Abstract

一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器,包括驱动盘、从动盘、摩擦环、可伸缩式封闭气腔机构、弹力机构和永磁传动机构;摩擦环设置在从动盘与驱动盘之间,可伸缩式封闭气腔机构包括气缸、活塞和通气轴,气缸设置在从动盘的外端,弹力机构设置在通气轴的轴向外圆面上,永磁传动机构包括固定板、铝盘、永磁体和导磁环,固定板和铝盘安装在驱动盘上,导磁环安装在从动盘上,永磁体安装在铝盘上。当接通压缩气体时,气缸和活塞之间产生压力迫使驱动盘和从动盘之间脱离,驱动盘通过永磁传动机构带动从动盘低速转动;当停止供气时,驱动盘和从动盘间通过压缩弹簧产生的弹力使两者和摩擦环产生摩擦力,从而带动从动盘按和驱动盘一致的速度转动。

一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种离合器,具体涉及一种用于发动机冷却的气动摩擦式风扇离合器。
背景技术
汽车在行驶过程中需要风扇工作的时间约为 1/3 ,而冷却风扇将消耗发动机额定功率的 5%~8% ,使用风扇离合器后能降低油耗 4%~5% ,因此市场上越来越多的商用车都安装风扇离合器。传统的风扇离合器采用硅油作为工作介质,利用硅油的粘力实现传动,控制风扇离合器的啮合和分离,但传动效果差,且发动机容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器,采用模块式结构,结构简单,制造成本低,传动效果好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器,包括从动盘、摩擦环、驱动盘、可伸缩式封闭气腔机构、弹力机构和永磁传动机构;所述摩擦环设置在所述从动盘与所述驱动盘之间,所述可伸缩式封闭气腔机构包括气缸、安装在所述气缸腔内的活塞和通气轴,所述气缸设置在所述从动盘的外端,所述弹力机构设置在所述通气轴的轴向外圆面上,所述永磁传动机构包括固定板、铝盘、永磁体和导磁环,所述固定板和所述铝盘安装在所述驱动盘上,所述导磁环安装在所述从动盘上,所述永磁体安装在所述铝盘上。
进一步的,所述弹力机构包括弹簧支座和压缩弹簧,所述从动盘与所述活塞之间安装有深沟球轴承,所述驱动盘与所述通气轴之间也安装有深沟球轴承。
进一步的,所述摩擦环为锥形,从而提供更加柔性的啮合。
进一步的,所述驱动盘用滚针轴承通过压板与所述从动盘连接。
本发明的优点是:
本发明当接通适当压缩气体时,气缸和活塞之间产生压力迫使驱动盘和从动盘之间脱离,驱动盘通过永磁传动机构带动从动盘低速转动;当停止供气时,驱动盘和从动盘间通过压缩弹簧产生的弹力使两者和摩擦环产生摩擦力,从而带动从动盘按和驱动盘一致的速度转动,故障率低,性能可靠,易于维修,且具有可靠、对发动机故障保护的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图 1 所示,一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器,包括从动盘 1 、摩擦环 2 、驱动盘 4 、可伸缩式封闭气腔机构、弹力机构和永磁传动机构;所述摩擦环 2 设置在所述从动盘 1 与所述驱动盘 4 之间,所述可伸缩式封闭气腔机构包括气缸 12 、安装在所述气缸 12 腔内的活塞 13 和通气轴 9 ,所述气缸 12 设置在所述从动盘 1 的外端,所述弹力机构设置在所述通气轴 9 的轴向外圆面上,所述永磁传动机构包括固定板 5 、铝盘 6 、永磁体 10 和导磁环 11 ,所述固定板 5 和所述铝盘 6 安装在所述驱动盘 4 上,所述导磁环 11 安装在所述从动盘 1 上,所述永磁体 10 安装在所述铝盘 6 上。
进一步的,所述弹力机构包括弹簧支座 8 和压缩弹簧 7 ,所述从动盘 1 与所述活塞 13 之间安装有深沟球轴承,所述驱动盘 4 与所述通气轴 9 之间也安装有深沟球轴承。
进一步的,所述摩擦环 7 为锥形。
进一步的,所述驱动盘 4 用滚针轴承通过压板 3 与所述从动盘 1 连接。
本发明的工作原理为:
压缩空气由所述通气轴 9 内部通气孔进入所述气缸 12 和所述活塞 13 之间的气室,产生推力,推动所述从动盘 1 压迫所述压缩弹簧 7 往右侧移动,使得所述从动盘 1 、所述摩擦环 2 和所述驱动盘 4 脱离,所述驱动盘 4 此时会通过所述永磁传动机构带动所述从动盘 1 低速转动;
停止供气时,同时气室当中的压缩空气会排放到大气当中,所述压缩弹簧 7 产生的弹力会使所述从动盘 1 回到原位,这样所述从动盘 1 、所述摩擦环 2 和所述驱动盘 4 会被弹力压紧,获得摩擦力矩,从而使所述驱动盘 4 和所述从动盘 1 结合,所述从动盘 1 会以和所述驱动盘 4 同样的速度转动。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1 .一种气动摩擦式风扇离合器,其特征在于,包括从动盘( 1 )、摩擦环( 2 )、驱动盘( 4 )、可伸缩式封闭气腔机构、弹力机构和永磁传动机构;所述摩擦环( 2 )设置在所述从动盘( 1 )与所述驱动盘( 4 )之间,所述可伸缩式封闭气腔机构包括气缸( 12 )、安装在所述气缸( 12 )腔内的活塞( 13 )和通气轴( 9 ),所述气缸( 12 )设置在所述从动盘( 1 )的外端,所述弹力机构设置在所述通气轴( 9 )的轴向外圆面上,所述永磁传动机构包括固定板( 5 )、铝盘( 6 )、永磁体( 10 )和导磁环( 11 ),所述固定板( 5 )和所述铝盘( 6 )安装在所述驱动盘( 4 )上,所述导磁环( 11 )安装在所述从动盘( 1 )上,所述永磁体( 10 )安装在所述铝盘( 6 )上。
2 .根据权利要求 1 所述的气动摩擦式风扇离合器,其特征在于,所述弹力机构包括弹簧支座( 8 )和压缩弹簧( 7 ),所述从动盘( 1 )与所述活塞( 13 )之间安装有深沟球轴承,所述驱动盘( 4 )与所述通气轴( 9 )之间也安装有深沟球轴承。
3 .根据权利要求 2 所述的气动摩擦式风扇离合器,其特征在于,所述摩擦环( 7 )为锥形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气动摩擦式风扇离合器,其特征在于,所述驱动盘(4)用滚针轴承通过压板(3)与所述从动盘(1)连接。
