  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的导购机器人系统,其特征在于,所述导购机器人通过有线或无线网络与后台服务终端(4)进行通讯。
  7. 一种导购机器人顾客识别通知方法,所述导购机器人设有控制单元(1)、通讯模块(11)、摄像单元(3)和顾客识别模块(12),其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1:摄像单元(3)采集图像,并将人脸图像传递给人脸识别模块(12);
    S2:所述顾客识别模块(12)判断图像中的人脸是否为顾客,若是,则向控制单 元(1)发送第一信号,控制单元(1)接收第一信号并通过所述通讯模块(11)将第二信号发送到后台服务终端(4);若否,则返回S1;
    S3:所述后台服务终端(4)接收第二信号后发出提醒信号。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的导购机器人顾客识别通知方法,其特征在于,在所述S3之后还包括:
    S31:所述后台客户端(4)接收第二信号后发出提醒信号后,导购机器人与后台服务终端(4)间自动对接,建立工作人员与顾客的通讯通道。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的导购机器人顾客识别通知方法,其特征在于,在所述S3之后还包括:
    S4:工作人员操作所述后台客户端(4)通过所述控制单元(1)控制移动单元(2)带动导购机器人移动,根据顾客的商品需求,控制导购机器人移动到商品所在区域,并指示商品的位置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的顾客识别通知方法,其特征在于,在S2中,顾客识别模块判断图像中的人脸是否为顾客的具体内容为:在预设时间内检测到正面人脸的次数达到阈值时,则判断检测到的人脸为顾客。
