Description

自动整体装卸运输车 技术领域
本发明涉及工程车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种自动整体装卸运输车。
背景技术
目前,运输车辆货物的装卸运输基本采用人工装卸,劳动强度大,效率低。传统式自卸车只能适用于散料的卸料,而对于型材货物就不能使用其卸料功能了,因为采用倾倒式自卸会造成更严重的破损。因此,目前对于型材货物仍然普遍使用人工装卸,依然存在劳动强度大,效率低的问题。
中国专利201320870586.8公开了一种自动整体装卸车,该发明在车斗和底盘之间设置车斗移动槽架,底盘两侧设置车斗提升机构,通过车斗移动翻转油缸实现了车斗向左右两侧平移翻转,同时设置车门抽出油缸、车体移动油缸和装货油缸,实现了货物的自动装卸,降低了型材货物装卸的劳动强度,提高了货物的装卸效率,但是该发明装置存在以下几点缺陷:车体为整体式钢板结构,因此造成该装卸车只适用于砖块的装卸,对于其他型材就不能发挥其自动装卸的功能了,因此该发明装置的适用范围较窄;虽然车斗可以实现侧移,但是车体不能实现侧移,底盘是固定的,因此侧移距离小;车斗上的加强横梁的装卸是通过人工完成的,对于较小的加强横梁人工装卸还能完成,但是对于较大的车体,加强横梁必然较重,装卸是非常困难。
本发明内容
本发明在中国专利201320870586.8的基础上,提供了一种自动整体装卸车,以解决现有技术存在的适用范围窄、车体不能侧移以及加强横梁装卸困难的问题。
本发明装置主要由车斗、底盘和驱动轮组成,车斗包括前车门、后车门和底架,驱动轮位于底盘下部,底盘前后两侧分别连接一个车斗提升机构,车斗提升机构上固定连接一个车斗平移翻转油缸,底盘的四个角上分别设置一个立柱,车斗与底盘之间设置若干车斗移动槽架,底盘后部中间位置安装一个车门抽出油缸,底盘上设置液压站,液压站通过连接杆连接控制台,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是车斗的前车门和后车门之间设置若干槽钢,槽钢插接于 底架上;底盘前后分别设置一个链条式底盘侧移机构,每个链条式底盘侧移机构前后两端分别固定一个底盘升降油缸,底盘升降油缸的顶端固定在底盘底部;前车门和后车门分别固定一个旋转杆,旋转杆前端连接在加强横梁上,旋转杆上连接一个液压油缸,液压油缸固定在前车门上;驱动轮两侧的底盘下方分别固定一个调节架,调节架上设置若干销孔,调节架之间通过销子连接一个弓子板。
本发明装置的工作原理是:
车斗两侧由若干槽钢插接而成,当装货时,随着车斗平移翻转,位于车斗底部的槽钢便可起到像叉车样的功能,槽钢可插入垫有垫木的货物下面,从而实现按货物的一次性整体装卸,不但可用于砖块的装卸,还可用于其他型材的装卸;装卸车需要整体侧移时,通过底盘升降油缸将车体整体提升,使驱动轮脱离地面,然后液压站驱动底盘上的链条式底盘侧移机构,将车体整体侧移;当装卸车斗上的加强横梁时,可通过前车门上的液压油缸带动旋转杆转动,旋转杆带动加强横梁上下移动,从而实现加强横梁的装卸;装车时,随着车斗平移翻转,车斗和底盘呈九十度角度时,通过调节架将底盘降至最低,使车斗与底盘的受力点位置下移,便于装有货物的车斗回位。
本发明车斗两侧由若干槽钢插接而成,底盘上设置链条式底盘侧移机构和底盘升降油缸,前车门上设置加强横梁的自动装卸机构设置,加大了自动整体装卸车的适用范围,实现了车辆整体侧移功能和加强横梁的自动装卸功能,具有设计合理、使用方便和自动化程度高的优点。

如图1和图2所示,一种自动整体装卸车,主要由车斗、底盘2和驱动轮 组成,车斗包括前车门13、后车门12和底架16,驱动轮位于底盘2下部,底盘2前后两侧分别连接一个车斗提升机构4,车斗提升机构4上固定连接一个车斗平移翻转油缸7,底盘2的四个角上分别设置一个立柱5,车斗与底盘2之间设置若干车斗移动槽架6,底盘2后部中间位置安装一个车门抽出油缸8,底盘2上设置液压站18,液压站18通过连接杆连接控制台10,车斗的前车门13和后车门12之间设置若干槽钢1,槽钢1插接于底架16上;底盘2前后分别设置一个链条式底盘侧移机构3,每个链条式底盘侧移机构3前后两端分别固定一个底盘升降油缸9,底盘升降油缸9的顶端固定在底盘2底部;前车门13和后车门12分别固定一个旋转杆14,旋转杆14前端连接在加强横梁15上,旋转杆14上连接一个液压油缸17,液压油缸17固定在前车门13上,前车门13和后车门12顶部中间分别设置一个安全油缸11,驱动轮两侧的底盘2下方分别固定一个调节架19,调节架19上设置若干销孔,调节架19之间通过销子连接一个弓子板20。
本发明装置的工作原理是:
车斗两侧由若干槽钢1插接而成,当装货时,随着车斗平移翻转,位于车斗底部的槽钢1便可起到像叉车样的功能,槽钢1可插入垫有垫木的货物下面,从而实现按货物的一次性整体装卸,不但可用于砖块的装卸,还可用于其他型材的装卸;装卸车需要整体侧移时,通过底盘升降油缸9将车体整体提升,使驱动轮脱离地面,然后液压站18驱动底盘上的链条式底盘侧移机构3,将车体整体侧移;当装卸车斗上的加强横梁15时,可通过前车门13上的液压油缸17带动旋转杆14转动,旋转杆14带动加强横梁15上下移动,从而实现加强横梁15的装卸;装车时,随着车斗平移翻转,车斗和底盘2呈九十度角度时,通过调节架19将底盘2降至最低,使车斗与底盘2的受力点位置下移,便于装有货物的车斗回位。
