Definitions
- This invention relates to an indoor unit such as an air conditioner.
- it relates to an antibacterial agent mounting structure.
- An indoor unit for example, a four-way cassette type air conditioner provided on the indoor side of a conventional air conditioner or the like includes an indoor heat exchanger and a blower.
- a drain pan that receives drain water condensed and generated by the heat exchanger is provided below the indoor heat exchanger.
- the drain water received by the drain pan is discharged outside the indoor unit through the drain pump and drain pipe.
- the drain water is easy to propagate due to the entry of germs, mold, etc. in the air.
- slime is generated in the drain pan, which may cause bad odor and drainage defects such as clogging of the drain piping.
- an indoor unit which has a storage container which accommodates the antibacterial agent which suppresses propagation of miscellaneous bacteria, mold, etc. in a drain pan.
- the components of the antibacterial agent stored in the storage container are eluted in the drain water, thereby providing antibacterial properties around the water and suppressing the propagation of germs, molds and the like (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- JP 2006-194494 A (FIGS. 1 to 3)
- the antibacterial container is attached in the drain pan by removing the drain pan or the like inside the main body. At this time, it was necessary to reach to the installation site of the drain pan and attach or remove it. Due to such a structure, there are problems such that it is difficult for the operator to see from the opening and the gap between the hands, the space inside the bell mouth is dark, and it takes time to determine the installation position. .
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to obtain an indoor unit or the like that can easily attach or remove the antibacterial agent containing case to the drain pan.
- An indoor unit includes a fixing plate formed on an upper edge of a side wall of a drain pan that collects drain water generated from a heat exchanger, a container that contains an antibacterial agent and is installed in a portion where drain water is accumulated Anti-bacterial agent that has a case attachment part that can be detachably attached to the fixing plate and an arm that connects the container part and the case attachment part, and is attached from the opening portion of the suction port that sucks air into the main body A storage case.
- the antibacterial agent has a fixing plate on the upper edge of the side wall of the drain pan, and a case mounting portion that is detachably attached to the fixing plate, a container portion that contains the antibacterial agent, and an arm. Since the storage case can be attached from the opening portion of the suction port, an indoor unit can be obtained in which the antibacterial agent storage case can be easily attached or removed.

- the heat exchanger mounting table 7c is a part to be a table on which the indoor heat exchanger 110 is mounted.
- the heat exchanger mounting table 7 c is in the middle of the drain pan 7. Accordingly, the drain pan 7 is installed across the primary side and the secondary side of the indoor heat exchanger 110.
- the cushioning material 23 suppresses the friction between the arm 12 and the drain pan 7 so as to be rubbed.
- FIG. 6 is a view showing the appearance of the antibacterial agent storage case 11 in Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the antibacterial agent accommodation case 11 accommodates (stuffs) an antibacterial agent 24 to be described later that prevents the proliferation of germs and the like in the drain water.
- the antibacterial agent 24 suppresses the generation of slime and the like generated in the drain water due to the propagation of germs and mold in the air, and prevents bad odor, poor drainage due to clogging of the drain piping, and the like.
- the antibacterial agent storage case 11 has an arm 12, a case attachment portion 13, and a claw portion 14 on the upper side of the container portion that stores the antibacterial agent 24.
- the case attaching portion 13 is attached to the fixing plate 9 located on the upper portion of the side wall of the drain pan 7 by the claw portion 14 and holds the antibacterial agent containing case 11.
- the container portion for storing the antibacterial agent 24 in the antibacterial agent storage case 11 needs to keep a predetermined distance from the bottom portion of the drain pan 7. Therefore, the arm 12 serves as a bridge that connects the case mounting portion 13 and the container portion.
- the arm 12 has a shape that matches the shape of the side wall of the drain pan 7 on the blower (turbo fan 6) side. For this reason, a container part can be stuck to the side wall of the drain pan 7. Moreover, since the shape which combined the arm 12 and the case attachment part 13 is easy to fit in the palm, it becomes easy for an operator to perform attachment work.
