図5は紙幣取扱装置100の制御ブロックを示す説明図である。紙幣取扱装置100は、電気的な機能ブロックとして、入金部120と、出金部140と、紙幣収納部200の紙幣収納カセット201~205と、紙幣識別部170と、操作パネル118と、搬送機構部180と、制御部300とを備える。搬送機構部180は、後述するように、各カセットごとのゲート201bを初めとするゲート群と、紙幣搬送経路に複数設置した検知センサー188の検知センサー群と、紙幣搬送を担う複数の駆動モーター189の駆動モーター群とを備える。制御部300は、主制御部301と、メモリ302と、操作端末Pと通信することができる上位通信部303とを有する。主制御部301は、主に制御用のマイクロプロセッサからなる。主制御部301は、後述の入金部120に含まれる紙幣送出・搬送に関与する駆動機器等の他、搬送機構部180のゲート群、駆動モーター群を、紙幣の入出金搬送に伴い駆動制御する。検知センサー群に含まれる検知センサー188は、後述の紙幣入金経路180INや紙幣出金経路180OUTにて紙幣搬送状態を検知するほか、入金部120や出金部140における紙幣有無、紙幣収納カセット201~205における紙幣収納枚数等を検知し、その検知信号を制御部300に出力する。
図6は入金部120において紙幣送出に関与するローラー構成を概略的に斜視にて示す説明図、図7は入金部120から上流側入金経路181への紙幣送出に関与する主要なローラー構成を概略的に断面視して示す説明図である。
図8は紙幣搬送経路の構成のうち入金搬送に関与する経路構成を概略的に説明する説明図、図9は紙幣搬送経路の構成のうち出金搬送に関与する経路構成を概略的に説明する説明図である。
図10は上流側入金経路181と下流側出金経路186におけるローラー配置の様子とこれに伴う入出金経路形成の様子を概略的に示す説明図である。
図11は紙幣出金経路180OUTにおける紙幣Bの出金搬送の様子と搬送方向の反転の様子とを示す説明図である。なお、この図11には、搬送経路に重ねて搬送過程の紙幣Bを示しているが、実際の経路長や紙幣長さに対応しているわけでは無く、搬送経路と紙幣搬送の様子を概略的に示している。
図12は紙幣入金経路180INにおける紙幣Bの入金搬送の様子とリジェクト紙幣の出金搬送の様子とを示す説明図である。なお、この図12にあっても、図11と同様に搬送経路に重ねて搬送過程の紙幣Bを示しているが、実際の経路長や紙幣長さに対応しているわけでは無く、搬送経路と紙幣搬送の様子を概略的に示している。
図13は下流側出金経路186を下流側入金経路182と併用してカセットへの紙幣充填搬送の様子を示す説明図である。なお、この図13にあっても、図11と同様に搬送経路に重ねて搬送過程の紙幣Bを示しているが、実際の経路長や紙幣長さに対応しているわけでは無く、搬送経路と紙幣搬送の様子を概略的に示している。
図14は紙幣出金経路180OUTを用いて紙幣を回収する紙幣回収搬送の様子を示す説明図である。なお、この図14にあっても、図11と同様に搬送経路に重ねて搬送過程の紙幣Bを示しているが、実際の経路長や紙幣長さに対応しているわけでは無く、搬送経路と紙幣搬送の様子を概略的に示している。

Claims (10)
- 紙幣の入金を受け付ける入金部と、
紙幣を出金する出金部と、
入出金される紙幣の種別を鑑別する鑑別部と、
紙幣が収納される収納部と、
該収納部と前記識別部とを収容し、前記入金部と前記出金部とを前記収納部および前記識別部から区画する筐体部を有する金庫と、
前記入金部と前記出金部とを前記鑑別部と前記収納部とに接続して、紙幣を搬送する搬送部とを備え、
前記入金部は、
受け付けた紙幣を堆積して保持する紙幣保持部を前記搬送部に接続し、前記紙幣保持部に保持された紙幣を前記搬送部に送り出す送出部と、前記紙幣保持部に保持された紙幣に接触可能な羽根を駆動する羽根駆動体とを備え、
前記送出部からの紙幣送り出しに際しては、前記羽根駆動体により前記羽根を駆動して、該羽根を前記紙幣保持部に保持された紙幣に接触させる、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項1に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記羽根駆動体は、前記紙幣に前記羽根が紙幣堆積の上方側から下方側に掛けて接触するように駆動する、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記入金部は、前記出金部よりも前記鑑別部の側に配置される、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項1に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記入金部は、前記紙幣保持部を上端側が開放された凹部として備え、前記羽根駆動体を前記送出部の側の前記凹部の底部に備える、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記搬送部は、
前記鑑別部を通過する第1主搬送経路と、該第1主搬送経路の経路下流から折り返して前記収納部に到る第2主搬送経路とを備え、前記第1主搬送経路と前記第2主搬送経路とにおいて紙幣を双方向に搬送する主搬送部と、
前記入金部から前記筐体部を通過して前記第1主搬送経路と経路上流で接続され、前記入金部からの紙幣搬送を行う第1副搬送部と、
前記第1搬送経路と経路上流で接続され前記筐体部を通過して前記出金部に到り、前記出金部への紙幣搬送を行う第2副搬送路部とを備え、
該第2副搬送部は、前記第1主搬送経路と前記第2主搬送経路との間において複数の折り返しを経て形成した経路にて、前記紙幣搬送を行う、紙幣取扱装置。 - 紙幣の入金を受け付ける入金部と、
紙幣を出金する出金部と、
入出金される紙幣の種別を鑑別する鑑別部と、
紙幣が収納される収納部と、
該収納部と前記識別部とを収容し、前記入金部と前記出金部とを前記収納部および前記識別部から区画する筐体部を有する金庫と、
前記入金部と前記出金部とを前記鑑別部と前記収納部とに接続して、紙幣を搬送する搬送部とを備え、
該搬送部は、
前記鑑別部を通過する第1主搬送経路と、該第1主搬送経路の経路下流から折り返して前記収納部に到る第2主搬送経路とを備え、前記第1主搬送経路と前記第2主搬送経路とにおいて紙幣を双方向に搬送する主搬送部と、
前記入金部から前記筐体部を通過して前記第1主搬送経路と経路上流で接続され、前記入金部からの紙幣搬送を行う第1副搬送部と、
前記第1搬送経路と経路上流で接続され前記筐体部を通過して前記出金部に到り、前記出金部への紙幣搬送を行う第2副搬送路部とを備え、
該第2副搬送部は、前記第1主搬送経路と前記第2主搬送経路との間において複数の折り返しを経て形成した経路にて、前記紙幣搬送を行う、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項6に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記第2副搬送部は、前記複数の折り返し経路の一端側の折り返し経路を前記第2主搬送経路の一部経路と共有し、該共有した一部経路を双方向の紙幣搬送を可能とする、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項7に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記第2副搬送部は、前記収納部から繰り出されて前記第2主搬送経路を出金搬送された所定枚数の紙幣が前記第2主搬送経路から前記第1主搬送経路に達すると、前記共有した一部経路での搬送方向を反転する、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項6から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記第1副搬送部と前記第2副搬送部とは、前記筐体部の通過箇所において経路を対向させ、前記第1副搬送部の紙幣搬送に供する駆動部を、前記第2副搬送部の紙幣搬送に供する駆動部に共有して用いる、紙幣取扱装置。 - 請求項9に記載の紙幣取扱装置であって、
前記第1副搬送部は、前記通過箇所に、紙幣搬送に関与する入金側駆動部を備え、
前記第2副搬送部は、前記通過箇所に、紙幣搬送に関与する出金側駆動部を備え、
前記入金駆動部と前記出金駆動部とは、前記通過箇所において異なる高さで配設される、紙幣取扱装置。
