背景技术
折叠车具有可折叠、易操控、便于携带等优点,在折叠的使用过程中也不需要借助外来工具,通过手动自行将车折叠或展开,折叠后,能够较方便的将其收纳于汽车后备箱或登机箱内。
目前的折叠车,包括电动折叠车与折叠自行车,两者外观相似,折叠部分一般由车把架折叠关节和立管折叠关节构成,通过车把架折叠,将前后两轮对折在一起,可减少车体的长度,但是对折之后增加了车体的宽度,体积粗笨,占用空间大,外观不美观,安全可靠性差,而且折叠起来的转角要求很高,不能适应各种折叠方式的需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是:提供一种折叠车的车把架,能够实现伸缩调节,体积小巧、外形精美、安全可靠。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
即一种折叠车的车把架,包括车把横管、立管与前叉,其特征在于:所述立管与前叉为双管式,两条立管分别设置于车把横管的左右两侧,两条前叉管对应套设于两条立管的外周,所述立管与前叉管之间的间隙设置滑套,所述前叉管外周设置快拆管夹,所述前叉管开设涨紧缝;所述立管与车把横管通过把立相连接;所述前叉管设置双管固定架,所述双管固定架与转向轴相连接,所述转向轴与车架相连接;所述两条前叉管分别设置于前轮两侧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型折叠车的车把架,能够实现立管与前叉的伸缩调节,结构简单,操作方便,手动操作无需几秒钟的时间,立管与前叉均为双管式,颠覆了传统车把、前叉的外观及横向折叠结构,外观简洁时尚,安全可靠性高,车辆折叠后,更加小巧美观。
2、立管与前叉管采用快拆管夹固定,保证固定稳定可靠的情况下,操作简单,拆装方便。
3、在快拆管夹设置处,前叉管开设涨紧缝,涨紧缝将这一端的前叉管分成左右两半部分,将立管套入前叉管的管体中,调节好车把架高度后,装好快拆管夹,快拆管夹的锁定作用能够使前叉管的左右两半部分牢固的抓紧立管,完成立管与前叉管的锁定并且稳定可靠,锁定与解锁都非常方便。
4、立管与前叉管之间的间隙内设置由耐磨塑料构成的滑套,滑套能够起到助滑的作用,使得立管与前叉管之间的滑动顺畅自如,保证车把架的伸缩性能,提高使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示:本实用新型一种折叠车的车把架,包括车把横管1、立管2与前叉,立管2与前叉为双管式,前叉包括两条前叉管3,两条立管2分别设置于车把横管1的左右两侧,两条前叉管3对应套设于两条立管2的外周,立管2与前叉管3之间的间隙设置滑套,前叉管3外周设置快拆管夹4,在快拆管夹4设置处,前叉管3开设涨紧缝5。
快拆管夹4用于立管2与前叉管3间的锁定与解锁,快拆管夹4为一圆环状管夹,具有一束紧部及活动锁部,束紧部具有供前叉管穿过的内套孔,活动锁部设有锁耳以配合螺栓,打开活动锁部调节螺栓就可以相应调节立管2与前叉管3的高度,即实现车把架的伸缩调节;调节完毕之后,拧紧螺栓,关闭活动扳手即完成立管2与前叉管3的锁定。
两条前叉管3,在快拆管夹4设置处开设涨紧缝4,涨紧缝4将这一端的前叉管3分成左右两半部分,将两条立管2分别套入两条前叉管3的管体中,调节好高度,装好快拆管夹4,快拆管夹4的锁定作用能够使前叉管3的左右两半部分紧抓立管2,完成立管2与前叉管3的锁定并且稳定可靠,锁定与解锁简单方便。
车辆折叠过程中,打开快拆管夹4,将两条立管2向下推动即可,直至两条立管2完全穿入两条前叉管3的管体中,关闭快拆管夹4即完成车把架的收缩,手动调节,操作简单。
车辆展开过程中,打开快拆管夹4,将两条立管2向外拉出,调节至适当高度,关闭快拆管夹4即完成车把架的伸展。
立管2与车把横管1通过把立6相连接。
前叉管3设置双管固定架7,双管固定架7后端设置转向轴支架,转向轴支架用以安置转向轴8,转向轴8与车架9相连接。
两条前叉管3分别设置于前轮10的两侧,两条前叉管3的末端分别设置轴孔,前轮10的轮轴11穿过两侧轴孔并得到固定,完成两条前叉管3与前轮的连接。
本方案立管2与前叉管3之间滑套采用耐磨塑料材料制成,如尼龙或者POM等,具有较强的耐磨性与良好的光滑度,能够避免立管2与前叉管3的管壁发生直接摩擦,使得两者间的滑动顺畅自如,保证伸缩性能。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
