おねじを有する軸部と、
該軸部の後端側に設けられ、おねじの外径よりも小径の小径部と、

前記小径部に締付け工具が嵌合される被嵌合部が設けられていることを特徴とする。

第1部材に対してスライド可能に設けられ、かつ前記めねじの内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔が形成されている第2部材と、
を固定する固定構造において、
第1部材に対して、前記めねじと貫通孔の中心軸線が一致する状態で第2部材が位置決めされると共に、上記の止ねじのおねじが前記めねじに嵌め合わされ、かつ前記小径部が前記貫通孔内に挿入されることで、第1部材と第2部材が固定されることを特徴とする。

第1工程後に、前記貫通孔の中心軸線と前記めねじの中心軸線が一致する位置まで、第2部材を第1部材に対してスライドさせる第2工程と、
第2工程後に、前記止ねじをねじ込み方向とは反対側に回転させることで、該止ねじにおける小径部が第2部材に形成された貫通孔内に挿入されるまで該止ねじを移動させる第3工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。
メカニカルシールによって密封された密封領域内で、回転軸に取り付けられたスリーブの外周に、流体を流動させる環状のパーシャルインペラーが装着されている密封構造において、
前記スリーブにはめねじが形成されており、かつ前記パーシャルインペラーには前記めねじの内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔が形成されていると共に、
前記スリーブに対して、前記めねじと貫通孔の中心軸線が一致する状態で前記パーシャルインペラーが位置決めされると共に、上記の止ねじのおねじが前記めねじに嵌め合わされ、かつ前記小径部が前記貫通孔内に挿入されることで、前記スリーブとパーシャルインペラーが固定されていることを特徴とする。
<止ねじ>
図1~図3を参照して、本発明の実施例に係る止ねじについて詳細に説明する。図1は本発明の実施例に係る止ねじの正面図である。図2は本発明の実施例に係る止ねじの平面図であり、図1中上方向から見た図に相当する。図3は本発明の実施例に係る止ねじの底面図であり、図1中下方向から見た図に相当する。
上記の止ねじ10を用いた固定方法及び固定構造について、図4~図7を参照して説明する。ここでは、円筒状の2部材を止ねじ10によって固定する場合を例にして説明する。なお、図4は本発明の実施例に係る止ねじ10により固定される2部材の一例を示す概略図である。また、2部材のうちの一方の部材を第1部材20と称し、他方の部材を第2部材30と称する。第1部材20にはめねじ21が形成されている。また、第2部材30には、めねじ21の内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔31が形成されている。この円筒状の第2部材30の内径は、円筒状の第1部材20の外径よりも僅かに大きくなるように設計されている。これにより、第2部材30は、第1部材20に対して、軸線方向(第1部材20と第2部材30の中心軸線の方向)及び回転方向にスライド移動可能となっている。
本実施例に係る止ねじ10によれば、締付け工具40が嵌合される被嵌合部(すりわり14)が設けられた部分(小径部13)は、軸部11におけるおねじの外径よりも小径となるように構成されている。そして、止ねじ10によって固定される第1部材20にはめねじ21が形成され、第2部材30にはその内側に小径部13が挿入される貫通孔31が形成される。そして、小径部13は軸部11におけるおねじの外径よりも小径であり、この貫通孔31の内径は、おねじの寸法とは関係なく、小さくすることができる。また、貫通孔31に挿入される小径部13に被嵌合部(すりわり14)が設けられるため、貫通孔31から止ねじ10が露出することになるが、上記の通り、貫通孔31を小径にすることができるので、止ねじ10の露出量を少なくすることができる。更に、貫通孔31はめねじ21の内径よりも小さくすることができるので、止ねじ10に対してめねじ21から抜ける方向に力が作用しても、貫通孔31が設けられている第2部材30によって、止ねじ10がめねじ21から抜け出してしまうことを防止できる。
図8及び図9を参照して、上記の止ねじ10を用いた固定方法及び固定構造を密封構造に適用した一例を説明する。図8は本発明の実施例に係る固定構造を密封構造に適用した例を示す模式的断面図である。図9は本発明の実施例に係る固定構造を密封構造に適用した例におけるパーシャルインペラーの外観図である。なお、この適用例1は、メカニカルシールによって密封された密封領域内で、回転軸に取り付けられたスリーブの外周に、環状のパーシャルインペラーが装着されている密封構造に対して、上述した固定構造を適用している。
図10を参照して、上記の止ねじ10を用いた固定方法及び固定構造を密封構造に適用した一例を説明する。図10は本発明の実施例に係る固定構造を密封構造に適用した例を示す模式的断面図である。なお、この適用例2は、メカニカルシールを備えた密封構造において、複数のハウジング同士を固定するための固定構造として、上述した固定構造を適用している。

Claims (5)
- おねじを有する軸部と、
該軸部の後端側に設けられ、おねじの外径よりも小径の小径部と、
を備え、
前記小径部に締付け工具が嵌合される被嵌合部が設けられていることを特徴とする止ねじ。 - 前記軸部と小径部との間に、軸部から小径部に向かって縮径するテーパ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の止ねじ。
- めねじが形成されている第1部材と、
第1部材に対してスライド可能に設けられ、かつ前記めねじの内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔が形成されている第2部材と、
を固定する固定構造において、
第1部材に対して、前記めねじと貫通孔の中心軸線が一致する状態で第2部材が位置決めされると共に、請求項1または2に記載の止ねじのおねじが前記めねじに嵌め合わされ、かつ前記小径部が前記貫通孔内に挿入されることで、第1部材と第2部材が固定されることを特徴とする固定構造。 - めねじが形成されている第1部材と、
第1部材に対してスライド可能に設けられ、かつ前記めねじの内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔が形成されている第2部材と、
を固定する固定方法において、
請求項1または2に記載の止ねじを、前記小径部の端部が第1部材の表面よりも内側に位置するまで、前記めねじにねじ込む第1工程と、
第1工程後に、前記貫通孔の中心軸線と前記めねじの中心軸線が一致する位置まで、第2部材を第1部材に対してスライドさせる第2工程と、
第2工程後に、前記止ねじをねじ込み方向とは反対側に回転させることで、該止ねじにおける小径部が第2部材に形成された貫通孔内に挿入されるまで該止ねじを移動させる第3工程と、
を有することを特徴とする固定方法。 - メカニカルシールによって密封された密封領域内で、回転軸に取り付けられたスリーブの外周に、流体を流動させる環状のパーシャルインペラーが装着されている密封構造において、
前記スリーブにはめねじが形成されており、かつ前記パーシャルインペラーには前記めねじの内径よりも径が小さな貫通孔が形成されていると共に、
前記スリーブに対して、前記めねじと貫通孔の中心軸線が一致する状態で前記パーシャルインペラーが位置決めされると共に、請求項1または2に記載の止ねじのおねじが前記めねじに嵌め合わされ、かつ前記小径部が前記貫通孔内に挿入されることで、前記スリーブとパーシャルインペラーが固定されていることを特徴とする密封構造。
