 部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる姿勢変換装置、整列装置及び姿勢変換方法、整列方法を提供する。 矩形形状の互いに対向する一対の端面(2s,2t)間が4つの側面(2m,2n,2u,2v)で接続された直方体形状の部品(2)を、搬送部材(10)の主面(10a,10b)間を貫通するキャビティ(12a)に収容し、基台(14)対して搬送部材(10)を相対移動させる。搬送部材(10)の相対移動に伴って、基準面(14a)に端面(2s)が当接する部品(2)は、端面(2s)が係合溝(15)の斜面(15p)に当接し、傾く。係合溝(15)の所定位置を通過すると、搬送部材(10)から突出している部品(2)の一部(2p)に当接する付勢部材(20)が、端面(2s)が斜面(15p)から離れるように部品(2)を付勢し、部品(2)はさらに傾く。係合溝(15)を通過したとき、部品(2)は、側面(2u)が基台(14)の基準面(14a)に当接する姿勢に、姿勢が変換されている。

Description

姿勢変換装置、整列装置及び姿勢変換方法、整列方法
 本発明は、姿勢変換装置、整列装置及び姿勢変換方法、整列方法に関し、詳しくは、直方体形状の部品の姿勢を変える技術に関する。
 従来、直方体形状の部品の姿勢を変換する装置が知られている。
 例えば図11の説明図に示すように、直方体形状のチップ部品Pを横倒姿勢から起立姿勢に変換する場合、ロータ101の外周に沿って切り欠いたキャビティ104に横倒姿勢のチップ部品Pを吸引保持し、基台103に対してロータ101を回転する。基台103にガイド面111を形成し、ロータ101の回転に伴ってチップ部品Pの径方向外側をガイド面111によって持ち上げ、チップ部品Pを起立姿勢にする。
 また、図12の説明図に示すように、チップ部品Pを起立姿勢から横倒姿勢に変換する場合、ロータ101の外周に沿って切り欠いたキャビティ104に起立姿勢のチップ部品Pを吸引保持し、ロータ101の上に付勢部材120を配置する。ロータ101の回転に伴って、チップ部品Pの上部に付勢部材120の当接面121を当接させ、当接面121でチップ部品Pの上部を付勢し、チップ部品Pを横倒姿勢にする(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

 前者の横倒姿勢から起立姿勢に変換する場合には、チップ部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる。しかしながら、後者の起立姿勢から横倒姿勢に変換する場合、チップ部品とキャビティとの間やチップ部品と基台との間の摩擦力の強弱によって、チップ部品が傾くときに基台と接する回転支点の位置が変化する。摩擦力はばらつきが生じやすいため、回転支点の位置は変化しやすい。チップ部品の回転支点の位置が径方向外側にずれると、チップ部品の倒れが不足し、チップ部品の姿勢が変換されないことがある。
 本発明は、かかる実情に鑑み、部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる姿勢変換装置、整列装置及び姿勢変換方法、整列方法を提供しようとするものである。
 本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、以下のように構成した姿勢変換装置を提供する。
 姿勢変換装置は、矩形形状の互いに対向する一対の端面と前記端面間を接続する4つの側面とを有する直方体形状の部品に用いる。姿勢変換装置は、基台と、搬送部材と、付勢部材とを備えている。(a)前記基台は、基準面と、前記基準面に対して溝状に形成された係合溝とを有する。前記係合溝は、前記係合溝の一端から他端を結ぶ方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する斜面を含む。前記斜面は、前記一端から前記一端と前記他端との間の所定位置までの区間おいて、前記部品の端面が当接可能に形成されている。(b)前記搬送部材は、互いに対向する第1及び第2の主面と、前記第1及び第2の主面間を貫通するキャビティとを有する。前記搬送部材は、前記第2の主面が前記基準面に対向し、前記キャビティが前記係合溝の前記一端から前記他端に順次対向するように、前記基台に対して相対移動する。前記キャビティは、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するように部品を収容した後、前記部品が前記キャビティに収容された状態のまま移動して前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢になることができるように、かつ、前記所定位置において前記斜面に当接している前記部品の一部が前記第1の主面から突出するように形成されている。(c)前記付勢部材は、前記所定位置において前記第1の主面から突出する前記部品の一部に当接し、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って、前記部品を付勢し、前記斜面の谷側にある前記部品の角又は丸角を中心に前記部品を回転させて、前記部品の端面を前記斜面から離すように形成されている。(d)前記キャビティに収容された前記部品が、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って前記係合溝に沿って搬送されることによって、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢から、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換される。
 上記構成において、キャビティに収容され端面が基準面に当接している部品が、基台に対する搬送部材の相対回転に伴って移動し、係合溝の一端に達すると、端面が斜面に当接し、部品は傾く。部品が所定位置を通過するとき、部品は付勢部材に付勢され端面が斜面から離れ、さらに傾く。そして、部品が係合溝の他端を通過するときには、側面が基準面に当接する姿勢になっている。すなわち、キャビティに収容され端面が基準面に当接している部品は、係合溝を通過することによって、端面間を結ぶ中心線が基準面に垂直な姿勢から、中心線が基準面と平行な姿勢に変換される。
 上記構成によれば、キャビティに収容され端面が基準面に当接している部品は、付勢部材に付勢されるときに係合溝の斜面に沿って谷側に移動しても、係合溝の底に接近すると移動が阻止されるため、部品は係合溝の斜面の谷側の角又は丸角を支点に回転する。したがって、回転支点の位置のばらつきを抑制し、部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる。
 好ましくは、前記キャビティに収容された前記部品を吸引する吸引手段をさらに備える。前記吸引手段は、前記搬送部材の前記第2の主面側に設けられ、前記部品が前記当接部材により付勢される方向とは反対方向に前記部品を吸引する。例えば、前記搬送部材に、前記キャビティに連通し減圧源に接続され前記キャビティに収容された前記部品を前記斜面に関して前記底線とは反対側方向に吸引する吸引孔が形成されている。
 この場合、キャビティに収容された部品を引き寄せて部品の位置ずれを防ぎ、部品の姿勢変換を安定させることができる。キャビティからの部品の脱落や位置ずれを防ぐことができるため、基準面の方向を任意に選択することができる。また、付勢部材によって部品をある程度まで傾けた後に付勢部材の付勢を終了しても、吸引孔からの吸引によって部品をさらに傾けることが可能である。
 また、本発明は、上記各構成の姿勢変換装置と、前記部品を前記キャビティに供給する部品供給部とを備える整列装置を提供する。前記部品供給部は、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品を前記キャビティに供給する。前記端面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って前記係合溝に沿って搬送されるとともに前記付勢部材によって付勢されて、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換される。前記側面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って搬送されるが前記付勢部材によって付勢されることなく、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢のままである。
 また、本発明は、上記課題を解決するために、以下のように構成した姿勢変換方法を提供する。
 姿勢変換方法は、矩形形状の互いに対向する一対の端面と前記端面間を接続する4つの側面とを有する直方体形状の部品に用いる。姿勢変換方法は、(i)互いに対向する第1及び第2の主面と前記第1及び第2の主面間を貫通するキャビティとを有する搬送部材の前記キャビティに前記部品を収容する第1の工程と、(ii)前記搬送部材を、基準面と前記基準面に対して溝状に形成された係合溝とを有する前記基台に対して相対移動させ、前記キャビティに収容されている前記部品を、前記係合溝の一端から他端まで順次対向させる第2の工程とを備える。前記第2の工程は、(a)前記第1の工程で前記キャビティに収容された前記部品のうち前記端面が前記基準面に当接している前記部品の端面を、前記係合溝の前記一端から前記一端と前記他端との間の所定位置まで、前記係合溝の前記一端から前記他端を結ぶ方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する前記係合溝の斜面に当接させることによって、前記一端から前記所定位置に進むにつれて当該部品を前記基準面に対して傾ける第1のサブステップと、(b)前記所定位置において前記第1の主面から突出している当該部品の一部に付勢部材を当接させ、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動相対移動に伴って、前記部品の一部を付勢し、前記係合溝の斜面の谷側にある当該部品の角又は丸角を中心に当該部品を回転させ、当該部品の前記端面を前記斜面から離し、当該部品をさらに傾ける第2のサブステップと、を含む。前記第2の工程後に、当該部品の姿勢は、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換されている。
 上記方法において、キャビティに収容され端面が基準面に当接している部品は、係合溝を通過することによって、端面間を結ぶ中心線が基準面に垂直な姿勢から、中心線が基準面と平行な姿勢に変換される。
 上記方法によれば、キャビティに収容され端面が基準面に当接している部品は、付勢部材に付勢されるときに、係合溝の斜面に沿って谷側に移動しても、係合溝の底に接近すると移動が阻止されるため、部品は係合溝の斜面の谷側の角又は丸角を支点に回転する。したがって、部品の姿勢を変換するときの回転支点の位置のばらつきを抑制して、部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる。
 好ましくは、前記第2の工程において、前記キャビティに収容されている前記部品を、前記部品が前記当接部材により付勢される方向とは反対側方向に吸引する。
 この場合、キャビティに収容された部品を引き寄せて部品の位置ずれを防ぎ、部品の姿勢変換を安定させることができる。キャビティからの部品の脱落や位置ずれを防ぐことができるため、基準面の方向を任意に選択することができる。また、付勢部材によって部品をある程度まで傾けた後に付勢部材の付勢を終了しても、吸引によって部品をさらに傾けることが可能である。
 また、本発明は、整列方法を提供する。すなわち、前記第1の工程において、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品を前記キャビティに供給する。前記第1の工程において前記端面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記第2の工程後に、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢である。前記第1の工程において前記側面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記第2の工程後に、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢である。
 本発明によれば、部品の姿勢を変換するときの回転支点の位置のばらつきを抑制し、部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
 <実施例1> 実施例1の姿勢変換装置について、図1~図8を参照しながら説明する。
 図1は、姿勢変換装置の構成を示す要部斜視図である。図2は、姿勢変換装置の構成を示す要部平面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、姿勢変換装置は、基準面14aを有する基台14と、搬送部材であるロータ10と、付勢部材20と、不図示の部品供給部とを備え、部品2の姿勢を変換する。姿勢変換装置は、部品2の特性選別、外観選別、外部電極加工、リード取付などの用途に用いることができる。
 部品2は直方体形状であり、矩形形状の互いに対向する端面2s,2tと、端面2s,2t間を接続する4つの側面2m,2n,2u,2vとを有する。例えば、部品2は、積層セラミックコンデンサやサーミスタ、コイルなどの電子部品であり、部品2の端面2s,2t間の長さをL、部品2の互いに対向する一方の一対の側面2u,2v間の長さをW、部品2の互いに対向する他方の一対の側面2m,2n間の長さをTとすると、L>W、L>T、W及びTが0.05~5mm、L/Wが1.1~5である。
 ロータ10は、円板形状であり、互いに対向する第1及び第2の主面10a,10bを有する。ロータ10は、第2の主面10bが基台14の基準面14aに対向し、基台14に対して矢印11で示す方向に連続的又は間欠的に回転する。ロータ10の材質は、樹脂、金属、ガラス、ガラスエポキシ、ジルコニアなどのセラミックスなどを選択できる。
 ロータ10には、第1及び第2の主面10a,10b間を貫通する複数のキャビティ12,12a~12fが形成されている。キャビティ12,12a~12fは、それぞれ、ロータ10の回転中心に対して径方向に延在し、周方向に等間隔に配列されている。キャビティ12,12a~12fには、部品2を収容でき、キャビティ12,12a~12fに収容された後の起立状態の部品2がキャビティ12,12a~12fに収容された状態のまま倒れて横倒状態になることができるように形成されている。また、キャビティ12,12a~12fに収容された直後の部品2の一部2pは、ロータ10の第1の主面10aから突出する。
 具体的には、キャビティ12,12a~12fの長さ(径方向の寸法)は、L+αとし、部品2の端面2s,2t間の長さLより大きくする。例えば、α≧0.1mmとする。キャビティ12,12a~12fの幅(周方向の寸法)は、部品2の他方の一対の側面2m,2n間の長さT以上とする。例えば、1.1mmとする。ロータ10の厚みは、W-βとし、部品2が横倒姿勢になってもロータ10の第1の主面10aから側面2vがはみ出るように、部品2の一対の側面2u,2v間の長さWより小さくする。例えば、β≧0.01mmとする。
 付勢部材20は、ロータ10の第1の主面10aに隣接する当接面20sを有し、基台14に対して相対移動することなく静止している。付勢部材20の当接面20sは、基準面14aを基準として、部品2の端面2s,2t間の長さLよりも高い位置に設けられている。これにより、付勢部材20の当接面20sは、キャビティ12b~12eに起立姿勢で収容された部品2に当接する。
 付勢部材20の材質は、金属、樹脂、ガラス、ジルコニアなどのセラミックスなどを選択できる。付勢部材20は、ばね等を用いて弾力的に支持してもよい。この場合、付勢部材20の当接面20sに部品2が当接するときの衝撃を緩和したり、部品2に対する付勢力を所定値以下に抑制したりすることができる。
 図2に示すように、基台14には、キャビティ12a~12fに対応する位置に、溝状の係合溝15が形成されている。係合溝15は、一端15aから他端15bまで略周方向に延在している。図3は、一端15aから他端15bを結ぶ方向に向かって係合溝15を見た断面透視図である。図3に示ように、係合溝15は、係合溝15の一端15aから他端15bまで係合溝15の側面に形成された側壁面15xと、側壁面15xに対して径方向内側に形成された斜面15pと、を含んでいる。斜面15pには、部品2の端面2sが当接可能である。斜面15pの基準面14aに対する傾きは、例えば30度である。
 係合溝15の一端15aにおいて基準面14aから連続的に斜面15pが開始するように構成しても、係合溝15の一端15aに段差を設け、基準面14aから不連続に斜面15pが開始する構成としても構わない。
 係合溝15の一端15aにおいて、係合溝15の径方向の幅W1(図2参照)は、部品2の互いに対向する一対の側面2u,2v間の長さWよりも大きく、部品2の互いに対向する端面2s,2t間の長さLよりも小さくする。また、係合溝15の径方向外側端から、キャビティ12,12a~12fの径方向内側端までの径方向の距離L1(図2参照)は、部品2が係合溝15の斜面15pで支持されるように、W+δとする。例えば、δ=0.05~1mmとする。
 係合溝15の他端15b側の端部15rは、部品2が係合溝15から脱出するときに部品2が引っかからないように、なだらかに形成されている。
 基台14の材質は、金属、樹脂、ガラス、ジルコニアなどのセラミックスなどを選択できる。
 図1及び図2に示すように、ロータ10の第2の主面10bには、吸引手段として、キャビティ12,12a~12fの径方向内側の端部に連通する吸引孔13が形成されている。吸引孔13の内径は、ロータの厚みの10~90%とする。
 図4及び図5は、姿勢変換の要部断面図である。図2、図4及び図5に示すように、吸引孔13の径方向内側13sは、基台14の基準面14aに形成された吸引溝14sに連通している。吸引溝14sは、吸引溝14sの底面に形成された開口14tを介して減圧源に接続され、図4及び図5において矢印80で示す方向に吸引する。これによって、キャビティ12a~12fに収容された部品2は、キャビティの径方向内側端に向けて吸引される。換言すれば、部品2は付勢部材20により付勢される方向とは反対方向に吸引される。
 次に、実施例1の姿勢変換装置の動作について、図4及び図5を参照しながら説明する。図4及び図5は、姿勢変換の過程を示す。図4(a)~(c)及び図(d)~(f)は、それぞれ、キャビティ12a~12fの断面位置に対応する。
 図4(a)に示すように、部品供給部によってキャビティ12aに供給された部品2は、端面2sが基準面14aに当接する起立姿勢である。
ロータ10の回転に伴って、起立姿勢の部品2が係合溝15の一端15aに達すると、係合溝15の一端15aから所定位置(一端15aと他端15bとの間の位置)までの区間、図4(b)に示すように、部品2の端面2sが係合溝15の斜面15pに当接し、部品2は、係合溝の一端15aから所定位置に搬送される。
 ロータ10の回転に伴って、部品2が所定位置に達すると、ロータ10の第1の主面10aから突出している部品2の一部2pに付勢部材20の当接面20sが当接する。さらにロータ10が回転すると、図4(c)に示すように、当接面20sは部品2の一部2pを付勢し、係合溝15の斜面15pの谷側にある部品2の角又は丸角2qを中心に部品2を回転させ、端面2sを係合溝15の斜面15pから離し、部品2を傾ける。すなわち、部品2は、径方向外側に向けて転倒する。部品2の一部2pが付勢部材20の当接面20sで付勢されたとき、部品2が斜面15pに沿って係合溝15の底に向かう方向に移動しても、係合溝15の底に接近すると係合溝15の内壁面15xの曲面によって移動が阻止され、部品2は、係合溝15の底側の角又は丸角2qを支点に回転する。
 さらにロータ10が回転すると、図5(d)及び(e)に示すように、部品2は付勢部材20の当接面20sで付勢されてさらに回転し、部品2の側面2uがキャビティ12d,12eに入る。
 さらにロータ10が回転すると、図5(f)に示すように、係合溝15の端部15rの幅と深さが小さくなり、部品2は側面2uが基準面14aに当接し、横倒姿勢になる。
 さらにロータ10が回転すると、部品2は側面2uが基準面14aで支持された横倒姿勢のまま、係合溝15の他端15bを通過する。
 以上の動作によって、起立姿勢でキャビティ12に収容された部品2は、ロータ10の回転に伴って係合溝15を通過すると、横倒姿勢に姿勢が変換される。部品2は係合溝15の内壁面15xで移動が阻止されて回転し、回転支点の位置のばらつきが抑制されるので、部品2の姿勢を確実に変換させることができる。
 部品2は、吸引孔13からの吸引によって、はじめは、図4(a)~(c)に示すように、側面2vの下部が吸引され、部品2の起立姿勢を保持する方向に吸引力が作用している。部品2が回転した後、図5(d)~(f)に示すように、端面2sが径方向内側に吸引されるので、吸引孔13からの吸引は、部品2が横倒姿勢になることを助長する。
 吸引孔13からの吸引によって、キャビティ12,12a~12fの径方向内側端部に部品2を引き寄せて部品2の位置ずれを防ぎ、部品2の姿勢変換を安定させることができる。吸引孔13からの吸引によって、キャビティ12,12a~12fからの部品2の脱落や位置ずれを防ぐことができるため、基準面14aの方向を任意に選択することができる。例えば、基準面14aを水平から傾けたり、鉛直方向にしたりすることができる。
 また、部品を径方向外側に向けて転倒させる代わりに、部品を径方向内側に向けて転倒させる構成としてもよい。この場合、部品は、係合溝の内壁面より径方向外側の斜面に端面が当接した後、径方向内側に転倒する。吸引手段は、キャビティの径方向外側に向けて部品を吸引するように形成する。
 <実施例2> 実施例2の整列装置について、説明する。実施例2の整列装置は、実施例1と略同様の構成であり、実施例1とは、部品供給部が部品の向きを揃えることなくキャビティに部品を供給させる点が相違する。
 実施例2の整列装置において、部品供給部によってキャビティに供給された部品のうち端面が基準面に当接するものは、実施例1と同様に、係合溝を通過するとき、付勢部材の付勢によって回転し、係合溝通過後には、側面が基準面に当接する姿勢に、姿勢が変換される。一方、部品供給部によってキャビティに供給された部品のうち側面が基準面に当接するものは、付勢部材に当接することなく係合溝を通過する。そのため、係合溝通過後も、側面が基準面に当接する姿勢であり、姿勢は変換されない。
 次に、実施例1の変形例1~5について、図6~図8を参照しながら説明する。
 <変形例1> 図6は、変形例1の姿勢変換装置の構成を示す要部断面図である。図6に示すように、ロータ10が停止しているときに、付勢部材20xが矢印11xで示すように径方向外側に移動して、部品2のロータ10の第1の主面10aから突出している部分に、付勢部材20xが当接して部品2を付勢し、転倒させる。
 <変形例2> 図7は、変形例2の姿勢変換装置の構成を示す要部斜視図である。図7に示すように、ロータ10kにはキャビティ12が複数の同心円状に等角度間隔で配置されており、付勢部材20kは複数の当接面20p,20q,20rを有している。なお、当接面20p,20q,20rごとに別個の付勢部材としても構わない。
 <変形例3> 図8(a)及び(b)は、変形例3のロータ50,60の概略構成を示す平面図である。図8(a)に示すロータ50は、ロータ50の互いに対向する主面間を貫通するキャビティ52が、ロータ50の外周に沿って切欠いた形状に形成されている。図8(b)に示すロータ60は、複数の同心円状に等角度間隔で配置されたキャビティ62が形成されている。なお、図8(a)及び(b)は、一部のキャビティ52,62のみが図示されている。
 <変形例4> 図9は、変形例4の無端ベルト70の概略構成を示す略図である。図9に示すように、搬送部材として、キャビティ72が形成された無端ベルト70を用い、キャビティ72に収容された部品2が直線方向又は円周方向に搬送されるときに、部品2の姿勢が変換されるように構成する。無端ベルト70の材質は、樹脂、金属などである。基台76は、無端ベルト70の内側、又は外側に配置することができる。なお、図9では、一部のキャビティ72のみが図示されている。キャビティは、無端ベルト70の外周に沿って切欠いた形状としてもよい。
 <変形例5> 図10は、変形例5の回転ドラム80の概略構成を示す略図である。図10に示すように、搬送部材として、キャビティ82が形成された円筒状の回転ドラム80を用い、回転ドラム80の内側又は外側に基台(図示せず)を配置し、キャビティ82に収容された部品2が円周方向に搬送されるときに、部品2の姿勢が変換されるように構成する。回転ドラム80の材質は、樹脂、金属、ガラス、ジルコニアなどのセラミックスなどである。なお、図10は、一部のキャビティ82のみが図示されている。
 <まとめ> 以上に説明したように、係合溝によって、部品の姿勢を変換するときの回転支点の位置のばらつきを抑制することができるので、部品の姿勢を確実に変換することができる。
 なお、本発明は、上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、種々変更を加えて実施することが可能である。
 例えば、吸引手段は、エアー吸引以外の方法、例えば静電気、磁気などによって、キャビティ内の部品を引き寄せることも可能である。

Claims (6)

  1.  矩形形状の互いに対向する一対の端面と前記端面間を接続する4つの側面とを有する直方体形状の部品に用いる姿勢変換装置であって、
     基準面と、前記基準面に対して溝状に形成された係合溝とを有し、前記係合溝は、前記係合溝の一端から他端を結ぶ方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する斜面を含み、前記斜面は、前記一端から前記一端と前記他端との間の所定位置までの区間において前記部品の端面が当接可能に形成されている、基台と、
     互いに対向する第1及び第2の主面と、前記第1及び第2の主面間を貫通するキャビティとを有し、前記第2の主面が前記基準面に対向し、前記キャビティが前記係合溝の前記一端から前記他端に順次対向するように、前記基台に対して相対移動し、前記キャビティは、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するように前記部品を収容した後、前記部品が前記キャビティに収容された状態のまま移動して前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢になることができるように、かつ、前記所定位置において前記斜面に当接している前記部品の一部が、前記第1の主面から突出するように形成されている、搬送部材と、
     前記所定位置において前記第1の主面から突出する前記部品の一部に当接し、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って、前記部品を付勢し、前記斜面の谷側にある前記部品の角又は丸角を中心に前記部品を回転させて、前記部品の端面を前記斜面から離すように形成されている付勢部材と、
    を備え、
     前記キャビティに収容された前記部品が、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って前記係合溝に沿って搬送されることによって、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢から、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換されることを特徴とする、姿勢変換整列装置。
  2.  前記キャビティに収容された前記部品を吸引する吸引手段をさらに備え、
     前記吸引手段は、前記搬送部材の前記第2の主面側に設けられ、前記部品が前記当接部材により付勢される方向とは反対方向に前記部品を吸引することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の姿勢変換装置。
  3.  請求項1又は2に記載の姿勢変換装置と、
     前記部品を前記キャビティに供給する部品供給部と、
    を備え、
     前記部品供給部は、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品を前記キャビティに供給し、
     前記端面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って前記係合溝に沿って搬送されるとともに前記付勢部材によって付勢されて、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換され、
     前記側面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って搬送されるが前記付勢部材によって付勢されることなく、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢のままであることを特徴とする、整列装置。
  4.  矩形形状の互いに対向する一対の端面と前記端面間を接続する4つの側面とを有する直方体形状の部品に用いる姿勢変換方法であって、
     互いに対向する第1及び第2の主面と前記第1及び第2の主面間を貫通するキャビティとを有する搬送部材の前記キャビティに前記部品を収容する第1の工程と、
     前記搬送部材を、基準面と前記基準面に対して溝状に形成された係合溝とを有する前記基台に対して相対移動させ、前記キャビティに収容されている前記部品を、前記係合溝の一端から他端まで順次対向させる第2の工程と、
    を備え、
     前記第2の工程は、
     前記第1の工程で前記キャビティに収容された前記部品のうち前記端面が前記基準面に当接している前記部品の端面を、前記係合溝の前記一端から、前記一端と前記他端との間の所定位置まで、前記係合溝の前記一端から前記他端を結ぶ方向と直交する方向に対して傾斜する前記係合溝の斜面に当接させることによって、前記一端から前記所定位置に進むにつれて当該部品を前記基準面に対して傾ける第1のサブステップと、
     前記所定位置において前記第1の主面から突出している当該部品の一部に付勢部材を当接させ、前記基台に対する前記搬送部材の相対移動に伴って、前記部品の一部を付勢し、前記係合溝の斜面の谷側にある当該部品の角又は丸角を中心に当該部品を回転させて、当該部品の前記端面を前記斜面から離し、当該部品をさらに傾ける第2のサブステップと、
    を含み、
     前記第2の工程後に、当該部品の姿勢は、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢に変換されていることを特徴とする、姿勢変換方法。
  5.  前記第2の工程において、前記キャビティに収容されている前記部品を、前記部品が前記当接部材により付勢される方向とは反対側方向に吸引することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の姿勢変換方法。
  6.  請求項4又は5に記載の姿勢変換方法の前記第1の工程において、前記部品の端面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品の側面が前記基準面に当接するようにも、前記部品を前記キャビティに供給し、
     前記第1の工程において前記端面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記第2の工程後に、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢であり、
     前記第1の工程において前記側面が前記基準面に当接するように前記キャビティに供給された前記部品は、前記第2の工程後に、前記側面が前記基準面に当接する姿勢であることを特徴とする、整列方法。
