Definitions
- the present invention relates to an ink composition, an ink jet recording method using the same, and a colored body.
- a recording method using an ink jet printer which is one of representative methods among various color recording methods, generates ink droplets and attaches them to various recording materials (paper, film, fabric, etc.) to perform recording. Is. This method has been spreading rapidly in recent years due to the fact that the recording head and the recording material are not in direct contact, so there is little noise and quietness, and it is easy to reduce the size and speed. Expected.
- ink such as general-purpose plain paper having a low ink absorption capability in addition to the recording material having an ink receiving layer such as ink jet dedicated paper; or ink jet glossy paper; A recording material having no receiving layer is also used.
- Pigments and other water-insoluble dyes are known to be excellent in various fastness properties such as light, ozone, and water. However, since they are insoluble in water, the dyes aggregate when the ink containing them is dried. If so, it is difficult to disperse in water again. Due to such properties, there has been a drawback that troubles such as clogging of the recording head of the printer are likely to occur. For this reason, there is a strong demand for the ability to disperse in water again even when the ink is dry.

コート紙:Sword i-Jet(三菱製紙株式会社)。
