技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮装置,具体涉及一种分体合并式车轮装置。
背景技术
折叠车具有可折叠、易操控、便于携带等优点,
在折叠的使用过程中也不需要借助外来工具,通过手动自行将车折叠或展开,折叠后, 能够较方便的存放和移动,避免室外存放的不安全隐患。
当前多数折叠车外观同自行车相似或由自行车改装而成,踏板两端设有车轮,车架折叠为横向对折,折叠工序复杂,折叠后前轮与后轮保持前后顺序,车辆横向纵向外露部件过于繁冗,体积仍然较大,并不节省占用空间,而且由于车轮平时与地面接触尘土较多,不便于携带或远距离移动。
特别是后轮为独轮的折叠车,折叠状态下,后轮因为和前轮并列,无法插入前轮的可利用空间,折叠体积大,占用空间多,携带也不方便。
如何研发一种收缩度高,折叠后体积小巧,利于车辆远距离移动的折叠车
,成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
技术问题:设计一种分体合并式车轮装置,折叠时车轮分体变形,使用时合并为一个整轮,收缩度高,折叠体积小。
技术方案:
一种分体合并式车轮装置,包括踏板、折叠轴、左支架、右支架、左胎体和右胎体,其特征在于,所述左支架和右支架通过折叠轴与踏板转动连接,支架一端分别设置左半轮毂和右半轮毂,所述轮毂相应的分别设置左胎体与右胎体,左胎体、右胎体在踏板和支架舒展状态时合并为一个整体轮胎;
所述踏板设置收紧限位槽,用于卡紧左支架和右支架; 所述折叠轴留有左支架和右支架的滑动螺纹;
所述左支架和右支架之间设置弹簧,所述左支架和右支架合并为一个整体支架。
有益效果:设计一种分体合并式车轮装置,折叠时车轮分体变形,使用时合并为一个整轮,收缩度高,折叠体积小。
- 1、 左半轮毂和右半轮毂在使用时合并为一个整体轮毂, 左胎体和右胎体合并为一个整体轮胎。在不改变原有后轮独轮设计的前提下,可以实现折叠时分体变形,由一个独轮包括支架一分为二,可以分开到前轮的两边。

折叠轴设置了相对称的滑动螺纹,左右支架沿滑动螺纹分别向折叠轴的两端平移滑动,翻折完成后,左右支架发生分离。

左右支架其长度要求翻折完成后左胎体和右胎体刚好移动至前轮的两侧,实现三者左右并排相靠,以较大程度的缩减占地空间。
4 、 所述踏板设置收紧限位槽,用于卡紧左支架和右支架,
防止在使用状态左右支架分家;折叠时,左右支架向前翻转,从收紧限位槽中脱出,左右支架才可以分开。
5、 所述左支架和右支架之间设置弹簧,
使用状态弹簧是被压缩的,左右支架向前翻转脱离限位槽时,压缩弹簧被释放,左右支架被自动分开。

一种分体合并式车轮装置,包括踏板3、折叠轴8、左支架9、右支架10、左胎体4和右胎体5,其特征在于,所述左支架9和右支架10通过折叠轴8与踏板3转动连接,支架一端分别设置左半轮毂和右半轮毂,所述轮毂相应的分别设置左胎体4与右胎体5,左胎体4、右胎体5在踏板3和支架舒展状态时合并为一个整体轮胎;
所述踏板3设置收紧限位槽12,用于卡紧左支架9和右支架10; 所述折叠轴8留有左支架9和右支架10的滑动螺纹13;
所述左支架9和右支架10之间设置弹簧11,所述左支架9和右支架10合并为一个整体支架。
左半轮毂和右半轮毂在使用时合并为一个整体轮毂,
左胎体4和右胎体5合并为一个整体轮胎。在不改变原有后轮独轮设计的前提下,可以实现折叠时分体变形,由一个独轮(包括支架)一分为二,可以分开到前轮的两边。
折叠轴 8 设置了相对称的滑动螺纹 13 ,左右支架沿滑动螺纹 13 分别向折叠轴 8

车辆骑行状态下,车轮着地,座管 2 与踏板 3 之 间约成
45°角,座管2与车把架1之间约成45°角,踏板3与车把架1之间约成90°角。 车辆折叠时 , 座管2向着车把架 1 的方向合并,座管 2 以转轴 15
为轴心,再将 踏板3 向着车把架1的方向合并, 座管 2随踏板3一起向上运动,直至车把架1、座管2、踏板3三者两两相互闭合。

- 一种分体合并式车轮装置,包括踏板、折叠轴、左支架、右支架、左胎体和右胎体,其特征在于,所述左支架和右支架通过折叠轴与踏板转动连接,支架一端分别设置左半轮毂和右半轮毂,所述轮毂相应的分别设置左胎体与右胎体,左胎体、右胎体在踏板和支架舒展状态时合并为一个整体轮胎。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分体合并式车轮装置,其特征在于,所述踏板设置收紧限位槽,用于卡紧左支架和右支架。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分体合并式车轮装置,其特征在于,所述折叠轴留有左支架和右支架的滑动螺纹。
