Description
被圧延材に応じた操業条件に基づいて前記設備の各種動作設定値を定める設定計算部と、
前記設備が前記各種動作設定値に基づいて動作した結果に関して、各種動作実績値を収集する実績値収集部と、
前記設備が前記被圧延材に作用した区間を積分区間として、前記各種動作実績値を積分してエネルギー消費量の実績値を取得するエネルギー消費量実績値取得部と、
前記設備の各種動作値と前記設備のエネルギー消費量との関係を定めたモデル式に、各種動作値として前記各種動作実績値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の実績計算値を算出するエネルギー消費量実績計算部と、
前記実績値を前記実績計算値で除算してエネルギー消費量の基準学習値を算出するエネルギー消費量学習値計算部と、
前記モデル式の各種動作値のうち、1種の動作値にのみ前記設定計算部で定めた動作設定値を入力し、他種の動作値には前記実績値収集部で収集した動作実績値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の擬実績計算値を算出するエネルギー消費量擬実績計算部と、
前記実績計算値を前記擬実績計算値で除算して補正学習値を算出する補正学習値計算部と、
前記設定計算部は、次回以降に前記圧延ラインに搬送される予定の被圧延材に関して、前記モデル式の各種動作値として前記各種動作設定値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の予測値を算出し、前記予測値に前記基準学習値と前記補正学習値とを乗算して補正後のエネルギー消費量の予測値を算出すること、を特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 被圧延材に作用する設備を有する圧延ラインのエネルギー消費量予測装置であって、
被圧延材に応じた操業条件に基づいて前記設備の各種動作設定値を定める設定計算部と、
前記設備が前記各種動作設定値に基づいて動作した結果に関して、各種動作実績値を収集する実績値収集部と、
前記設備が前記被圧延材に作用した区間を積分区間として、前記各種動作実績値を積分してエネルギー消費量の実績値を取得するエネルギー消費量実績値取得部と、
前記設備の各種動作値と前記設備のエネルギー消費量との関係を定めたモデル式に、各種動作値として前記各種動作実績値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の実績計算値を算出するエネルギー消費量実績計算部と、
前記実績値を前記実績計算値で除算してエネルギー消費量の基準学習値を算出するエネルギー消費量学習値計算部と、
前記モデル式の各種動作値のうち、1種の動作値にのみ前記設定計算部で定めた動作設定値を入力し、他種の動作値には前記実績値収集部で収集した動作実績値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の擬実績計算値を算出するエネルギー消費量擬実績計算部と、
前記実績計算値を前記擬実績計算値で除算して補正学習値を算出する補正学習値計算部と、
前記設定計算部は、次回以降に前記圧延ラインに搬送される予定の被圧延材に関して、前記モデル式の各種動作値として前記各種動作設定値を入力して、エネルギー消費量の予測値を算出し、前記予測値に前記基準学習値と前記補正学習値とを乗算して補正後のエネルギー消費量の予測値を算出すること、
