度大大降低。
此处需要说明的是,在固定件50包括螺钉501和嵌件螺母502的情况下,当该固定件50仅通过第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200固定显示面板30时,埋设于第二夹持部200中的嵌件螺母502可以贯穿第二夹持部200,也可以不贯穿第二夹持部200;当该固定件50通过第一夹持部100和第二夹持部200固定显示面板30的同时还固定背光模组10时,埋设于背光模组10中的嵌件螺母502可以贯穿背光模组10,也可以不贯穿背光模组10,本发明的实施例对此不作限定,可以根据实际的需要进行设置。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括如上所述的任意一种显示模组,因此也具有与前述实施例提供的显示模组相同的结构和有益效果,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,显示装置至少可以包括液晶显示面板和有机发光二极管显示面板,例如该显示面板可以应用至液晶显示器、液晶电视、数码相框、手机或平板电脑等任何具有显示功能的产品或者部件中。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
本申请要求于2016年10月28日提交的名称为“一种显示模组及显示装置”的中国专利申请No.201621196317.8的优先权,该申请全文以引用方式合并于本文。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种显示模组,包括后框架、显示面板以及前框架,
    所述前框架包括第一夹持部,所述后框架包括第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部在所述显示面板厚度方向上与所述第二夹持部相对设置,所述显示面板的边缘夹设在所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部之间,其中,
    所述第一夹持部上具有弯折部,所述弯折部朝向所述第二夹持部弯折;并且
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部通过设置于所述弯折部中的固定件连接,以固定所述显示面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述弯折部具有条形结构,所述条形结构的内边缘上沿所述条形结构长度方向的任一位置处距离所述显示面板的边缘的距离均相等或近似相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二夹持部在朝向所述第一夹持部的一侧设置有凸部,所述凸部紧邻所述显示面板的侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述凸部的高度大于或等于所述显示面板的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中所述弯折部外侧底部与所述第一夹持部外表面之间沿所述显示面板厚度方向的距离大于所述显示面板的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一夹持部与所述显示面板之间设置弹性结构,和/或,所述第二夹持部与所述显示面板之间设置弹性结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其中,所述弹性结构包括硅酯垫片、橡胶垫片和弹性泡棉中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,
    在所述第二夹持部的朝向所述第一夹持部的一侧上、对应所述弯折部的位置以外的位置处设置有至少一个限位柱;所述第一夹持部设置有限位孔;并且所述限位柱伸入所述限位孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,
    在所述第一夹持部的朝向所述第二夹持部的一侧上、所述弯折部 以外的位置处设置有至少一个限位柱;所述第二夹持部设置有限位孔;并且所述限位柱伸入所述限位孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,还包括设置于所述后框架背离所述显示面板一侧的背光模组,
    所述背光模组通过贯穿所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部的所述固定件与所述第二夹持部连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的显示模组,其中,所述固定件包括螺钉和嵌件螺母。
  12. 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1至10任一项所述的显示模组。
