Description
Claims (9)
- 一种用于液晶显示装置之具双向扫描的栅极驱动电路, 所述栅极驱动电路包括级联的多个GOA单元,所述GOA单元产生一或多个扫描讯号并输出至一液晶显示装置,其中每个GOA单元包含:一上拉控制电路, 其包含一正向扫描控制讯号输入端用于输入一由上往下级依序输出的扫描控制讯号、一反向扫描控制讯号输入端用于输入一由下往上级依序输出的扫描控制讯号、复数个栅极讯号输入端用于接收上一级GOA单元之栅极讯号和下一级GOA单元之栅极讯号及一输出端用于输出一上拉控制讯号;一上拉电路, 其包含一连接于该关键节点Q(N)之输入端用以接收该上拉控制讯号、一时钟讯号输入端用于接收复数个时钟讯号及该级GOA单元之栅极讯号输出端,其中该上拉控制讯号系根据所述上拉控制电路之扫描控制讯号及上一级GOA单元或下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号而形成, 正向扫描时,当上一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号为高电位时,启动上拉电路以对所述关键节点Q(N)进行充电,而反向扫描时,当下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号为高电位时,启动上拉电路以对所述关键节点Q(N)进行充电;一自举电路,其包含一自举电容以将上述关键节点Q(N)的电压再次抬升;一下拉电路,其包含一栅极讯号输入端用以接收下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号、一低电压输入端用以输入一直流低电压以及一连接于该关键节点Q(N)之输出端, 当接收下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号时以对所述关键节点Q(N)的电压进行放电;一下拉维持电路,其包括复数个第一时钟讯号输入端用于输入第一时钟讯号、复数个第二时钟讯号输入端用于输入第二时钟讯号, 复数个连接端用以连接于该关键节点Q(N)以及GOA单元的讯号输出端,在第一时钟讯号及第二时钟讯号的控制下,使所述关键节点Q(N)及GOA单元的讯号输出端维持在低电位直到下次关键节点(Q)被充电, 所述GOA单元的讯号输出端耦合到与其对应的栅极线;以及一重置电路, 对所述关键节点Q(N)进行电位清零的操作。
- 一种用于液晶显示装置的栅极驱动电路, 所述栅极驱动电路包括级联的多个GOA单元,所述GOA单元产生一或多个扫描讯号并依序输出至一液晶显示装置,其中每个GOA单元包含:一上拉控制电路, 其包含串联的一第一晶体管和一第二晶体管,其中所述第一晶体管的漏极及所述第二晶体管的源极分别连接并输入一由上往下级依序输出的扫描控制讯号和一由下往上级依序输出的扫描控制讯号, 所述第一晶体管和所述第二晶体管的栅极分别连接并接收上一级GOA单元之栅极讯号和下一级GOA单元之栅极讯号;一上拉电路, 其漏极接收复数个时钟讯号,而其栅极讯号点,即是关键节点Q(N)连接上述第一晶体管的源极及第二晶体管的漏极,根据所述上拉控制电路之扫描控制讯号及上一级GOA单元或下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号以对上述关键节点Q(N)的电压进行充电并控制上拉电路的打开时间然后输出该级GOA单元之栅极讯号,上述GOA单元之栅极讯号对应于液晶显示装置的第N级水平扫描线;一自举电容(Cb),其将上述关键节点Q(N)的电压再次抬升;一下拉电路,其漏极和源极分别连接上述关键节点Q(N)和一输入直流低电压, 其栅极连接并接收下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号以对所述关键节点Q(N)的电压进行放电;一下拉维持电路,其包括用于输入第一时钟讯号之第三及第四晶体管及第二时钟讯号之第五及第六晶体管,所述第一时钟讯号及第二时钟讯号为反相讯号,在第一时钟讯号及第二时钟讯号的控制下,使所述关键节点Q(N)及栅极输出讯号维持在低电位直到下次关键节点(Q)被充电;以及一重置电路, 对所述关键节点Q(N)进行电位清零的操作。
- 如权利要求2所述的栅极驱动电路,其中所述下拉维持电路更包括: 第七晶体管,其栅极连接第一电路点(P(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第N级水平扫描线和输入直流低电压; 第八晶体管,其栅极连接第一电路点(P(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接所述关键节点(Q(N))和输入直流低电压; 第九晶体管,其栅极连接所述关键节点(Q(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第二电路点(K(N))和第一电路点(P(N)); 第十晶体管,其栅极连接第一电路点(P(N),其漏极和源极分别连接第一时钟讯号和第一电路点(P(N)); 第十一晶体管,其栅极连第二电路点(K(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第二时钟讯号和第二电路点(K(N)); 第十二晶体管,其栅极连接第二电路点(K(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接所述关键节点(Q(N))和输入直流低电压;第十三晶体管,其栅极连接第二电路点(K(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第N级水平扫描线和输入直流低电压; 第十四晶体管和第十五晶体管串联,其中第十四晶体管的栅极连接第一电路点(P(N),其漏极和源极分别连接第一电路点(P(N))和第十五晶体管的漏极,其中第十五晶体管的栅极连接所述关键节点(Q(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第一电路点(P(N))和输入直流低电压; 第十六晶体管和第十七晶体管串联,其中第十六晶体管的栅极连接第二电路点(K(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第二电路点(K(N))和第十七晶体管的漏极,其中第十七晶体管的栅极连接所述关键节点(Q(N)),其漏极和源极分别连接第二电路点(K(N))和输入直流低电压。
- 如权利要求2所述的栅极驱动电路,其中正向扫描时,所述由上往下级依序输出的扫描控制讯号设为高电位,所述由下往上级依序输出的扫描控制讯号设为低电位, 当上一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号为高电位时,启动上拉电路以对所述关键节点Q(N)进行充电以输出高电位至上述该级GOA单元之栅极讯号。
- 如权利要求2所述的栅极驱动电路,其中反向扫描时,所述由上往下级依序输出的扫描控制讯号设为低电位,所述由下往上级依序输出的扫描控制讯号设为高电位,当下一级GOA单元传递过来的栅极讯号为高电位时,启动上拉电路以对所述关键节点Q(N)进行充电以输出高电位至上述该级GOA单元之栅极讯号。
- 如权利要求5所述的栅极驱动电路,其中所述下拉维持电路更包括两晶体管以增强所述关键节点Q(N)在第一阶段的P(N)和K(N)电位下拉的作用。
- 如权利要求6所述的栅极驱动电路,其特征在于,将单级GOA单元电路改成双级GOA单元电路,该双级GOA单元电路包括上拉控制电路(100)、上拉电路(200和210)、下拉电路(400和410)、下拉维持电路(500)、重置电路(600)及自举电容(300和310)。
- 如权利要求7所述的栅极驱动电路,其中将单一输入直流低电压改成分别的两输入直流低电压。
- 一种液晶显示装置,其包括如权利要求1所述的用于液晶显示的栅极驱动电路。
