银耳的营养成分相当丰富,在银耳中含有蛋白质、脂肪和多种氨基酸、矿物质及肝糖。银耳蛋白质中含有17种氨基酸,人体所必需的氨基酸中的3/4银耳都能提供。银耳还含有多种矿物质,如钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、镁、硫等,其中钙、铁的含量很高,在每百克银耳中,含钙643毫克,铁30.4毫克。此外,银耳中还含有海藻糖、多缩戊糖、甘露糖醇等肝糖,营养价值很高,具有扶正强壮的作用,是一种高级滋养补品。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效,银耳中的有效成分酸性多糖类物质,能增强人体免疫力。
枸杞味甘、性平,归肝、肾、肺经,质润气和,可升可降,具有补肾益精,养肝明目,润肺生津等功效。枸杞有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精、滋补肝肾、抗衰老、止消渴、暖身体、抗肿瘤的功效,有降低血压,血脂和血糖的作用,能防止动脉结业证样硬化,保护肝脏,抑制脂肪肝,促进肝细胞再生。
中医上讲百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。而红糖活血散寒、补血益气。中医处方中,红糖是最好的药引子,60克红糖、6克大枣加上15克老姜煮成水,代替茶饮,对月经不调、闭经等妇科疾病具有很好的疗效。

本产品发明的目的是给人们提供一种方便快捷营养丰富的食品。
为实现本产品的目的,本美容养颜粥由以下重量配比的原料组成:红枣3-6份,红豆3-6份,花生3-6份,糯米30-50份,银耳1-2份,枸杞2-5份,百合1-2份,红糖2-3份。
美容养颜粥的制作方法为:
(1)将红枣洗净去核、银耳用水泡开与洗净后的红豆、花生(不去衣)、糯米、枸杞、百合一起放入锅中加足清水煮沸,再转文火煮50分钟。
(2)粥煮好后放入红糖搅拌均匀,待粥冷却后分装入易拉罐中。

2.粥煮好待冷却后直接分装入易拉罐中。
以上几种具体实施方法不仅满足人们对食品健康营养的要求,还符合不同人群对糖份的需求,无糖粥更适合糖尿病人和不喜糖的人群。

1.一种美容养颜粥及其制作方法,其特征在于,是以下重量配比的原料组成:红枣3-6份,红豆3-6份,花生3-6份,糯米30-50份,银耳1-2份,枸杞2-5份,百合1-2份,红糖2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述,美容养颜粥的制作方法为:(1)将红枣洗净去核、银耳用水泡开与洗净后的红豆、花生(不去衣)、糯米、枸杞、百合一起放入锅中加足清水煮沸,再转文火煮50分钟;(2)粥煮好后放入红糖搅拌均匀,待粥冷却后分装入易拉罐中。
