发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物。
本发明用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，是以人参、黑豆衣、大枣、黄精、陈皮、鸡血藤、太子参、白芍、石斛、柴胡、云苓、郁金、甘草、珍珠母为原料药，并按药剂学的常规工艺和辅料制备成的各种内服制剂。
人参，性平、味甘、微苦，微温。归脾、肺经、心经。大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津止渴，安神益智。主治劳伤虚损、食少、倦怠、反胃吐食、大便滑泄、虚咳喘促、自汗暴脱、惊悸、健忘、眩晕、头痛、阳痿、尿频、消渴、妇女崩漏、小儿慢惊及久虚不复，一切气血津液不足之症。人参被人们称为“百草之王”，有极大的食疗价值和药用价值。经现代研究证明其有以下药理作用：1、对中枢神经系统的调节作用；2、提高机体的适应性；3、调节心血管系统的作用；4、抗休克作用；5、增强肝脏功能作用；6、对内分泌系统的调节作用；7、对物质代谢的调节作用。
本发明的中药组合物以人参为君药，补脾益肺。脾为后天之本，后天之土得固则体健、则能康、则能荣；肺主皮毛，皮表得固则可安内、则御邪；大补元气使脏腑得安而不受外邪之侵扰。本发明从脾肺着手，意念在“气”，因为“气”能推动、温煦、固摄、防御、气化、营养；“气”能流布全身，行至脏腑表里、走至血脉内外；“气”是人体生命的原动力。鸡血藤和太子参为臣药，鸡血藤有补血、活血、通络功效。太子参为补虚药,补气药。功效主治:补益脾肺,益气生津。治肺虚咳嗽,脾虚食少,心悸,怔忡,水肿,消渴,精神疲乏。用于脾气虚弱,胃阴不足,清心安神夜卧能安则提升抗病防病能力；本发明药物以上述为原料进行组合，意在补脾健脾、润肺益肺、清心安神、补气固表，以提高人体免疫力。
大量的试验和临床总结发现，本发明中药组合物的各原料药在以下重量份的范围内，都能够调节人体免疫力：
人参15份、黑豆衣15份、大枣10份、黄精10份、陈皮5份、鸡血藤8份、太子参15份、白芍5份、石斛12份、柴胡5份、云苓15份、郁金5份、甘草5份、珍珠母8份。
优选配比：人参20份、黑豆衣10份、大枣15份、黄精8份、陈皮10份、鸡血藤10份、太子参20份、白芍8份、石斛15份、柴胡8份、云苓12份、郁金8份、甘草6份、珍珠母10份。
本发明的中药组合物可以按中药药剂学的常规工艺和辅料制备成各种内服制剂。如胶囊剂、片剂或口服液。
下面是本发明中药组合物(人合胶囊)的临床试验结果。
1、临床观察对象
自2011年3月至2013年12月共观察100例，年龄在18～50岁之间。
①体检无异常但一年四季感冒不断者：观察20例，其中男性6例、女性14 例。②体检无异常但一年四季神疲乏力者：观察20例，其中男性12例、女性8例。③体检无异常但一年四季头闷或头如物裹、头重，多梦或噩梦、嗜睡、睡不解乏或失眠者：观察24例，其中男性10例、女性14例。④体检无异常但一年四季恶心或欲吐或厌食；食之无味或无饥饿感；口渴不欲饮或多饮而不解渴；大便干结或大便稀溏、粪便污秽、排便不爽者：观察10例，其中男、女各5例。⑤体检无异常，一年四季体温正常但自觉皮肤表面发热或汗出不畅；健忘或心悸或反应迟钝；情绪不畅者：观察26例，其中男、女性各13例。
2、治疗方法及判定标准
本发明胶囊剂药物：每粒0.25g。使用方法：一日3次，一次服4粒。连服7天为一疗程，最多观察3疗程。治疗期间少吃肉类食品及海鲜，禁酒。效果判断：临床表现全部消除且随访半年未复发者为痊愈；消除30％以上且随访半年虽复发但较前减轻者为有效；其它为无效。
3、治疗结果
①体检无异常但一年四季感冒不断者：痊愈16例，占80％；有效4例，占20％；无效0例。②体检无异常但一年四季神疲乏力者：痊愈17例，占85％；有效2例，占10％；无效1例，占5％。③体检无异常但一年四季头闷或头如物裹、头重，多梦或噩梦、嗜睡、睡不解乏或失眠者：痊愈18例，占78.6％；有效5例，占17.9％；无效1例，占3.5％。④体检无异常但一年四季恶心或欲吐或厌食；食之无味或无饥饿感；口渴不欲饮或多饮而不解渴；大便干结或大便稀溏、粪便污秽、排便不爽者：痊愈20例，占83.3％；有效4例，占16.7％；无效0例。⑤体检无异常，一年四季体温正常但自觉皮肤表面发热或汗出不畅；健忘或心悸或反应迟钝；情绪不畅者：痊愈23例，占82.1％，有效3例，占10.7％；无效2例，占7.2％。
上述临床试验证明，本发明的药物组合物对因免疫力底下引起的亚健康状态有确切的调养作用。另外经过多年试验观察，本发明的药物组合物对因免疫力超常引起的皮肤过敏也有很好的调养作用。
本发明的药物组合物，全部采用的原料人参、黑豆衣、大枣、黄精、陈皮、鸡血藤、太子参、白芍、石斛、柴胡、云苓、郁金、甘草、珍珠母均为药食同源的植物，无毒无副作用，不会对人体造成二次伤害。
具体实施方式

工艺：按中药药剂学制备片剂的常规工艺和辅料制备成片剂药物。
实施例2、本发明胶囊剂药物的制备
配方：以重量份计：
人参20份、黑豆衣10份、大枣15份、黄精8份、陈皮10份、鸡血藤10份、太子参20份、白芍8份、石斛15份、柴胡8份、云苓12份、郁金8份、甘草6份、珍珠母10份。
工艺：按中药药剂学制备胶囊剂的常规工艺和辅料制备成胶囊剂药物。
实施例3、本发明口服液药物的制备
配方：以重量份计：
人参15份、黑豆衣15份、大枣10份、黄精10份、陈皮5份、鸡血藤8份、太子 参15份、白芍5份、石斛12份、柴胡5份、云苓15份、郁金5份、甘草5份、珍珠母8份。
工艺：按中药药剂学制备口服液的常规工艺和辅料制备成口服液。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，是以人参、黑豆衣、大枣、黄精、陈皮、鸡血藤、太子参、白芍、石斛、柴胡、云苓、郁金、甘草、珍珠母为原料药，按药剂学的常规工艺和辅料制备成的内服制剂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述各原料药重量份如下：
    人参15份、黑豆衣15份、大枣10份、黄精10份、陈皮5份、鸡血藤8份、太子参15份、白芍5份、石斛12份、柴胡5份、云苓15份、郁金5份、甘草5份、珍珠母8份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述各原料药重量份如下：
    人参20份、黑豆衣10份、大枣15份、黄精8份、陈皮10份、鸡血藤10份、太子参20份、白芍8份、石斛15份、柴胡8份、云苓12份、郁金8份、甘草6份、珍珠母10份。
  4. 如权利要求1所述用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述制剂为片剂。
  5. 如权利要求1所述用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述制剂为胶囊剂。
  6. 如权利要求1所述用于调节人体免疫力的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述制剂为口服液。
