- 上面に開口するネジ穴を有するベース部材と、該ベース部材に上方から外嵌される被取付部材と、該被取付部材を前記ベース部材に締結固定するボルトとを備え、前記ベース部材のネジ穴の底部には、前記ネジ穴の内径よりも小径の直円筒内面を有する係合穴が設けられており、前記ボルトは、前記ネジ穴に螺合するネジ軸部と、該ネジ軸部よりも大径のボルト頭部と、前記ネジ軸部の先端下面から下方に突出して前記係合穴の内周面に係合する係合軸部とを備え、該係合軸部が前記係合穴に係合することにより前記ネジ穴に対して前記ネジ軸部が僅かに偏心及び/又は傾斜されるよう、前記係合軸部が前記ネジ軸部に対して僅かに偏心して設けられているか或いは前記係合穴が前記ネジ軸部に対して僅かに偏心して設けられていることを特徴とするボルト締結構造。
- 請求項1に記載のボルト締結構造において、前記被取付部材は、前記ボルト頭部の少なくとも一部が内嵌する嵌合孔と、ボルト頭部が上方から係合する係合面とを備え、前記被取付部材が外嵌されたベース部材のネジ穴に前記ボルトを螺着していく際に前記係合穴に前記係合軸部が係合する前に前記嵌合孔への前記ボルト頭部の内嵌が開始されるよう構成されていることを特徴とするボルト締結構造。
- 請求項1に記載のボルト締結構造において、前記係合軸部の先端面の外周縁に、該係合軸部の前記係合穴への係合を案内するテーパー面を設けたことを特徴とするボルト締結構造。
- 請求項1に記載のボルト締結構造において、前記ベース部材には、前記被取付部材の下端面が上方から係合する係合面が設けられており、前記ボルトの締結によって、被取付部材の下端面と前記係合面とが液密状に接触することを特徴とするボルト締結構造。
