- Transformer contents configured by inserting between the coils 2, passing the band insertion holes (17 a, 17 b, 18 a, 18 b) provided in the upper clamp 4 and the lower clamp 5, and then tightening the iron band 6
- a support plate 7 having a length dimension substantially the same as the core height of the iron core 1 or longer than the iron core height is inserted into the side surface of the iron core 1 between the iron core 1 inserted in the coil 2 and the iron band.
- the upper clamp 4 and the lower clamp 5 and the support plate 7 form a box shape when tightened, and the transformer contents support that can reduce the compressive load applied to the iron core when the band is tightened. And obtaining the location.
- ", And” obtaining a transformer contents support device can reduce the compressive load applied to the core during the band tightening. "As an issue, it has been described (see Abstract).
- the present application includes a plurality of means for solving the above-mentioned problems.
- a wound iron core a lower metal fitting disposed below the wound iron core, and a band for fastening the wound iron core and the lower metal fitting.
- the lower metal fitting has a flat plate portion that supports a lower portion of the wound iron core, and a bent portion that extends from the flat plate portion to the outer peripheral side and upward of the wound iron core.
- the outer peripheral end of the wound core extends to the outside or the outer periphery of the wound core, and the band extends along the flat plate portion and the bent portion of the lower metal fitting.
- the iron core and the lower metal fitting are fastened and fixed.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a lower metal fitting according to the first embodiment.
- the perspective view of the lower metal fitting concerning Example 2.
- FIG. 3 The perspective view of the lower metal fitting which concerns on Example 3.
- FIG. 3 The perspective view of the content of the conventional transformer.
- FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the contents of a conventional transformer.
- the transformer content 101 is composed of a wound iron core 1 and a coil 2 attached so as to be wound around the core.
- An upper metal fitting 3 is arranged above the wound iron core 1 and the coil 2, and a lower metal fitting 21 is arranged at a position facing the upper metal fitting 3 across the wound iron core 1 and the coil 2.
- An upper coil support 8 is arranged between the coil 2 and the upper metal fitting 3, and a lower coil support 22 is arranged between the coil 2 and the lower metal fitting 21. Further, the wound iron core 1, the upper metal fitting 3 and the lower metal fitting 21 are fixed by an iron band 7.
- the band 7 extending in the X-axis direction is used to fasten the wound iron core, the upper metal fitting 3, and the lower metal fitting 21, and the band 7 is tightened in the state where the band 7 is in direct contact with the wound iron core 1. . Therefore, when an amorphous material that is weak against compressive stress is used as the iron core material, there is a problem that the characteristics are deteriorated by the stress that the wound iron core receives from this band.
- the lower metal fitting 21 is a flat plate member. When the lower metal fitting 21 is formed of a thin plate material, the lower metal fitting 21 is deformed so that the vicinity of the region fastened by the band of the lower iron core 21 is depressed along the X-axis direction. There was a possibility. Furthermore, since the lower metal fitting 21 and the lower coil support 22 are not fixed in the X-axis direction, the coil support 22 may be displaced when a vibration in the X-axis direction occurs due to an earthquake or the like.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the contents of the transformer of the present invention.
- the transformer content 100 is composed of a wound iron core 1 and a coil 2 attached so as to be wound around the core.
- An upper metal fitting 3 is arranged above the wound iron core 1 and the coil 2, and a lower metal fitting 4 is arranged at a position facing the upper metal fitting 3 across the wound iron core 1 and the coil 2.
- An upper coil support 8 is arranged between the coil 2 and the upper metal fitting 3, and a lower coil support 9 is arranged between the coil 2 and the lower metal fitting 4. Further, the wound iron core 1, the upper metal fitting 3 and the lower metal fitting 4 are fixed with an iron band 7.
- the upper coil support 8 prevents a direct stress from being applied to the wound iron core 1 when the wound iron core 1 is fastened with the band 7.
- the lower coil support 9 is formed of the coil 2 in the present invention. The position is supported to be high and the contact between the wound core 1 and the lower metal fitting 9 is avoided.
- FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional perspective view of the transformer of this embodiment.
- the band 7 tightens and fixes the wound core 1, the upper metal fitting 3, and the lower metal fitting 4 through the band insertion hole 16 provided in the upper metal fitting 3 and the band insertion hole 17 provided in the lower metal fitting 4.
- the coil 2 wound around this is further fixed to the tank 10 with the stud bolt 14.
- the tank 10 includes a base plate 11 that constitutes a lower portion of the tank, and a base 12 that is welded to the bottom plate 11 and fixed to the bottom surface.
- a cover 15 that covers the entire contents of the transformer is disposed on the top surface of the tank.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the transformer with the coil removed to show the positional relationship among the wound iron core 1, the upper metal fitting 3, the lower metal fitting 9, and the band 7 of this embodiment.
- the band 7 is inserted from the band insertion hole 16 provided in the upper metal fitting 3, passes between the wound core 1 and the coil 2, and is inserted into the band insertion hole 17 provided in the lower metal fitting 4. Then, along the bottom surface of the lower metal fitting 4 and through the insertion holes 16 and 17 of the upper and lower metal fittings on the opposite side, the upper metal fitting 3 is fastened and crimped.
- FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the contact surface between the lower metal fitting 4 and the band 7 of this embodiment.
- the band 7 can be made of, for example, iron.
- the lower metal fitting 4 is not a simple flat plate along the lower surface of the wound core 1 but a bent portion 18a. Therefore, the wound core 1 and the lower coil support 9 can be supported not only in the Y-axis direction but also in the X-axis direction. Thereby, it can fix firmly, without applying big stress to the wound iron core 1 at the time of an earthquake disaster, and earthquake resistance improves.
- the bent portion 18a in the lower metal fitting 4 it is possible to store the transformer contents 100 even when the bottom plate 11 of the tank 10 has a press-out portion. In this way, by forming the bottom plate 11 by pressing and forming a shape in which the contents of the transformer are dropped, the entire center of the transformer can be lowered. Furthermore, when the bottom plate 11 has a shape that follows the shape of the wound core 1, the bottom plate 11 can be provided with a function of suppressing the shake of the wound core 1 in the X-axis direction, and the earthquake resistance can be improved.
- FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the lower metal fitting according to the present embodiment.
- a part of the lower metal fitting 4 has a bent portion 18a, and as described above, it can also be accommodated in a transformer having the bottom plate 11 formed by extrusion.
- the bent portion 18a is provided with an insertion hole 17, and a band abutting portion 19 is provided to prevent the band 7 from coming into contact with the corner of the lower metal fitting when the band is tightened.
- the bent portion 18b is formed, and the wound core 1 and the lower coil support 9 are sandwiched between the bent portions 18b, so that the structure is strong against vibration in the direction of the core end face (Y-axis direction).
- the bent portion 18b since only the bent portion 18b is formed, the bent portion 18b needs to have a certain length to support the lower coil support 9.
- the bent portion 18a by forming the bent portion 18a, the bent portion 18b can also be formed in the X-axis direction. Since it is possible to support the coil support and suppress the collapse in the Y-axis direction, the length of the bent portion 18b can be shortened, leading to a reduction in material costs.
- the lower metal fitting is flat, when the metal plate thickness is thin, the metal fitting is deformed in the Y-axis direction by band tightening, and an uneven load is applied to the coil support.
- the bent portion 18a is inserted into a part of the metal fitting, so that the rigidity is increased and the metal fitting is difficult to be deformed even when subjected to the band tightening force. I can do it. As a result, it is possible to prevent the bent portion 18b from opening outward and the deterioration of the characteristics due to the collapse of the iron core.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the lower metal fitting according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
- this embodiment an example of a structure of a lower metal fitting that does not use a dedicated die will be described. Description of members having the same reference numerals and functions as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 is omitted.
- the band insertion hole 17 is formed in the bent portion 18a and the band abutting portion 19 is provided here.
- the bent portion 19 is formed outside the bent portion 18a. ing.
- the bent portion 19 is formed outside the corner portion of the iron core in the X-axis direction so that no compression load is applied to the wound iron core 1. Further, by forming the notch 20 in a part of the bent portion 18a, the cutout 20 can be incorporated even if the gap between the coil support 9 and the lower metal fitting 5 is small.
- the lower metal fitting 5 of the present embodiment does not have an insertion hole, and therefore can be manufactured without a dedicated mold.
- FIG. 7 is an example of a perspective view of the lower metal fitting in the third embodiment of the present invention.
- the present embodiment an example of the structure of the lower metal fitting in which the bent portion 18a is formed in an arc shape along the iron core corner portion will be described.
- the bending part 18a is formed along the corner part of an iron core.
- the bend R so that the band does not come into contact with the corner of the bent portion 18a tip, the compression load is applied to the corner portion of the iron core without forming the band insertion hole or the band contact portion of the first and second embodiments. Structures that do not add are possible.
- the bending R according to the R of the iron core corner portion the collapse of the iron core shape during transportation can be suppressed.

Abstract
