ポリアミドからなる基材層;
アルミニウム層;
低密度ポリエチレン及びメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンの混合物からなる外スキン層;
ゼオライト、並びに低密度ポリエチレン及びメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含有するバインダー樹脂を含む中間層;並びに
50~75質量%のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン、及び50~25質量%の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む内スキン層;
前記蓋材は、前記内スキン層に接するポリプロピレン系樹脂層、及び前記アルミニウム層とは別のアルミニウム層を含み、
前記内スキン層の前記中間層と反対側の面の算術平均粗さRaが、0.63μm以上であり、かつ
前記内スキン層と前記中間層との層間強度が、4.0N/mm2以上である、
ブリスターパック。
本発明のブリスターパック用吸収層は、外スキン層;無機吸収剤、及びバインダー樹脂を含む中間層であって、前記バインダー樹脂が、メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン及び/又は非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンとポリエチレン系樹脂とを含有する中間層;並びにメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン及び非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む内スキン層を、この順で含む。中間層に含まれる無機吸収剤が使用中に脱離することを防止し、また吸収層を製造しやすくなることから、上下のスキン層でサンドイッチして用いられる。ここで、外スキン層は、ブリスターパックの内容物を入れる側とは反対側(外側)に用いられる層であり、内スキン層は、内容物を入れる側(内側)に用いられる層である。
内スキン層は、5質量%以上、85質量%未満のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン及び95質量%以下、15質量%超の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む。特に高い表面粗さを与える観点から、内スキン層は、メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを10質量%以上、25質量%以上、又は50質量%以上、かつ85質量%未満、80質量%以下、又は75質量%以下含み、非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを90質量%以下、75質量%以下、又は50質量%以下、かつ15質量%超、20質量%以上、又は25質量%以上含む。また、特に高い機械的特性を与える観点から、内スキン層は、好ましくはメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを15質量%以上、20質量%以上、25質量%以上、又は30質量%以上含み、かつ85質量%以下、80質量%以下、75質量%以下、又は70質量%以下含み、非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを15質量%以上、20質量%以上、25質量%以上、又は30質量%以上含み、かつ85質量%以下、80質量%以下、75質量%以下、又は70質量%以下含む。
外スキン層を構成する樹脂としては、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、飽和又は不飽和ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリスチレン、及びこれらの誘導体、並びにこれらの混合物が挙げられる。この中でも特に、LLDPEとメタロセン系ランダムPPとを組み合わせた樹脂が、フィルムに適度な弾性を与える点で好適である。好ましくは、外スキン層は、中間層と同じ樹脂又はメタロセン系ランダムPPを含み、それにより中間層との接着性を高める。また、製造を容易にする観点から、外スキン層と内スキン層とを同じ樹脂で構成することも好ましい。さらに、外スキン層がメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含有している場合、中間層が外スキン層に含有されていないポリエチレン系樹脂のみで構成されていても、これらの相溶性が高いことに起因して、高い層間強度を与えることができる。
中間層には、無機吸収剤及びバインダー樹脂を含む。また、上記のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン及び/又は非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンとポリエチレン系樹脂とを含有するバインダー樹脂を用いることが好ましい。本発明者らは、このような態様の本発明では、中間層と内スキン層との層間強度を高めることができることを見出した。中間層は、ブリスターパック内の水分及び有機成分等を吸収する吸収層として機能する。バインダー樹脂に、内スキン層に含まれる樹脂と同種の樹脂を含有させることによって、中間層と上記の内スキン層との間に高い層間強度を与えることができる。
本発明のブリスターパック用積層体は、上記の吸収層、及び上記の吸収層の外スキン層側の基材層を有する。好ましくは、本発明のブリスターパック用積層体は、吸収層と基材層との間にアルミニウム層を有する。また、このアルミニウム層と吸収層との間に補強層を有してもよい。また、基材層、アルミニウム層、補強層、及び吸収層のいずれか二層の間に、接着層を有してもよい。
基材層に用いられる樹脂としては、ブリスターパック用積層体に適度な成形性を与える樹脂であれば特に制限されない。例えば、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、飽和又は不飽和ポリエステル(例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、及びポリアミド(例えば、ナイロン(登録商標)、ナイロン6、ナイロン6,6、ナイロンMXD6)、並びにこれらの混合物が挙げられる。好ましくは、外部からの水分や酸素等の浸入を防ぎ、防湿性に優れているものがよく、特にポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリアミド及びポリエチレンテレフタレートが挙げられる。
アルミニウム層は、バリア性を付与するために用いられる。これは、純アルミニウム系のアルミニウム箔であってもよく、アルミニウム合金系のアルミニウム箔であってもよい。ブリスターパック用積層体に適切な成形性及び弾性を与えるために、アルミニウム層の厚みは、好ましくは7μm以上、10μm以上、又は20μm以上であり、また60μm以下、50μm以下、又は40μm以下である。
補強層は、ブリスターパック用積層体の成形性を向上させるために用いられる。これは、ポリ塩化ビニル、飽和又は不飽和ポリエステル(例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、ポリアミド及びこれらの混合物から構成されていてもよい。補強層の厚みは、好ましくは15μm以上、又は25μm以上であり、また60μm以下、又は50μm以下である。本発明において補強層は、上記の特許文献3に記載のような補強層を用いることができる。
本発明のブリスターパックは、上記のブリスターパック用積層体、及び蓋材を有する。積層体と蓋材は、少なくとも部分的に接着し、特に上記のブリスターパック用積層体の2つの最外層が基材層及び吸収層の内スキン層である場合、蓋材は、内スキン層と接着する。ブリスターパック用積層体に、内容物を収納するためのポケット部の成形をした後に内容物をポケット部に収容し、蓋材を接着させて、ブリスターパックのポケット部に内容物を収納したブリスターパック包装体を作製することができる。
蓋材は、樹脂層を含み、さらに上記のブリスターパック用積層体に含まれることがあるアルミニウム層とは別のアルミニウム層を含む。ここで、「別のアルミニウム層」とは、同一の材質及び厚みであってもよく、すなわち同一のアルミニウム層が、ブリスターパック用積層体と蓋材とにそれぞれ存在していてもよいことを意味している。その樹脂層の樹脂は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される。好ましくは、蓋材は、アルミニウム層に樹脂層がコーティングされた形態である。好ましくは、蓋材の樹脂層と、ブリスターパック用積層体の接着する層(内スキン層)とは、接着性を高める観点から、同じ樹脂を含む。
本発明のブリスターパックの内容物としては、外気との接触によって劣化しうる物であれば限定されるものではなく、製剤、食品、化粧品、医療機器、電子部品等を挙げることができる。また、製剤としては、医薬品製剤の他、洗浄剤、農薬等を含む。
<サンプル作製>
実施例1~4及び比較例1~2のブリスターパック用積層体を、以下の表1の構成で、内スキン層のメタロセン系ランダムPPと非メタロセン系ランダムPPとの重量比のみを変更して作製した。各例のメタロセン系ランダムPPと非メタロセン系ランダムPPとの重量比を、表2に示す。なお、メタロセン系ランダムPPのみからなる内スキン層を有する吸収層を製膜しようとしたところ、樹脂が柔らかすぎて、製膜が困難であった。
各例の表面粗さ(算術平均粗さRa)を、ISO4287に準拠して、表面粗さ測定機(ET4000AK、株式会社小坂研究所)を用いて測定した。R2μmの針先端、頂角60°、ダイヤモンドの触針を用いた。内スキン層の算術平均粗さRaについての結果を表2に示す。
実施例1及び2、並びに比較例2の内スキン層と中間層との層間強度を、ISO527-1に準拠して、引張り試験測定器(ストログラフVE100、株式会社東洋精機製作所)を用いて測定した。内スキン層と中間層との層間強度についての結果を、表2に示す。
実施例1~4及び比較例1~2のブリスターパック用積層体に、室温で深さ5.00~6.00mmの製剤のポケット部を成形した。成形機は、日本オートマチックマシン株式会社のハイスピード油圧プレス(HYP505H)を用いた。プラグ材質は、(粘度平均分子量550万の超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂、ニューライト(商標)、作新工業株式会社)であり、プラグ径は13mm、成形速度は200mm/sとした。
<サンプル作製>
実施例5~7及び比較例3~4のブリスターパック用積層体を、以下の表3の構成で作製した。各例の内スキン層及び外スキン層の組成並びに吸収層の物性を、表4に示す。なお、実施例5~7及び比較例3~4では、内スキン層と外スキン層との組成はいずれも同一とした。なお、メタロセン系ランダムPPのみで内スキン層及び外スキン層を製膜しようとしたところ、樹脂が柔らかすぎて、製膜が困難であった。
JIS K7127に準拠して、各例で用いている吸収層の延伸方向に対する引張破壊時呼びひずみを測定した。引張り試験測定器(ストログラフVES1D、株式会社東洋精機製作所)を用いて、サンプル幅15mm、サンプル長さ150mm、引張り速度300mm/minの条件で測定した。
成形性の評価(成形試験)については、上記の実験1と同様にして行った。

Claims (13)
- 以下をこの順で含む、ブリスターパック用の吸収層:
外スキン層;
無機吸収剤及びバインダー樹脂を含む中間層;並びに
5~80質量%のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン、及び95~20質量%の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む、内スキン層。 - 前記内スキン層が、25~75質量%のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン、及び75~25質量%の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む、請求項1に記載の吸収層。
- 前記内スキン層が、50~75質量%のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン、及び50~25質量%の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む、請求項2に記載の吸収層。
- 前記内スキン層の前記中間層と反対側の面のISO4287に準拠して測定した算術平均粗さRaが、0.63μm以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のブリスターパック用吸収層。
- ISO527-1に準拠して測定した前記内スキン層と前記中間層との層間強度が、4.0N/mm2以上である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のブリスターパック用吸収層。
- 前記中間層のバインダー樹脂が、メタロセン系ランダムプロピレン及び/又は非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンと、ポリエチレン系樹脂とを含有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のブリスターパック用吸収層。
- JIS K7127に準拠して測定した引張破壊時呼びひずみが、26.0%以上120.0%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のブリスターパック用吸収層。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の吸収層、及び前記吸収層の前記外スキン層側の基材層を含む、ブリスターパック用積層体。
- アルミニウム層を、前記基材層と前記吸収層との間にさらに含む、請求項8に記載のブリスターパック用積層体。
- 補強層を、前記アルミニウム層と前記吸収層との間にさらに含む、請求項9に記載のブリスターパック用積層体。
- 請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載の積層体、並びに樹脂層及び前記アルミニウム層とは別のアルミニウム層を有する蓋材を含み、前記積層体と前記蓋材とが少なくとも部分的に接着されており、かつ前記積層体にポケット部が形成されて前記積層体と前記蓋材との間に内容物が収納可能になっている、ブリスターパック。
- 請求項11に記載のブリスターパックと、前記ポケット部に収納された内容物とを有するブリスターパック包装体。
- ブリスターパック用積層体及び蓋材を含み、前記積層体と前記蓋材とが少なくとも部分的に接着されており、かつ前記積層体にポケット部が形成されて前記積層体と前記蓋材との間に内容物が収納可能になっているブリスターパックであって、
前記積層体は、下記の層をこの順番で含み:
ポリアミドからなる基材層;
アルミニウム層;
低密度ポリエチレン及びメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンの混合物からなる外スキン層;
ゼオライト、並びに低密度ポリエチレン及びメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含有するバインダー樹脂を含む中間層;並びに
50~75質量%のメタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレン、及び50~25質量%の非メタロセン系ランダムポリプロピレンを含む内スキン層;
前記蓋材は、前記内スキン層に接するポリプロピレン系樹脂層、及び前記アルミニウム層とは別のアルミニウム層を含み、
前記内スキン層の前記中間層と反対側の面の算術平均粗さRaが、0.63μm以上であり、かつ
前記内スキン層と前記中間層との層間強度が、4.0N/mm2以上である、
ブリスターパック。
