(2)フィルム切断装置は、フィルム供給装置から供給されたフィルムを切断する切断ユニットと、切断ユニット内に設けられるパンチを上下動させる第2シリンダ装置と、を備えることを特徴とする(1)に記載の止部取付装置。
(3)基台上に立設される支持フレームと、支持フレームに対して上下スライド可能なプレートと、支持フレームに取り付けられ、プレートを上下動させる第1シリンダ装置と、を備え、プレートに、フィルム供給装置及び切断ユニットが取り付けられることを特徴とする(2)に記載の止部取付装置。
(4)切断ユニットは、切断金型と、切断金型のパンチ挿通穴に挿通され、フィルムを切断するパンチと、ファスナーチェーンを上方から押圧するチェーン押圧装置と、を備えることを特徴とする(2)又は(3)に記載の止部取付装置。
(5)切断金型は、パンチ挿通穴と直交するように形成され、フィルム供給装置からフィルムが供給されるフィルム供給穴を有することを特徴とする(4)に記載の止部取付装置。
(6)フィルム供給装置は、フィルムを案内するフィルムガイドと、フィルムをフィルム切断装置側に送るフィルム送り装置と、を備えることを特徴とする(1)~(5)のいずれか1つに記載の止部取付装置。
(7)フィルム送り装置は、フィルムの一方面側に配置され、一方向クラッチを内蔵するフィードローラーと、フィードローラーに対向してフィルムの他方面側に配置されるプレスローラーと、フィードローラーの支持軸に取り付けられるロッドと、ロッドを上下に揺動させるシリンダ装置と、を備えることを特徴とする(6)に記載の止部取付装置。

- ファスナーチェーン(C)を間欠搬送するチェーン搬送装置(20)と、
前記ファスナーチェーン(C)のファスナーエレメント列(EL)上に合成樹脂製のフィルム(F)を供給するフィルム供給装置(40)と、
前記ファスナーチェーン(C)の上面側に設けられ、前記フィルム(F)を切断するフィルム切断装置(50)と、
前記ファスナーチェーン(C)の下面側に設けられ、切断された前記フィルム(F)を前記ファスナーエレメント列(EL)上に溶着する超音波ホーン(70)と、を備えることを特徴とする止部取付装置(10)。 - 前記フィルム切断装置(50)は、前記フィルム供給装置(40)から供給された前記フィルム(F)を切断する切断ユニット(51)と、前記切断ユニット(51)内に設けられるパンチ(54)を上下動させる第2シリンダ装置(60)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の止部取付装置(10)。

- 前記切断金型(53)は、前記パンチ挿通穴(53a)と直交するように形成され、前記フィルム供給装置(40)から前記フィルム(F)が供給されるフィルム供給穴(53b)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の止部取付装置(10)。
- 前記フィルム供給装置(40)は、前記フィルム(F)を案内するフィルムガイド(41)と、前記フィルム(F)を前記フィルム切断装置(50)側に送るフィルム送り装置(42)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の止部取付装置(10)。
- 前記フィルム送り装置(42)は、前記フィルム(F)の一方面側に配置され、一方向クラッチを内蔵するフィードローラー(43)と、前記フィードローラー(43)に対向して前記フィルム(F)の他方面側に配置されるプレスローラー(44)と、前記フィードローラー(43)の支持軸に取り付けられるロッド(45)と、前記ロッド(45)を上下に揺動させるシリンダ装置(46)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の止部取付装置(10)。
